The food was great along with excellent service. Great place to hang out on weekends and lunch. Great singer on Thursday nights, but you need to make reservations.

Food: The food is very delicious! The menu offers a big variety of options, mainly Lebanese and Mediterranean mezze. There are many vegan and vegetarian options to choose from aswell. Their mix grill bbq is delicious specially with their home made garlic sauce. The restaurant does offer Alcoholic beverages, spirits, wine, and Shisha. Service: I am utterly disappointed with the service, we reserved a table for 3:00 o'clock, however we got sat down at 3:45. What makes it worse is that the lady responsible for seating and welcoming guests had a bad attitude and was rude. However, manager was extremely friendly and was able to fix the issue and ensure the service to be top notch for the rest of our stay. Atmosphere: Amazing atmosphere! Authentic historical way of decorations and seating. I recommend reserving in advance and requesting the outdoor area as its nicer. Prices: Prices are slightly on the high side, however for the overall experience I do recommend giving the place a visit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "For someone new to the city, this restaurant is a popular spot, often recommended on Google. It’s a tourist friendly place that serves alcohol, which may not suit everyone! The atmosphere during the day is nostalgic. The staff are very welcoming, the food is good, and the freshly baked bread is a highlight. Prices are higher than average but reflect the experience.

This restaurant is adjacent to my grandmother‘s old home, a place I visited several times during my childhood. The transformation of the downtown area of Madaba is incredible including this restaurant which is highly recommended on Trip Advisor as a hot spot for tourists. If you are visiting Madaba, Jordan, Haret Jdoudna is a must visit. Authentic Middle East dishes are made with fresh ingredients, waitstaff are friendly, service is quick, they serve alcohol, and there’s even a souvenir store in the building to shop. Sadly I didn’t get a chance to take more photos but a traditional way to eat is to order several different small plates and a few main plates with Kefta, steak, chicken. It’s a beautiful blend of food and you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Couple the delicious menu with a beautiful atmosphere of dining under trees, and the sweet smell of Hookahs smoke by native Jordanians at nearby tables. It’s quite an experience for those visiting the area for the first time. The people in Jordan are very generous and kind so you’ll find most places will welcome you with open arms. Enjoy!

This middle eastern spot surprised me with their amazing disability-friendly atmosphere. Their accommodating staff made it a truly welcoming experience. Highly recommend this place for going the extra mile to include everyone.

SUPER EXPENSIVE!! I am never going back again! Tiny portions.. paid 50JD per person and left there to another restutant for more food.. so disappointed.. unless you are the Waleed bin Talal.. dont go there
