Google
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I have eight here, a handful of times and let me just tell you they never disappoint one of the best Mexican restaurants. I have a net whenever I’m on Palm Beach Blvd. this is a must stop.

Google
First visit from out of town, and I am so sad that we don't have a place like this in Wesley Chapel where I live. This cozy counter service restaurant is putting up some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. The rice and beans, which are usually bland everywhere else, are actually well seasoned here! Highly recommend and will be back next time I drive through Ft. Myers.

Google
Good food at a good price. Everything we tried on different occasions was very delicious. The just renovated and the place looks great. There’s not that many tables and chairs, so be ready to have it to go. You might have a little trouble placing your order, but there’s pictures and numbers corresponding to the meal. And there’s lots of free parking and it’s located in the Morse Shores shopping center with other shops and restaurants nearby.

Google
It’s a good place to eat at and the food is delicious. However last two times I ordered I got two carne asadas but they only gave me 1 and only charged me for 1. I did order in Spanish so maybe my Spanish is bad but I also ordered two chicken nuggets the same way and they gave me two. I do highly recommended anyone to eat here. It’s great food and affordable. They make most of it under 15 minutes.

Google
My absolute favorite since years. Own a vacation rental close by. Seems to be family owned. We love the spicy food and combos. Would recommend to friends...

Google
OUTSTANDING! The food was very fresh, well prepared, and the portion sizes were exactly right. We had barely sat down and our food was ready. My companion and I had two taco combo plates and an order of steak nachos and the cost was around $22! The place appeared to be clean and the people were nice. Exceptional value and super high quality ingredients. This is my new favorite place to eat.

Google
Taco combo was good. Chicken quesadilla was also tasty. Desserts were a bonus - both flan and tres leches were good. Counter service was adequate for the dine-in area.

Google
soooooo good and authentic. So many options on the menu but I went with my classic Al pastor with arroz con frijoles. I loved how the Al pastor was grilled well. Service was quick and friendly. I wished I lived closer to come back.

Yelp
I had the Carnitas Taco Salad it was amazing. I'll be back soon to order something else. Mexican has always been my favorite food. Outstanding fast clean and a GREAT little local small restaurant 10/10 - Batdad

Yelp
La mejor comida mexicana 100% recomendable mi platillo favorito son los chilaquiles que están exquisitos

Yelp
It's been a while, Yelp, so I'll share 2 secrets... 1. When we are traveling, we always look for the place that is "packed" (full of people) because it's sure to be good. Also, 2. for ethnic-based restaurants, if that group of people are customers there, it's guaranteed to be authentic. Mucho Taco in Fort Myers did not disappoint the taste buds. Everything was locally & freshly made, down to the nachos. They had mexican soda (Jarritos) and Coca Cola from mexico, which has sugar cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. There was a coke bottle opener my boys had fun with. Gave it a 4 instead of 5 because there wasn't ample seating. We felt squished in the middle, but made the most of it.

Yelp
Excellent food. Tacos are great. I recommend to try also other dishes like carne asada or tacos dorados.....

Yelp
First time visiting north fort Myers! Stopped at this plaza for some groceries for the airbnb and ended up going to mucho taco for a bite to take home for the night! Seems very busy! But they got our order down and we were out of there in less than 10 mins! Ladies were as nice as they could be in a rush! Food was BOMB! We got the bistec encebollado , 3 tacos de carnitas y 3 de al pastor!

Christian W.

Yelp
For a hole in the wall, I was surprised by some dishes. It is decent for cheap and quick food. I would suggest getting a dish with pork for the meat. The quesadilla with chicken was dry. The taco and burrito combos with pork were pretty good. Rice was dry but beans were good. Service was decent and the food came out relatively quick.

Yelp
Best Mexican food we've found in Ft Myers so far and we've tried a lot. First, we are fans of West Coast /Tijuana/Ensenada type Mexican food so this hit the spot. We do not enjoy the Americanized version of Mexican food...if that's your preference, this might not be your place. Tacos with cilantro, onion and a wedge of lime on corn tortillas - yes! The carnitas is excellent! Please add carnitas tacos to your menu! Right now you have to buy the carnitas plate and then they will agree to make tacos for you, but you can't buy a carnitas taco or two. The carne asada tacos were good as well, but the carnitas is really the best. Decent amount of food for the price. Place is tiny and in a dingy strip mall just east of the 75 on Palm Beach Blvd. Most people are ordering in Spanish but you can order in English as well. Each time we've gone there's a line out the door. Easy parking. Not the nicest area, but you'll be fine. Can eat in or take out. When we think about having Mexican food, would much rather spend our money here than most of the other local options. Bonus - they offer the Mexican Coke in the glass bottle that's made with cane sugar. :)

Yelp
Food and service. Has always been my "go-to". Yum! Love the combo platters. Chimichangas, tacos, burritos. Soup is great, too. Give them a try. Authentic Mexican
google avatar

Yelp
Tiny restaurant. Not too many seats to eat in at. Mostly to go orders. Many options on menu. Delicious smells emanating from the kitchen. Service was pleasant and fast. Food I ordered was great. Fair price for offerings. I can't wait to come back. Enjoy!!!

Yelp
Came here with my wife. We were by the area and saw that this place was packed in the shopping center. We love Mexican food. Not just tex Mexican. We love authentican Mexican food. And this place was as authentic as the Naples area can get! The food was extremely cheap for the amount of food we got. We got a meal and i was able to share with my wife and be extremely full. For only about 13 bucks we got a drink a burrito and two flautas. It was amazing! Again super authentic!! I will definitely come back here with my wife. I cannot believe it took so long to find this place!
google avatar

Jennifer G.

Yelp
We found this place on pure luck - driving down from Tampa to Miami and looking for a quick stop for lunch. It's like Taco Rico but authentic Mexican. It was honestly great!!! We ordered a combo and it was soooo cheap and good. Our combo had a burrito and two flautas. The combo was 10 bucks, brought a drink and it was enough food to share with my husband. Honestly loved this place. Great find ! Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

Yelp
The service was amazing, the food was incredible. I ordered three different tacos. (Chorizo, steak and al pastor.) My hubby got an Al pastor plate and chicken enchiladas. We were very happy with each dish. All taco meats were delicious and didn't need salsa.
google avatar

Judie F.

Yelp
If you want AUTHENTIC Mexican, this is the place. We've been coming here for at least 6 years, and we've never had a bad meal. My husband always gets the "mixed grill" which is basically the makings for fajitas that has shrimp, steak, and chicken. It also comes with beans, rice, and tortillas. I get different things every time. My favorites consist of the chicken chimichanga, sopes, and the seafood soup. DON'T BE Intimidated by the 98% Hispanic clientele. We have visited this restaurant at least 100 times and have never felt anything but welcomed. The ladies behind the counter speak good English and are always willing to help with suggestions. Can get quite busy at meal times and there is limited seating. Just try it! You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
I think I have found my new taco spot! I placed a pick up order over the phone Friday night and when I went to pick up the place was packed. There was not a seat open in there, that's when I knew the food was going be great. My tacos were perfectly cooked and seasoned, the tortillas were homemade, the chimichanga was packed with flavor. Even the rice was really good. I love how close to the interstate this place is I will be back many more times.

Yelp
Food is fantastic. Great for take out, authentic Mexican cuisine and excellent service.

Yelp
Great little find on our drive down to Naples. Stopped to get some food on the way and boy did we find the jackpot! Customer service was so nice, spoke both English and Spanish. Food came out very quick, the quality and taste was 10/10. Cute, small little place. Will be back on our next trip down!
google avatar

Alexa B.

Yelp
Excellent Mexican! We stopped in on our way driving to Miami and it's close to 75 so super convenient. Food was quick, fresh, and cheap so you can't beat it.
google avatar

Dani N.

Yelp
The chile relleno was great. Quick stop off the highway if you're trying to move fast. I cleaned my plate--fast and yummy, everything from chicken to shrimp.
google avatar

Eboney H.

Yelp
This place is small. However, a local gem. The food was served hot and fast. The menu hade a wide selection of choices. The staff was friendly. I was in town for a short visit, I would definitely return when I'm back.

Yelp
Worst food I ever had no flavor taste like it came from can and the prices are ridiculous two tacos a spoon of rice and a spoon of bland beans don't waste your money I could cook twenty times better

Yelp
Fresh and delicious. No cilantro or red onions. High quality meats. Four thumbs up. We all enjoyed what we ordered.

Yelp
One of my favorite lunch meal is tacos. Driving down to Palm Beach Blvd off I-75, looking for Taco Bell, I noticed to my right, there is Mucho Taco. This is a small place inside a strip mall and next door to Subway! It has four booths and 10 counter stools for total seating of 26 customers only. Arriving little after 12:10 PM, it is busy preparing take-out and a line is forming in front of order counter. There is a lot of families. Definitely an excellent sign! Obviously, Spanish is preferred and they do understand English! One look at the wall, there was a sign on the wall "Favor de no tirar Los "Platos" Y "Cubiertos" a la basura. Gracias" My Spanish translator say, "Please don't throw away the plate and flatware. Thanks." As I look at other customers, they were enjoying Chile Relleno, Quesadilla, Flautas, Chimichangas and Enchiladas. Instead of Tacos, I ordered the camerones Borracho or drunken shrimp. It came with refried bean, rice, salad and Guacamole. Other than the salad is just lettuce and tomato is on the small side, the food is fresh and Shrimp is cooked to perfection! The tortilla were steaming hot! It was a good decision not to have Taco! Naturally, a Modelo is a must to finish your meal! I came not for the ambiance but for the food. Very happy with my decision! As I was leaving, I noticed two customers have big bowls of soup with camerones, mussels, and other seafood. I slow down my paces and didn't want to leave!

Yelp
Service is amazing! Food is the best in town. The ambiance is authentic. Love this place!

Yelp
Mucho Taco is Absolutely delicious! The employees are nice and the atmosphere is cozy. The environment is great for all people. It's little expensive but hands down one of the best authentic Mexican food you can find in Fort Myers . It's worth going!

Kat R.

Yelp
Good simple Mexican food. Locals eat here. If you want American sour cream instead of crema, bring your own.
google avatar

Claudio G.

Yelp
FANTASTIC authentic Mexican food! I highly recommend this restaurant! Low price for a very high quality food.
google avatar

Tony P.

Yelp
A fantastic local Mexican dive. It has limited seating and it is busy but so worth the visit. We are visiting Florida and this has been the best meal and at the cheapest price we have had in Florida. We will be back.

Bianca B.

Yelp
Excellent local taqueria! my favorite to get is the flautas de pollo/ chicken flautas but they have so much to enjoy like their burritos if you want to play it safe or try one of their soups/caldo. Good flavor, good prices and definitely authentic and easy to order.
google avatar

Charles A.

Yelp
This has to be the most authentic, original Mexican food mucho taco has been one of the most hidden beauties of SWFL (I would recommend the carnitas or steak tacos)
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
Wow, incredible Mexican food. This is the real deal, if you love pure Mexican food you'll love this place. It's not fancy, or flashy, the focus is on making fresh food for each customer. The place can get really busy, really fast. *To the owners: Great Job! Congratulations, you have the right to be proud of your business
google avatar

Teri S.

Yelp
The first time we found this place it was traveling through 75 to north florida looking for a something different than a chain for lunch. It was memorable and since then its been saves on our cars gps so we dont pass it on i75 while we are traveling. Its not fancy, its authentic. Its the same as if you dropped it in Mexico city or a remote town. The patrons are mostly mexican when we have passed by because they must love the authentic food. Their chips are freshly made. I roast pork burrito was excellent. The staff is friendly, respectful snd attentive. I highly recommend this place. The shopping center has been hit had by this epidemic, dont let that deter you.
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious authentic Mexican food. Came in with a colleague for lunch on Wednesday. We were the only 2 people dining in when we got there and our order was place and we were sitting down in less then 5 mins. While waiting for our food 3 couples came in to order as well. Our food was ready in 5 mins and was delicious. The taco salad chip was unbelievably delicious. Awesome service and great price points. I look forward to eating here in the future!

William C.

Yelp
I got the carne asada with horchata and it was incredible. The service was great. The place was very clean and nice. It's a small place and nothing fancy but it is well worth trying out.
google avatar

Azia P.

Yelp
This is now our go to spot off of I-75. The tacos are fresh and the staff is willing to explain anything on the menu or customize your order.

Libby A.

Yelp
The food was amazing and the staff was friendly and efficient. I recommend if you are looking to sit down and have fast service!
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped little gem in strip plaza just off the 75 North Fr Myers. Delicious authentic Mexican food . The chips were terrific and fresh ! We had street taco excellent !!!!!!!!!
google avatar

Jess H.

Yelp
Fast, delicious Mexican food right off the interstate. Everything was good. I wish I wasn't in a hurry, I would have preferred to try the chimichangas or the nachos, but I'm glad we stopped here. The fries are nothing special, but the actual Mexican food was perfect--and the prices are nice and easy on the wallet if you're looking for a decent alternative to the Taco Bell franchise across the street. I would eat here again.

X W.

Yelp
Place was clean; food isnt fantastic, meat is very plain my real issue is the two ladies behind the counter; walked in with a friend, guess they assumed we were together they kept giving disapproving looks. Then played some highschool like game of pushing the order pad between them and assuming i didn't speak spanish and didnt catch the little comments. They messed up the beer order. And the food order . Then when my friend pointed it out they tried to say they hadn't messed up( i guess the two tacos a beer and a bottle of coke came to 28 dollar?) The second lady un graciously said they wouldnt charge us to fix the order.. ,(that we'd already paid for) still left a tip; but ill never eat at this place again.
google avatar

Yelp
Here is my 2 cents of the food. OBA OBA, it was great. It was almost like being in LA. The tacos were just the way I got them off a stand in Tijuana . Oh my goodness the chili relleno. It has to be as good as any more pricey eatery . Sauce ,well delish... cheese melted enough to burn your mouth. Hot salsa was homemade. Bean and rice. Well its beans and rice. good stuff. Chit chat... It is located in a barrio type place in Fort Myers. Near a major highway 75 on Palm Beach Blvd. It is in a mall. It is. a DIVE. BUT the best food is ALWAYS in a DIVE. We got there at 1130 AM on a Sunday. It had a line of families and working stiffs. Always a GREAT sign. Spanish is prefered but english works well. Tables, counters, booth to sit in. It is a small space.....Local spanish station on the TV. They open at 1030AM. good time to get in and out. So when you need REAL mexican food not Taco B**l bull stuff. Come on down here. And if you have never have had REAL mexican cuisine only T**o Bell stuff you will be surprised and delighted. Though I have met floridians who prefer americanized mexican food. ....Just goes to show you the bad taste floridians in general have.
google avatar

Mechelle J.

Yelp
Stopped here on the way back to south Florida. Food was great. Got chicken street tacos. Gave 3 stars due to the service. Ppl that work here aren't friendly at all . Rude and short with customers. Shame bc tacos were great

Mark R.

Yelp
Clean Good food, nice variety of plates, and combos Good prices Good customer service Family friendly Try the Mexican Coke
google avatar

Ro P.

Yelp
Just delicious food! You may have to order in Spanish but it's worth humiliating yourself
google avatar

Krystal V.

Yelp
The carnitas and quesadillas are divine. Small family owned business with fresh food! Best in the area.
google avatar

Mike C.

Yelp
Excellent fresh Mexican food. Limited seating. Flavors are very good and a variety of in-house made sauces for varying tastes.
google avatar

Tina Y.

Yelp
Good authentic Mexican food. I had the best rice and beans. Small setting but they also have take out. I'd like to come back again
google avatar

Renee B.

Yelp
Always loved this place before the new owners took over. Wish they had their recipe for Fish Tacos. I LOVED the sauce and large piece of fried white fish. Everything else is the usual but still fresh.
google avatar

Thomas O.

Yelp
The food is good but the service and sanitation isn't. I asked for condiments and the cashier was passive aggressive about the request. I didn't see a single employee with gloves on.
google avatar

Heather L.

Yelp
Decided to stop by as I was in the mood for authentic tacos. I ordered the carne asada tacos and they were the best tacos I've found in this area. The flavor was great and the meat was excellent. I will certainly be back!
