Came here close to closing and the staff were very friendly and nice. Lots of different liquid bases to choose from and plenty of toppings to add. Super cute location and a great spot to grab a quick bubble tea to-go.

Good brown sugar milk tea, but the tapioca pearls were too hard for my taste. I would recommend going for less sugar, maybe 70% as regular sugar was very sweet. I think I got the rose cheese foam one a while ago and thought it was pretty good.

This place is so cute and has so many delicious items. Menu is online, as well as new items or seasonal items on a blackboard in store. Has reward system: FiveStar, for money off. Cute interior, you have to come try.

Hokkaido milk was good but tastes more like caramel than hokkaido cream. Panda coffee is veryy sweet would recommend less sugar if you get this drink. The mango sago drink was delicious. Boba was not the best I ever had but ok quality.

Not sure what happened but the quality went down. Passion fruit tastes like Lipton tea lol..tapioca are all bunched together in my drink. Very disappointed

Very reasonable pricing for their bubble teas. Most of the drinks are $5 or less unless you get topping. IMO, bubbles should be free at any bubble tea store. But since my bubble milk rose tea came out to be less than $5, and the bubbles were really good, I was fine with it. I suggest to add more rose buds into the tea as the flavoring wasn't strong enough. For the fruit green tea, fruits should be cut into smaller pieces. Not enough tea and too much fruits. Adding kiwi, mango and passion fruit would make it taste extremely better. Measurement for sugar level need to improve. The rose tea was said to be 30% but tasted like 50%. And the 30% fruit green tea tasted more like 0%. Other than those things, it's a solid 4 star. The service was nice. The lady in the front speaks English so you should have no problem ordering. I will be back next time to try the frappe.

Way too sweet!! I ask for 50%sugar and then it’s so sweet and I went home adding bunch of ice and still very sweet. The taste is bad too, I only tasted sugar and ice basically not the tea.

i got the rose milk tea and my friend got the lychee rose tea. it was so good! i like how affordable it is, and the flavor was perfect. the staff was nice and the place was clean. although i wish i was able to adjust the sweetness of the rose milk tea though; it’s a bit sweet.

The brown sugar milk mocha tastes great and the boba pearls aren't hard which is perfect! I totally recommend Mudflow Bubble Tea! Mudflow Bubble Tea is like the hidden gem of Sunset Park! The customer service is fabulous, the staffs were very friendly and patient, and it's very peaceful and relaxing in there!

Omg this place is not good. We got a few different drinks and we didn't like any of them. You think you can adjust the sugar level but it's diff for all. Most drinks were way too sweet. We ended up throwing the drinks away. Only tried this cus they opened later.. but regretting it. Not good... and taste artificial...

In the side street of busy Brooklyn's Chinatown, there is a hidden and hole in the wall tea house that not only sells tea but fruit drinks too. The shop is tiny, but it holds a lot of delicious drinks. My favorite and go-to is the Mango Slush. But I also tried a couple of different teas and they were all pretty good. The service is good, usually friendly and attentive. This is the only tea shop I go to in this neighborhood, because of their irresistible drinks. I also find them slightly cheaper than other tea shops. Sign up for their loyalty program and they'll send BOGO deals and free birthday drink.

There's so many boba spots in this neighborhood but Mudflow is my favorite! Consistently good tea, service, and they have a rewards program too

Cute boba shop on a corner of 8th avenue. It's between the avenue so it's not on the super crowded main area of 8th avenue. It's a pretty good size store as well with seating available outside. The drinks are good. Typical bubble tea shop type of drinks. I got a rose milk tea and it tastes good but it didn't not have much of a rose flavor to it. But Good amount of boba! Even though I did like my drink, I probably won't be visiting again since there are competitors that I prefer in the surrounding area.

Yummy boba shop! Tried their rose milk tea & Hokkaido milk tea. I enjoyed the rose one more because it had a stronger rose flavor. The Hokkaido was a bit more mild. Overall, still enjoyed it!

Grateful this place offered lactose-free milk, I was sadly disappointed in the drinks. The Rose Milk Tea ($4.75) with Tapioca ($0.50) tasted like herbal tea to me. I have had better Rose Milk Tea before, as this one felt watered down and artificial tasting. The bold color of their drinks also scares me. The tapioca though, was great. It had a nice chew. Man, I trusted that heart next to the menu item. Perhaps their fruit teas are better, but onwards I go to find my go-to milk tea spot in Brooklyn Chinatown! Taking suggestions.

Came by after work one day and ordered a cheese oreo milk tea. After placing the order, the cashier called out the drink and I received a different drink than ordered. They gave me the cheese rose milk tea instead. Here I'm questioning myself about what I had ordered so I took the drink and went outside to my coworker to confirm what my order was, as it was a long day of work. We went back inside and the guy asks me wasn't it the cheese rose milk tea? At this point I didn't care, I took the drink anyway. I don't regret it though as it had a nice rose fragrance throughout the drink and after the cheese combined with the tea itself, it was pretty delicious. I did wish the guy offered to change my drink for customer service points, even though I would've said it's fine. Anyways, this may become a new go-to drink when I'm not feeling a fruit tea as I always do.

Small bubble tea house in the heart of Brooklyn chinatown, I like this place as they have more specialized tea, boboa has great textures, drinks are not overtly sweet, and the service was quick. Their Thai bubble tea is pretty yummy too! they do charged extra for adding boboa in your drinks, overall it's still pretty reasonably priced.

Yum! A cute little shop, but hard to compete with soo many bubble tea shops in the area. The fresh fruit tea is yum and filled with fruit slices. I've had their brown sugar and the Hokkaido milk teas, can't complain. They definitely satisfy the craving for boba!

Cute little tea shop tucked away on the side street. The cashiers were nice and place designed well. I got the Hokkaido milk tea and it was great. I would have preferred it to be slightly sweeter, but overall the flavors were nice and mellow. Overall a nice boba place for those are that not into the super sugared up drinks.

Don't think I'll be back here EVER. Ordered 2 drinks (Hokkaido Milk Tea & Regular Milk Tea). I dropped one in the store because their tables were not stable and the drink immediately fell before I could try. The worker immediately sighed and took my drink back silently and threw it out. I felt horrible and cleaned up the mess for them. The workers continued working and I had waited 15 minutes in the store before going up to the worker to ask if I would be able to get another drink. They told me I would need to pay for a new drink (really would've been nice if they told me that sooner..) Had I known they weren't going to give me a replacement drink, I would've just asked them to transfer the drink to a new cup since I managed to pick it up before it completely spilled.. I managed to try the Hokkaido milk tea - definitely not what I was expecting and was overall pretty bad, it tasted like a mix of caramel and artificial flowers and it was super watered down. Would not recommend at all.

Really tasty! Would definitely go back for bubble tea. I got the milk tea with bubbles and Oreos. Hubs got a mint tea with the aloe add-ins and really enjoyed.

One of the best fruit teas I've ever had (and I've tried many boba spots)! Place is small but welcoming. Would 100% recommend if you're in the area!

Mudflow is such a cute bubble tea place. Their menu items are extensive but not overwhelming. Menu is online and new items are written in store on a board. Give it a chance, they have reward system too for $$ off. 10/10 !!!

My go to at 8th Ave Chinatown for the value and taste. I've tried numerous bubble tea shops on 8th Ave and this is by far the most authentic tasting and best for its value Drinks I've tried so far: 1. Cheese rose milk tea - Incredible rich tea flavor and the rose flavor is evident in the drink. 2. Logan red date milk - If this resembles the soup my mom makes plus milk, this would be it. Incredibly authentic tasting and underappreciated for sure. 3. Triple roasted milk tea: comes with tapioca, red bean and custard pudding- This usually takes anywhere from 10-15 minutes to make as they make it know that they actually roast it three times before serving. 4. Purple yam foam jasmine milk tea with taro balls - Not what I expected. The drink it entirely purple yam/taro however the true flavor of it was a complete miss for me. Maybe next time. 5. Kumquat lime tea - I had this served hot and cold. The hot version legitimately remedied my sore throat for some time. What a wonderful discovery. Overall, the drinks are typically good but I suppose not all the workers make it consistently. The shop is small so there is no area to sit and linger. It is a quick in and out kind of destination and you will not be disappointed.

I heard this tea house from a good friend of mine. They recommended to give this place a try! So, I did! As you know that in the big city all these creative bubble tea places are like everywhere! The staff are pretty friendly and welcome their guest. I got their jasmine tea with some source of special sugar and limited topping. Overall, the price is cheap compare to other places. I would come back here again if I'm around the area!

80% sugar level is still a little too sweet for me - this is probably the regular milk tea sweetness level actually, but the next level is 50%. First time that I was able to adjust sweetness for a cheese foam from what I can remember, though it's been awhile since I've had a cheese tea beyond Moge Tee. Cheese Foam Osmanthus Oolong: pretty good. Unfortunately, my drink got shaken too much during the trip home that it turned into a regular oolong milk tea, albeit with a little salty goodness. Oolong is strong, just that the sweetness tasted a little artificial

My drink tasted exactly like something I could have bought from the supermarket for a $1. Intrigued by the name, I got the Triple Roasted Milk Tea at 50% sugar which only came in Hot as a Winter Beverage. It came with tapioca, pudding and red bean at the bottom. Still pretty sweet at 50% sugar. Maybe I was expecting too much and maybe there's much better drinks here but this was rather disappointing for the first time experience. I would give this place another try for the other drinks on the menu if I was in the area though. There's no credit card minimum!

It wasn't busy when we went on Saturday @8PM so the service was quick. Bobas were great and we were all satisfied with our drinks!

I came here at around 4pm on a Wednesday! No wait time at all and the staff greeted me upon arrival. The space was almost like a hole in a wall so no sit downs, but there is a small table for guests if needed. The decor was really cute too! The wood counters reminded me of a coffee shop instead of a typical bubble tea shop. Plus the black and white logo made the place super easy to spot! I had already looked up what I wanted before entering and choose the Cheese Rose Milk Tea. I wasn't able to drink it immediately, but was able to refrigerate it asap. After 5 hours it still tasted really fresh! The floral sweetness of the tea and creaminess from the foam was very rich! It really tasted like I was drinking a rose! The cheese isn't salty like the usual cheese foams! It's actually really sweet, but not in a bad way! It may be too much sweetness if you aren't a fan of too much sugar, but thankfully it fits my palette. It also didn't taste diluted after so many hours so I'm only assuming I got very little ice or none at all. I'm so happy I found this cute spot and can't wait to return when I am in the area again!

At crap bars they make Coors and Bud flow And crap boba shops are just Duds tho But this one is yummy And will expand your tummy So get Brown Sugar Milk Tea at Mudflow! Lovely people at this little Side Street Cafe which actually has really good brown sugar milk tea. Very nice and very tasty and I'm looking forward to coming back and trying some of the other things they have here. Extremely friendly service as well, and easily one of the five star boba spots in the Chinatown of Brooklyn, which aren't too plentiful, but this one makes up for all the iffy ones.

Ordered rose lychee tea and grapefruit greentea with clear boba. Their drinks are not too sweet. Many toppings to choose from. Definitely come try if you're around. Staffs are nice and helpful.

They have such interesting flavors! I tried the L hot version of the Hokkaido Milk Tea. It is originally 50 percent sugar but I added pudding into it. Nonetheless, it is on the sweeter side without the pudding. It tasted good but still wasn't sure what makes it "Hokkaido Milk Tea". It was served in a regular boba cup and it was not hot. It was just warm. I would try the brown sugar purple yam milk next time!

Don't listen to any of the bad reviews haha. I've tried many bubbly tea spots and this has to be one of my favorites. If you're someone who likes overly sweet bubble tea drinks- then no I don't recommend this place. This place will give you quality ingredients with the right amount of flavor, and the fruit tea does NOT taste soapy. I can't tell you the amount of place that give a soapy/ high fragrance syrup in your drinks. Mango fruit tea is a must try and their brown sugar milk tea! This place and Debut tea have my heart

Given that this place recently opened and I've never been here before, my friends and I stopped by here to fulfill our bubble tea fix. After glancing through their menu, I still could not decide on what I wanted to order, so I asked the cashier for suggestion. She suggested their Full Fruit Green Tea since it was a best-seller. The green tea was accompanied with chucks of fruit (orange, pineapple, apple) and their delicious bubbles. The bubbles were soft and chewy and sweetened to perfection. The tea was also refreshing and I enjoyed my drink overall. The venue was warm and cozy and the cashier was extremely sweet. There is a seating along side the bar table by the window, which makes for a great people-watching opportunity while you sip on your drink.

Updated: 12/1 Finally went back a 3rd time, got the Brown Sugar Milk and Brown Sugar Cocoa milk. Boba are not as soft as the other places. Not enough brown sugar syrup. Definitely not as GOOD as Toronto. Again, disappointed. But they do have a new "purple yam milk" drink. Might come back for this. ******************************* Literally found this by accident but on purpose. After my trip to Toronto, I got hooked onto this "brown sugar boba" drink. Went through 2 week's withdrawal and did what a sane person would do. Trollllllled all over Yelp! LOL Stumbled on a few places that makes a similar version and Mudflow is one of the 4 places. Had to do 2 attempts because their opening hours are incorrect on yelp... or maybe, they just open whenever they want to. Be on the safe side, go after 11am! Got my brown sugar drink BUT, their boba wasn't ready... WTF?!? So, I went with Brown Sugar Pudding. Cute cup, decent drink, too much milk, not enough brown sugar syrup. Left slightly disappointed but would give it another go.

My friend and I were craving boba so we chose to go to Mudflow due to their cute and aesthetic cups and decor. It's a little shop located on 8 ave Brooklyn with speedy service and precautions like touch pay due to COVID-19. My friend orderd the brown sugar boba in a large size which was the right amount of sweet with chewy boba. I ordred the brown sugar purple yam drink also in a large and the yam had a thick consistency and added flavorful texture to the drink. If you're in the neighborhood and looking for a good boba spot, this is the one!

My boyfriend was craving for bubble tea and this was the only place taking delivery on Grubhub! When Grubhub picked my order, I got a call from mudflow saying hey your order been picked up you will get your order soon. I was amazed how they call just to update you. Their drinks are not watered down and they put a good amount of bubbles. They do offer pearl bubbles which I prefer over regular pearl. If you order from Grubhub between 5pm to 9pm you get $10 off of $30.

Got delivered. Cutest milk tea cups I've EVER SEEN! All delicious and full of flavor. Don't do light ice, because it will melt fast, just so regular.

Second time getting their brown sugar taro boba milk. Good flavor and the boba are really chewy! They add a scoop of fresh taro inside and it sort of melts when you stir the drink. Make sure to mix the drink before drinking it tho otherwise the brown sugar wouldn't mix well.

Great bubble tea place with many options. Menu is extensive, staff are nice, service is quick, drinks taste great. I definitely recommend the oreo mud frappe with boba!

Pretty good thai milk tea that they make in house. well balanced between tea and milk. fast service too and priced well. boba is a bit on the chewier side. can't adjust sweetness but theirs is the perfect amount of sweetness. i give it a 8.1/10

Was always curious about this boba place but never got a chance to try since its farther down 8th ave, and I always go for closer options like tiger sugar or vivi's. Finally decided to give this a try and its a solid spot! I've tried a variety of drinks like Hokkaido milk tea, rose milk tea, taro milk tea and they have a wide range of toppings like boba, jellies, and even a very unique one: milk mochi. The mochi is really soft and drinkable. I would def come back again- only thing is they tend to ignore customizations- i ask for less ice and less sugar most the time, and it comes out full of ice and very sweet.

Lots of interesting flavors. I went with the Hokkaido milk tea. This was one of the hot drinks, but they were able to make it iced instead. You can pick the sugar and ice level, and there are various 'toppings' you can pick from. BF had the taro milk tea, which had actual chunks of taro in it. It wasn't bad but it was way too sweet. I think they either messed up on the sugar level or maybe that one wasn't customizable? Either way, I don't mind coming back to try some of the other flavors, like the rose milk tea!

The drink itself is good but there were multiple of these shards in it??? And I bit into it while chewing the bubbles. It hurt my tooth.

Came here an hour before closing time after hotpot at Laojie with my family. The area was quite small with no restroom and thought it might be troublesome when there are more customers. Luckily, we were the only ones. There was only one person at the cashier who also made our drinks. They were super patient when the four of us were being indecisive, informative when we asked questions about the drinks on the menu, and super friendly from the time we walked in and when we left. My family enjoyed their drinks and I really enjoyed the grapefruit lemon tea. I realized after leaving the place that the brown sugar milk tea is their popular item. Will come back to try it next time!

I've ordered for delivery at Mudflow Tea House four times total and each time the tea is perfect in flavor, Boba texture, and size. The issue is delivery or service is hit or miss. Once we ordered four different Boba tea and they ran out of Boba (it happens!) and i was informed there would be a 20 min longer wait. The wait instead turned out to be well over an hour. We waited over 2 hours for Boba tea which feels very ridiculous. Based on my experience this happened 50% of deliveries. The taste and quality are wonderful but when ordering delivery be prepared to wait!

Pretty good selection of brown sugar, cheese foam and milktea. I'm happy with my drink. I just wish their staff didn't refuse to fill up my water bottle. I bet they couldn't care less about reusable container in Chinatown. But it would be nice if they do care.

Ordered a drink and forgot to ask for it to be iced. So the lady made it hot and I asked if I could get it iced instead. The lady expected me to pay for both drinks when I only wanted the iced one. She then stated that the advertisement on the door shows that it comes only hot. Somehow she made it iced. So she told me she doesn't want to serve me afterwards because I wasn't going to pay double for one drink. The environment didn't feel comfortable so I took my money back. As I was leaving she was still arguing with her coworkers. My friend ordered a Hokkaido drink because the worker suggested it. If you plan to order this drink I suggest you not to because it tastes watered down. The boba was also over cooked.

A small boba shop hidden at the corner of a busy street. The interior is cute and all, but the drinks need improvement. I noticed that a lot of people love their brown sugar boba milk so I decided to give that a shot. Not really sure how to describe it, but the bubbles were way too big-- not sure if it's just me. They were chewy, but a little bit hard at the same time. The drink had an uneven bubble to milk ratio-- we had so many leftover bubbles that couldn't be complimented with the milk. This drink really lacked flavoring and I was a bit disappointed because we expected great things for a drink that costed almost $5. On my visit here, I also tried the cheese rose milk tea. The tea itself was amazing, just the way I like my rose drinks: aromatic and sweet! However, the cheese needs improvement. The flavor distinction between the tea and the cheese foam itself wasn't that big. It barely tasted like cheese and in addition to that, they added so little of it. Might as well just get the drink without the cheese if it was going to be such a small portion with so little flavor Service wasn't anything impressive, but it's just a tea shop so it doesn't matter as much as quality of drinks. Might return for another drink, but I'm kinda disappointed.

The guy before me ordered about 20 cups of bubble tea and it took forever. I was a bit angry till I saw they used NEW TEA BAGS for every glass of tea!! And that was why my rose milk tea with bubble was PERFECT. It didn't have the bitterness at all and the bubble was yummy. My bf ordered the grapefruit green tea. He said that it was refreshing. Plus, they gave the real grapefruit in the cup! However, it was a little too sweet. Next time, we might need to ask for less sugar or more ice. I'll definitely come back here again when I'm in the area!

Cute small shop. I have to agree with other Yelpers about their Rosy tea, very strong flavor. I have Cheese foam rose tea and he has Longan red date tea. My cheese is salty rich, rose flavor is busting in mouth. Longan red date tea is good, not too sweet.

Get the cheese rose milk tea! Best rose tea I've ever had. It's pleasantly floral and sweet (you can adjust sweetness). There are flakes of real rose petals at the top although you cant taste it. The cups are cute. However, the price can be a bit steep for the quantity but the quality makes it worth it. I also tried the ube milk (also called brown sugar purple yam with milk) and that one was good too. They use real yam and it wasn't too sweet. But my favorite for sure is the cheese rose milk tea. I like to mix the cheese foam with the actual drink so the whole thing becomes extra creamy!

Cute decor and cute cups. I tried 3 different drinks: jasmine milk tea, Hokkaido milk tea, and rose milk tea - all with boba. The first two were nothing to write home amount but the rose milk tea was very flavorful. The tea flavor is definitely strong in these drinks (you see the tea bags up front on the counter)! Only downside to this place is that it's cash only and I wasn't aware so I had to awkwardly wait for someone to bring me cash haha. I'll need to come back and try the cheese foam series but, otherwise, nothing very special about this place aside from it being cute. Also, like most bubble tea joints in the area, the workers don't speak/understand English too well. Probably best if you could speak Mandarin, which I don't. After a few times of repeating my order though, she finally got it

Tried the strawberry milk from the poster outside, and the Hokkaido milk tea with herbal jelly (don't judge me plz). The strawberry milk tasted really gross and sweet - not what I expected from a handcraft drink. The Hokkaido milk tea was weak. Overall, drinks not worth being almost $5. Quality sucks, but packaging is cute.

Great low prices attract me here and the drinks got me coming back for more. It is so rare to find a bubble tea spot that isn't overpriced anymore but this place manages to keep the price reasonable and offer a large selection of drink options that includes fruit teas, pressed juice, slushes/frappe, milk tea, and more. Another reason i like them is that their drinks are already less sweet for the fixed sugar level drink, it's great! The fruit drinks are super refreshing and doesn't give me a sugar high/crash. I've had brown sugar purple yam milk, wintermelon lemon tea, orange milk sago, mango milk sago, and passionfruit green tea. Their orange milk sago drink taste similar to an orangesicle. The mango milk sago reminds me of mango pudding at dim sum places. There's no sago in the sago drink though, maybe they blended that too?? Idk but it's still good with added topping - aloe.
