I purchased a Groupon to experience my first facial and it never happened.. I sent two emails, per the instructions, to setup an appt with no response. After the third week, I took it as a blessing in disguise and requested a refund..I wish I could have experienced the five star service everyone else received.. Ole well, I will do my own facial at home. Update: Wow, I waited three weeks for a reply to my email that never happened, but I write a review and get a response within 2hrs... I guess I was suppose to just know they changed the way appts are setup, maybe you should update Groupon..

I sent multiple requests to book an appointment and never received a response. Why offer specials if you can’t manage clients request. Update to original review: After posting, a response was sent to call and I did. The person said they would call back and again still never called back. This makes booking an appointment and having a service with this location very awkward and uncomfortable. Very poor business management and client oversight.

My 13 year old son just had his first facial at Muffin & Co. Jhamese was wonderful with him. She took her time and gently cleaned his skin and did extractions, always checking in with him if anything felt uncomfortable. He has mild t-zone acne and his skin looked great after the facial. Her salon is very clean and organized. We will go back to her.
