I purchased a Groupon to experience my first facial and it never happened.. I sent two emails, per the instructions, to setup an appt with no response. After the third week, I took it as a blessing in disguise and requested a refund..I wish I could have experienced the five star service everyone else received.. Ole well, I will do my own facial at home.
Update: Wow, I waited three weeks for a reply to my email that never happened, but I write a review and get a response within 2hrs... I guess I was suppose to just know they changed the way appts are setup, maybe you should update Groupon..
