"The Galleria has an indoor ice skating rink, but when you’re done bumping into 30 small children or buying that pair of penguin socks you didn’t know you wanted, skip the food court and head to Mughlai. It’s around the corner and serves some incredible Northern Indian food. The service is great, and they’re happy to walk you through the menu depending on spice and flavor preferences. Come for dinner with a group of friends to try a bunch of dishes or for their lunch buffet to fuel up before a long day at the Container Store." - Landen Kerr

Joined here with some work colleagues. Great spot for some Indian experience and delicious food flavors. My Indian colleagues said certain dishes were very authentic and cooked to perfection. We had a varied veggie, chicken, lamb appetizer dishes to delight with the Naan platter. All dishes where spectacular. Had some Indian Whiskey neat that was to delight. Service was great. Though they auto added 20% tip for our group of 5. Atmosphere was chill, was a little slow for a Tuesday. Price per head was quite a bit on the high side. Definitely worth the return visit.

Wow, amazing experience! The lamb is so flavorful. We really enjoyed the food and service. Will definitely come back!

I love this place, I usually get to go orders from here. Staff is friendly and courteous. The food is on point. I have yet to eat something I didn’t like from here. Their buffet option is the absolute best way to try out what they have to offer.

The cuisine here is very good, tasteful, and very well seasoned! Miguel Labrada ( one of the cooks) makes the food irresistible not to try. Staff is friendly and helpful, also they’re very eager for you to try new things, they came around the table a couple of times to offer us to try new dishes and how to have the most optimal tasting experience! I will always come back for more!

This place was great! Lovely ambiance- lovely spot for a date, pretty decor, lower lighting, quiet. It was also clearly family friendly; there were several families there when we ate- and it was still a nice calm atmosphere. Our waitress, Yoti, was attentive and helpful. The portions were generous and the food was fresh. We started with a kabob platter- Chicken Angare, Chicken Malai, Chicken Seekh, and Chicken Tikka Kebabs. Our entres were chicken vindaloo and a lamb korma. We got the jeera rice. We had the bread basket with naan, garlic naan, and paratha. The meats were tender, the ingredients were fresh- but, the star feature of the evening- the flavors. It was delicious, oh my goodness, so good. We had way too much food but we didn’t want to stop eating. If I had to pick anything to be critical about (and I’m reaching here) it would be about the garlic naan. My preference is for a garlic that has been sautéd which sweetens and mellows the garlic. This was still very sharp. But, the fresh breads were delicious and you could be tempted to fill up just on them.

The food was amazing and the service was even better. The staff was so kind. Seriously the best Indian Food we have ever had and plenty to take to go for the next day! This was our first time eat here but will definitely be going into our rotation of Dallas favorites!!

Google
Discovered this place while trying out a new app called TooGoodToGo for those that are food waste conscious (also super cheap!!) and I got an amazing meal for just $7.99!! It came with a samosa, egg rolls , two rice dishes and a delicious and spicy meat dish! If this is what it tastes like when it’s not fresh out of the oven, I can only imagine how great it tastes then and there! Will be back to try it fresh!

Google
The food was just ok for the price and wait. We had a dal and a paneer dish and it took over 30 mins. We also found that non of the dishes come with rice. $15 for a small portion of Dal lentils and no rice is not worth it. Much better places that have rice with their dishes

Yelp
Delicious Indian food! Biryani rice was tasty and rich in flavor!!! We tried all the veggie dish and theyre so yummy! Service: greeted kindly by the lady, thank you!!! It's a nice restaurant and clean when we came!!! Great experience will come back.

Yelp
Being Indian, I am a bit particular with my Indian spots and I love that are so many different ones to try here in DFW. I have only ever gotten take out from here, but love that they're so close to where I live which makes it easy for me when I crave a little taste of home! The restaurant is clean inside, and servers have always been friendly when I pick up my food. They have a lunch buffet daily that I want to try but haven't gotten around to yet. The pricing is different during the weekdays and weekends. That being said, the food that they provide is always good. I've had their pakoras, aloo (potato) and peas dish, mutter (peas) paneer as well as their samosas, tandoori chicken, chicken tikka and butter chicken. All of the flavors are just right, not too spicy but also not so bland that they don't taste good. I recommend you checking them out if you are looking for a solid Indian restaurant in the Addison/Richardson area. I'll definitely keep going back!

Yelp
Came here during lunch and tried out the lunch buffet. I was quickly seated and directed to the food. Overall there was a good split of vegetarian and meat options. Unfortunately the flavor was not there. The potato in the Aloo Mattar was not cooked through. I found the Saag Paneer to be bland. The grilled dishes seemed like they'd been sitting for a while. Rogan Josh which is usually made with lamb was made with chicken didn't live up to what the dish is and fell flat. The service was good, but the food was disappointing. Overall, it'd be better to try a different spot.

Yelp
Disappointed with Portion Sizes - Beware! I was really craving tandoori chicken and decided to order takeout from this restaurant. They told me that 10 pieces of tandoori chicken would be $35, which seemed reasonable at first--I assumed it would be a decent amount of food for the price. However, when I got my order, I was shocked to find that their idea of "10 pieces" was more like 10 tiny, bite-sized pieces! Several pieces could be eaten in one bite, making the portion size ridiculously small for the price. For $35, I expected a lot more, especially from a dish as hearty as tandoori chicken. The flavor was fine, but the value for money was extremely disappointing. Very dissaponted.

Yelp
I was craving Indian and saw the reviews so I gave it a shot. It was a weekday lunch and they had a buffet. Interior was very classy and clean. The service was attentive. Now the food... Impressive size for a lunch buffet. A lot of options including appetizers and chaat (pani puri station), veg and non veg entrees, all the sauces, and a few desserts. It was all very tasty. I had samosa, veg fry, chicken tandoori, jeera rice, veg biryani, tikka masala, gulab jamun, garlic naan. Very yummy but I wish the price point was a little lower. $20 for a weekday lunch buffet is a little high IMO. I appreciate the quality of food and various choices but I don't think it was worth $20.

Nancy M.

Yelp
Wow. Is this place taking a nap? The Vegetable Byrani was full of whole dates WITH the seed. Ouch! The Saag Paneer was curiously sour. (?). C'mon guys. You're better than this. Wake up!

Kayti B.

Yelp
Best Indian food ever. I get the lamb rogan Josh and vegetable samosas. I come back often

Catrina S.

Yelp
I was craving Indian food one night and decided to give this place a try. Indian food is my absolute favorite cuisine. I ordered the Murgh Tikki Marsala with a side of garlic naan. The marsala was quite flavorful but I think next time I will get it more spicy, however it was very good . This was a pickup order but I though the dining area was nice when I arrived. Simple but nice. I see they have a small bar set up there. I pass this place often and just never stopped in. Can we please get some applause for the garlic naan? So amazingly buttery with the perfect hint of garlic. I will be back but next time I will try another dish.

Jack N.

Yelp
Unfortunately, middle of the road Indian Cuisine. Atmosphere was OK and service was uncoordinated. I think we had 4 or 5 different service people all doing different things.

Yelp
The Dallas area is blessed with excellent Indian food options, so an Indian restaurant that stands out must be amazing. I tried Mughlai on a recent business trip, because it was reasonably close to where I was staying. I ended up eating three meals at Mughlai in the space of two days. Yes, it was that good. The first time I visited, I asked the server what her favorite thing on the menu is. She pointed out several good choices, and suggested I should really try the Masaladar Goat. I hadn't had Dahi Baray in several years, so I got an order to start, then the Masaladar Goat along with rice and bread, and an order of Kheer to finish things off. The Masaladar Goat was excellent. It was a hearty, satisfying, and spicy goat curry. It's true that goat curry is almost always good, but this particular curry was entirely delicious. The Kheer at Mughlai is a work of art. When I was finishing up, someone at the restaurant suggested that "next time" I should try the Lamb Chops Adraki, so I returned the next night and ordered the Lamb Chops and some Naan. It's no exaggeration to say the Lamb Chops Adraki are the best thing I have eaten in a restaurant. I have eaten rack of lamb many, many places. None were as astonishing as the Lamb Chops Adraki at Mughlai. They were like a blackened rack of lamb, with an Indian twist. They were entirely encrusted, sizzling, and succulent. On my third visit, the server didn't seem surprised to see me anymore. They gave me the same seat every time, which was a nice hospitable touch. The service was excellent. There are only two real drawbacks with Mughlai. First, the prices are high. This is not a budget-friendly place to eat. It's clean, the service is amazing, and the food is excellent; but it's expensive. I think the prices are good for what you get, but it's not cheap. Second, the restaurant closes early in the evenings. On the whole, this is a good thing: it allows the employees to have their own lives. But it's worth mentioning that I had already tried to visit the restaurant at least twice on previous trips, and had found it closed. I went to Mughlai on a whim, and I'm so glad I did. I shall certainly visit again when I'm next in the area.

Yelp
Enjoyed the food, not amazing, but better than some other North Indian restaurants, and the restaurant itself is family friendly and comfortable, but the service is really bad. Price is pretty steep for the portions and you have to order rice and bread separate from your entrees. We went at 8PM and when our server came to our table to ask if we were ready, we told her we needed a few minutes, she was annoyed and said, well the kitchen closes in 20 minutes. ? Alright? It's not going to take 20 minutes to come up with our order ma'am. Through out dinner, various servers and bussers kept trying to take our plates away, and rush us out of the restaurant. Our waitress looked bothered the entire time. We got out of there I believe 10 minutes after they closed at 9:10. Won't be returning- no one really wants to feel like that a restaurant. Advice to management- train your staff to have some courtesy and customer service as it relates to dining. If anything I'll order delivery next time.

Yelp
Service and food were excellent. The menu has a lot of options. Concerned about allergies - let your server know and they will tell you options to help avoid the allergens. Depending on your allergy, they may have a separate menu. The food was delicious! Ingredients were fresh and the food came from the kitchen piping hot. Our dinner party had six people and everyone talked about how good the food tasted and the quality. Our servers were friendly and helped us navigate the menu choices and spice level. The restaurant is clean. It's located in a strip mall and can be missed. Don't give up if you go past the restaurant. It's definitely worth your time and patience to dine at this gem.

Greg P.

Yelp
Excellent food! Wonderful service and nice atmosphere. I will definitely be back. We ordered two vegetarian dishes and naan. The Kashmir Naan is delicious and goes well with a spicy dish.

Omar G.

Yelp
The food and service was fantastic. Arya was awesome with her recommendations and patience. Will definitely visit anytime I am in the area.

Howard C.

Yelp
I have been looking for authentic indian food for a while. I just found my spot. The lunch buffet is incredible. Definitely try the Dosas spicy. Great and attentive service. Will be back for sure.

Yelp
I have been going to this restaurant for years. Since I was a lawyer at a nearby firm, we often came as a group. The buffet was good and enjoyed by all. In recent years, the law firm moved, and I have not visited since the covid issues, until today. I found a really extensive buffet for lunch including "paani puri" which is a big street food fave in Bombay, and for Sunday they had rogan josh (a lamb curry) on the buffet along with chicken biryani, chicken tikka, dhal makhani, etc. As usual, the food was excellent. For dessert they offered kheer (a rice pudding) and gulab jamun (a dumpling drenched in sweet syrup) as well as Julebi. All in all it was an excellent lunch and I recommend this Addison location as one of the best (if not THE best) Indian restaurant in DFW.

Selwyn H.

Yelp
Good food but insanely expensive. There are equally as good Indian restaurants for 1/2 the price.

Priyanka O.

Yelp
The service and food is excellent! Love the mango lassi and butter chicken! I also like their vegetarian options!

Jay R.

Yelp
Good service and food was decent . Wait time was long but I guess it was worth it. Will go back soon!

Shan W.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place. Always great, fresh food and the service is always good. I go at least twice a month.my favorite is the Goat Briyani and Naan

Monali D.

Yelp
We were here with my parents last night and the food was amazing. I love their complementary papad chutney concept ( so cool!). Paneer tikka sizzler is a regular that we get every time we are here. I'm lactose intolerant now so I don't eat it anymore but my husband loves it and my parents loved it too. Their paratha basket is huge with different types of paratha/roti. We got the dal makhani, veg jalfrezi and bhindi masala, Almost similar to what you get in India except Jalfrezi it was just alright. The service is great and so is the ambience. But I wish there was a veggie sizzler option instead of just paneer, because I love the tikkas here! Overall we had a good time!

Rosinha A.

Yelp
This is an understated star in Dallas. The staff is welcoming and attentive, the menu is diverse, and the food is simply delightful. I've only been here once, but the Chicken Biryani was DELICIOUS. And so was the Kheer. The spices and flavours are enchanting, and food is prepared to order per level of desired spicy-ness. The restaurant is comfortably classy and has pleasant Indian music playing softly. Prices are very modest. I left feeling beyond satisfied and had leftovers for the next day (breakfast, as i was looking forward to it so!!).

Yelp
So my wife and I got #1 recommendations for this place from two different local experts in Indian cuisine so we had pretty high hopes. And the food itself really was great but it was marred by really poor service. We walk in, a waitress promptly comes up to us but all she asks is "two?". No welcome, no how are you, no "come with me to your table", no "someone will be with you soon". The word "two" is all we got from her. The restaurant is beautiful, with plenty of tables close together to form a sense of community, red accents with a warm feeling throughout, comfortable tables and chairs. We got vegetable samosa, garlic naan, jeera rice, chicken tikka masala with spicy level 3, and mutter paneer with spicy level 2. The waiter who took our order was similarly non-verbal. Only asking for spicy levels and the number of samosas we wanted. The food was exceptional. The samosas were completely filled and well seasoned, crispy pasty. Sauces that it came with were tasty, we liked the green sauce which had more of a tang than the sweeter redder one. It was kinda disappointing to have to pay extra for rice and naan, but I guess some people can order the meat/sauce and then use their own rice at home this way. The rice was fluffy and perfectly done. The naan could have been better, it was a bit thin and dry. My wife liked the mutter paneer with spicy level 2, which she said wasn't spicy at all. I had a spoonful and I have to agree. The tikka masala spicy level 3 that I had was pretty spicy, gave a nice burn in the mouth that wasn't overwhelming but made its presence known. I feel like there should be a spicy level 2.5 where it's spicy but nothing that gives you that lasting burn. After the meal I felt the burn in my stomach that a trip to Jeni's ice cream helped sort out. Once we got our entrees we didn't get checked on by any of waiters until we were done and ready for the check. My water cup had gone bone dry from trying to douse the tikka masala. So overall, the place is beautiful, would be a great idea for a semiformal family dinner or a work outing, and the food was wonderful although the naan had room for improvement. But the neglectful detached service is where I just have to knock that one star off.

Merzbow01 ..

Yelp
Food was subpar at its very best - ordered the chicken tikka kabobs to go for 20$ and was shocked to be handed a tiny little bag - opened it up and no rice of naan - asked where the rest of the order was and they explained that it was 4$ extra for either rice or naan so 8$ for both - Indian food has been my favorite for over 20 years and I've never been served tikka kabobs without rice or naan The chicken itself was very poor quality - rubbery and over cooked - the spice level was good but yea the texture of the chicken was terrible Also noticed while we were waiting for the food that there a bunch of pictures of the owner with a many war mongering politicians like the Clinton's and the George bush administration We will NEVER come back to this place

Deepa D.

Yelp
We have supported Mughlai for several years since they opened in the DFW area. I was disappointed though when we tried their lunch buffet recently. Mughlai , when they opened up, had a distinct taste and superior quality to their kebabs and curries. I was very surprised when the buffet looked like a generic buffet available at other mediocre Indian restaurants.

Sar P.

Yelp
Decent Indian food Samosa was tasty, veggie cutlets was good and the third one was bad 4/5 Malai kofta was delicious 4/5 Paneer Tikka Masala 3/5 (maybe a little more spice and less food color) Bullet naan was delicious Overall 3.5 stars but since service was great, I'm rounding up to 4 stars

Phillip C.

Yelp
Pricey but probably the best Indian food in Dallas. If I don't like an Indian place, it's usually because they either tone down the spices too much (not the heat, the actual seasoning) or the gravies are too thin/creamy. This place has neither of these issues, every dish is a perfectly cooked, flawlessly seasoned flavor bomb. Garlic naan is loaded with garlic and comes out so fresh and hot that I've burned my fingertips on occasion. Not an expert but the texture/flavor seem like the dough is made in-house. As mentioned, the prices are high but the portions are also huge, and we usually get 2 (sometimes 3) meals out of a trip here. They're also very generous with the proteins: the biryanis and curries seem like they're 50% meat by volume. My girlfriend has actually commented that there's too much meat a couple times. All of this is referring to the actual sit down dinner menu. The lower reviews seem to be from people who've only eaten the lunch buffet, which IMO doesn't actually qualify you to leave a review of the restaurant. That said, I've had the buffet and they're not wrong about it: it's a few dollars more than a typical Indian lunch buffet and the quality of the buffet is noticeably lower than the actual sit down dinners. I wouldn't go back for the buffet but I'm willing to drive the 40 minutes for the dinner. Final random side note: the bartender makes one of the best old fashioneds I've ever had. Go figure.

Yelp
Frisco location - Totally goofed up my pick up order. Prepared it 1/2 hour before my requested pick up time. Left out the rice. Added some kind of sweet sauce or dessert - I have no idea what it was. Shame on me for not checking it before I left. Regardless, total fail. Too bad. Dallas location is my go to. Frisco is a fail.

Jeevan M.

Yelp
I found a piece of broken glass in my food. I bit it and would have choked me had I swallowed it, considering the size. I have no idea how it could get in to the middle of a rice box. The staff representative doesn't consider this sharp enough and believes it has rounded edges and was trying to compensate with a free jeera rice. I mean this could have been fatal and he was trying to compensate me with a box of rice. I have no reason to let this case slide and I am taking necessary actions.

Nitin B.

Yelp
This is by far the best Indian food in Dallas. To set the stage, I have eaten at indian establishments all over the US and have eaten at some very fine dining establishment as well as fast casual and hole in the wall type restaurants, in NYC, DC, London, India, middle east. Dallas, proper (not suburbs), has a dearth of indian restaurants. There are a few establishments but not great. The menu at mughlai is traditional, varied, and very flavorful. This most recent time we ordered take out: Bhindi masala, Lamb Rogan Josh, Chana masala, and paneer tandoori (all ordered mild because who needs overly pungent food) Each dish was delectable and hit home.

Carolyn H.

Yelp
Really great experience here on a Friday night. I tried lamb, chicken, and vegetable options, some garlic naan and rice. I really like the refined, serene atmosphere. I've been seeking an Indian place that, "feels" a bit more upscale and this satisfies that. I tried medium and, "Indian-hot" spice levels, and I was happy with both. Our server was helpful and informative, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the menu. I will DEFINITELY be back!

Martin H.

Yelp
Staying nearby, we (colleague and I) decided to walk from the hotel and check this place out. Firstly, I'd give this 3 stars for service, but... Our waitress was not very good. Bless her. I am not sure if she's new, but she really didn't have much of a clue. I asked of there were any specials, and she opened the menu and pointed at all the tandoori dishes. It wasn't quite what I was looking for, but it's ok. She asked if we wanted rice OR bread.... We wanted rice AND naan, so when we finally got our meal, there was enough rice to feed a family of 4! More than once she wanted to clear the table of plates while we were still eating (though we had paused), so was a little over bearing. I think she came by our table 5-8 times in the space of an hour! I have to admire the effort, and I'm sure she'll get it. OK, the food! I ordered the lamb Rogan Josh (everyone spells is different) with a 3/5 spice. It was spot on. The meat was tender and the spice was really good. My colleague had the chicken tikka masala and also commented that the spice was just as he had hoped and that he enjoyed the flavor. The rice wasn't my favorite, it was only just about cooked, and was borderline undercooked. Mix it with some sauce and ... it was good! I think we beat the rush, because it did get busier as we ate. It was a Thursday night, and by 6pm it was pretty full here, with what appeared to be a large amount of to-go orders also being handled. A great sign. Overall, a good experience, but not perfect.... I'd come back for sure.

Joanna T.

Yelp
One of my favorite go-to Indian restaurants. I've tried a bunch & this one is one of my favorites. I even brought the pickiest eaters who never gave Indian food a fair chance here & they loved it! I started coming here just for their curries, but later enjoyed their lunch buffets. I personally hate buffets in general because usually the food is just sitting under a heat lamp for hours & doesn't taste fresh, but you can see the staff constantly changing out the food & supplying freshly made items. I believe they upped the price for the buffet to $17 a person now but the last time I went it was $15. Sure you can go to cheaper buffets but I'm not sure you'll find the quality. Everything I've tried was great, the samosas, the buffet but if you're new the cuisine you can never go wrong with the chicken tikka masala with the delicious buttery naan bread.

Riaz S.

Yelp
Well the ambience is very good. Variety is very good as well. Service is good as well. So what is not as good? Basically the food quality was NOT excellent to correspond to the price. Basically you are paying for the ambience. Food is good but NOT excellent. Shrimp was too tough and hard to even cut with a knife. Each dish was different as opposed to being the same "brown" dish. Lassi wasn't available. Coffee wasn't available. ‍. Mango kulfi was sub par. Tea was served Luke warm (NOT HOT). Point to be noted is that we as a family were starving and extremely hungry

Chris C.

Yelp
I've had plenty of good curry when I lived overseas, but this was the best I've ever had! Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Korma with garlic naan was amazing. Complex flavors, not just heat. Good atmosphere and fantastic service made this a great date night.

Jean Paul M.

Yelp
Have visited Mughlai a few time for business lunch, the place is very inviting and cozy and is effectively setup for their well known lunch buffet. The buffet itself is ok, but a little overpriced in my opinion. The replenishing process is very slow and some of the food can sit there for a while before anyone comes around and switches it or stirs it up to remain fresh. Nonetheless, a good option if you are looking to satisfy an Indian food craving though.

Shannah H.

Yelp
Very nice lunch buffet! I came here with friends - a group of 9 - and a buffet is really the only way to go. There's an excellent selection, from veg offerings to meat and mild to spicy. One dessert option provided, but it was my favorite rice pudding so yay! A server seats you and brings/refills drinks. In fact, service here is the best I've ever experienced in a buffet environment. It's obvious meals are their main focus because the buffet is not permanently installed. In a way I like this because you know they are concentrating on food quality not quantity/speed. What I didn't like was the price - $18 after tax for the buffet. That's just a bit higher than I'm used to paying for a similar experience at India Palace (my favorite Indian lunch buffet which also offers far more selection) and significantly higher than the lunch buffet at Mumtaz (my 2nd favorite Indian lunch buffet with more selection). Would I go back here? Sure. It was a great experience and the food was excellent.

ravi c.

Yelp
If you are a vegetarian avoid their lunch buffet. We knew before we walked in that they do not have a huge selection of items on their buffet. But, what sucks was the quality of the food. The vegetable manchurian was bad.Huge balls of semi cooked vegetables, semi fried, heavily under seasoned. The one veggie appetizer they had was so bad. Most Indian restaurants however good/bad they are, atleast get the chana masala right. This was beans from a can, hardly any gravy with no taste. The aloo methi and cabbage were decent. The only thing worth paying money for was their jalebi. If I'm paying $40 for two people, atleast some of your dishes should be good. Never going back, we were considering catering food for a party from them, no more!

M M.

Yelp
Chana masala, Chicken Tikka Masala and Veggie Samosas are delicious. This place is a bit pricey given the portion size (especially for the chana) but it's our favorite in the area so we keep going back.

Evi E.

Yelp
We enjoyed our experience at Mughalai at Southlake!! The food was so good ! We ordered for Mattar Palao and Goat Khadai! With a spice level 4! it was delicious ! Not only did we enjoy the food but the lady that served us was very polite and friendly !That made a difference because the service in most Indian restaurants is terrible !! Thank you Ms A for making our evening an enjoyable one !

Lauren M.

Yelp
I came here in a quest for good Indian food and got just that! Delicious, delicately balanced spices and flavors that majorly delivered! This is considered fine Indian food, with that being said the service is very professional. Each server was dressed in the same nice uniform and were well informed of every menu item. After being welcomed by the incredible smell of the food we were greeted by a couple of hosts. We were sat in the smaller side of a random walk the physically splits the restaurant in half. I have no idea why that wall is there. The tables are dressed nicely though. We were handed the not too large dinner menu and were surprised by the prices. More surprising was that rice and naan/roti are all separate. It's also worth mentioning that there's no thali options. By the time you get one entree dish, rice and a bread you're looking at $22.50 minimum. So it's definitely a sharing place. Get some entrees, and then some rice ad naan to share for the table. The food came out not too fast, not too slow and we, being quite hungry, dove right it! My paneer tikka masala was so fantastic! Rich, luxurious and smooth, packed with so many layer of intense flavor. It went well with my roti but probably would have been better with rice. The chicken vindaloo was immersed in the perfect balance of heavy handed spices making it a very spicy dish, not in heat but in actual spices used. The chicken was so tender and the sauce trusty a standout. I wish I could have tried more things. So many things sounded great! Even the lamb/goat dishes and my favorite rice, pulao. They have a lunch buffet for the price of one entree, so I highly suggest that! When I come back it will definitely be for the buffet!

Yelp
Everything here is a 10/10. I originally planned on coming here a few months ago, but I didn't realize that they're closed on Monday. That was my fault for not checking their hours. Today, I decided to surprise my coworkers some lunch. I called to place a pick up order and from the beginning, I had a great experience. The gentleman on the phone was very courteous and attentive. The order was ready for pick up in 15-20 minutes. When I came by to pick up the food, the aromas from the restaurant smelled amazing! They have buffet during lunch hours. Unfortunately, my line of work doesn't give me the luxury to sit down and eat, unless it's at my desk. Since I was ordering for about 5-6 people, I ordered: a full order of tandoori chicken, 3 orders of garlic naan, 3 orders of rice, and veggie platter from their appetizer selection. The complete order could feed about 8 people. The tandoori chicken can feed at least 4-5 adults. One rice portion is 24 ounces, so 3 cups. 1 naan is a full naan cut in half. The veggie samosas are huge! I'm a girl who normally can eat about 6 samosas in a sitting and I was full after half of one! The naan was fragrant and the rice was delicate and fluffy! The chicken was moist and not too spicy. Thank you for the excellent service and amazing food! We will be coming back!

Yelp
I grew up in NYC and it's surrounding boroughs. Needless to say, it was easy to find good Indian good there and since moving to dallas it's been a little bit of a struggle even if I wander out to Irving or such. In any case, I am really happy I found this place! Nothing special decor wise. The wait staff is friendly and fast but not very helpful with picking food or making recs. The drinks are too sweet for me, especially anything that involves mangos. I'm also not entirely sure the alcoholic mango lassi actually has any alcohol in it. Apps- samosa is ok, tiki isn't bad. Plus they give you a ton of papadam and yummy sauce. Mains- love the sag paneer ( but I like creamy paneer not everyone does), malai kofta, tikka masala, and veggie kadai . My favorites were the lamb roghan josh. Had decent naan on the side. Upside, they let you pick spice level. There is even "Indian spicey" but be warmed, even mild has a pretty serious kick. One downside, it's pricey for an Indian place. Really solid food with some standout dishes . I think I'm overly in love with it because it blows the competition out of the water---I'm ok with that! I also want to try the buffet someday soon.

Yelp
No way. Rude owner. Combative man that speaks down to patrons including the elderly. Is his mom alive? Because if she was she would be ashamed of his behavior . Food on the other hand is excellent. Owner yelled at us for being loud. We had a party of 10 celebrating our grandmother 's 94 birthday. Will never return.

Yelp
Even though I am in the same area every month since my hair salon is there, I had never stopped in here. We love Indian food but it can be so hit or miss in Dallas. Being so close to the Galleria, the area is a bit chi-chi and pricey so my expectations for the restaurant to be along those lines were high. Stepping into the foyer, it is apparent that it is very cozy, a bit neglected in upkeep, and lacks service direction. Cashier was very friendly when taking my take out order. Wish I had checked it as he missed my veggie order but oh well, we had plenty of food.Ordered the whole tandoori chicken and it was delicious. Side order of Naan along with biranyi rice. All of the food was really good, so that was a happy outcome. Inside the restaurant there is plenty of need to update the decor, it is neglected from the ladies room to the side stations where leftover food, dirty plates, and staff chatting with each other oblivious to the disorganized appearance everywhere. Prices were a bit high but the rent is probably higher do to its locale. Would go for the take out a again. Free parking available in the lot or nearby garage.

Yelp
This is without a doubt the best Indian food I've had since living in DFW. I came with 2 friends in the evening, and we did had to wait 25 minutes. It was well worth it, however! The servers are friendly, albeit a bit scattered. Occasionally, I wished that someone would come to fill my water glass. To drink, I had the jolly lassi. It was delicious, and a fun twist on a traditional mango lassi. We couldn't decide between which naan to order for dinner, so we just went with the basket. Best decision ever! My favorite was the garlic naan. Or maybe the onion naan...they were all amazing. The vegetable samosas pack a bit of a punch spice-wise. But the dough tastes so fresh. Mmm, salivating just thinking about them. For the main course I had the mutter paneer and the malai kofta. Both were delectable, but if I had to choose just one, it would be the mutter paneer. I will definitely be back! Amazing food!

Yelp
Fine Indian Cuisine. This restaurant is located in a shopping center right next to the Dallas Galleria. The parking lot was a good size and had several open spots available. We got here right as they were opening the doors for dinner. We immediately noticed a good amount of people entering shortly after they opened. We walked in to a very clean and nicely decorated Indian restaurant. The host was very friendly and sat us right away. The waitress promptly walked up with waters and asked if we had been here before. She went over the entire menu and answered all of our questions. The service here was quite excellent. We started with one of my favorites which is the Vegetable Samosa. It didn't take long to come out but sadly the inside filling was dry and flavorless. The outside was slightly burnt as well. I will say not a good starter. Usually for an entree I always order the Lamb Curry dish, but this restaurant does not have that on the menu. The waitress recommended I try the Gosht Roghan Josh which she mentioned was very similar to Lamb Curry. I decided to order that and we also ordered the Gosht Vindaloo. The entrees here do not come with rice, the rice is an extra charge with the meals. We also ordered some garlic naan bread. The food did not take long to come out and was presented quite nicely in good sized bowls. The additional rice we ordered was a very generous amount as well. The Garlic Naan came out right after and it was more than enough considering how much food we had at the table. The Gosht Roghan Josh was definitely not Lamb Curry and in my opinion tasted nothing like Lamb Curry. The dish had flavors but not what my taste buds were craving. The Gosht Vindaloo was exploding with flavors though! That is a dish I will order next time at this restaurant. The Garlic Naan bread was hot, fresh and very tasty as well. The service is excellent at this restaurant. The interior is quite nice and the food was good. I would recommend this place if you are in Addison and I will most likely be back to try this restaurant out again.

Yelp
This is another good Indian restaurant in Dallas, located directly across from the Galleria. I tried it for the first time during the lunch buffet. Although there are equal amounts of meat and vegetarian dishes on the buffet line, I felt that there weren't enough. Only about 3-5 of each to choose from, and only one appetizer and dessert. Most buffets have more options, and this one definitely should have more being at the price of $15 on weekdays and $17 on weekends. Most of the food was good. The only thing that didn't taste ok was the appetizers (some fried puff pastry) and the naan, which were both dry and hard. Aside from that, the entrees tasted very good, with just the right amount of spice. The service was excellent and very friendly. I would love to come back, only if it was either cheaper or there were more options.

Yelp
I'm writing this review purely based on one item that I sampled recently: the Murgh Malai Kebab. I can say without question that this was one of the most delicious bites of food I've had in some time. The juicy meat was soft, nutty, rich, and spicy, coated in ghee and a creamy but cohesive marinade. Truly exceptional, and shockingly tasty. Everything else we tried - including the Tandoori chicken - was fairly standard and dry, but that white chicken was something else...
