MUJI Tottenham Court Road

Such a good shop for the Japanese minimalist style. I always come in for a short browse and stay for ages! The stationery is amazing, and great quality- which can be hard to find these days, the clothes are amazing quality too. The staff, specifically the man who is on the till upstairs a lot are so nice and welcoming, and the self checkout is a good experience too, all very seamless.

The TCR store is great, However I brought some items online and have not received them. I have send two customer service emails/tickets/messages and no response. Poor Communication. Still awaiting order.

Beautifu, very clean and well organized shop, this Muji looks small but is deceiving, they have a very good selection, spite of the space and well organized. They have small offers very often, not that big, but every little helps. I'm obsessed with their humidifiers, stationary and organising boxes. Super clean and following the nowadays cleanliness regulations, nice staff, It's always a pleasure pop in the shop.

If you love neutral colours, soft fabrics, amazing Japanese storage solutions then Muji is for you. Don’t question just go and spend all your money there. This store is the perfect place to do just that.

Beautiful minimalist clothing, I rate their underwear highly. Staff were a bit clueless though, one couldn't explain sizing and another almost charged me £10 over a t shirt I never bought.

Always tidy store, enjoy shopping here lots of Japanese muji snacks kitchen items stationary and clothing.

It wasn’t the first time that we have been to this Muji store. The store is compact, but it has amazing gems! Very clean, smells really good especially on first floor because of all the diffusers. Staff are super helpful and friendly, they have started customers self check out. A staff member handed us a 10% off discount card if we do self checkout via our phone, she helped us throughout the whole shopping journey, what a great help she was! Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name to give her good feedback, but it was lovely that we bought a teapot, tea cup and a mat to enjoy our tea with.
