MukBap - Korean Vegan

This is such a lovely gem that’s so easy to miss because it’s tiny. With just a handful of tables to fill, it feels family style and so welcoming. Somehow all the food is completely vegan but if you’re not veggie or vegan you won’t even notice. They have both regular veggie options as well as meat replacements and they both are so good. Would have loved the kimchi pancakes to be a little thicker but that’s honestly the only negative I can think of. Everything else was fabulous.

This tiny vegan Korean restaurant near Liverpool Street statio, serving up the tastiest dishes and friendliest service! I tried the fat roll kimbap where the texture of the vegan sausage was so alike to meat! The crispy tofu bibimbap was delicious! Packed with veggies and a generous portion of rice, you could easily share between two. The owner is very sweet and has a great sense of humour — will be back soon

Where do I start ? This place is amazing!!! It’s a gem for sure, the place is very cozy. The menu has a lot of options (it was hard to decide). Our favourite was the ‘Beef’ bulgogi, the meat replacement was very tender and the sauce was delicious. The service is exceptional! Nichelle extremely professional, attentive and emphatic. She even held our baby for us to be able to eat in peace with no stress. Thank you Nichelle you are so kind, can’t wait to be back to visit and eat the tasty Korean food. ❤️❤️❤️

This restaurant is tucked away in a very unassuming part of the City, you wouldn't notice it unless you knew it were there. But inside it was very cosy and homely. Service was friendly and welcoming and it was very clean. I had a lovely tofu bibimbap, sushi and pancake, all cooked perfectly cooked and well-priced. This place shows how Korean food can definitely be vegan and delicious!

Flavourful vegan Korean food with friendly service! Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly - the highlights for me were the fried chicken, bulgogi rice and japchae. The restaurant had a cozy homely vibe - it is quite a small restaurant, so you may have to wait for a table but it is worth it.

Amazing little gem tucked behind Liverpool Street. The food was beyond delicious, each dish with distinct flavours and variety. Went with my non-vegan mum who loved the food. The waitress was so kind and lovely too, amazing service. Will definitely be visiting again. We got the kimchi rice and tofu bibimbap mains and sides of the kimbap and fried dumplings. No bookings, so we walked straight in and got a table. One thing to note is there’s no toilet, but bars/pubs nearby you could pop into before/after.

Super yummy food, different from the usual meals we'd be able to get elsewhere. Absolutely full of flavor and super friendly service. Would recommend the tteobokki and the chicken, but everything was 10/10. Order in-store or directly via the website if you can.

The food was amazing! Fresh, authentic, and incredibly delicious. The 2 for 1 banana milk was a fun bonus! Service was friendly and top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone craving vegan Korean cuisine. I’ll definitely be back!
