Mukja Food Truck

Hands down the best food truck food I’ve ever had!!!! We got the ttbeoki, crab Rangoon cheese dog, and Dubai chocolate strawberry parfait. We couldn’t be more impressed 1000/10

Been trying to get food from them for about 2 months now, but was always working when they would be around. Finally had an opportunity yesterday, and their food did not disappoint. I had the trifecta, tteokbokki, and tofu. My favorite was definitely the elote cheese dog. Cheese pull was so satisfying. I can't wait to try more from them! 5/5 for food and 5/5 for customer service!

Their food is ridiculously good! I can't wait to try more. I would stand in another downpour to eat here again. 100% worth the wet car seats.

The food is sooo good! The Korean cheese dogs and the bibimbap are awesome. Wonderful people work here, you can always tell they take pride in their work and love sharing their tasty dishes. Sometimes they park outside of Long Table across the street from Copper Door Coffee Roasters. We love having them in Park Hill! Please show them some love!

Their food was exceptionally tasty and filling. It paired perfectly with the craft beer we were drinking.

Wow -- we had been meaning to check out the Mukja food truck for a long time, and we finally did. So happy we did -- the food was wonderful. We tried just about everything -- the bibimbap (with sweet potato noodles instead of rice!), toekboekki chewy rice cakes (a favorite!), a scallion pancake rolled into a burrito-like wrap with a spicy chicken filling, and Korean street-food-style cheese dogs -- with cheese that stretches as you pull the dog away from your mouth. The protein choices include beef bulgogi, spicy chicken, tofu, and more. There was even boba on the menu when we were there. The service was very friendly and efficient, and the prices are quite fair. A big thumbs up -- we will be returning.

Their kimchi fries with fried tofu are soooooo good! The fried tofu especially had an amazing texture. Super crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. If you've never had tofu before, I highly recommend trying theirs!!

Uhhhh not sure why the great reviews. Extremely mid. If you like your nachos with an inch of juice in the bottom, this is your place! Also, nachos are more of a salad?
