"You just found out your favorite celebrity couple’s dogs are getting a divorce - again. Time to grab a slice of pepperoni from Mulberry St Pizzeria and eat your feelings. This spot has actually good, cheap pizza that you can stuff into your mouth in the car while you look back on old instagrams of Scampi and Rosie and cry." - amy clark

We placed an order online for pickup for a pizza with a side of ranch and Dr. Pepper. The pizza took a little longer to be prepared than quoted but it wasn't too long of a wait. The restaurant is much bigger than you expect from the outside. It goes back a long way and there are plenty of choices to sit and dine in. We were staying at a nearby hotel and walked the pizza back and it was still hot when we got back - (about 10 min walk). The staff is very friendly and the place was clean. I would recommend this pizza place to anyone in the area. It's new york style with reasonable prices!

Google
The best NY style pizza by the Slice in LA! The way the dough is perfectly crispy on the bottom after it’s reheated is my ideal slice situation! We tried the Buffalo chicken slice for the first time and loved it. Other favorite slices: bbq chicken, eggplant parm, cheese, pepperoni, white slice

David Holland

Google
A really great pizza stop! If you want authentic NY/New Haven style this is the go to🙌🏼 Apparently most of their business is in delivery so the inside of the restaurant is usually on the quiet side 🪑 🍕 Great pepperoni but I heard the bbq chicken 🐓 was the best! Will have to go back and try that one!

Google
Amazing New York style pizza. Crispy crust and a large variety of flavors/ toppings. Convenient location, very casual and great service. $6 a slice is kind of expensive but overall it’s affordable.

Andrei Totoescu

Google
This was a very good NY style pizza but for a $40 Beverly Hills pizza was a bit under par. Could use a bit more flavor, sauce and cheese. When it's fresh it's delicious but a few hours later dry and flavorless.

Google
New York style pizza in LA. Obviously good, with a Hollywood grunge vibe. Graffiti on the walls, signs celebrity headshots everywhere from everybody from DeNiro and Pacino to others. Pizza was outstanding and people are cool. It's on Beverly boulevard.

Kerrari Barr

Google
THE most authentic NY style pizza outside of NYC. The consistency of the dough, the sauce to cheese ratio. It’s just simply perfect. 👌🏻

Yelp
had a very tasty, crunchy, messy slice of sausage pizza! it was all i needed for a good fun bite. it was like $6+, so roughly $8 all in tax and tip. i say messy bc i think it was just a slice, that sausage was haphazardly tossed onto later. tbh it doesn't NEED to be fancy, and it wasn't. all it needs to be is GOOD, and it was. the cesar salad was also surprisingly tasty i didn't really know what to expect. the place is more of a hole in the wall than i expected. also when you are on beverly looking for it you see like a pinkberry and chipotle. so me and my pal were wondering where are we and where is it! walk far back in a dim vestibule area and le voila... there it is. there is a public parking lot just a few feet away with 2 hours free parking so- a great solution since the street meters always seem to be packed. i would def come back for a basic, no nonsense bite. i hate all the pretentiousness in bev hills so, am happy to find a basic decent somewhat reasonably priced joint.

Yelp
Today I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a pizza at Mulberry's pizza, and I have to say it was one of the most disappointing pizzas I've ever encountered. In fact, I'd rank it below even some of the frozen options from the supermarket, like Pizza Hut and DiGiorno. At $57 for a pizza, I expected a lot more than what we received. The cheese was sparse, and the meat toppings were so bland that they all tasted the same--almost like a sponge. The staff suggested it was an authentic New York-style pizza, but I can confidently say I've had genuine NY pizza, and this was nothing like it. Instead, it reminded me more of the cardboard box it came in. We ordered two pizzas, totaling over $100, and I genuinely would have preferred a DiGiorno from Target. Unfortunately, despite my hunger, I couldn't bring myself to take another bite. We ended up asking for a refund, which I felt was the only reasonable option. The owner struggled with the request. In summary, Mulberry's pizza was large but utterly tasteless. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying pizza experience. Mulberry's pizza - big and and lacking personality and flavor...

Kamron H.

Yelp
Their lasagna pizza is hands down there best pizza here! Pizza overall here is solid and is sold at a fair price. I'll definitely come back here whenever I'm back in the BH area again

Grace C.

Yelp
This place is our favorite pizza spot! Love their NYC-style pizza! I had Mulberry first in Vegas, but it's nice having a place closer to home and with relatively free parking. There's a parking lot within walking distance that's free for 2 hours. If this is your first time, you have to try their pepperoni pizza and Mulberry Street New York pizza (aka cheese pizza) first! We usually get a whole pie of each ($32.95 for pepperoni and $27.95 for Mulberry Street New York Pizza). Their slices are thin, full of flavor, and stretchy with cheese! We usually dust off several slices before taking the rest home to enjoy later that week. Make sure to save your receipts as they have a promo where you get a free pizza after 10 purchases of $30+. Dine-in seating is more for smaller groups and we found it easy to find a table when we come during off hours.

Michael H.

Yelp
The pizza was great! Very simple NY style pizza. The service, however, was not very pleasant. The employees looked miserable. Nothing much to write about here.

Ricky G.

Yelp
Door dashed, was solid even after 30min drive . Thin, light and nice cook. Maybe was one of the better pizzas of the night. They only let me put 2 topping max on my huge pizza, wish I could make a custom pizza the way I want but solid. I got a whole fresh pizza not a huge fan of by the slice l, double cooked etc etc. Would never drive here but maybe another door dash again but it's at the higher price point for pizza. LA is a thriving pizza spot, you can find better for the price but this is still holding its own.

John V.

Yelp
Beyond me how this place has anything less than 4 or 5 stars. But sure, stay away--more pizza for me! We drive 45 minutes for this spot as its truly the best thin slice pizza in LA imo. What I like about this place is that the classics obviously hit--but the rigatoni, chicken ranch, and buffalo chicken slices are sleepers. I get a different combination every time and its perfect for small groups. Always hot and ready. Service is super friendly, they remember us even if its been months. Highly recommend!

Prue K.

Yelp
I placed an order at 12 noon, and was advised a 2pm delivery. At 2:30pm I called to enquire where it was. The location for delivery is approx 100ft from there store - yes 100ft. Whoever answered the phone was so rude that I was questioning where the order was and slammed the phone down. With service like that how do they stay in business????

Louie Y.

Yelp
We've been a regular to this place as we used to work in the area-- that was more than a decades ago! Just happened we were in BH, so, dining here was compulsory! the food is still great and the ambience still has that new york-est vibes. Service was on point granting we came in before the lunch crowd.

Leslie B.

Yelp
I just ordered a delivery from Slice. The order was delivered 30 minutes before expected. It was a cold old pizza. Probably sitting out all night I contacted slice who contacted Mulberry who said nothing the could do about it. I will never order from there again I wouldn't recommend getting anything delivered.

Loren V.

Yelp
This that PARIS DATE NIGHT LATE NIGHT SPOT! It looks like ITALY inside and there's true Italians in here working omg like the good fellas type feel when I picked up my orders today. They were so sweet and kind! Smells amazing

Niki T.

Yelp
The pizza is average - nothing to write home about. My expectations based on reviews and reputation were probably too high. The employee who answers the phone is rude. Not allergy friendly. If you're in the area, it's a pricy but acceptable pie.

Yelp
Ahoy there, pizza enthusiasts! As Captain 619, I had the pleasure of sailing into Mulberry Street Pizzeria, and let me tell you, it was an experience worth sharing. This renowned pizzeria not only caters to the Hollywood elites but also had the honor of serving yours truly, Captain 619! Let's start with the star of the show - the cheese pizza. Oh, my taste buds were in for a treat! The cheese was melty, the crust was perfectly crispy, and the flavors were absolutely note-worthy. Each bite transported me back to the days when pizzas were crafted with love, just like the ones you'd enjoy with your beloved family in the 1980s and 70s. The attention to detail and the care put into every pizza at Mulberry Street Pizzeria is truly commendable. It's evident that they take pride in creating a pizza that not only satisfies your hunger but also warms your heart. The flavors and dough reminded me of those cherished family gatherings, where time was taken to create an unforgettable culinary experience. Now, I must admit, as a San Diego resident, I couldn't help but wish that Mulberry Street Pizzeria was closer to our sunny shores. The temptation of their incredible pizza is enough to make anyone want to hop on a boat and sail all the way to Hollywood. But fear not, my fellow San Diegans, for we can hold onto the hope that one day this pizzeria will grace us with its presence. Mulberry Street Pizzeria, you truly deserve five stars for your exceptional pizza and the memories you evoke with each bite. I can confidently say that I will be back, hot and ready, for years to come. My taste buds eagerly await the next opportunity to savor your delectable creations. To all my pizza-loving comrades, I highly recommend embarking on your own culinary adventure at Mulberry Street Pizzeria. Let their flavors transport you to a time when pizza was an art form, made with love and shared with family. And remember, even if you're not in Hollywood, the journey to Mulberry Street Pizzeria is well worth it. Fair winds and delicious pizza to all!

Justin H.

Yelp
Grew up in NYC so tried this place a few times hoping it would be passable, but this pizza gives NY pizza a bad name. Dried out crust with way too little sauce and cheese is not NY pizza. Go to ANY NYC corner pizza by the slice shop and you can see and taste the difference immediately. Real NY pizza doesn't skimp on the ingredients that makes it delicious and satisfying. Thats why it's famous. So please stop defaming the brand just trying to save a few pennies and make it right.

Wm G.

Yelp
If you need good New York Thin Crust, Mulberry' on South Beverly Drive delivers every time!!!!!

Katrina V.

Yelp
Okay I got an invite to try a slice of pizza and the logo and name of the pizza place was Mulberry Street Pizzeria. This was when I was living in Beverlywood across the street from Beverly Hills, from whence the pizza comes from. I didn't get to go inside the restaurant for checking out the ambience and nor the service so this review is strictly evidence based about the food. I am like a country bumpkin, too, just 51% to my 49% as a city slicker. Well, ...their pizza had caviar!!!!!!! And it was really good, and not too salty. And worthy of a five. Happy hunting.

Yelp
im trying to figure out why this place has 5 star reviews?! i was running errands in the area and was like ok ya great. i saw they have a place in vegas. upon entering there is multiple pizza boxes with specials and " no dogs and no speaker phone convos" real nice and friendly welcoming. i didnt really look at the menu. i wanted something cheap and to go which is pretty rare in Beverly Hills. worker seemed bothered and irritated that he had to help me. uh great. i got a slice to go. it was too tomato saucey & acidic. didnt really taste the cheese. $6 isnt bad but im very disappointed. one of the worst pizzas ive ever eaten. bye!

Sam B.

Yelp
This place is the best. Pizza is thin and crispy. Toppings are always high quality and fresh. Just the way I like it. Slices are generous. You really can't go wrong here. Cheese pizza is always a reliable choice. My favorite is the tomato artichoke. They have a vegan option and gluten free options as well. Non-pizza selections are also great. The house salad pairs well with any pizza. The sweet marinara sauce is all you need for a great pasta. Rigatoni is my pasta of choice but you can also have spaghetti. Red and white checkered table cloth tables. Family friendly. Nice place to come with friends. Good for a date too. Service reliably good. Takeout and delivery also available. Metered parking on the street. Very comfortable, casual, long standing neighborhood joint! Highly suggest! Note: There are two Mulberry Street locations in Beverly Hills. This one is in South Beverly Hills and the other is in North.

Robin L.

Yelp
This place has pretty good pizza ! Stopped in for a quick lunch. We got a mulberry slice and bbq chicken slice. Also got some garlic knots which were very delicious because it also came with a side of marinara sauce to dip. Had amazing service which I would not have expected tbh. Very cute mom and pop vibes.

David S.

Yelp
Mulberry has always been my go-to pizza spot because of their quick service and always hot pizza. The area is always clean and consistent. The staff is quick but friendly as well. I remember trying it late night at resort world in Las Vegas as well so when I saw this place in LA I have to go eat there and get me a few slices. Thanks guys keep it up!

Elaina E.

Yelp
Come for the pizza. My friend's pasta needed a little more flavor, but since my friends and I have been coming for years I'll for sure be back. My fave: eggplant parm pizza. Every slice of every flavor takes me back to NY.

Nick S.

Yelp
Some of the best pizza I've had in LA in a long time. The pizza came out before I could even sit down, service impeccable, parking was easy, garage is freee for the first 2 hours. Thank you mulberry.

Tim K.

Yelp
Solid 4. We recently got pizza and salads for takeout. Pizza is NY style and very authentic. The pizza was huge and tasty. Got a house and Caesar salad. They said the small was small but turns out think it could have easily fed us both. Salads were fresh and dressing was good. Food was ready on time and pickup went smooth. Just outside the main shopping area on Rodeo and Willshire so easy to get to if you are up in that area.

Yvette N.

Yelp
I love thin crust pizza and let me tell you that they have perfected that. It's been years since i have been here and the taste and quality has not changed. We were greeted once we entered and did not rush us while we were deciding. The decor was cute with all the famous autographs on the walls with movie posters.

Ivey E.

Yelp
Everyone on here is reviewing the signage and not the pizza shop! It's a delicious classic slice No frills, no extras- just a good old pizzeria GO TO DOMINOS IF YOU WANT CHEAP FOOD WITH ZERO CHARACTER & for the record PEOPLE children should never be screaming inside of a place of business & not everyone loves your dog as much as you do

Malik S.

Yelp
We are originally from the city and this place always hits just as good as anything in lower Manhattan (especially if you do math and factor in the weather.) Old school east coast vibe with the door to the alley always open. Makes me feel like a 9 year old again. My dime piece loves the eggplant parm slices. I'm a cheese slice guy, as I'm a classic, refined gentlemen who appreciates the bascis that life has to offer. Keep doing your thing, boys. The Vegas spot is killer also after a night of partying and substances. Love you guys. - Malik

Koby B.

Yelp
Best pizza in Los Angeles, love the white pizza and the house salads great combination! Highly recommended both locations are great.

David R.

Yelp
Do not order on delivery. They don't update times and just cancel after an hour, really inconsiderate to drivers and customers

Ty D.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try Mulberry for the longest time. Since we had dinner across the street at Matu, my friend and I decided to get a couple of slices to go for lunch the next day. I ordered a slice of cheese and a pepperoni. Well when I got home, I had to take a few bites even after a steak dinner at Matu earlier that evening. Hey, don't judge! Loved the pizza. And it was just as great the next day. The pizza is NY style thin crust. I usually don't eat the edge of the crust, but not this pizza. No wonder my friend drives up to this place which is about a 40 minute drive from where she lives, just to get the eggplant pizza. Don't think I'd drive that far for just pizza. But if I'm in the area, I'd be sure to stop by for a slice or two of this pie!

Lisa K.

Yelp
Have been ordering from Mulberry's for over 15 years... hate to make this post but it's truly sad to ask for a customer to pay $5 for an add-on pizza topping but only receive maybe $1 worth in actual value. They maybe added 3-4 mushrooms total to the half order which we ACTUALLY PAID $5 for the full order as an add on in order to split the pie in half. The other side of the pie didn't even have mushrooms so what did we pay for??? The pizza is always tasty BUT definitely didn't get money's worth of what was paid. Have to reconsider ordering in the future. :(

Jason L.

Yelp
There are a few things I'd like to point out before going into my review of Mulberry Street Pizzeria: The overall review of this place is 3.7 stars. Not a very high number. I tend to stray away from trying out a food spot if it has a rating of anything less than 4.5 stars, and I would assume there would be a considerable amount of individuals that go by this notion too. However, please do not be fooled by the less than ideal rating that this place currently holds, as the quality and taste of their pizza absolutely does not reflect its rating. In fact, if this place currently holds an overall rating of 3.7 stars, it is extremely underrated! I was curious as to why some people rated this place less than 4 stars and I did some digging into past reviews made by other Yelpers and came to the conclusion that a lot of these low reviews were made as a result of what I call "Pizza pride" or "Pizza arrogance". You know... the whole LA Pizza vs. NY Pizza BS, whereby people compare the NY style pizza from LA to that of authentic NY Pizza and deem the latter cannot be matched. Basically, what I'm saying is to take this overall 3.7 rating with a grain of salt and recognize the root of where the low rating is coming from. Now to my review. I think you know where I'm heading with this.. and damn... this has got to be the best thin slice pizza spot in LA. The quality never fails. The taste is always consistent. And the way they make the pizza is so authentic. I also love the fact that the employees of this place are tight-knit and give off a family-like vibe. If you tend to be more on the sensitive and introverted side (like myself), there's a chance you could find the employees to be some what intimidating due to their stoic nature, but I got to say, once you smile and treat them with respect, they absolutely reciprocate the same kind of vibes and I love that. Amos was awesome. He really took care of us (my sister and I) and gave excellent customer service. The pizza was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. If you want a no-frills, authentic pizza to satisfy your cravings, you have to go here and you will not be disappointed. *Also ordered the buffalo chicken wings and bbq chicken wings and they were super crispy on the outside and extremely juicy in the inside.

D Y.

Yelp
No Curbside Pick up & Rude about it. Do you know how hard it is to park on Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills during peak hours?

Isabel C.

Yelp
For the record, I love pizza, as many people do. However, I do play favorites when it comes to pizza too. At this point, it's easy for me to consider Mulberry Street Pizzeria a favorite! A group of friends and I decided to get Mulberry Street Pizzeria to-go. Right off the bat, I appreciated the menu and it's variety of options. We decided to go for one classic and one "exploratory" flavor. For the classic flavor, we went with the Pepperoni and for the "exploratory," we went with the Chicken Parmesan. The size of the pizzas, and therefore each slice, was very generous. The Pepperoni Pizza was exactly as we hoped, a great classic. The pepperoni was crispy, and the balance of cheese and sauce was good. At first, we were a bit worried that the Chicken Parmesan Pizza would be too much to handle, but it was actually a nice balance of ingredients and the chicken pieces were sliced to a small enough size so that we didn't have to worry about chewing a large piece in half or to a smaller size (I personally hate doing that for any pizza ingredient). Both pizzas' crusts were fairly thin, crispy, and slightly burnt, providing a nice, smoky flavor. In terms of parking, there is a lot of street parking (most, if not all, meter) both in front of the store and across the street. Otherwise, you may also find parking, for a fee, in nearby parking garages.

Tal S.

Yelp
The food here is usually pretty good. However, sometimes when I order by slice it is over baked and tastes burnt. But when I order a pizza that doesn't happen. I have tried many of the different slices. Mulberry, please stop using hard plastic plates. It's not healthy to put hot food on hard plastic plates. Consider switching to ceramic or give us the metal pans like before. And PLEASE stop using disposable paper plates. Those are not good for the environment. I will consider giving 5 stars if you decrease plastic use and increase more sustainable behaviors in relaxation to food packaging. But again, the food is amazing.

Alex H.

Yelp
The worse pizza we had in a long time. I called in and made sure to tell him to make it well-done crispy, but it arrived halfway cooked. won't order again.

Erika H.

Yelp
let me start by saying that the food was good and the service was good as well. I ordered a sliced of pizza and it was broken and the worker that served my sliced gave me another slice on the house that was very nice of them. the ambiance was ok the place is very load and you can hear them cooking and prepping your food and also hear them washing dishes. Now the reason why I'm giving them 2 starts is because this place is not kid friendly at all. there's a sign that says "PLEASE DONT ALLOW YOUR KIDS TO SCREAM" I thought it was a bit ridiculous considering how noisy the restaurant is with the cooks and everyone behind the kitchen making a lot of noise. there was an older couple sitting next to our table and every time my 2 year old and my 3 year old nephew talked or laugh they would show me and my party the sign saying we were being to "loud" we constantly had to tell our kids to stop talking or to whisper honestly we felt so uncomfortable we didn't even finished our food and left and will not return to this place again. If you have kids and are younger than 10 years old do not come here!!

Julian H.

Yelp
The chef obviously doesn't eat the food at this place n apparently neither does the owner. This place has no pride in their product. The only good thing I could say about this place is that the food is edible. Do you only have one sauce for every dish? Well inflation is hurting all of us. I feel I should have been payed to eat this garbage. Just so you understand I had the munchies when I ate this food n you know what I mean. I'm sorely disappointed. You have the nerve to charge the price you do n serve this product? I'm surprised to see how many stars you have but then these ppl give McDonald's 5 stars. Always remember, you have just been compared to McDonald's. Also I didn't even come close to finishing this meal munchies n all.

Stephanie N.

Yelp
The people that work here deserve more than five stars!! Substantial service, made sure the food was to my liking. They were also really friendly and on top of cleaning each table. The ambiance of this place is also super cool. Excuses good energy and the workers would even tell us stories of each celebrity that was on the walk. Been to this location twice and it has not miss.

Teresa A.

Yelp
I went to Mulberry Street Pizzeria recently. I dined indoors. I had a slice of Mushroom Pizza. The slice was a decent size with ample toppings. I liked the ambience of the place. Service was good. I like the decor on the walls.

Tony S.

Yelp
One of my favorite pizza joints in LA, especially if you're from Boston or New York, and are jonesing for that East Coast neighborhood slice that you can't seem to find anywhere else. Yes there are many other pizza joints, but NONE come close to the quality we East coasters are used to, especially for that oh-so-easy-but-oh-so-elusive simple cheese slice. I drive from Venice Beach to Beverly Hills quite often just for this pizza. It's definitely worth every mile. I actually first discovered Mulberry through their new Las Vegas location at Resorts World, where I ended up cancelling all dinner reservations that week, just to dine on their pizza. It had been at least 3 years since I've had a Boston neighborhood cheese slice, so was ecstatic to discover not only their Vegas joint, but that they also had venues in LA. Definitely a regular now!

Monica S.

Yelp
This location was doing TOO much. I order ahead for a reason - so it would be ready when I got there, they said 20 min it took me 35 min to get to the location. It wasn't ready and I could see they popped my pie in when I got there to location. Never again!

Amber P.

Yelp
We placed an order online for pickup for a pizza with a side of ranch and Dr. Pepper. The pizza took a little longer to be prepared than quoted but it wasn't too long of a wait. We were staying at a nearby hotel and walked the pizza back and it was still hot when we got back - (about 10 min walk). The staff is very friendly and the place was clean. I would recommend this pizza place to anyone in the area. It's new york style with reasonable prices!

Christina W.

Yelp
I ordered from Mulberry pizza from a delivery service and the driver only brought half of my order. I called Mulberry pizza to make sure they still had the other half and they apologized for the inconvenience (which I believe was not their fault) and re-sent the entire order. On top of their great and friendly service, the food was delicious! Definitely recommend the lasagna pizza.

Jennifer S H.

Yelp
The best pizza ever! I always do take out at work and they always deliver in time and exactly how we ordered. Love this place and will continue to be a customer.

Eunice A.

Yelp
Been here twice already and the pizza never disappoints! This has become one of my fave pizza spots.

D G.

Yelp
Mulberry is more about quantity rather than quality. The pizzas were massive but were undercooked, floppy, and lacked the integrity of a well-made pie. The crust was chewy and had no crisp at all. The sauce was overly salted and the cheese was barely there. If you're looking for a huge, thin, "New York" version of Pizza Hut, then this is the place for you.

cody p.

Yelp
65 dollars for one pepperoni pizza and three meatballs. Very mid. Five dollars for each additional topping. I ordered extra cheese. There was nothing cheesy about it. I wish I could get my money back

Brandon B.

Yelp
Been coming here high school and this place is still great! Even offering Turkey pepperoni instead of pork now! Great quick bite as always at your classic old school pizza spot. Service was quick too! Ambience great!
