How to Help Fight Hunger in Montreal | Eater Montreal

"A Côte-des-Neiges community cafeteria that has been preparing meals for nearly 7,000 people per week during the pandemic—about seven times its usual amount—recently renovated to include a food market and is accepting monthly and one-time donations." - Valerie Silva

It's a very affordable place. Those who are not in good financial condition may prefer it for food and small shopping. The food is not bad, you should not expect too much. Fruits and vegetables, preserves, yoghurts, frozen products and breads are available at affordable prices. Staff is very friendly

The staff behaviour is outstanding. You will be guided and helped by any of the person works here in no time. If you have any doubts it’s easy to clear it. The food that you get from here are very good.you need to carry thermo seal bag , if you need meat from the food bank. The food bank operates 3 days a week( Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday).

Good place to eat. Generous portions. But very overcrowded. Long waiting lines for meals. Also hot and stuffy in summer months. Wi-Fi not always working.
