Amazing food! Staff was friendly and very clean environment 👌 I'm only disappointed i didn't try it sooner. We opted to build our own sandwiches and they were delicious 😋. Definitely liked the home fries more than the hash brown.

Ordered the poutine burger and poutine fries. HIGHLY RECOMEND! Atmosphere is welcoming but the crew make the ambiance. They are cheerful and make the experience wonderful. Definitely will be back again. Sign up for the loyalty program.

I stopped here for breakfast. I ordered their egg white, spinach, and mushroom omelet with slices of avocado. No bread or potatoes. I asked them to use the full egg, not just the egg white. I also ordered to go their french toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash browns breakfast for my husband. They cooked my breakfast first, and then I told them when to cook the to go order with the french toast. Everything tasted fresh and hot. Will definitely return for other breakfast and lunch selections in the future. 👌💯

Visiting from CA and came across this restaurant for breakfast. We ordered the Dirty Bird and the Wafflestein. Wow! They were huge! The ingredients were fresh and everything was made from scratch. The orange juice was phenomenal. We noticed it was made in house from an orange juice press! The owner was available making sure his customers were happy. It was a great pleasure dining at this restaurant

Food was fire.. highly recommended the Avocado chicken ranch wrap. My boyfriend said the Philly cheese steak was fire. We will be back to try something new... The fries were crispy and soft at the same time... food was fresh. The chicken was moist, I didn't even need a side of ranch...

Great little place to swing by AR. I will admit it was a bit pricy but the food was really good. I had the traditional lox on an everything bagel, it was fantastic. A small crew operates here and they were both friendly and efficient. They also have a great selection of hot sauces. The only thing for me was the dining area didn't have an outlet so I couldn't get some work done on my computer but there's a coffee place next door so it wasn't really a big deal since it is a small location and they need the tables. Anyways, great place

I used to order breakfast burritos from this place on the way to work. It's always been a solid spot, with both healthy and unhealthy options that can fit all dietary needs/restrictions. Don't get me wrong, their burritos and breakfast items are great, but I recently tried their poutine, and it made me a happy man. I'm not Canadian, and I don't claim to be a poutine expert, but this is the best poutine I've had in the states. After watching all those Tik Tok and YouTube videos featuring poutine in Canada, and barely having any options in Vegas for poutine, this satisfied my itch. Crispy fries, nice and rich gravy, and ACTUAL cheese curds! A nice combination of squeaky and melted curds. Comfort food at its finest. Another nice touch about this place is the abundance of hot sauces they have to choose from. I'll be back.

The dining area is small but neat. The serve your own coffee and soft drink area are well organized and clean. I was very happy to be able to get a cup of ice and make a fresh ice coffee for myself exactly how I like it with sugar In The raw. Our breakfast/brunch at 9am was made to order and fantastic. There were over a dozen different types of sauces to choose from some I never heard of. My eggs and Philly cheese were super gooey and delicious. Boyfriend polished off his huge sandwich but struggled to finish his fries. We will definitely be back for more. The three young ladies behind the counter were wonderful. The menu was 4 tv screens of different options plus a special menu on a chalk board to choose from.

Ordered online for my co-workers and I. Easy process to do on their web page. I showed up a bit early, and the woman at the counter said our breakfast was still in the process of being made which was fine by me, meant it hadn't been sitting there at all. second time coming here and never had any issues, our food has always been fresh, tasty and correct.

A pleasant surprise for breakfast on our way to work! Everything is made fresh in front of you. The cream cheese for the bagels is the best I've ever tried! Definitely worth a trip. We have been at least 5 times now and will continue to visit!

Stopped in since this is nearby Southern Hills Hospital & other medical offices. Ordered the Nova Lox Bagel which was delicious. It had cream cheese and tomatoes, served on a sesame seed bagel. The service was nice and the place is simply decorated. If I need a place for a quick bite, I shall return.

Most of the offerings were breakfast sandwich-style items, but I opted for a combo plate with eggs, sausage, and a side of french toast. It turned out to be a perfect choice. Apparently I felt the same way 5 years ago when I came to visit since I left a nice review back then as well :) For this particular visit, I built my own breakfast sandwich on a bagel with scrambled eggs, American cheese, mushrooms, spinach, and bacon. Omg Nom Nom I loved it! It satisfied my breakfast craving for sure! My husband devoured his Poutine fries, which is a favorite here. My kiddos had chicken fingers, grilled cheese, and fries. Overall, it was a very happy family brunch. Just a suggestion, I was a little bummed that I did not see the specials offerings on the sign by the door before I decided on the sandwich. I found some tasty sounding options that I would have rather ordered. Maybe mention this to staff to bring this up to customers when ordering? They were attentive to customers as they came in, assisted with any questions right away to fix a solution and the place was neat and clean. Their croissant sandwiches were fire!

I wanted to like this place as their food was good and the place was clean but the service just was not there. I'm sure the employees always gets asked this same question on their recommendations but that's also because we are visitors of this place and first timer at this eatery establishment. I went with the breakfast bowl (spinach, green peppers and Turkey bacon) side of hash brown with a regular fountain drink that the employee forgot to give me. He was just not having it that day, I guess, but it was still early in the day. I liked my meal and would go back to try something different but the service just threw me off. I like feeling welcome as a customer especially since it was my first time here.

First time I've ordered from here for delivery and was VERY happy. Best eggs Benedict I've had anywhere in town, and it arrived "hot"! I also ordered their salmon lox bagel sandwich for dinner later and it was delicious. Even tho' it was in the refrigerator for the day, it held up beautifully. I can't wait to try the restaurant itself. Totally impressed. Delivery was fast.

I've driven by multiple Munch Box locations no less than a billion times and finally decided to try it on recommendation from a friend. Some Saturday mornings just call for a bagel and lox, and I've been complaining thaI can't find a good, accessible one around here. I'm so glad that problem is no more! Munch Box does a good one for about $15 which is a lot for a bagel but reasonable for lox in my opinion. I might even do some extra capers next time. I ordered for pickup on Postmates (a game changer for those of us with a little social anxiety when you don't know the format of a new restaurant!) and it was quick and efficient - ready right on time!

Ordered online pickup -2 bacon ,egg and cheese breakfast bagels , both bagels burned. Bacon and eggs way overcooked and horrible. How do you mess up a simple breakfast like this??? I'll never go back. Guy at counter acted like we were bothering him. Can I have my tip back?? Should have stayed with Bagel Cafe....

What a nice place! Clean interior with 2 tables outside. Menu board is posted outside so you can make your selection before even setting foot inside. The cashier was kind and helped talked to us about our options. We did some customizations - added an egg onto the quinoa and chicken plate. added chicken to the quinoa and egg plate. The quinoa dishes had different set ups with vegetables which is why we made changes to our selections. The quinoa plates were hearty and filling without making us feel heavy or sluggish. The Wafflestein was a HIT with my fiancé! He is such a hard person to please but he complimented the flavor of the chicken and the waffle itself. He said both had their own unique tastes and were not dependent on one another to make the dish complete. If the waffle was eaten on its own, it would be great. And same for the chicken. He continued to sing praises about the Wafflestein as he ate and made little affirming comments about it like wow, okay, nice. So GOOD JOB, TEAM!!! Whatever you're doing, you're doing it right. Will definitely return to try the other dishes here.

We eat here almost every weekend but slowly ending that. The last few months the bacon is alway burnt to the point it tastes bad. The ultimate breakfast sandwich is always hit and miss if it will come with the hash brown inside when it should be coming with one. We do pick up and it's so disappointing when the family comes home and the meal isn't correct. I guess we will start having to check when we pick up. The food is normally amazing and we tell everyone this is the place to go. I hope the cooks learn what goes in each of their sandwiches and this gets corrected. I had a strong craving for a breakfast sandwich around 3pm, so I decided to explore my options on UberEats. That's when I stumbled upon Munch Box. After checking out their menu, I opted for their popular Breakfast sandwich with jalapeno bacon. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The accompanying hashbrown was noticeably smaller than what I'm used to. Overall, the food at Munch Box was decent, but it didn't stand out or offer anything extraordinary. If I find myself in the mood for breakfast during the late lunch hour, I might consider ordering from here again.

We passed by this place and decided to give it a shot since we were looking for a good breakfast/brunch spot. It turned out to be a pleasant experience. We loved both entrees we ordered and we love their homefries the most, they make it so crispy but not over cooked crispy. They also have a good variety of hot sauces for you to choose from which was a plus since I'm very adventurous when it comes to trying new things. The lady we took our order was very nice and made us feel welcomed since it was our first time here. We had a great experience here.

I use to love coming here. We have family in town and decided to come for breakfast. I understand Sundays can be busy but thus was by far the most horrible experience. They brought out half of our meals, which there is no problem. The coffee was brewing and after 20 minutes. My husband and other guest took it upon themselves to finish the set up and get coffee. After about 25 minutes, we asked about our missing leas. Turns out they forgot about one plate and the other one was just sitting in the counter. They finally brought two plates out and one was COLD. We took it back and asked for a new one. The cook became so angry that his complaining could be heard around the restaurant. It took another 20 minutes to get the sandwich. All meals around the restaurant were served first before they made the last meal of our table. When we finally got it. It was missing the eggs. We got a partial egg on our breakfast as per the picture above. This is the worst customer service I've had in a long time. From forgetting our meals, to cold food, to complaining staff for them having to do their job, to getting half asked food. Weekdays service is great but the weekend service is horrible!!!! Skip this place for sure!

I was pulling up solely to pick up an iced coffee from Starbucks, but then I saw this magnificent large image of a poutine in the window. Being Canadian I knew I had to try it! The self-serve kiosk was not working properly, so I asked the young lady at the register if she could assist me place an order. So she "helped" ring me up. Zero customer service, as she was looking for Bruno Mars concert tickets during the entire transaction. No eye contact. Sorry I was being an inconvenience. You bet I selected no tip ---sincerely, hospitality & service industry worker. Pickup experience was weird as well (I went for my coffee after placing my order). I walked in, saw what looked like a poutine on the back food line, just sitting there. The girl assembling sandwiches looking miserable working there. She eventually grabbed the container, placed it in a bag, then sat it on the opposite end of her table without communicating to the girl at the register. Before the girl rang up the next customer, I said to her, "sorry, is that my food there?" and she just passed me the bag. Food was alright. Gravy was very clumpy. I'd like to try dining in for the poutine next time... if there is a next time. It's a basic poutine that I'd expect from a random eatery in the SW region of the US.

One of my fave small mom n pop places in Spring Valley/Vegas area. Always hot fresh food. Consistently Quality food which is rare here in Vegas.

After driving by this place many times we finally decided to try it. Off the bat customer service was amazing. Hubby ordered a avocado chicken wrap and I got the waffle-stein. We were $3 short and after offering to pay the difference on card the kind man at the register said "It's on him". The ambiance was pleasant and peaceful as we waited for our food. After about 10 minutes it came. Everything tasted amazing and there was an array of hot sauces to choose from. Definitely recommend, will be back again.

Go to bottom for update (owner helped us)- The service was poor. I ordered buffalo chicken tenders online and once I was in store they said they were out. We were told that they replaced it with regular chicken tenders, however once we opened the meal, there were none to be found. We called to get a refund and I was put on hold for 10 minutes with no response. I called back and they said they said "oh ya we refunded it already". No refund has been received to this point, we'll see. Update: the owner reached out to me and handled the situation very well. I was appropriately compensated and taken care of more than originally asked for. This is how you do business and handle customer care. I'll be raising my rating up to account for this support! Next time we're in town we'll be coming back.

This place is a quiet and cute little nook in a nice & busy part of the town. The food was delicious!!!! The service was awesome. I got my food about 6 minutes after ordering and I enjoyed it very much. Will be returning.

This is my go to spot for breakfast or lunch. I usually get the ultimate, wrap with egg whites and avocado or chicken quinoa bowl with avocado. However, the whole menu is great and you can tell the owner takes a lot of pride. Their hot sauce collection is better than anywhere in town! Highly recommend!

Have you ever walked by a breakfast spot you've never heard of on the way to a new spot on your list, stopped, and turned around to hit the random one? That's how I found Munch Box. I was craving a breakfast sandwich and their offerings hooked me like a starving shark. I tried their Hash Browns and Tijuana Hot Sandwich [croissant, sausage, fresh eggs, cheddar cheese, jalapeno cream cheese]. It was simple, super tasty, and they had those hash brown patties like McDonald's. All wins. For a completely random experiment they were very good, and I'd definitely go back if I were in the area again.

If the food was not as good as it was I would give this place 1 star. The customer service from the cashier today was definitely a first for me. He was very sarcastic about our questions when we asked what's included in a food item and said "whatever is listed there." Also either the music was too loud or his voice was just very low it was hard to hear him and he wouldn't even bother to raise it up even though obviously we couldn't hear him. Not even a "hi welcome to Munchbox" when we walked in.

Always looking for good breakfast spot for solid post recovery meal. Munch Box is one that past all the time. I was excited to finally check it out. It small spot not many seats. My first visit was when capacity only at 50%. Happy that they had in-dining as option. I ended up ordering the Tropical French Toast. If need carb load day. Winnah U get four nice thick slices of French toast. All battered to perfection and golden brown. The fruit talk about pile more like mound of bananas and strawberry. U can hardly see the French Toast. All the fruits look refreshing and tasty. Combine both ingredients definitely addicting. The service definitely was five stars. Great spot!!(44

I ordered the Caesar salad... It was abysmal. Wilted, brown, wet lettuce + a bunch of chopped, yellowed lettuce stalks + cheap, tangy, goopy dressing = one terrible salad. The grilled chicken it came with was the only decent part, but it couldn't save what I consider to be one of the worst salads I've had in a very long time.

The food was ok. Too salty for me personally. I got the build your own breakfast sandwich ... and believe the cook is just a tad bit heavy handed with the salt ... may try again and try something different.

I paid $30 for 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns and 2 orange juices. If I'm paying that much I expect it to be near perfect. Onions on the sandwich were laughably large and they skipped my hash browns. Also the lowest tip available was $3. I literally walked in and grabbed a bag that they didn't quality check, what did I pay an additional 10% for?

I stumbled upon this spot after a Doctors appointment and wanted a traditional breakfast. The eggs were cooked to perfection, the bacon was tasty and thick. The house fries were seasoned just right & the toast was toasted to my liking. Bread and jam were provided to go along with it. The orange juice was excellent. Everything was fairly priced for two people. Great music choice.

I'm always trying to scout out a good egg sandwich! I ordered the Tijuana hot. Even though there was jalapeño in the cream cheese, there was so much cream cheese on the sandwich that it didn't give me as much heat as I was expecting. That being said, with the egg and bacon it still had a really good flavor profile. The everything bagel it came on was, in fact, everything. I have a weakness for bagels, and this one was delicious. But this review wouldn't be complete without a shout out to the hash brown, which was insanely crispy and delicious- I could've eaten a whole bowl just of this!

Highly recommend this place from their burgers to their breakfast! Always good quality and fresh. Had their ultimate breakfast everything bagel with fried egg, sausage, American cheese and a side of hashbrown. Very good and hashbrowns aren't overly greasy like at McDonald's.
