I stopped here to get some food on the way home. I ordered a perch dinner and was charged $17 and some change after I looked at the menus that were on the counter and noticed. The same dinner is listed for $10. I asked the lady at the counter. What's the difference? And if they had a current menu, she said that is the current menu, and the owner doesn't know why they didn't print new ones correctly. It sounds like a rip-off to me. I do not recommend this restaurant. A $7 difference for menu item is unacceptable.

Upon walking up to a broken door, the food was ok and could have been good if it wasn't for all the salt used on the philly.

This is nasty. Meat not done or seasoned. Food taste like a dirty burnt grill. I am forcing myself to eat this smh.

For you all to love my review a whole year later telling how horrible 💔 the food was after many good orders. Just shows your character. The food was horrible and you all chose to love my review almost a year later? You could have saved that. It's 12:49 a.m. almost a year later. I'm pretty sure in not so long it would ve a year. First off you have to park on the road in front of the building there is no parking for the restaurant as it's connected to other buildings. My first impressions of the place were "this place looks sketchy," but the people inside were nice and it wasn't crowded. The food took 15 minutes to cook so they offered to call me when it was done, as there's no where to wait in the restaurant. When I did get my food (chicken Philly wrap and boneless wings) it was packaged with care and tasted great. If you consider eating here I'd recommend ordereding ahead of time and just going there when it is ready.

Service here is terrible! Woman taking my order got way too hostile when I asked her to confirm the price of my order. She then proceeded to be rude with me when asking me for my drink of choice. Apparently, all meals come with a drink but it’s not stated anywhere on the menu. Also the prices on website are outdated.

The polish boy was good. I'll try something different next time. The young man working there was courteous and efficiently handling everything by himself.

They made me wait 20 minutes for this $15 salmon salad. Never going back. First and last

I would give 5 stars but customer service needs work. Food is excellent though!! We come to Cleveland every year and always order at least twice while we are here

My friends and I came to Cleveland for a girls trip and wanted something different and we all were pleased with our choice to try Muncheez. I got the Philly Shrimp Wrap and OMG. Meat isn't fatty at all, the shrimp wasn't over cooked and it was very flavorful.

That food was so fucking good omg. Wings crispy fried without all that breading and sauced deliciously. The fries had sauce on every freaking layer. It was so good I'm literally itching to go back.

fish was old and nasty af and fries was cold af. 27$ down the drain !!!!!!!!!!!!!! cost your days

Overall okay. Not great. I had the 3 piece perch, it was a bit dry; but okay, the fries was great. Wife had the chicken Philly, she said chicken Philly was decent; but dry; maybe a special sauce could moisten it up a bit. I would probably go back for the cheesecake or a steak Philly.

My son hiped me on to the steak sandwich wrap,I love it. I can't even eat the whole thing so, I share with grandson,He likes also.

Pretty good hood spot for some takeout. I recommend ordering ahead because everything is cooked to order and may take some time. I will say it is a bit weird inside. there is thick glass and an intercom that you have to speak through. I assume they had safety issues in the past. the food is good though. i've had the fish on a cheat day and it was delicious.

I think that over the years the customer service has improved greatly. The ladies are friendly and patient when you call in with your order. Also, the wait time has improved as well, if you call in an order and they say 20min it will be ready very close to that time. My go to is the chicken and shrimp philly wrap or sandwich. It's soooo good! I get it with fries with sauce and if I'm extra greedy I get the honey lemon pepper wings (my new favorite flavored wings). Easily one of my favorite Cleveland spots!

First Time Visiting. Restaurant Itself Was Not That Clean , However I Asked For No Onions Cause I Am Allergic. There Were Onions In Everything. Second time. Customer Service Isn't Good. Female At Window Refused To Give Me My Order That I Already paid For Because My Phone Died So I Couldn't show DoorDash Receipt , But I Did Give every single Detail Of Order Including Name & Phone Number & Was Still Refused. I Will Not Be Back a Third

Was hoping to love it and become a new go to spot, unfortunately won't be happening. I went there for the first time a few weeks back on a Sunday night, I placed my order over the phone the lady who took it didn't see like she should've been on the phone as she wasn't very customer oriented. I ordered the chicken and waffles with a side of fries with the "mild" sauce she said they had...then told me 15-20 mins. I got there right on time, but still was waiting 20 mins for my order. There's a plastic see through glass separating them from the customers and I saw the one of the cooks who were making people's food, pull his phone out with gloves on numerous times they ask don't stress wearing hair nets...both of these disappointments are health code violations! When I finally received my food, I looked and there was no sauce on the fries because I was informed there was no "mild sauce" after being told over the phone there was and I told them I didn't want buffalo sauce so I guess she didn't hear me when I said I'll take the Caroline gold sauce, they then took it back and put it on. I was disappointed to taste that the chicken was barely chicken...the boneless chicken they sell is so processed I could taste the fillers in them and after eating a couple, I threw the rest out and just ate the waffles. It's Sad to say, this black owned business, I won't be supporting nor will I be returning.

I was drawn to this place by the never ending photos of mouth watering food constantly showing up on my timeline. I was fascinated with the chicken & waffles so I drove on down and grabbed the delectable entree as fast as I could. 1.) The photo of the entree displayed the waffles accompanied by wings. I was told they were going to be served with chicken tenders. I didn't mind but what I received were chicken bits. The bits would have had a delicious flavor if they had not been floating in syrup when I opened my container 2. The edges of the waffle not coated in syrup were crisp and flaky. It was honestly cooked to perfection but the flavor was lost in the overwhelming amount of syrup that had been absorbed into the nooks and crannies of the waffle. 3. In all the meal was okay, I recommend asking for your syrup on the side if you are brave enough to drop by. 4. The bullet proof glass that separates the patrons from the restaurant staff is very off putting. I know the establishment is not located in the best area of the city but that alone did not deter me from ordering food. I was taken aback by having to order through a crappy intercom system that was not fully operational. 5. The woman taking orders was a gem I would go back just to say hi to her but the miserable, unsavory kitchen staff made this experience less then stellar which is a shame. She is the reason I gave this restaurant 3 stars instead of 1!

I had the garlic parmesan wings and hush puppies. They were delicious! I'd definitely order from here again.

Love their food and the service is fast! You don't really have to call ahead unless you're in a rush or you're just hungry at their peak business hours and want to pick it up. It's a small store front so you might want to wait in your car. I've gone to family dollar down the street to run errands while I'm waiting a couple of times.

Don't eat here the food is over price and lady taking order can't hear and always getting the order wrong always saying you didn't say that only fry food after 9 clock this place is sad try supporting black business just another hole in the wall for real

I don't like the stupid glass in the restaurant very impersonal on my second visit I got a steak philly combo which already $9 the lady charged me $1.50 just to add steak sauce which was petty , in addition the steak sandwich was greasy will NEVER go back!!!!!!!!!

Came from out of town and seen this place on instagram so I wanted to try it . Ok so first off the young lady I was on the phone with forgot something in my order which made me have to pay additional to the already high priced food and dessert that was mediocre. Then when once I'm in the place to pick up my food the dude in the front at the window is rude like I was his ex girlfriend that broke his heart. He didn't greet me told him the name the food was under he had a attitude I'm like wth is his problem. Then the girl that was getting my money out the register was licking her fingers because she was just eating before she rung me up It's crazy when you try to support black businesses it's always one that to remind you why you shouldn't.

Nice little place for take away. Wings tasted great and the lady at the counter was sweet and patient.

So I just tried Muncheez for the first time threw Uber Eats and I was very pleased everything was hot and seasoned right. I would definitely trying them again. I had the polish boy and it was very good the right amount of sauce and the catfish dinner was very good. The only complaint is that with dinners the sides could be larger. Other than that I was pleasantly surprised.

I called yesterday; spoke to Andre about honoring my free offer today. Andre immediately said "Absolutely call me when you are leaving your job and I will have it ready for you." I specifically asked...Will I get another pop or will I need to purchase one. He said, "No ma'am, I got you, just come on up." I arrived at Muncheez yesterday at 5:17 p.m. there was a young man sitting behind the counter, taking calls, which I now know was Andre. There was another person standing behind the counter packing bags with a very unpleasant look on his face as he was serving customers through the sound proof glass where you can only yell or speak to one another thru intercom. I saw Andre get up to put the soda in my bag but the other gentlemen told him to put it back, "She ain't getting no pop." So just maybe this conversation is regarding someone else so I'll wait. This person stands there tying the bag for what seemed an eternity, and then it happened. He handed me the bag with the fries but no soda. I said may I have my soda please. "Ma'am we didn't mess up your soda did we?" I just stood there in complete awe of how a 75 cent soda was about change my whole day. I said to him for everything I had to go through to get this order the soda should have been a bonus. He stuck to his guns and without a drop of emotion, apology, respect he stood there and looked at me like, you can take it or leave it, it doesn't matter to me. I let him know that the soda should be a bonus and that the only thing he should be saying is "Ms. I apologize for ALL the INCONVEINANCE and I hope that you will continue to be one of our LOYAL customers." However, there was none of that. I explained to him that it is very hard to patronize any business where the customer service is a poor as it is there and I will make sure to make this experience known on every social media site I have. I also told him that until he learns how to treat people his business will stay on that corner until he literally TALKS himself OUT OF BUSINESS. I gave him back his food and he gave me back my money and looked and spoke to me as if I was a piece of trash. I WILL NOT GO BACK!!! I wish YELP had more room for the whole story.
