Dr. Mune Gowda is outstanding. After researching surgeons across metro Detroit — even considering options in Florida and California — I chose Dr. Gowda for a revision rhinoplasty and couldn’t be happier. From the first consult he carefully asked about my breathing, evaluated my nasal structure, and set realistic expectations. He genuinely cares about his patients and their outcomes, and I trusted his expert judgment. My case was complicated because a prior septoplasty had left significant problems. Although my surgery was estimated at 6½–7 hours, Dr. Gowda spent eight hours meticulously correcting everything. The result is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Mune Gowda to anyone seeking a skilled, compassionate revision rhinoplasty surgeon.

Don’t get a nose job here. Avoid at all cost. He messed up my nose beyond repair. I am living with a mess on my face for the past 8 years. I can’t describe properly my rage even today when I tried to take a passport foto and it’s obvious. They don’t stand by their mistakes.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Gowda and his team. I had a slightly more difficult case with my nose and I am so grateful Dr. Gowda took me on as a patient and was able to perform surgery on me. The results are nothing short of amazing and I am so happy with it. He fixed my nose without changing my whole face and still making it look natural. I have known Dr. Gowda for many years and over that time I’ve had several procedures done. Being in a medical field myself, I know surgeons… and he is an exceptional surgeon. He listens, gives you his honest opinion and makes you feel like you’re his only patient. He is a perfectionist and pays attention to every detail. His experience, knowledge and passion comes through at every visit. I can say through my experience that his confidence and his results speak for themselves. There are many plastic surgeons in my area, but in my opinion, Dr Gowda is above the rest!

I have had outstanding experiences with all practitioners in Dr. Gowda’s office over the years; however, hands down, Kelly is what keeps me coming back.
