Came here for brunch and I must say they are a top-notch. From welcoming, to food, to their staff until the very last minute we were there. Their staff were just incredible and they all look happy radiating the vibes all over the room. The ambience is just impeccably opulent. And their food.. sumptuous, for a very reasonable price, I couldn't say more.

I have been to a lot of Peruvian restaurants and so far MURU is one of them that didn't disappoint me From appetizer to drinks to main even to the dessert they are all at par.. Atmosphere is sophisticated without overbearing.. I have seen pattern now.. Anything offered in WALDORF is just pure excellence

Place looked pretty, DJ played good mixes however music was abit too loud in the beginning we had to shout to talk to each other like in a club. Sushi and ceviche were not great, adding sashimi would have made it better. Kale salad and hot appetisers were good at least. Main course; roast chicken was okay, wagyu steak was very dry even if it was ordered rare, seabass smelt quite bad so we had only one bite. Desserts were good especially the chocolate ones. The best thing about the brunch was service by Shwe, she was very professional and attentive to our requests and feedback. Kindly convey our appreciation to her.

We had a beautiful dining experience at Muru Doha, located in the Waldorf Astoria West Bay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given a clear introduction to the Friday Brunch concept, which really helped set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable afternoon. Muru Doha, being one of the Michelin-starred restaurants in the city, lives up to its name. While the brunch menu had limited options, everything included in the package was thoughtfully curated and truly worth it. The Crudo Bar featured fresh Bimi & Kale salad, Mixto, and a variety of maki rolls—everything was so fresh and flavorful. Starters, mains, and sides were served to the table, and the quality didn’t disappoint. The unlimited mocktails were delicious and refreshing throughout. The dessert bar was another highlight—every treat was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The ambiance was elegant and warm, with an interior that’s both chic and inviting. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional. At QAR 330 per person, it may sound like a splurge, but we used the Entertainer app’s Buy One Get One Free offer, making it an incredible value for such a high-end brunch. Highly recommend Muru Doha for anyone looking to enjoy a sophisticated brunch experience in Doha!

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE from start to finish. The ambiance is stunning, and the service goes above and beyond. Mike, our server, was outstanding – he knew the menu inside out and described each dish and drink so elegantly, we were hungry and thirsty just listening! His recommendations were spot-on. We tried one of each of the signature element cocktails– Earth, Fire, Water, and Air – each one beautifully crafted but our favourite was the Holy Bubbles. Never experienced a cocktail like this one. The beef tataki is a must-try, and the sushi maki rolls were incredibly fresh. Ana prepared the pineapple crème brûlée right in front of us – a visual and flavor-packed treat that you simply can’t miss. A heartfelt thanks to Suhaila, the manager, for surprising us with a birthday cake and making the night truly special. Every detail was thoughtfully executed – from presentation to personalized service. Will be visiting again soon.

Went here for brunch. Unfortunately the food didn’t meet my expectations. Sushi at the bar were very regular, ceviche was ok as well as a kale salad. The appetizers were on an oily side and what I don’t understand, why everywhere they have to use mayo.. the main courses were ok, chicken was oily, steak was cold. Fish was ok, but could have more spices instead of mayo(again!!!) The best dish was pasta, that was cooked on a special request. Desserts were just ok, some were too sweet. I do believe food is way better when you order a la cart. I would give it a try another time. The service was good, Mike was very polite and friendly. It was great talking to him. The atmosphere is ok, but the music is way too loud, it was very difficult to talk.

MURU at Waldorf was a good spot to chill and unwind for a busy week, relaxing place, nice ambiance. The seabass grilled was temptingly delicious, the fish was fresh and taste was absolutely the best, grilled chicken was normal. best grilled corn as side dish and the Muru Pineapple for dessert was amazingly outstanding. I could go back everyday for that dessert. A really must try.

Dining at MURU in Qatar was nothing short of exceptional. Apart from the restaurant’s stunning elemental concept, what truly stands out here is the food; absolutely phenomenal. Every dish we tried from the crudo menu was a standout, especially the hamachi in truffle ponzu, beef tataki, and those irresistible crispy tuna tacos. The spicy tuna rolls are another favourite, and the Muru Snickers-their inventive twist on the classic-was a decadent finish. Chef Alex Reyes made the experience even more special by personally visiting our table. His passion and depth of knowledge shone through as he walked us through each dish with clarity and warmth like a true culinary artist. Special thanks to Abel, who went above and beyond to personalize our celebration and making it memorable, remembering even the smallest details from our earlier conversation. Ana is the most gracious and attentive hostess, and Mike is effortlessly charming. The manager, Andres, made a point to check in on us and ensure everything was perfect. An all-around extraordinary dining experience. Can't wait to be back!
