* As we are entering wedding season please check our website for up to date hours * We are a working farm with over a century of agricultural and orcharding history, home to over 250 fruit trees, including vintage apple trees with heirloom varieties. We craft small batch, artisanal ciders that are hand-blended primarily in American oak barrels or stainless steel tanks. The stone Cider Bar is an unusual work of masonry art, capped with 200-year-old slate, overlooking our apple orchard and the High Ridge Mountain. In late winter the building transforms into a working sugarhouse, where Farmer David produces hundreds of gallons of golden and amber syrups. The interior is a sexy modern bar with a speakeasy culture; you can post up to the walnut bar with the Cidermakers, sip on farm infused cocktails while relaxing on the leather furniture, or twist tales around the marble tables. Like the rest of Valley View Farm, the Cider Bar is whimsically different than anything else you’ll find in Western Massachusetts.

The ciders are dry, but if you’re not into cider, they serve awesome cocktails, craft beer from New England breweries, and wine. The cider house is cute and with a cozy, rustic yet sophisticated atmosphere. The bartenders were very nice. All in all- we had a great time and will be back! I can’t rate the food since it’s food trucks.

This place is a gem. I have been waiting for them to open up for consistent public hours, and now that they have done it, Muse is quickly becoming a fixture for locals and attraction for those further afield. Gorgeous atmosphere inside and inviting space outdoors, complete with fire pit when it’s chilly. All the house ciders, as well as beer and wine and rotating selection of original cocktails - and in an area bereft of a good cocktail, Muse is an oasis. Bartenders extraordinaire Kate and Oscar keep this beautiful experiment moving forward, and we owe so much to their efforts. Thank you!

Cutest new cider place! Just opened on Jan 19, 2023. This is on the property of Valley View Farm.... beautiful location! The inside is the tasting room is chic and classy with awesome bar service. Our bartender was super friendly and helpful. We did a tasting of their for four regular hard ciders: Slingshot, Redfield, Rosé and Wild (sadly, they were out of ice cider). Our favorite was Slingshot-- clean, crisp flavor as described! The flight is reasonably priced at $14 and is served in the cutest glasses. Definitely will return! Hopefully we'll get to try ice cider next time!
