I would not book ahead of time because they cannot organize a class adequately. The Paint Your Pet event was an epic fail thanks to the inexperienced manager who’s barely out of college and has no organization skills whatsoever. She kept ALL the customers of this way overbooked event outside on the SIDEWALK (!!!) until start time - literally. And then she couldn’t get it together until almost an hour later, people were still forming long lines for the snack food. She did not start instructing, this same “manager” named Deryn, until about 7:15pm and when she did, she was shouting and rushing. My guess is that she arrived at the store way too late and had to catch up, keeping all the customers outside. Anyone who ordered food after the first few who got their orders, did not get anything all evening long - except Deryn’s bombastic lecturing about how the guy in the kitchen had a certain order to his process and that is supposedly why they couldn’t hand out simple snacks that need no prep at all. For all her aggressiveness, she STILL couldn’t fix that, she expected a customer to keep waiting for their order after THREE hours. So please be careful when deciding to commit to a booking - you won’t know if you’ll arrive in time and find that they have overbooked and that there is no regular comfortable seating for you. If you are new to this venue, you won’t know that there are aprons to wear or other details as the spacy staff keeps wandering around not knowing what to do, and the illustrious “manager” couldn’t be bothered to mention the aprons or how long this would drag on.
