Muselet Champagne Bar

A truly unforgettable experience! Angelina was an amazing server, super knowledgeable and gave perfect recommendations! We came in for the Bump and Bong and stayed for full caviar service. Chef Aaron came out and spoke with us, taught us so much about caviar and gifted us even more delicious food for our anniversary. The vibe is immaculate from the water pitchers to the bathroom and everything in between! We are so excited to have such decadence in downtown bentonville and cannot wait to go back!

I’ll just get this out of the way right now…hands down the best fried chicken in Arkansas (I can’t say the South because I haven’t had all the fried chicken, yet). The same goes for the pomme frites (French fries). They are exceptional hot or cold (that is if you don’t eat the whole plate there). Back to the fried chicken, it is gluten-free, super juicy, extremely crispy, very little oil, and super flavorful. It’s all the best parts wrapped up in a little fried bundle of joy. Being a champagne place, obviously Muselet knocks it out of the park. I can’t wait to try as many as I can on their menu. Definitely need to do the Bong and a Bump. Chef Aaron and staff are extremely welcoming and service is top notch. I can’t say enough great things about Muselet except if you’re still reading this, then go there ASAP!

I wish I could leave 10 stars! This place is perfectly splendid and such a treat! We had the Cuvée flight, deviled eggs, remarkable fries, the perfect golden crisp chicken with caviar. They outdid themselves with the decor, it’s so chic and fun! I highly recommend the chambong and caviar bump and don’t forget to try the duck! Beyond remarkable!

This is such a wonderful newcomer to downtown Bville! The food is delicious, drink selections fantastic, and the atmosphere is luxe eith fun, sexy vibes. Love!

Atmosphere is surprising. The beverage selection and food were really outstanding. The service was very good. The wait staff made great recommendations.

Beautiful Bougie interior. Worthy of cocktail dress with sequins! The wine and champagne selection is great (but pricey). We tried the pomme frites which were perfectly seasoned and had a great dipping sauce. But the fried chicken was NOT good, the breading is rice and waaaay too thick. They're doing away with big dinners and just shareable plates soon.

OMG! Talk about the bomb place to go. From the wine, to the chambong to the devil eggs, smash burgers and fries and the fried chicken you have to give it all a try! The chef /owner is so personable . He comes to explain how to eat the the Chambong. Wonderful bar!!!

We stopped by for some quick snacks in the evening. I'm not too sure how to rate my experience because it was my first time at a champagne bar. We tried the bong and a bump and it was a really fun experience. The staff were kind and helped explain it to us. We also tried the seasonal blt deviled eggs which were really good and the butternut squash and sage arancini. The arancini were really good so I would recommend them the most.

Such a fun, moody and intimate experience, tucked away in the back corner of downtown Bentonville! The chambong+ bump was a fun intro experience to caviar for our party, but the true star of our show was the Monday special...a smash burger like no other! The head chef (&owner I think) was emphatic that we try and it did not disappoint at all!! Everyone who worked there was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and perfect pairings.

New favorite in NWA! We enjoyed an assortment of outstanding wines alongside Black Magic Oysters, Pomme Frites, Kale Caesar, and Arancini!

Went to brunch and let me tell you what, the service was awesome, they use verbal menus which was a nice touch in the dining experience, and they served eggs Benedict on golden nuggets with a light bed of hash browns, topped with caviar hollandaise... I would of supplied a picture of it but the wife and I dove right in and it was amazing! We also brought the kiddos and they got a cinnamon roll waffle, i stole a tiny bite of it and it was so delicious and the glaze they had on it was made from scratch and not overly sweet, and more on the creamy side. They devoured it faster than we did our food. The restaurant itself is stunning, and there's a hidden gem in there I'll leave you to find. All this to say is that get in while you can, they have a rotating menu and we will DEFINITELY be going back, also the owner Aaron is an amazing guy and the brains behind the food.

Highly recommended and what a bust. We began with a $34 glass of warm champagne that the waitress tried to sell me until I let her know that I will wait for the colder champagne. She got snippy! The food was average and the the decor and music dissonant for the theme of the bar. Overall a disappointing experience and I had high expectations.

Outstanding selection... stellar (staff) knowledge... cleaver and delicious eats... classy & creative place (from barstools to the bathroom). Bienvenue à NWA! Will definitely be back.

Overpriced and underwhelming. The staff was friendly and the service good. The fried chicken and deviled eggs came recommended, but I found them average and underwhelming for what this place purports to be. Loved the music, but it wasn't enough to salvage the wine selections on offer or the food.

SO good. All the food was on point. Best fried chicken I've ever hand hands down. The vibe is chill yet cozy, sophisticated and relaxing - especially loved the 90's alt/indie playlist. There is nothing else like it and Bentonville has been needing this place for a long time. I'm going to be obsessing over the deviled eggs and French fries w dill lemon Aoli the service was knowledgeable and fun - Cassie and Angelina were so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back again and again.
