Google
Great deli. Been here a few times now for hoagies and always consistent. Ingredients fresh and hoagie put together expertly. Staff is all really kind and on top of things. Really clean store, spotless honestly. Good little selection of some chips, snacks, and drinks. Good prices on everything. Happy to have this spot in the neighborhood.

Google
The Asian women running this joint doing the damn thing! First time in and I ordered the Turkey Extreme - it was perfectly assembled, tasty, and filled with toppings. They don’t use Boars Head 😅 The wrap job on that thing was also impeccable. They also have a fantastic bottled beverage selection. I got the sandwich and drink for $11, which is super affordable considering the other “nicer” sandwich makers and their prices. I think I’ve found my regular deli \o/

We purchased a Turkey Hoagie from this deli. Besides the Tomatoes being mushy, the hoagie was juicy and good. If you are in the neighborhood and want a quick bite, stop by and check them out.

Very very disappointed in the food here. It’s usually very good with a fair amount. This last time proved opposite. My order lacked flavor and the meat was minimal. This is not a cheap place to eat, but still somewhat affordable. I would suggest checking your food before leaving the store to be certain your are satisfied.

Google
Grilled Chicken Breast with Pesto literally a 10 out of 10 . Gave 4 stars because sandwich was very small and we couldn’t understand why we paid almost $50 for 2 sandwiches and drinks also

Google
Museum Deli did me dirty today. I have been a customer for 15 years. Today, I ordered a sandwich and was served black moldy bread. They clearly saw it and continued to make a sandwich out of it and then served and charge me for it.

Google
This place is high. if you have it to just blo do that. everything is over priced they charged me 26 dollars for a hoagie and a breakfast sandwich, I also purchased two packs of cookies while I'm waiting for my change 😔 there not giving you more ✔️you are just paying more✔️🤦🏽

Google
Today I ordered a breakfast sandwich as I have done in the past. However my eggs were completely hard and overcooked. I called the delivto advise of my dissatisfaction and was advised that my eggs were cooked in the microwave because the grill is down. I would have lole to know during my call to order to decide if I wanted microwaved eggs. The staff was unapologetic didn't care at all that my breakfast was ruined, Offered no resolution, I will NEVER spend another dollar at this deli.

Yelp
Very big and clean deli on spring garden. Called and ordered a turkey sandwich on rye bread. Sandwich was nothing out of this world, but you could tell they used fresh ingredients. The quality was there! Also ordered a side of potato salad, which had a little too much mayo in my opinion. Still ate it all so clearly it was good and you can't beat the price. I will definitely return here for breakfast and lunch. Friendly and fast service, reasonable prices, fresh ingredients and super clean!

Yelp
Museum Deli, you did me dirty today. Served me black rye bread with a piece missing. I've been coming here for 15 years and always had a decent experience until now. You saw that bread and you still decided you would serve it to a customer.

Yelp
Went there last week for a corned beef with tomatoes and onions on Kaiser. The meat was ok. However the onion and tomato's was one slice and paper thin. The roll was stale. It was horrible. And the cost was $9.85. Which was ok if the sandwich had been adequate. The service was good and the restaurant nice and clean. But I would not recommend anyone going there. The sandwich was not worth the time or money. If you ask for extra including mayonnaise there is an extra charge. Again do not recommend. Go somewhere else for a good sandwich.

Yelp
They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you have a good experience. I highly recommend Museum Sandwich Deli to anyone looking for a quick and delicious meal.

Yelp
Great food and great service! Chicken spinach feta cheese hoagies are the best! Highly recommended! Always clean!!

Yelp
Their hoagies and sandwiches are always the freshest and made to order. The staff is the sweetest and always go the extra step even at closing time.

Yelp
Solid and efficient run lunch stop for local workers. They provide quality lunch meat, cheese and salad sandwiches on a variety of fresh breads and rolls. Soups are delicious and hot. Portions are larger than average, but not so much that you waste some. They also have a small grocery selection for locals that might need something but don't have time for the full on supermarket trip. Decent stock of local/regional favorite chips and snacks. Drink selection is good but can be irregular when it comes to the availability of diet iced tea. Service is timely and courteous. Staff knows th regulars. I can be in and out in under five minutes if I get something cold on un-toasted bread. Decor is plain, clean and utilitarian. They offer a small seating area, but most customers do take out.

Yelp
I just started coming to this deli and I love It! Didn't realize the hours changed and came in right after closing and they still got my order. Super nice! And Great food! Wish I found this sooner!

Yelp
Gag. 0 Stars to the infinity. Seriously. Stay away, if you value your innards, you will do yourself a favor and keep your distance from this bodega. I don't know if I can even recommend buying a pack of gum from here. Items here are rarely fresh (I mean, you can take one peek at their produce section and ascertain that for yourself) and shelf items (milk, too!) are almost always past their expiration date. Freezers and fridges don't even appear to be at the right temperature (and on several occasions their freezers have appeared to be broken, or emptied because they're broken) I'll recount one experience that still makes me throw up in my mouth a little when I retell it. A desperate day few months ago I was not feeling well, I just wanted something bland. So I went to the museum deli to get a box of rice and a box of pasta. Simple enough. Came home and made the rice absentmindedly. Once I started eating the rice, it was clear something was wrong, it tasted dodgy. I went back to the box and poured out some rice into a bowl and found hundreds of small teeny black bugs swarming the rice. GAG!!! I know. You threw up a little, didn't you? I then quickly opened the pasta right after that and found the same infestation there, too . Blechhh. Needless to say, I've never returned.

Yelp
I have never had a problem here and have visited on quite a few occasions. Sometimes they run out of hoagie rolls and only have kaiser but whatever. The fruit is always fresh and I've never seen any issues with the produce. The fridges always seem to be working and the staff is helpful and nice. I haven't tried anything other then "simple deli foods" aka hoagies, sandwiches, and bags of chips with maybe a fruit pack, and the fruit always seems to range where somedays they'll have cut up pineapple, and other days they'll have packaged strawberries. They do have a credit card minimum but it's not unreasonable, and offer a small amount of groceries should you need to pick up a few items. Some people rave about the shrimp salad but I'm not a fan myself. I do like the hoagies because they give you a decent amount of meat and cheese for the price and it's all quality meats from what I can tell.

Yelp
I hit up Museum Deli all the time for the lunch rush, and they're always fast with the custom sandwich orders. I usually get a hot pastrami hoagie with Russian dressing, swiss and onions. Every time it's fresh and tasty and ready in under 5 minutes. Here's something I noticed recently there. Sometimes you can find some deals on minor groceries there. A can of chili is a few cents cheaper there than at the supermarket, and the fruit salads are well prices too. If you're a 9-to-5er, it's definitely worth a try.

Yelp
This is definitely my favorite place for hoagies and deli sandwiches. Always made fresh to order. Uses Dietz and Watson meats and cheeses. Staff is friendly and make you feel like their number one customer. I treat myself to one of their sandwiches whenever I can. Check them out if you get the chance. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
I like to stop by here once in a while on the way home from to grab a hoagie. As far as deli foods go they have good hoagies that are about $1-$2 cheaper than the places down by where I live in Old City. There's no seating which is a bit of a downer, but they have good hoagies for a good price and that's all that really matters.

Mike R.

Yelp
Quaint little sandwich shop hidden on Spring Garden. Huge chip selection, huge drink selection and then the deli. Everything is always fresh and delicious, owners seem like very nice people.

Yelp
Great sandwiches and great prices. The service is very fast but the ordering process is a bit awkward. Otherwise this location provides a great value and location.

Yelp
Best hoagies, wraps, and sandwiches in the area! Soup selection is unsurpassed. Owners are always on site and are friendly and helpful! Ordering is easy and fast, but can also call it in for speedy pick-up.

Yelp
Love this deli!! I may be a little biased because I live literally around the corner from this place....but doesn't that make my opinion more valid?!?! Anyways, this deli is as good as it gets in this section of Philly (edge of Northern Liberties and the Loft District). They serves Dietz and Watson meats and the quality is consistently fresh and tasty. After going to this place for a couple years I have seen it change (for the better!) and I have seen proper food preparation techniques and sanitation behind the counter. YES, they did have gross looking produce section at one point, but that is long gone and replaced with new, clean coolers for beverages, fresh fruit & salad. Definitely recommend it!

Yelp
Great place to get a sandwich quick. They use Dietz and Watson's meats. They have a cranberry chicken salad that is really worth trying. They do seem to hate to give you more pickles if you ask for more....

Yelp
This place is pretty alright! Sorry if it's not whole foods to the infinity, but for a little locally owned place it's very nice. I've been going here for a few years and I've never had a bad experience. Try the breakfast sandwiches, they are well priced and very good. Overall this place is a perfect stop before or after work. I've even done a little weekend grocery shopping here and the prices weren't that much different then at a big grocery store.

Yelp
I work in the big SSA building across the street from the Museum Deli and I have been getting my breakfast and lunch there almost every work day for the last 25 years. The same owners and most of the same staff have been there for the entire time. I usually get the fruit salad for breakfast and the large garden salad for lunch. I see that one Yelp reviewer said items are "rarely fresh," but that hasn't been my experience. On several occasions I have arrived unusually early and have been told, sorry, we just threw away yesterday's salads and you'll have to wait for us to make today's. I'll be retiring soon and don't live anywhere near the Museum Deli, so I'll rarely be back again, but I'll look back fondly on the good meals they have given me for so many years.

Yelp
Good quick deli. Huge snack/drink selection. Convenient and friendly.

Yelp
I was shocked to read of the really terrible review on here.. then I realized it was 6 years ago. If it was that bad, they have definitely changed for the better. Sandwich / hoagie / deli situation is fresh and deliciously made. Very convenient and they have a good amount of grocery items for when you have to pick up a couple of things. It is our 'go to' when we need to run out for lunch at work.
