Museum of Ice Cream Finds a Permanent Home at Miami Worldcenter | Eater Miami

"Housed in a 14,000-square-foot, two-floor space at Miami Worldcenter, this pastel, Instagram-friendly attraction offers a variety of interactive experiences celebrating all things sweet. Highlights include the retro 1960s–inspired “Cream Liner” airplane, the “Grand Hall of Freezers” with hidden ‘surprises’ behind doors, a banana jungle, and carnival games; there’s also a multisensory tasting created with International Flavors and Fragrances inspired by tropical Miami flavors, new ice cream from local favorite Azúcar Ice Cream, and coconut-based soft serve from Cosmic Bliss. The location features the museum’s famous sprinkle pool, modeled after Miami’s Versace Mansion; after the 2018 South Beach pop-up raised environmental concerns about tiny plastic sprinkles, the museum says it has replaced them with larger, biodegradable, antimicrobial versions. The Museum of Ice Cream has faced other controversies as well: a 2019 Forbes article alleged abusive working conditions (which the museum denied), and a 2020 backlash followed a pink memorial listing Black victims of police violence that misspelled Ahmaud Arbery’s name—co-founder Maryellis Bunn apologized and the mural was later repainted. It is now open at 851 NE 1st Avenue with detailed hours (10 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and 4–7:30 p.m. Monday; closed Tuesday; 10 a.m.–7:30 p.m. Wednesday–Thursday; 10 a.m.–8:30 p.m. Friday–Sunday)." - Olee Fowler

Reservations required to enter. This place is pretty cute and aesthetic for pictures. In terms of ice cream, some were very good and some were okay - I thought it would be unlimited ice cream all around the museum but you have to buy the ones at the diner. It would be nice to have some simple flavors but they all were pretty unique. The sprinkle pool was very cute and the experience was nice overall.

Google
Hey, this is a nice place. I saw everyone enjoying themselves. This place had a motto that ice cream is love, and I saw the love spread throughout. The staff was wonderful. A huge shout-out to Wavy Cone. Way to go. Not only were we greeted nicely, but Wavy Cone gave us a great departure. I also loved the dip in dots gutsy. Sorry, I didn't catch the name. He sang Happy Birthday to my kid, and everyone around acknowledged and sang as well.

Google
A fun and creatively themed place with a well-thought-out layout and plenty of interactive elements that made the experience enjoyable. However, the complimentary ice cream selections were a major letdown—very limited and underwhelming, especially considering the price of admission. If you’re hoping for familiar or favorite flavors, be prepared to pay extra. For a place centered around ice cream, that was a big disappointment and definitely affected my overall impression. It’s worth checking out for the experience, but don’t expect to indulge in your go-to flavors without spending more.

Google
The Ice Cream Museum was a fun, colorful, and interactive experience! Each room had creative designs, photo-worthy backdrops, and sweet surprises along the way. The staff was friendly, and the free samples made it even better. It’s a great place for families, friends, or anyone with a sweet tooth. I loved learning about ice cream history while enjoying a playful and immersive atmosphere. Highly recommend for a joyful outing!

Google
Interesting place set up for younger children but also adults that want to learn the history of ice cream. There is alot of good info on the history of ice cream if you want to take time to read it all. For the kids and adults free ice cream samples. Also an ice cream bar at the end of the exhibit. Lots of hands on games to play. All in all an interesting place everyone should see. The staff was super friendly. Plenty of parking near.

Terri Thrasher

Google
The kids had fun but as the adults paying the almost $300 bill, we were disappointed. The flavors given out were very odd and not suitable for most kids who are usually picky. How is it an ice cream museum without a single chocolate flavor, even available to purchase? Very long wait in line to get in, even with tickets pre-purchased. Plenty of cute photo opps though.

Sarah Newton

Google
Very fun experience and lots of photo opps! Just a little pricey for what you get. Did not have to wait in line because we came at opening. They were very busy when we left around noon. I payed extra for a drink ticket in advance and did not like the cocktail with the boba. Lots of pink, kids would enjoy to is place a lot.

Google
I went to this museum and I was very impressed! I liked the unlimited ice cream samples. I would have liked it more if we had a tour guide that actually helped us learn about interesting key facts about the ice cream. There were a lot of interactive displays, but we could not really enjoy them to the fullest because little kids were also jumping at them, too. I would not recommend it if you are not a fan of kids. At the end of the tour, you end up in the juice and have the option to go down a slide before exiting . Lastly, you have the option to play in the sprinkle pool.

Yelp
Had such a fun time at The Museum of Ice Cream, Miami. Came to celebrate our daughter's birthday, so was totally surprised and enjoyed all the beautiful installations at the Museum of Ice Cream. I must say, the staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Making sure the kids and the birthday girl, was always taken care of. My favorite installation was by far the Aracade! Definitely recommend checking out Tne Museum of Ice Cream, full of fun for anyone!

Yelp
We had such an amazing time at the museum of ice cream! Located in downtown miami, parking can be a hassle but if you go during the week I'm sure you'll snag a good street parking. Before going, purchase your tickets and fill out your waivers. It'll cut your waiting time in half. The staff was amazing, they don't use their real names everyone has a unique ice cream name and so did we when we first walked in. The place is filled with picture perfect moments. It's so cute and perfect for all ages. Not to mention the free ice cream and cotton candy. It's great if you're visiting Miami, have out of town guest or looking for a fun thing to do. Highly recommend going at least once.

Yelp
Out of all things I expected museum of ice cream to have decent ice cream...so from the beginning to end Initial freebie is dipping dots, not much favor and watery after taste, next orange sorbet looking ice with gross syrup and old tasting whipped cream on top, soft serve ice cream machine didn't work, we were told to go buy it at the bar, nice since $40 tickets can't cover a working machine. Tart type ice cream was so limited that a crowd of people waited for 15 minutes to hear that machine is not working also. Last serve was three layers cup, it was just ok, not much flavor, felt buttery and fatty with loads of sugar. My younger daughter didn't eat any ice cream and she loves ice cream, she is 3 years old and she spit out every single one! I never seen her do that before. I tried half a spoon of each and decided not to put trash in my body. Children's games were fine, sprinkles pool is more like ball pit, so so. Overall I wanted to taste good ice cream and was super disappointed.

Yelp
So reviews weee mixed for this spot but my niece and nephew wanted to go for their birthday. You will learn about icecream of you chose too. There are rooms that you go through that each have their own experience and you get a different sample of icecream as you go through each. This is not for the super intellectual this is a museum for the young. It's got good photo oops and a play room. The games weren't all working but overall the kids had fun and enjoyed their Sunday at the end. The sprinkle ball pit is lacking to be honest it's not very deep and so for the older kids falls short. It's a nice onetime experience. Get the weekday tickets that's at e cheaper cause it's not worth the 50 plus price for the weekend tickets.
google avatar

Trudy T.

Yelp
The staff was super friendly. The museum was very clean, bright colors, cheerful and overall a happy experience. The ice cream flavors were great. Creamsicle is by far my favorite with the vegan coconut coming in at a strong second. No, we didn't have kids with us, just us old folks going and having fun. This place is great for young and old alike!
google avatar

Yelp
Parking was something else but it was possible lol walking up to the museum you had to scan a QR code to purchase the tickets which is something they should say online I wanted to pay in cash but that couldn't happen after that it was interesting walking in I was expecting unlimited ice cream but that wasn't true at all you get 6 try's of ice cream and they love the cool whip which is ew on ice cream they don't give you many options at all very informative on the facts of ice cream but not much to do wouldn't go back 114 could get me a lot more somewhere else

Yelp
This was my second time coming :) I love it here! This time I came with yelp elite squad :) the museum was catered only to us which was awesome! We had plenty of ice cream and it was delicious !! If you're into taking cool pictures this is the place to be in Miami!
google avatar

Mike L.

Yelp
Come here for the pictures not for the ice cream. Come here for the experience as it's pretty cool. Lots of photo opportunities and a ton of things to do and learn. Very friendly people and good service

Yelp
Me and my besties came on a Saturday 10:30 (I definitely recommend getting here early- it gets packed) we had a blast The staff is so sweet (shout out to the bar staff they were amazing- yes adults there is a barrrr) we got dippin dots (you can taste the banana split flavor!) a creamsicle type which was my favorite super refreshing, we skipped the coconut one because Im not a fan of that, then we had a quiche style one and it was delicious graham cracker and orange flavor, then the last one was beautiful it was orange sorbet, whipped cream, graham cracker and not sure what the bottom part was. The margarita was delicious and super strong Its such a fun place and beautiful for pics! They also have a carnival style section which was my fav we stayed forever! There is a slide to take u to the sprinkle pitt! Honestly u cant go wrong here even the playlist was amazing Tips: go early Go comfortable Ask about allergies before u try anything Take pics and have fun!

Yelp
This wondrous interactive museum of ice cream located in Miami offers fun exhibits and experiences. We arrived and purchased tickets on the website for about $53 each. Pricing is based on demand and since it was a Saturday it was more expensive. This family friendly museum offers ice cream samples, cotton candy while roaming through several exhibits and the sprinkle pit. The friendly and attentive staff enhancing the impression. The visually colorful themed rooms create a wonderful photo environment. We parked at Miami World Center garage. A fun overall experience.

Yelp
Sooo cute!!! Knowing I love sweets and the color pink, my boyfriend bought us tickets as a surprise date. This museum is a great place for date night, a family night with kids, photo ops, hanging out with friends, etc. You are provided ice cream almost as soon as you enter. The staff are all friendly and enthusiastic. Their energy creates such a fun and light hearted experience. There are different types of ice creams and sweet treats to try throughout the museum that are paired with many interactive displays that you can take your time to enjoy (including a plethora of ice cream facts). There are many themes throughout, and each matches the dessert they serve. I ended up taking many many photos because of how aesthetic everything was. I will say though, because they are not serving solely ice cream, some of the desserts were not to my liking. But it was still fun to try everything. They also have a bar where they have special drinks, milkshakes, and ice cream you can order if you'd like.

Ev C.

Yelp
The website said $30 admission. I get there and it's now $46 for me plus $46 for my 7 year old. $92 plus a $21 service charge. Indecent. Then they said unlimited ice cream. Not. They wanted $6 for a scoop of ice cream. Beware.

Yelp
Located in the new Miami World Trade Center. What a beautiful shopping area in downtown Miami.i parked in the parking garage for convience. The price was a little high for an hour it's $7. However, once you walk out of the garage on the ground level the museum is a close walk. We waited in the line to be scanned in. I bought the tickets in advanced. There was a big group which was a good sign. We waited for about 10 minutes and got lead in. We were greeted with an employee who named us our ice cream flavor and asked us questions about the history of ice cream. That was cute! We got to write our name of ice cream that we wanted the be called and wore the name tag. Then the experience begins with ice cream scooper lining up the ceiling we went up the stairs then greeted with chocolate dipping dots. Yummy! Then led to a room where there was a cafe area and staff mixing cocktails and serving sundaes made to order. This was the break area and bathrooms. We were led to a room with trivia, facts about ice cream, a wall with ice cream flavors and where it originated from. Very Kul! Up next a room filled with bananas hanging everywhere. Fun picture moment in the room. Then we were in a room with a bunch of fridge doors. My favorite was the door that had a paradise experience and the other was a door that let you walk in and back out. Here we were served coconut custard ice cream. Fun! Next up we boarded a plane the "CREAMLINER" how cute with all the details, from the safety card in the pocket of the seat and a flight attendant pushing a cart with shaved ice and ice cream on top to serve us. It tasted like a creamsicle then we went into the library room. Here we pushed a button that served us different flavor ice cream tart and we had to guess the flavor. Yummy. Here you sign the book with your signature and you can go into a small room to take a photo. Next you got placed in a room with games play mini golf, and you can hop a horse carousel. Here you can take photos with the Photo Booth. You are served salted caramel ice and another flavor that was pink. Ong goidnesss I was left with a sugar rush lol. Then towards the end you are served ice cream on a conveyor belt that looked so pretty that was suppose to look like water, sand, and sun. We took it to sit in the lounge area and the end of the experience is a slide that was so fun as we went down. Then to complete the experience we jumped in a bed of sprinkles. Overall a very fun day for Linda and families even adults!

Yelp
I always highly recommend experiences like this because it's fun and brings out the big kid in you while also getting to mix and mingle with people of all walks of life. If you're a big fan of ice cream treats, learning new things and taking the best pics for your social media platform that this is it! It is very inter active and although the experience says it's for one hour, no one is rushing you out and it really is an "at your own pace" type of vibe. I won't give too much of the experience away but this is my second time visiting the new permanent location at the World Center and I had fun! This trip was for my daughter's birthday and there some sweet treats and activations that I missed the first time I went. If you visited the 2018 Miami Beach pop up, you'll be happy to know that the sprinkle pool is back but you won't have little sprinkles falling out of God knows where lol. They are a lot bigger in size but still a fun experience. Pro tip: it's MUCH BETTER to purchase tickets in advanced. I paid 34 each for my tickets and my friend who didn't purchase in advanced had to scan the code on the window and pay what seemed to be a "high demand" price for 64 dollars. Yikes

Yelp
Fun museum for the entire family, specially if you like ice cream. The staff is very nice wearing fun name tags with fun names. You do get to give yourself a fun name which you put on a name tag and wear it around the museum. Let me warn you, you will be eating lots of sweats throughout the museum, so if you go right before dinner, it may ruin your dinner. There is also a game room with many games to play and some areas with secret doors and rooms. Have fun!!!

Yelp
My first time coming here, was a few weeks back at a yelp event, and I had such a blast. I waited until my friends arrived in town to visit and we spent the day in downtown Miami and I took them to the museum of ice cream. We had such a great time and it probably was more fun the second go round for me.. we got to learn a lot of fun facts about ice cream, we got to try different flavors and combinations, this museum is very interactive, and they also sell drinks, so we were able to have a nice glass of wine. Staff is very friendly and very helpful with taking your photo if needed. Everything is pink and really cutesy just how I like it lol.. admission price is not over the top especially considering all the fun and cool things this place had to offer.. lots of Instagram and TikTok photo and video opportunities... I will possibly be coming back again whenever more family and friends visit..

Yelp
Museum of Ice cream staff was very welcoming and fun. The actual museum was so cute, so many opportunities for the perfect gram photo. Not to mention all the ice cream stations you have to taste. Plan to wear a cute colorful outfit and take tons of beautiful photos with your bestie or kids. The gift shop at the end was super cute too. Pistachio was definitely my favorite staff member!
google avatar

Matt L.

Yelp
This is a fun place to take your kid but nothing special. The experience goes through several exhibits that you have to wait in line for. Some interesting facts about ice cream and a few games at each stop. It is very immersive but some are a little cheesy and boring. Staff is fairly friendly. The ice cream was really disappointing, I think I only liked the last one! The rest were pretty sugary and artificial, not creamy and rich. Overall, it's an over expensive experience with potential. The NYC one is much better (though way more crowded)!
google avatar

Miranda M.

Yelp
Fun ice cream museum. There are different rooms that you can walk through and get ice cream treats along the way. There are so many cute places to take pictures. There is even a bar that can you can order drinks. My favorite room was the slide that takes you down to the sprinkle pool. There's a shop that you can purchase items before you head out. This place was so much!
google avatar

Trielle R.

Yelp
A great experience with even better photo ops. I love the fact that there is no rush through the museum, you go at your own pace for plenty of time for posing and fully enjoying the museum. Our favorite are was the arcade/ miniature golf area. The ice creams were all yummy but became a little much afterward. My son loved the slide and sprinkle pit. I would recommend better AC in the building. Quite a few rooms were hot due to outside heat so we rushed through the experience to get to a cool place. Loved it for a one time experience but would not be a thing to visit on a regular basis.
google avatar

Lea D.

Yelp
This place was super cute and definitely took a little bit to get through. It was very very busy though so definitely keep that in mind. We pre-purchased tickets to go with a selected time and still waited outside for almost an hour on the rain before getting let in. They go in small groups and then even after the first couple of stops, we then waited for about 45 minutes to get into the actual exhibit. There were tons of photo op's throughout and most of the rooms give you some samples of ice cream. One of the rooms toward the end have a few free games to play but some of them were missing pieces so we couldn't do them all. The sprinkle pool at the end was completely packed so we couldn't get in to take a picture but the idea is cute. I think admission should be more regulated so it wasn't so shoulder to shoulder in each room and you could enjoy everything more.
google avatar

Mallorie R.

Yelp
What a cool place! We were gifted tickets for my daughter's birthday and it was such a good time. 1 hour to explore a place filled with bright colors, Ice cream history, fun games and of course... lots of ice cream! My kids loved it and us adults loved it too! The sprinkle pit was a huge hit for the kids. They were a little sad to be too short to take the slide but happy enough to jump in the pit and explore.
google avatar

Diana G.

Yelp
A playground for all! Came here when my family from out of town came to visit and we had to come back the next day because the tickets were sold out for the time slot we wanted. Make sure you have tickets before you go. Their favorite part was the ice cream all over the museum and of course the sprinkles pool. Lots of fun and everyone had a marvelous time!
google avatar

Georgette M.

Yelp
So much fun. They gave out different types of ice cream throughout the museum, only wish is they had actual sundaes it was more so themed ice creams which some were okay. But it's super cute for children and any girl/guy that loves pink and want a good photo op
google avatar

Rancel V.

Yelp
Amazing experience all the staff was so nice and helpful 10/10 recommend from the beginning of to e experience getting greeted with ice cream and prosecco and having the best time this place is not just for kids also adults
google avatar

Taylor A.

Yelp
A fun experience that doesn't need to be done more than once. Great ice cream, but it is a bit overstimulating. The museum needs a bit more structure/signs. It's unclear when you really start the museum that there is a start & an end. My boyfriend & I accidentally ended up at the end first & there's nothing to indicate that. At one point we were reading ice cream facts & came across a rope with a poorly made sign that said do not cross. It appeared like it was an employee only area or something the museum was working on. Turns out it was a spot you wait in line to be brought to the next section. CLEAR SIGNS WOULD BE GREAT. Very beautiful, cute themes, fun games & a slide to end things. Overall a fabulous time!!
google avatar

Jessica B.

Yelp
Such a cool museum! Loved every second of it! Definitely worth the visit! Ps: loved the ice creams

Sandra A.

Yelp
Total rip off. Very expensive, I went with friends who really wanted to go. I am diary and gluten-free. I did check website and it said options would be available for me. with tax I paid $55 for this experience. Of the 6 areas you receive an ice cream treat ( include with the admission) only two of them had dairy free options available. I would not recommend this experience unless you just like wasting your money.
google avatar

Vanessa L.

Yelp
This was a total tourist trap rip off. $160 for 3 people. They claim all you can ice cream. There were 4 experiences that had a treat and only one of them was ice cream. The first on entry was a tiny cup of dip n dots. The second was some kind of (tiny) orange slushie with cool whip. The 3rd was a tiny cup of coconut soft serve. The 4th was cotton candy. The last was a super lame "sensory" experience that was a small cup of layered ice cream with graham crumbs, cool whip, and orange sorbet. The absolutely biggest waste of time and money. Crowded with kids and just overall super lame. You could buy actual ice cream at the end for $6 for one scoop. If you like to feel like you were robbed then by all means go here. Many things out of commission as well. They are making bank on all of us gullible tourists.
google avatar

Yelp
The Museum of ice cream in Miami is such a cool factory. Honestly being that ice cream is a treat that we so often mindlessly enjoy y I never really thought about the history of the ingredients, the different variations available in different parts of the world ,etc. This museum offers so many amazing ways to enjoy your favorite treat while enlightening yourself on the history of it! From start to finish the staff was super friendly and punctual. The rooms were full of interactive items and were all photo opp ready which was a unforgettable plus. One of my favorites was the airplane room and the carnival circus themed room with free cotton candy. If you're unfamiliar with everything you get with the experience the $50/pp admission can seem a bit expensive for some ppl. However you get a lot for that money, all of the sample tasting stations and treats are included in your admission and if you decide that you'd like more they have a ice creamery and bar on the premises. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her experience and I'd definitely go back again!
google avatar

Isabella K.

Yelp
Super fun new museum at the Paramount in Downtown Miami! Every room is a different interactive experience and almost every single one includes a different kind of ice cream. My favorite one was a sensory experience where you taste a layered ice cream while listening to a beach sound. My son's favorite experience was sliding down into the sprinkle pool. The vibe is high energy and the staff is a lot of fun!
google avatar

Always L.

Yelp
This was such a fun experience. I enjoyed the samples of ice cream provided. The employees were engaging and made the experience joyful. I loved the ability to explore each section at my own pace without feeling rushed. The slide at the end was such a thrill.

nariman n.

Yelp
It's so not worth it for the money you pay expensive and not worth it .No AC and you only eat half a cup of ice cream I don't recommend this place
google avatar

Krizia C.

Yelp
Fake hype, tourist trap and worst customer service especially in front entrance. Try to force you to go eat at the diner instead of the museum. Here's your experience: you book online with a time slot. You wait in line sweating and will get in 30 min passed your booked time. Then they only Let small groups 8-10'people in a time and force you in a lobby then a diner before you can go in and explore the actual museum. It's purely for insta pics and make it seem so exclusive but it's not. Get over yourself :)
google avatar

Genesis L.

Yelp
Frosty made us the best drinks ever!! She was so nice and made us feel very seen. Great customer service!! We'll come back to the bar for sure
google avatar

Jamie V.

Yelp
Overall, the experience was fun but it was definitely packed so that took away from the experience. You have to wait outside for a while before getting in, so keep that in mind if it's raining like it did when I went. The rooms are fun and mostly interactive. You do get to sample different ice creams in most rooms but the flavors are pretty random. It would be cool if they did adult only days because when there's a ton of kids there, it makes it harder to do everything the way it's intended (like trying to play the trivia but kids are pushing random buttons, as kids do lol). Great place for cute pics though.

Brenda C.

Yelp
Worth every coin.. took my daughter and she loved it. From the moment we waited in line the staff was very attentive and made the wait pleasant. Wasn't sure what to expect as we entered the museum but everything is so well organized. We learned so much about the history of ice cream, we played some trivia and took plenty of pictures! There are so many photo ops opportunities. Very family oriented for kids and adults of all ages. We actually got ice cream... can wait to come back
google avatar

Dania H.

Yelp
So much fun it was a pleasure to be there, just make sure you arrive with plenty of time the wait lines are crazy even if you have appointment.

Yelp
In an effort not to spoil the many different parts of this museum I have limited myself from posting more photos! This is an amazing education, sweet treat, sprinkled with fun, imagination and joy! Emerge yourself into a world of sweetness, get ready to use all your senses. From the moment you walk in you are awakened with the sweet smell of ice cream, maybe vanilla wafers and at times popcorn. One is greeted with so much open kindness from the moment you get in line Outside and the true genuine smiles and kindness is carted through out the whole experience. Everyone shared fun facts, genuine smiles and a helping hand should you wish for photo assistance! What an excellent composition of art, fun unique experience in each and every part of the museum. Fun facts, flavors, history and Soo much much more. Each time, we got a scoop full of fun, it was never half empty! this was epic we waited six years to come back to the museum it was so worth it and the best experience yet!! Totally new from the first time we experienced it. BISCOTTI, Oreo, El Choco, Dulce de leche, Mango, and so many more wonderful Humans made this one of the best experiences yet!!

Yelp
We went here the other day with our friends and their kids. All the kids together were 2.5, 6, and infant. We had a lot of fun. There was a variety of rooms and things to look at and take pictures. There was one area with games. A ball pit. Even a cool slide for the bigger kids and grown ups. It was a little expensive but something different and fun to do! The kids were slightly overstimulated but in a good tire them out way lol. The only downside is it can get busy and it depends on the consideration of those around you what the experience would be like. There were some near us that hogged the picture areas to where even staff had to ask them to move on. One lady was getting annoyed with my 2-year-old for her curiosity after several minutes of waiting for her to finish taking pics of her adult daughter. As for the ice cream, if you are an ice cream lover it is just okay. I'm not a huge dessert person so I thought all the ice cream samples were good and I couldn't even finish bc I was full (we had gone after breakfast though).

Yelp
This place is amazing for kids and adults. Many games and things to do. Is really fun and the ice cream is really good. We were a family of four with two girls of different ages and we all had fun and great time

Not worth $50 per person at all!! First of all the place was packed! We were put with a large and had to wait forever to go thru the rooms but anyway they were underwhelming to say the least. Then there was ladies mopping the floors while we're were there. It was like we weren't even there. They were mopping all of on us. Like zero personal space. Would definitely not recommend this venue. And at the end the last exhibit the guy started the explanation and then was like yeah whatever. Then in the sprinkle pool someone lost their Phone and the employee made like 20 kids and about 20 adults be absolutely quiet. She gave a bunch of kids mean looks because they just weren't being quiet. The ice cream wasn't all that good. Overall I felt like it was a waste.

Yelp
Very cutesy! If you li e to take photos and have a good time I would totally recommend! And the littles would enjoy it too.

Yelp
Overpriced and overbooked. Lots of the attractions were broken, like a fake palm tree falling on my child in one of the rooms, the ice cream machine(the only one there!) being constantly out of either cups or spoons, the slide being closed and or being filled with a liquid of some sort. Most of the other attractions were queuing, waiting and more waiting. The pictures are beautiful, but this place is like shit with a bow on top, and a hefty price tag.

Yelp
Great Ambiance but don't expect to eat to much good ice cream. Allow time to find parking too.

Yelp
The walk through experience was amazing. The design of the entire museum was very intriguing. Pinky chip was very welcoming. We met her in the first room and we appreciate her vibe.

Yelp
Cute place for kids I suppose. Lots of vibrant colors. Ice cream is disgusting! How dare they call themselves a museum of ice cream? Its not even real ice cream. Even my kids wouldn't touch it.

Yelp
Perfect Day out with the kids ! Staff were very friendly. Kids were entertained. The slide was a bit fast for me, but the kids enjoyed it. Definitely worth a visit.
