I spent a day at the music with my good friend and our daughter. The wait time outside to get inside was ridiculously long. They have a high traffic of crowd in and out, so I guessed that explained the wait time. We had an amazing time. From the moment we walked in, and until we leave there was something to do. Each room had a different theme and things to do. I enjoyed the swings, the train and banana theme room. They have a wide variety of ice cream to sample, which was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great fun filled day and the kids loved every moment of it.

I thought the prices were very fair. They absolutely do offer all you can eat ice cream and we weren't rushed at all! We stayed at every different exhibit as long as the kids desired and I dint have a single bad thing to say. The staff was very warm and welcoming. My cocktails were strong. Ice cream options were great. They even had vegan options available. This is a kids experience, not really meant for adults. So keep that in mind. I'd recommend and the kids are begging to go back already!

I recently visited the Museum of Ice Cream in Soho with my boyfriend, and it was such a fun experience! While it’s definitely on the expensive side, with tickets and everything, it was totally worth it for the ice cream and the cool photo ops. There are so many creative and Instagram-worthy spots, and my favorite was the pink train station—everything looked so vibrant and fun. The dessert display there even looked so real, I had to do a double-take! The ice cream itself was amazing! I got a big scoop of the boat ice cream, and it was $16, which seemed a little pricey, but the portion was huge, and it tasted so good. The flavors were fresh, and it was really creamy. Even though it’s a bit expensive, I would definitely come back again, especially for a special treat or when I want to have a fun time and take some great photos. Overall, I really enjoyed the visit—it was a nice experience and something I’d love to do again.

My daughter wanted to spend her birthday here, so we did! Everyone was super friendly and were amazing from the entrance til the exit. The first person “Gummy Bear” who assisted us at the name station sang happy birthday - he really made my little girl feel special!!! He has a very nice voice! The ice cream flavors available were all scrumptious!!!! Definitely enjoyed every last bite! The Bagel made me a little suspicious.. but it was yummy as well!!!! The whole place was kept very clean including the bathrooms. Our favorite is the game room! All the games were fun to play :) This is one of the very best museum experiences we have ever had!

The experience was more for my 11 year old daughter who enjoyed herself. There was a lot of ice cream to sample and the ones I did try were pretty good. Did not try it all because it was just too much ice cream even for my daughter. I would recommend this place for people with kids. There are a lot of interactive activities for them and a lot of places to sit and relax for the adults.

We came here on a Sunday, 2:30 and it was very fun and not too crowded! The place is definitely super Instagramable, lots of cool things to see and do , kids had a great time. Bartender made bomb drinks and we were able to walk through the museum with them. Staff is nice and cheerful.

The most joyful place! I went on my own (adult) and had the best time. It’s definitely not just for kids although kids would absolutely love it too. So many sugary treats, fun interactive exhibits and fantastic staff who seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. So much fun, you’ll be smiling all the way through! Highly recommend (and the gift shop is fab too)

If you like ice cream, the color pink, and great aesthetics, you'll like this museum! I had attempted to go to the one in San Francisco but they were closed when I visited. I was able to find one in NY and reserve a ticket. I liked how each room was decorated and that there were plenty of interactive spaces. This museum is great for a wide range of ages as well as content creation. I loved that they gave us actual ice cream close to the end of our tour.

I visited for my birthday and had an amazing time! We purchased our tickets in advance and arrived at our scheduled time, but had to wait about 20 minutes outside, which I found a bit odd. Typically, for interactive museums and activities, you can enter right at your scheduled time. That was the only downside to the experience. Inside, there's a bar if you're looking for a drink or souvenirs. I even got a free drink because the staff was testing out new ones, and it was delicious! The experience itself was fantastic, with multiple rooms offering different ice cream options in each one, so there's something for everyone to enjoy. It's a fun experience for both adults and kids. One of my favorite features was the "adult" and "kids" sprinkle pools, where you can take pictures and climb in without worry. They also had a kids' playroom for younger kiddos, which was a nice touch! I also appreciated that there were elevators available for those who couldn't use the slides or stairs, making it accessible for everyone.

I was really excited to finally visit the Museum of Ice Cream in New York after missing it when it was in LA. Unfortunately, the experience was a bit of a letdown. The first ice cream choice was a vegan vanilla, which honestly tasted like cardboard. The cookies and cream Dippin' Dots, however, were amazing--I wish I'd gotten more of those! After that, I tried a bourbon-flavored scoop. It had great flavor and nice chocolate chunks, but it was overwhelmingly sweet. Next up was cotton candy, which, while not technically ice cream, was a fine sweet treat. Then we had the option of cream cheese gelato or coconut, and based on the employee's recommendation, we chose the coconut. It turned out to be disappointing as well. For the popsicles, I picked watermelon, but it lacked any real flavor. While the rooms were cute, they felt a bit underwhelming, with only a few interactive exhibits. The sprinkle pool, in particular, was very lackluster. Overall, I found the ice cream options to be poor, and I wouldn't choose to return. It's a fun concept, but it didn't quite deliver on the experience I was hoping for.

10 out of 10! A must experience even for locals. I felt like a kid jumping in the ball pit, trying the cotton candy and of course....the ice cream!

This was such a fun experience and great for all ages! You get UNLIMITED ice cream and frozen treat samples while in the museum, so come prepared for a sugar rush! This is such an interactive museum with activities and photo ops around every corner! Highly recommend checking this awesome place out in SoHo NYC!

We came to MOIC to celebrate our daughter's 11th birthday. The exhibits were engaging and every staff member we met was kind, helpful, and thoughtful. This was the best way to celebrate our daughter. Both our kids had a blast! Our other daughter has a dairy, nut, and egg allergy and she was still able to partake in more than enough treats. The ice cream was delicious. We had a great time and I was recommending MOIC to friends and family before we even left!

It is worse than a tourist trap. To say I was underwhelmed and disappointed is to say nothing. The museum lacks imagination, interactive activities, education, history and ICE CREAM! How the heck is this place even legal? 3 rooms had tiny cones of a very much below average ice cream and one had popsicles. It's just a decorated space , not engaging and I don't want to use any other bad words. It was very crowded. Great concept that never came to life -I would say the museum of ice is a complete fraud. The Museum of Ice Cream's Pinkmas is a wonderland for kids. We went during an off-peak time, and it was perfect. We practically had the place to ourselves. No lines or crowds made all the difference in enjoying the exhibits and taking in the whimsical atmosphere. The self-guided tour gave us the freedom to explore at our own pace. Each room was a playful explosion of color, from the pink subway car to the banana room. We loved the historical nuggets woven into the experience, learning about the fascinating evolution of ice cream. My favorite installations were the sprinkle pool, the banana room, and the slide - a heart-stopping rush of pure joy that brought out the inner child in all of us. But let's remember the ice cream. Three rooms, three delicious treats - from popsicles to scoops in a waffle cone, there's something for everyone's sweet tooth. The cotton candy was a nice treat, too. It had been ages since I last had some. I wish there were lockers when you first walk in. That would've made for a lighter load and energy for picture-taking. This is an excellent, Instagrammable place, but we were hot shortly after entering.

I like the ice cream museum. It was really fun and a lot of flavors to try! My favorite was cappuccino crunch! The servers were polite and quick! And the ambiance was so colorful!

It's a cute spot but definitely overpriced. Not sure exactly what I was expecting but I was more underwhelmed than anything else. The ice creams were nice - the 1st gelato upon entering was the best. It's cute don't misunderstand but.... Meh...

I know it's an expensive experience, but it's totally worth it! If you love ice cream like us, there are 7 different flavors in the museum and you can eat as much as you want (yes, it's unlimited) Quick tip: to see everything with time, take good pictures (with not a lot of people on the background) and eat without rushing, I recommend planning for at least two hours in there. We came with a big group to celebrate a 12th bday! It was a fun option and time went quickly! Lots of treats! The staff - Waffles, Creme Bru Leesha, SugarvRay and Candy were so friendly and accommodating! Made for a great celebration!

Lots of fun with the family. It's interactive, it's informative, it's tasty! Buying a sundae at the end isn't worth it because your admission ticket will have you sampling enough ice cream throughout the museum

We had a great time here, but I wouldn't do it again. reason for 3* is because it said unlimited ice cream and at $50 per person, we expected more. The self guided "tour" is about an hour long. There's really no museum, there's some info about ice cream and history along the way, but it's more of a fun house for kids with 3 ice cream stations along the way with 2-4 options to pick from. All in all it was a good time and energy waster for the 4 kids we had, they and we got to eat ice cream, and got to act like kids for an hour or so. At $200 for a family of four, there's better ways to blow an hour and money in NYC.

Such a instagram worthy spot! A place to take soooo many pictures. I highly recommend purchasing tickets online before going because they do not sell tickets on sight. It's about 10 different rooms with different photo ops. Not only do they have different photo op rooms but they also offer UNLIMITED ice cream/ sweets! A great place for kids (there were so many) but also a place to take pics to change up your instagram feed lol. It's small in there but we took our time because we were taking pictures. 10/10 highly recommend to stop by !

When describing this place to someone, they said, "so like a place for little kids". No, it's more than that and it's for the kid at heart as well. I got 3 samples of ice cream (the vegan vanilla fudge with the Rudolph antlers was the best), a mini popsicle, and cotton candy. There was fun 2000's music playing, pink, arcade games, and plenty of Instagram photo opps. The sprinkle pool was the main highlight (of course, if I went another time outside of Pinkmas I would've gotten to see the animal crackers). I booked online 2 days before for one of the "cheaper" slots, but was still charged at least $15 in fees. My ticket time was for 10 am, but luckily there was only a small group that entered at 9:30 and they let me right in. 2023 #82

This museum was super fun and nostalgic. Free ice cream, popsicles, and cotton candy. Perfect for the entire family or an adult daytime date.

I would leave this experience for only kids but since they can't go by them selves I guess there's no much to do... I went here with my friends and we all were really excited about the experience because mmm first we paid almost 50 dlls + taxes and fees for our tickets and second just because the idea of a museum of ice cream sounds amazing, doesn't it? The museum is divided by different rooms where you get to "interact" in different ways and where you are also expecting to taste ice cream. The truth is that you only get 3 ice cream samples in total which 2 of them tasted really bad (I had to throw them out) and 1 popsicle sample which was just ok. There are nice spots for pictures though if that is what you are looking for but 50 dlls for cool pics?? Doesn't sound right to me... One other thing: they have a ball pit that looked really cool in the pictures but it smells so so bad that we didn't even want to stay. One positive thing is that there's people that work at the museum always around trying to give you their best attitude and bringing help in case you need it. They also sell merch but for crazy prices.. buuuh I am pretty sure a kid would enjoy this experience, they can play in their rooms and probably won't even care about the smell or the flavor of their ice cream but then maybe they should't let adults pay 50 for a ticket.

This place was decent. We went in and there was some people in here. tickets were around $30 and we started off walking through a door and making a name tag. the first room had popsicles for us to grab. There were a couple cool rooms such as the mirror room, a room of swings to swing on, a fake subway that's fully pink and a room filled with bananas hanging from the ceiling. there was free ice cream throughout where you can stop and get one of two different flavors. There was a slide that you could go on but the line was so long that we opted to take the stairs downstairs instead after waiting about 20 mins. The last room is the room that everyone talks about which is the sprinkle pool that people can jump into and lay down in. the only thing was, there was no way that you could do this because it was sooooo busy. there was probably 60 people in there and the pool was not big enough for all of them. Also there was one bathroom in the beginning so if you had to go again, you would have to walk all the way to the start and then back again. it was cool but probably won't go back.

The museum of ice cream was definitely a super cute and one time experience. I went in with the expectation it would be more for photo ops versus museum like, and was right. I purchased the early time tickets which were cheaper around 30 something dollars versus 50-60 something which made it more worth it. As I don't think the experience was worth around 60$. There were a variety of rooms with interactive decor including swings, slides, arcade games and about 3 different ice cream stops with unique flavors. At the stops, you were able to get unlimited ice cream, but for me personally even though I have a major sweet tooth, I was only able to handle a small cup at each site. The staff was super friendly and energetic. There were plenty of kids while I was there and think it would be a fun and different experience to do with your kids.

TLDR; Expensive experience for decent ice cream but great for social media posts. Probably more fun for kids but there's 1 or 2 exhibits that you'll have a blast at as an adult. Something I'd do once but def not worth the full price. We had the very first reservation at 11am which was slightly cheaper ticket price ($37 versus the most expensive $64). It's very much a social media photo op with some cute activities and unlimited ice cream (at 3 spots in the museum). Their ice cream was decent, but not delicious, and unique flavors. Staff were all superb--very friendly, smiley, and would even take photos for us. The lobby has gifts for purchase and an ice cream/ alcohol bar while you wait. There is no going backwards from each room. We started in a waiting room with a historical timeline of how ice cream began. We waited for about 20-min before being let into a room to receive our first ice cream! Option of ice cream and gelato. Then a table with fake desserts and a freezer with a small popsicle to taste. The next room was broken; it had a projector but nothing happened. Then it led into a room with several gimmick doors (e.g., the doors open to a screen of a moving ice cream image) and then a back room with disco music and mirrors. There's a small exhibit that looks like a nyc subway with ice cream decor. There was a room with hanging bananas, jumping house (roomy enough for 2), and a dome decked out in sprinkles. There's another ice cream spot that leads into a sitting area with walls with some history about flavors and ice cream tools. The room leads into a rainbow lit hallway and then a huge slide down to the bottom floor. Another ice cream refill and seated options with a cut-out truck that you can make out of paper. The room leads to a playroom for climbing, swings, basketball, and ball pit. The next room had a cotton candy maker along with mini games like skew ball, whack-a-mole, etc. Half the games were broken. My last and favorite room was the pool room - which is a large ball pit in the shape of a swimming pool and has a slide that you can slide down.

100% not a museum & more so a place to try average ice cream and take photos for instagram lol. Not a bad thing to do on a rainy day especially if you can get a discount but it's definitely a one & done kind of thing. My favorite ice cream was actually the first one which is a classic vanilla soft serve. You can go through the whole thing in about an hour and it'd be better if you have people to go with you!

This 5 stars is for 2 people: Sir Ganache & Goofy Goober. They both went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time. Fun attitudes and kind hearts. The museum needs a bit of a face lift.

It was very crowded and very hot the overall environment was overstimulating people shoved and cut other in line the only thing I enjoyed was the ice cream and cotton candy. Would not recommend if you don't like loud blasting music and hundreds of children.

Took the GF out for our anniversary here and she had a blast! She got to take a lot of photos. (Actually me taking them for her). There are several rooms that you go through and then the best part, free ice cream! The staff are super chill and make the tour really fun. This is a great place to go on a date or just go with a group. They also have drinks too if you get thirsty from running around like a kid. We sure did and it was awesome. Overall we had a great experience and we finally got to check the MOIC off the bucket list.

We had an amazing time here! The staff is so friendly, and knows how to interact with all types of people. It was beautiful to see how excited the kids got here and how well the staff kept them engaged. It is definitely more of a photo op museum, in my opinion. However the ice cream was still very very good, and there was plenty of it the further you walked. They also had drinks for the adults at the bottom level. It was very interactive, and a super happy atmosphere inside. The interactive was also for all ages; a big slide, an arcade, and overall just a ton to do. It was pretty packed while we were there, but most of the people we encountered were very respectful. It is definitely worth the money to spend your time here!

This place was tons of fun, we had samples of candies and ice cream! Super colorful great experience! Ambiance is fun and beautiful! They also had a slide, a room where kids could draw and be creative. The ice cream was so delicious I wanted more! This place is fun for all ages.

If the experience didn't cost $58 per person, I might have a slightly different review, but for the cost of the experience, it was beyond not worth it. Upon entering you're told that you have five "treats" that are unlimited - but you can't go backwards so once you're finished with one that's it, and you never know what's coming next. With the best "treat" being the first one, this set us up for disappointment because we saved room for those to come. Treat options included a pink lemonade ice pop, a bagel with cream cheese gelato (by far the star of the show), cherry sorbet, cotton candy, soft serve pink vanilla, lemon meringue ice cream, and vegan strawberry ice cream. For an ice cream museum, there was really not a whole lot of actual ice cream offered as treats. What would've been nice is a voucher for one scoop of your choice at the end of the experience - even if it was in place of one of the "unlimited" options. The slide was cool but otherwise you just walk through rooms and maybe take a pic or two near hanging bananas. The staff were wonderful and friendly, but for the cost, there's far better things you can do for nearly $60 per person in NYC.

I took my sister on her birthday and we had a blast! We spent about two hours and had to rush to our dinner reservation. Wished we had more time to spend in the sprinkle pool. The tickets were pretty steep @$45 pp. They used to offer complimentary tickets on your birthday month, now they offer a complimentary beverage for the birthday girl. And as a bonus for the companion, I got to pick a beverage as well. Lucky me!

Looks like I never reviewed the place when I first went here a couple of years ago when they first opened. Recently went again with visitors from out of town and it was significantly less busy but also noticeably worn down from when it was all shiny and new. It's true that there's pretty limited ice cream options, especially for the price of admission but if you have little kids they're still going to enjoy it. There's only about 3 or 4 small ice creams as well as a popsicle along the way. It's "all you can eat" in the sense that you could keep revisiting the server to get more, but they ask that once you move past a room you don't go backwards. Be careful on the swings as they're positioned in a way there isn't enough clearance. You can see where folks swinging backwards have hit themselves against the wall. The cup full of balls also seems less full like it's been depleted from my first visit and they just never refilled it. Upon entering the pool area there was a distinct scent. Like a kid had peed in the pool and they likely didn't do as a great job of disinfecting as you'd hope. Imagine the old school chuck-e-cheese ball pit. I also recall the pool having many more small and multicolored sprinkles the first time I visited, which is evidenced by some of the older photos of the sprinkle pool. From this most recent visit it seems like they've been replaced by longer hollow plastic pill shaped shades of pink sprinkles. My guess is too many guests were busting their butts jumping into the hard rubber (if I'm remembering correctly) sprinkles versus these lighter weight and more suitable for "swimming" through sprinkles. There's a certain level of run-down sticky griminess to the place. I can only describe as feeling like someone melted ice cream all over every surface and disinterested employees have at worst, wiped clean with a dry napkin and at best spread around with a wet wipe. As long as you don't set your expectations too high, this is essentially what you'd imagine a dated Instagram museum to end up like.

This was a really cute place to visit in NYC for a family visit of all ages. We (2 adults) took our son (11) and all had a great time. You pre-buy tickets with a designated time slot...however, if you buy a ticket for 12, that means you line up outside and they let you in as staggered groups 10 minutes apart. IE, your 12 p.m. group could actually end up going in 12:20 which means you're standing outside sweating for 30 minutes in 90 degree NYC heat so keep that in mind when making your reservation. Inside, everything is pink from the walls to the ceiling. They even offer sweet pink cocktails for the adults. It felt very Willy Wonka (in a good way). You go from the entrance to another staging area where you're given instructions and asked to choose an ice cream name. Then they let you into the museum, which offers several Instagram photo ops, a giant twisty slide, free ice cream, and of course...the sprinkle pool. The one thing we wanted more of us was more history. There's only one room that talks about the history of ice cream! Overall, though, a good time.

I decided to go here with my children because it's a hot summer day and ugly, rainy, and humid outside. So I thought, what better way to cool down them in the ice cream museum? I was WRONG. There were so many people in there that it made it that you barely felt the AC. That ice cream was good, but it was not worth the entrance fee. It's too overpriced for a crowded place that you must wait even to get an even though you paid and picked your time slot. You wait to get in, and then you have to wait to take a photo because they let way too many people in at the same time, so it's hard even to take a picture. They only give you ice cream in about four rooms. Yes, you're allowed to get seconds, but they make it seem like you will get ice cream in every room, and that is not the case. This wasn't very pleasant, and I would not recommend it at all. You honestly only get like $20 worth of ice cream when you pay 50 something plus like 30 dollar service fee just even to get in. It's ridiculous.

Came here for a Yelp event a while back! Not sure if I'd pay to go, the ice cream flavors were just alright, I think there are better options out there. The slide was fun going down :)

Even for a tourist trap, this scam of an attraction was a total rip off. I went with my 2- and 6-year old nieces when they visited town and regret wasting the time and money. For a "museum of ice cream," this criminal enterprise offers almost no education nor ice cream. The "all you can eat" promise on the website amounted to a tiny sorbet, mini popsicle, and small scoops of two flavor options. The buffet of convections shown on their website (pic included in this review) is just PLASTIC. When we entered that room, the museum worker tried to make a joke out of the fact that it wasn't real food. She did offer us tiny pink popsicles as a consolation. Ooh yummy! Instead of paying $50 for a ticket here, buy a pint of Haagen Daaz at a bodega and give the change to a homeless person. That way, you'll at least get some real ice cream plus you'd be giving your money to someone in need, not the felons that own the "museum" of "ice cream."

This place is pretty cool. It's a little bit geared towards kids but adults can have fun too. I was with my niece and my brother and we got tickets online. There wasn't a line and it was easy to get in. They scan your tickets at the door and the first thing is the store. To be honest there isn't much of a selection and what was their wasn't that good. You can also order milkshakes and ice cream but I would suggest doing that on the way out. The next thing is too fill out a name tag and they have some good suggestions. Once you do that you meet a staff member that explains the rules. The biggest one is not to move backward so make sure you spend enough time at something before you move on. The next section has a ice cream bar and bar. There are free ice cream samples and you can order cocktails for the adults. They do have a non alcoholic option for the kids which was pretty cool(the ice cream was free but the drinks are additional). After that there a mix of sections where you can take pictures and get more ice cream! There a part where it goes thru a timeline of the history of ice cream which is pretty cool. There also a slide option which was longer than I expected ha. There's an elevator as well if you don't want to use the slide. The experience let's you back out to the store again and the ice cream and milkshake counter. It took us about an hour to get thru everything but you can definitely spent more time and as much time as you want there. Time and money we'll spent .

The museum inside was fun and had a lot of pictures opportunities with different exhibits and overall was a fun experience however the wait to get inside was a nightmare. We had tickets for 6:30 pm so we arrived the 10 minutes before as stated on the ticket. As we arrived there was two unclear lines to get inside, both lines were to get inside however they must have over sold their capacity and couldn't fit anymore people in so they were only letting a few people in at a time. Long story short we didn't get inside till after 7pm. The point was to avoid the rain and do something inside instead we got soaked and it cut down on the time we could be inside enjoying ourselves as the place closed at 8.30pm... I feel bad for anyone that had a 7pm ticket as they probably didn't enter till 8

Peppermint was awesome. He helped us navigate some of the museums so we don't miss important things. Really likes the cherry Shirley mocktails. But get ready for a PINK OVERLOAD of Color! The bathroom was clean but the washbowl was outside of the bathroom.

It's fun for taking cute pictures that are instagram-worthy. And of course everybody loves ice cream! Otherwise it's kind of a one-time experience.

Attended the museum of ice cream with husband on a weekday night. It was a pretty fun experience as first timer. The museum itself is located in the busy SoHo, and the moment we walked in our world transformed into a pink fantasy land. The staff was great because they were super energetic and made jokes while we waited in line for our first ice cream cone. The 'funnest' part of the museum is seeing the decoration and taking IG photos in different rooms. There are ceilings with hanging bananas and a giant sprinkle pool...etc. there are also ice cream stations throughout the museum so you can always grab a bite through out. Overall the experience is cool, but I would suggest the museum to have more ice cream varieties. All the ice creams were in a cup, I think having mini ice cream sandwiches or shaved ice would have been more fun. I would also suggest alil but more content to the different rooms. Maybe some room can have ice cream paintings or another can be how ice creams are made. Right now all the rooms are just installations, which is cool for the first 20 mins. But overall a fun place to be, worth visiting once!

The museum of ice cream is a fun adventure the first two times. It is really colorful and fun to see the rooms! The ice cream tastings are more than generous, you will be very full by the end of the museum. The first time I went the tastings were a lot better than the second time. The second time, I went for a pink Christmas, and I was very underwhelmed. They just put up a bunch of pink trees and called it Christmas lol. I was expecting more such a cool place. I did the 21+ , which means your ice cream can be alcohol infused, but I only got one tasting that was alcohol infused. I feel like the workers should asked if we wanted it instead of expecting us to know to ask for alcohol lol that's why we have the wristbands. I do love it here but I think more attention need to be put in if they want repeat visitors. For first time visitors, it's great.

My friends and I decided to come here on a whim and I'll say it isn't much of an actual museum. It's more of a cute place to take photos, eat some ice cream, and see a tiny amount of history. I absolutely loved the design of the interior because I love pink, and it lent itself to lots of cute photos! You'll start in a hallway with an optical illusion that makes it feel like the space is tilting upwards so if you struggle with any kind of dizziness be aware of that. After you're let in it's a self guided experience and you're able to eat as much ice cream as you want. We went at one of their later time slots so it was pretty busy, but we were still able to navigate fairly easily. If you can, eat multiple of the ice creams because once you move forward you can't go back, and in case you miss out on one of the later tasting stations (see below). I was definitely bummed that there wasn't more museum to it, and by the time we got to the fourth tasting station the girl told us they were out and I heard over their radio that they were trying to close up. It may have been the fact that it was one of their last time slots, but we paid ~$44 for our tickets to only get to taste three ice creams... I personally think they shouldn't even offer that late of a time slot option if they're just going to try and close while people are still in the building. I mean, we missed out on ice cream, which is kind of their main selling point, because they didn't prep for their last time slot? It was a fun enough thing to do with friends, but I wouldn't say it was worth the price of the ticket and I don't really have a desire to go again.

Sprinkles of fun! The Museum of Ice Cream is a three-story exhibition in New York with multi-sensory exhibits and lots of ice cream. It was my first time attending and I always thought it was one of those places that people visit just for instagram and I will admit you will get many, many instagram worthy pics in their colorful rooms, but there is much more. If you take it seriously you will find a lot of cool historic facts about ice cream and get to look at nostalgic ice cream related memorabilia. I love going through all the different levels, interacting with the spaces and playing games. I tried many forms of ice cream and can say it was all amazing, definitely left in a sugar rush! Overall I think it is a very unique experience, fun for the whole family and I highly recommend going down the three story slide!

This place definitely is for kids and those who are thirsty of cute pictures. It's so cute, yes, (almost) all pink, ice cream is included with your ticket. It's clean, fun, and quite organized. Staff are pretty nice too, really build the fun ambience in that place. Try to go on weekdays or early to avoid crowd. Oh, they're giving you a ticket for free on your birthday month.

Amazing place so meny cool attractions, including pool, full of sprinkles room with bananas hanging from ceiling and 12 more along with various different ice cream flavors at several different stops throughout the attraction. Great employees overall amazing experience.

Definitely a fun experience to check out if you're a dessert person or just want to immerse into this pink world~ They offered 8 different kind of icecream but we missed 2 flavors cause they already cleaned the machine as they approached to closing time. The risk of coming in at 8pm although it's less crowd. About the tasting: The best one is the first strawberry icecream swirl in a pretty flower cup, then the birthday cake icecream. Cherry popsicles is a no for us.
