It worths the while visit if you have small kids. First of all, it’s close to a metro and tram station. The area is newly built so everything is in big scale: metro station, sidewalks, etc. Big entrance where you can leave your umbrella. Free entry for kids, as an adult I think I paid 2,5€ for the Permanent exposition. The tickets cost the same if you buy them online but no need to.
Space to leave your stuff on the first floor. Space to sit and eat (with vending machines or bringing your own food) on the first floor too. Bathrooms have small toilets for the little ones. Gift shop on the first floor.
The entrance has an impressive installation of the Earth. Then you see some paleontology and geology findings, then it’s the exposition of the animals, then the exposition of the fungus, precious stones, and some more. You’ll need 2 full hours for the Permanent collection.
Helpful stuff.
