Music City Cryo

Great spa right in Nashville. The waiting room is cozy. Once you are in the cryo chamber room, the assistants are very helpful and patient with explaining the process and making it easy. Once you are in the machine they are great about keeping you busy with small talk while you try not to freeze! After you get out of the chamber you feel better than ever, like you just got out of an ice bath. Highly recomended for athletes and those with chronic pain

My original experience was great friendly owner and the session was good. I even purchased a package. Shortly after purchasing that package I had to have surgery and leave town. I have called and left several messages which I have been assured that they have been passed on to the owner and not heard from them. Please do not do business whit them as they have complete disregard for the customers.
