They spammed my inbox with feedback requests before even attending an event, so I left them a bad review based on that and they retaliated by cancelling my ticket and refunding it, calling it “goodwill”. They ask for feedback on trustpilot, but it seems what they actually want is only positive reviews and for any feedback other than glowing they expect you to call them, even though they don’t have a phone number on google maps, or it seems face repercussions. Nor did they follow their own preferences as they didn’t call me to try to fix the issue after my bad review. As an individual I have even less resources than a small business. I’ve not experienced a response like this before, even less so from a small business that usually try to fix a problem, rather than kick out a guest if they complain. Not a place I would consider going to anymore and now glad that I no longer have the tickets.
