DO NOT RENT HERE I moved in June 2024 and immediately ran into lies, broken promises, and total neglect from management. On my second tour which was a scheduled appointment, my leasing agent ignored me and walked off to show someone else — a huge red flag I ignored because someone else offered for me to join their tour when they saw me waiting and mad about what just happened. The elevators were a nightmare. They repeatedly broke for weeks at a time, and when they went down, the gates and door pads failed too, locking residents out. From June 2025 until September 13, 2025 (possibly longer that is when I moved my belongings), the elevators were completely broken. Maintenance requests were closed with no explanation. Their response? “Since we don’t repair those and have to sub them out, we just close them.” Zero communication, zero accountability. Cleanliness is disgusting. Vomit sat outside doors and in stairwells for weeks, “cleaned” with kitty litter and a sweep. Security? None. Gates were always broken; anyone could enter. Parking is a nightmare. Abandoned vehicles, including a blue truck that sat 15 months, took prime spots while residents had to park on top floors. Towing is never enforced. Moving out was a disaster. With elevators still broken, I had to pay extra to rent a small flatbed truck that could fit in the parking garage and personally help the movers I am paying to do this job haul furniture down to the Moving truck because nobody wanted to move furniture from the 4th floor unless there was an elevator. They even deducted money from my deposit with a confusing, vague breakdown. Luxury apartments? Total joke. Management only cares about money. DO NOT RENT HERE. and management I don't want to hear the lie response you post to all your reviews its garbage you tell us to call you, and NOBODY ever answers your phones or responds so why lie and pretend you all care.

If you like living in filth, move here! Trash has been piled up in front of trash rooms on every floor for months now. A notice was sent 2 weeks ago and residents are still not being held accountable. Trash is so bad at times that you can’t even get into the door to get inside. Management doesn’t walk the grounds because they don’t care. Doors from staircases to garage are always broken. Locked doors from garage to inside are non existent. Outside areas smell like strong dog urine because dogs are encouraged to urinate on the pavement areas and sidewalks. Don’t ask leasing staff for anything at all. Attitude immediately just for walking into the office. This door handle to get inside has now been missing for a full year, I myself have reported it multiple times. You’ll cut your hand if you want to enter through there. *edit today 12/6/25, 4 days later, trash still in the garage and door handle still broken. As I said, management and leasing staff could care less. I pay way too much living here in these conditions. They leave the same responses on all reviews and take no action to make things better.

After living here for a few months now I can give an honest review. The units themselves are nice. If you like overspray on your counter tops from the half ass paint job they did right before you moved in. The common areas are fairly unusable. I refuse to even bring guests over or recommend this place to anyone by how nasty the parking garage and common areas are. I had a friend refer me to this place and he got his referral program "voucher" almost 5 months after I had already moved into this place. In the almost 6 months I have been living here. I have been greeted with non-working elevators that have been "waiting on one part" for 3 months, gates that break more often than they work and filthy stairwells which is your only way to get up and down the building due to the non working elevators. Not to mention the absolutely horrific trash rooms and right outside that are promised to be taken out when they aren't. I hope this place gets better. I truly do. However with this management team (with the exception of Bobbie,) I do not see this happening. It seems like they are only here to collect a pay check and not actually help the residents who pay a good amount of money to live here. If I could give this place .5 of a star I would.

I have had a great experience living here so far. I love the location and the apartment is really nice for the price. I like the convenient parking close to my doors especially now that I'm on disability. I had one issue with the electric and the maintenance worker, Harry fixed it the same day. Harry and his crew are super friendly and knowledgeable. Management is always nice and extra helpful. I will definitely be staying here for a long time.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS APARTMENT I recently moved here from Seattle and have been staying in a hotel for several days while trying to get settled. I applied well in advance, submitted every document they asked for and still had to wait 5–6 full business days after giving my ID plus the week before when I had already submitted my application. The entire process felt unnecessarily long and stressful. Let me be straightforward: The price is great, the units are good and the location is solid. But the management experience completely ruins it. After living in 4–5 different apartments across the U.S., I can confidently say that this has been the worst management team I’ve interacted with. Some apartments I lived in had amazing staff I stayed for years because they were helpful and responsive. Here, it was the exact opposite. They act like they’re being sweet or empathetic, but in my experience, they barely respond, avoid giving clear information and make every step of the process harder than it needs to be. Nothing feels straightforward. Every question turns into unnecessary back-and-forth. I also want to mention my experience with the leasing agent DJ. In my opinion, he didn’t seem to fully understand the application process and instead of taking responsibility for mistakes or confusion, he made the situation worse. At one point, he even made comments over the phone that felt like threats, saying my application could be denied which was completely unprofessional and added even more stress while I was already staying in a hotel. Overall, if you’re considering this apartment, please be aware: The unit might look good, but the management experience can be extremely frustrating. I genuinely wish someone had warned me earlier.

Now that I moved out let me say that the location and the units are amazing. However even though I lived for 14 months in here since the start of my leasing my experience was going from good to bad. From having the fire alarm of the whole building sounding at 10PM or even 2AM at least once at week to getting my car almost stolen from the parking garage. Heard a total of three cars got stolen the same week and mine was going to be the fourth one. They didn’t do anything about it when I addressed that to the management as “crime is everywhere” The cleaning of the common areas were decreased since new management with the elevator smells like pets pee and then strong smell of weed at some point during the day. You get a control to get into the garage and then into the building, however most of the doors are broken and not need to scan your control to open the door. If maintenance works on fixing something in front of your door at the hallway do not expect them to clean the mess, it will last there forever. I could say more but I think what I just wrote was more than enough.

Living at Mustang Station for over a year has been such a positive experience thanks to the amazing management and maintenance teams. Michaela, Bobbie, and DJ have been so kind and supportive with everything I’ve needed recently I’m beyond thankful for them! Harry, the maintenance supervisor, is awesome he always makes sure things get done quickly and correctly. His crew, especially Raul, does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly. I really appreciate how much they all care about the residents here. Thank you for always going above and beyond!

Michaela was absolutely wonderful during my tour! She was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the start. She took her time to answer all of my questions and gave great insight about the community and amenities. Her positive energy and attention to detail made the experience easy and enjoyable. I left feeling confident and excited, you can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right home. Highly recommend scheduling a tour with the office team if you're looking.

Yelp
Mustang station has been great. The new front office staff are dedicated to improving & they have the best community events. Marcus (I think is his name), is an absolute breath of fresh air up there. They've worked with me when I've had situations arise. Maintenance is quick. Business has built up rapidly while I've been there. NOW, I will say, due to living close to the dart there are homeless people. Mostly harmless. I do wish they had a tighter restriction on breeds & dogs as there have been more than a few attacks. But the park is gorgeous. Grind office staff is great. I enjoy living here overall

Yelp
If I could leave 0 stars for this place I would, Mustang station comes with a built in alarm clock! They love to drag the trash out in the front with a golf cart any hour of the morning. It could be 3am or 6am, or why not 11am you never know! Just full of surprises. Not only do they drag the trash out front the garbage truck bangs so loud and again no time frame. As someone who works and even if you didn't you wouldn't want that noise to be your alarm clock. Maintenance is trash, they don't fix things, it's a list and I'm happy to be leaving this place if it allows videos I will post the sound.. it's LOUD. maybe apartments not facing the front and by leasing center doesn't get the noise but please beware. It's been a nightmare literally 15mo of hearing that trash almost everyday. They're cheap they should have a better system. Management sucks as well, since I've stayed here they change management, one day they had only one person working also they will close their office during business hours if need be. Never complained to much but had to say my thoughts. Especially being woken up before 8am to they're trash service
