Amazingly funky room! Wonderful lighting, and it’s placed in such a good spot, easy to reach wherever you need to go in Brighton! Although the breakfast menu is small, each dish is done with great care and their apple juice is fresh pressed! It’ll be my go-to place to stay in Brighton from now on.

This experience of an open plan toilet was horrible a glass door provides no privacy and it feels like you're going to the toilet in your bedroom. I wouldn't treat my dog like I was expected to stay last night. The decor on par with an ibis, I hope I never have to stay in a hotel like this ever again! Awful

This is a very strange hotel, in desperate need of a refurbishment.||Pros||Good Location|Bed was big and clean|Shower was warm and powerful|Room was spacious |Check out isn't till 12|Our room was actually very quiet (394) but maybe that's because we visited in Jan, or maybe we got lucky with a quiet room.||Cons||Carpet covered in stains and very old looking|Sink covered in chips and marks|Bed frame a very odd shape which gets in the way and covered in chips and marks|No mirror in the room except at the back of the wardrobe which you can't see as soon as you hang things up|Entry to the room is gained by a code, not a key which doesn't feel as secure |If you want your room cleaned while your there it incurs a cost of £15|The bathroom isn't private at all, including the toilet. ||We were staying just one night, so it did the job and the bed was comfy enough, but wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Just spent a night here. Perfect location and the car park is a bonus. Our room was bright and clean with pleasant lighting, crisp bedding and plenty of sockets for phones etc. Good bar and pleasant staff. We didn’t have breakfast but the menu looked varied and the tables were nicely set. We look forward to returning.

Our room was an interesting shape and could have done with a lick of paint but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The hotel is in a terrific location with easy access to the railway station, buses and the centre of the town and |there are plent/y of restaurants around.|Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was ver.y good indeed. Would book again.

Had heard of this hotel but never stayed here. Booked last minute and it was easy to do so online. Room rate very reasonable post new year. Comfy bed, nice bathroom/shower and a spacious room. We booked a superior double. Staff were friendly and polite on arrival.

I'll start with the Café. Genuinely one of the best breakfast experiences I've had anywhere. I order a bacon butty. The bacon was cooked to perfection and it comes in an onion seeded bun, this made the sandwich 10x better. The room: Bed was great, shower was great and the pressure was incredible, bathroom was clean but the carpet in the room wasn't "clean". Doesn't look clean and definitely didn't feel it when I'd take my socks off. The A/C didn't work so room was quite cold but the frost desk gave a heater which helped. The Staff are very polite and welcoming, honestly would've thanked them if they told me to f off for no reason because they were so kind. The Hotel is secure, you don't get a key to enter your room, it's a code and the same code is require for the elevator which I like very much, it certainly makes the place feel prestigious. Wi-fi is fast and worked no issue. Overall, I'd stay here again and recommend this place to everywhere. It's in a convenient location and Brighton is very walkable which makes it even better.

We spent one night here after a longer stay (to be nearer to town and station). Really enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and exciting, lovely lighting and calming ambience throughout the hotel. The bed was comfortable and clean for a really reasonable price. It was quiet in the room considering we were there at Halloween and the bars outside were buzzing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. Amazing value for money.
