Vincent is the greatest of all time. He is the ultimate. You won’t find a better server in a 1,000 mile radius. You aren’t ready for what Vincent is about to bring to your table. This guy is going places. Do not park in the parking lot across the street. Park in THEIR parking lot!!! You will get towed.

The food there was surprisingly amazing. But I really appreciated the waitress the most. She was triple sat with a lot of people, and she did a great job.

We stopped here for dinner because of the rating and price range. We ordered meals that sounded good. We were not pleased with the food. The grilled chicken was somewhat dry. The shrimp stir-fry said served over rice pilaf. It was more like rice soup with veggies and shrimp. The eggs Benedict traditional was lacking too. The egg was over cooked and the sauce was too thick. We did get dessert to go, and those were delicious. I recommend just going for the dessert. Service was great, waitress was kind and answered all our questions. It was clean and we liked the atmosphere.

The food was delicious, I’ll start there. The waiter? He was intense, loud, and was unclear about what he was pushing. “Do you want fries, sweet potato fries, or tater tots for $1.99 extra?” We ALL thought he meant the tots were $1.99 extra, not everything. I mean oh well, but please be more clear. The older lady at the checkout, (long blonde hair, yellow cut out shoulder shirt), was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. Not only to me but we also witnessed her being extremely rude to her STAFF! I honestly was so embarrassed for her and the way she acted towards everyone. Are you busy & that’s why you’re stressed? Be thankful you’re busy!!! Not rude!!! Lucky we were only in town for a play but we’ll never return again, only because of the lady at checkout. Thank you!

I loved it there. It felt very warm, cozy, comfortable family dinner. The food was excellent! The Southwestern Shrimp wrap was delicious. Like how the cucumbers and avocados go so well together. I substituted jalapeno tortillas with flour tortillas and it was excellent! My favorite wrap ever. Next time, I go there, I'll order it again.

My friend and I wound up here at like 3 a.m. and the wait was long, but the guy working the door was amazing and nice!! He made a long wait way more bearable and deserves a raise. The food was decent, very filling and well made. The water came with no ice, but looking around, that seemed to be normal. That still struck me as odd. Our waiter barely spoke 2 words to us, which is why I'm only giving 3 stars. It's definitely a demanding job, I'm sure, so I can understand not being at their best at that hour. But the level of cold shoulder we were given was in stark contrast to the man working the door. We weren't intoxicated or anything like that, just 2 night owls looking for a bite. Despite this subpar experience, I would consider giving the place another try, at a more typical time, just to see if the service is any better.

I had visited this place before and couldn’t remember what I had. This place has been around the neighborhood for a long time. They have a decent menu and I was in the mood for meatloaf and it was pretty tasty with mash potato with corn and I took it to go. They have many desserts, pie, cakes and cheesecake. I had the raspberry cheesecake and sorry I ate it so fast forgot to take a picture. Friendly staff and this place can get busy be prepared. Recommend.

Came here on a late night after a show at the Conner Palace. Read it was open 24/7 and had decent reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by how busy it was for an 11p on a Friday. Parking is kinda crazy and late at night people park kinda crazy. But it does have its own lot. Which is good. Inside looks kinda older and worn. But honestly not too bad. Server was very nice. Menu at night is smaller than during the day we were told. Makes sense. My partner got a BLT with sweet potato fries and I got the Grecian omelette. Both were good. No problems or complaints. Portions were good and it tasted good. We'd definitely go back. Our bill was around $30. Not bad.

I used to love coming to My Friends when I lived in Lakewood. Great 24 hour diner with friendly staff and good breakfast. I came in recently while in the area in search of a delicious dessert. They used to have a fantastic selection of desserts including lots of different cakes and cheesecakes which are usually a pretty good size, so at $7, it was a good value. Unfortunately, things have changed. It's been a few years since I've been in and the desserts looked a little different. I asked if they were still using the same local bakery and was told that they were not. Nevertheless, I decided to get a slice of cheesecake. I went with the cappuccino on recommendation from the man at the counter. I got my snack to go and was excited to eat it when I got home. I was a highly disappointed. The cheesecake didn't have much flavor at all and it seemed like it was old. The top was like a coffee flavored cream and the bottom was a very very basic cheesecake. The whipped cream on top was fine, but the little chocolate topper was flavorless and the crust was super soft. I think it was crushed nuts, but honestly couldn't tell because it was so soft. I'm sad they switch bakeries because I used to LOVE their desserts. Likely won't be wasting calories on desserts here, but I'd come back for breakfast of course.

I love the atmosphere here. Retro style diner but with cozy warm brick and friendly faced servers. Large portions are guaranteed. I got the Linguini w/Meatballs. Two huge meatballs in a generous bowl of linguini and bright, fresh tomato sauce. This was three dinners for me. Great burgers. It's open 24 hrs so fantastic late night people watching. Salads and other diner style classics. Full bar. Small parking lot behind or street parking. It's a friendly neighborhood vibe. Extra treat is the bakery case full of muffins, luscious tortes and pies as you checkout. Take home something decadent for later. You will be too full to eat it here.

I am absolutely obsessed with their desserts. Their cookies are absolutely massive, they are fresh baked everyday and change in flavor periodically. They also have amazing cheesecakes I like the pistachio and baklava assortment. As for other food the chicken tenders are good and I think their honey mustard is homemade and it makes all the difference. I call ahead and pick up every-time and it's always ready when i get there.

CHARMING 24/7 LOCAL DELIGHT! The following review is long overdue. I LOVE this late night spot, it's a lifesaver and I hope the rest of Cleveland follows suit and starts changing their business hours to 24/7. My Friends has excellent sandwiches and burgers. I even went for breakfast on back to back days and everything was amazing. The restaurant is calm, not too crazy. There's a bakery and deli, everything looked tasty and moist. The wait staff had a good attitude and the general ambiance was good. There's plenty of seating, both booths and tables, it's cozy. I love the East Coast vibes here, the building is cool, right out of a movie where the main characters hang out lol. Idk I just really like this place and I'll recommend it to all of my Yelp buddies.

Love this diner!!! Classic diner atmosphere, great service and the food is great! I love the variety of options they have to choose from in their menu, how well priced it is and how good the food is. Also, they have an amazing selection of cakes by their counter that makes it incredibly difficult not to get one to crave your sweet tooth. Really great place to enjoy a good meal!

This is my 2nd favorite diner in Cleveland. My favorite quirk about this restaurant is that it is open 24 hours, so you can come through at whatever hour you want. I feel very comfortable when I go, and it's a good spot to hangout and catch up, they have a drink menu also. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and they don't take long either. I recommend getting the "my friends burger" it's absolutely tremendous.

Parking available 24 hrs The best desserts in town... 10 plus flavors of cheese cakes, baklava and cakes. Everything is homemade... if you get a chance the lemon, rice, chicken soup is fire. Small selection of beer and wine available. Nothing fancy besides the food Great food at a great price Long standing employees and the place is clean.

I was warned to check your order before leaving -- which I didn't do and ended up with half of what I ordered. LOL! Overall, I loved the food and the customer service was amazing!

5th visit to My Friends Restaurant. It's a nice cozy place. The kind where old men walk out as you come in and look at ya with a grin that says I just ate some great food and I'm happy to be alive. Service is a mixed bag. There's some charm to being a little rough around the edges, especially at a place like this. However sometimes remarks miss the mark. Love coming here before all the crazies walk up from twist on a Friday or Saturday night!

I ate here twice in three days and it was just about perfect both times. It's open late. The menu is huge. There are several dining areas, plenty of seating. Good for groups. The service is amazing.

The food and service was super great! A ton of space inside, amazing desserts... and the hours are wonderful. Ton of parking in the back as well.

Had breakfast there today! My very first visit & the food, the service & the prices were all great! I had a croissant eggs Benedict w/bacon. Delicious! The fruit was fresh & the coffee was very good! Our waitress was attentive & pleasant! All in all it was a good experience and I will be returning!

We stopped in here for breakfast while we were in Cleveland (after asking a few cops in the park where they would recommend). Great diner feel (walking in and seeing the cases of desserts - including a banana split and coconut cakes) - we were seated very quickly, provided menus and coffee/tea. I went with the eggs Florentine (Benedict with spinach instead of Canadian bacon), hash-browns, and a side of bacon. Bob had one of the specials which included French toast, two eggs, and breakfast sausage. We were very happy with the service, the food, and really wish we had room for some of the cake!

I've come here before with my friends. My favorite burger has got to be the Westside Burger. I recently had the cake here and it's surprisingly really tasty

All i ordered was the french toast and egg combo. ABSOLUTELY awful. Cold eggs, cold sausage and the french toast was even bad. I sent everything back and got no apology nor concern from the staff. My dining partner's soup was cold. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I love My Friends Restaurant! I live in Wickliffe, and I drive there once a week. I like that they are open all night. The food is great.

Still in the "CLE". Hunger hit me at 3 am. Where to go? This place is 24 hours and not bad at all. We got a steak, some pork chops and two slices of cake (several types), one carrot, and the other delicious chocolate. It is definitely a popular locals place, so go and enjoy a little gem. It goes without saying as this my go-to but I am going to say it. Babunfoodie on Instagram pointed the way.

Great Food, Slight Price Increase, But....Good Service, & The One Cashier Always Super Sweet!

Food was good as usual but service meh. Usually busy and normally don't have to wait 15 minutes to be get a menu.

I was out shopping with a friend and we decided to stop in for lunch. So glad we did. We were happy to learn they serve beer and wine so we each had an ice cold beer. She had a wrap which she said was good and I had a turkey burger, one of the best turkey burgers I have ever had. I also had great homemade tomato rice soup. Our server had quite a few tables but she was friendly and attentive and our food came out as ordered. We plan to return soon for dessert (they had a lot of yummy looking choices) and wine.

Delicious super thick crispy fried juicy calamari! The ranch is the good homemade kind too.

A +, 100%, yum yum! I am soooo glad I finally tried this place. I was craving a club sandwich and french fries and my husband wanted to try My Friends so we did. What a great experience we had. We arrived around 6:30pm on a Tuesday night and there were about 5 other tables already seated. We were promptly greeted upon arrival and sat in a booth. Our waitress was super friendly and had us laughing a few times too. She was attentive and our food was fantastic! As I said, we wanted a club sandwich so we ordered that and the reuben. Let me tell you, holy wow, that reuben stole the show. It was so delicious that I wished we didn't even order the club which was very OK, nothing special. Plus, the club sandwich didn't have bacon, which I thought was a classic ingredient. The Reuben was so good that I have seriously been considering going back already again tomorrow for lunch. The corned beef was moist and thinly sliced yet piled on the rye bread thick. This will definitely become a go-to spot for me. I can't wait to get back and try breakfast next!

Great ambience, I was impressed. Nice and clean on the inside with lots of seating area. I wasn't expecting what I saw but was happily amazed. Food was great. Service was better.

Went here after a show and WOW was I pleasantly surprised! Our waitress was the nicest person ever. The kind that makes you feel like you're visiting family for a meal. I unfortunately cannot remember her name, but she had curly hair. The food was quick and delicious. We had the loaded tots and fish and chips with some lentil soup. The tots were fresh and super flavorful. The lentil soup was homey and hearty. The fish and chips was delicious and fresh. I will definitely be returning to this little gem!

I had a hankering for some diner food and turned to my trusty Yelper to help me out as I was driving on the highway. I know! No texting and driving, but I was hungry dangit!!! Based on my filtering My Friends Restaurant came up. This restaurant is family owned and operated and I enjoyed the customer service from the door. It was a little busy at the height of brunch time, but I was seated right away. Pam was my server, she was a liiiiitle flustered; however, she did well with my basic order of 2 eggs over medium, hashbrowns with onions and green peppers (added), 3 strips of bacon and I chose an English muffin for my toast selection. Classic breakfast that you can't go wrong with. It looked so good, the Dad at the other table ordered the same thing! Listen! People who like food know people who like food. There is no debate. They have a bar with all kinds of wine and beer choices, so I'm thinking the night time is the right time PLUS they are open 24 hours, so there is no reason for you not to stop by when you get hungry and have a hankering for some good food. Checkout is always the longest. As a reminder to myself I need to ask for the checks after I receive my order. But please stop by and support.

I was there for breakfast on a Saturday, 12/17/23, with a group of 15 including a toddler. This waitress was so nice and accommodating. I'm sorry I don't recall her name. She was older. That's all I remember. Anyways, our food was decent. I was more impressed with the service receive and just wanted to make sure it did not go unnoticed or unappreciated by our party.

Food was cold, vomited in the parking lot. Limited options, portions are way too large and quality control doesn't exist!

Food was delicious, I got a Sicilian Panini and Blueberry pancakes. My boyfriend got the Bacon & Egg Panini and Chocolate chip pancakes. The service was amazing everything was prompt and the sever was kind and courteous the entire time. The place overall was very pleasant, not too loud or dim. M- my travels took my north west today. This place is a quite clean restaurant. The bakery looks inviting but to early for such sweets. I stopped in for the pre 7am hour for breakfast. The meal was possibly the end of a shift or the beginning. It got hammered much like the guest at this hour. It wasn't terrible but not great. Because they are open 24 hour this may not been A team. I think it does better looking around at the cleanest. My son recommends the lemon soup and a club sandwich.

I've heard great reviews about my friends so after waking up earlier than normal and finishing my job around Lakewood park I decided it was time I took the plunge. And boy was it worth it! I got some traditional eggs Benedict and it being my first time ever trying them I wasn't sure what was in store for me but seriously they were delicious. The eggs were poached PERFECTLY and the hash browns that paired with it were crisp on the top and mushy in the middle just as a home fry should be. The restaurant was actually pretty empty for a Saturday morning, but being that they are open 24/7 I guess it allows a more even and steady flow instead of just a mad rush. While sitting there I noticed a lot of regulars coming in and being greeted by the ultra friendly staff, they are quick to seat you, take your order and bring your food out nice and hot and just how I want it!Pricing was right on par with your typical diner food, and it was nice and clean in there. Whether you're coming off a run, or a drunken night from one of the bars downtown; this place is sure to hit whatever spot you need it to! I was super happy with my selection to try my friends and have definitely made new friends!

I had gotten into town after a long trip on the Amtrak. I was very tired and asked if they had a table with an outlet so I could charge my phone. this was at about 6:50am (for any management reading). I was asked "Are you dining in?" after she looked me up and down. I'm tired and just got done riding the Amtrak and I am hungry as well, and I had planned to dine in. However she treated me like I was trash and started off being rude. I asked again "do you have a TABLE with an outle?" She said "Not if you aren't dining in. I have worked in restaurants and customer service for 20+ years. I'm not going to dine in and give my money and business to a place that's going to treat me like garbage. I do not appreciate an interrogation about if I do or don't have money when I already asked for a table (clearly I have money to eat, but I will be spending it somewhere else).

I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised here. I eat very healthy and did not think I could find delicious, healthy food at a neighborhood diner type establishment. I was wrong! I had an egg white western omelet wrap with a whole grain wrap and a very generous fruit bowl for a great price. The service was also awesome. We will definitely be back!

Very pretty inside and very clean. Fast paced workers and didn't have to wait long for food. Food was really good. The portions were perfect and overall nice experience. The prices were ideal and a wide menu of choices. One thing I didn't like was being close to other people but overall cool place.

We were staying overnight from out of state and got our food to go. It was an amazing quaint little place that has good food and a great friendly hostess/ cashier who took our order that came out very quick

Great service. My favorite soup in Cleveland. Were willing to make my fish without breading. Our server was very friendly. My boyfriend liked his gyro and fries. I had the fish special. The prices are good and the selection is huge. Their desserts are amazing. We mostly went because they have the soup on Saturday and Sunday. I'm in the process of having dental work done, so I can't eat much.

A gem. A 24 hour diner that serves breakfast all day? Yes, I'll take two. Everything I've ever ordered has been brought to me piping hot. It's all seasoned well, good portions, and friendly staff. The place is huge and can hold tons of people, the busiest time is after 2:30am when the bars in the area close--people flock from all corners to have a quality mean, for good reason. Also, the best part? Cake. Tons of flavor made fresh whenever it's done, and it doesn't take too long. They're price but worth it as they give you a huge slice. The owners wife doesn't speak much English, but she's the sweetest thing that's ever set your table and has a smile you just have to return! Enjoy!

My party of four ordered chocolate chip pancakes, Italian panini with tots and egg Benedict with home fries. The food was excellent however I can't leave a great review for a few reasons. The tables were not spaced 6 feet apart and the place was packed and although our server wore a mask, her nose was exposed. She was also forgetful and inattentive.

Just left my friends restaurant I waited 35 min an no one ever came over to my table to take my drunk order so I just left . Terrible service would not recommend going to this restaurant

I only went there for the wifi but it doesn't work. So I decided to order calamari and it was disgusting. I will only get deserts and drinks from here it's a damn shame this is the only restaurant other than Taco Bell open late!!!!
