"Eat Street is a hot spot for Vietnamese food in a city that’s, well, a hot spot for Vietnamese food. Just across the street from Quang is Tracy Wong’s My Huong Kitchen, a snug, stellar Vietnamese restaurant. The pho here is ample and lightly sweet — try the pho dac biet, a hearty combination of rare lean beef, well-done flank, and sliced meatball with all the requisite bright herbs. (My Huong’s curry soup is equally as good, too.)" - Eater Staff

4/30/22. I’ve been here 10 times now since early 2021. It’s such a welcoming atmosphere by the husband and wife owners. Today I had the Pho Special. Amazing broth flavor and silky noodles. My friend had the Curry Noodle Soup. The flavors punch you in the face (in a good way)!!! This place has excellent food and service. You won’t be disappointed.

We came here by fate today. We wanted to go to Quangs and ended up in this parking lot instead, and we thought why not! I'm sure it's even better than Quangs. It was. It was so good. My go-to order is always the Vietnamese noodle salad with grilled pork and an egg roll. I have to say, this was in my top 5 of that dish. Very flavorful! Everything was delicious!! ❤️❤️

My Huong Kitchen place has very good pho. Not only is the pho good they offer good appetizers such as egg roll and spring roll. The wait time for our food was around 10 minutes and overall quick. They constantly checked on us often and asked if everything was fine. Saw our empty cups of water and refilled our water when we did not ask, even gave us lollipops as we were paying, very friendly and tentative customer service and a great place to dine in, takeout and eat from!

My partner and I stopped in for a light supper before running errands yesterday. We ordered a noodle salad with chicken and egg roll pieces, a strawberry whipped cream crepe, and a strawberry smoothie. Everything was fantastic. The noodle salad was delicious. Full of fresh herbs, flavorful, and delicious. Good for a bright, warm spring day. The crepe had this most beautiful spongy texture and the strawberries were fresh and generous. The smoothies here aren't made with ice at all. They're tart, sweet, fresh, and really wonderful. One of the tastiest smoothies we'd had in the last couple years. It took about ten minutes. I know this place is across from quang, a pretty bold move, but I really suggest you give it a try. The food was fresh, complex, delicious, and a pretty good value. Plus, the service was great. The only downside? No outdoor seating. But honestly, the food was so good, we didn't care.

I loved it here. It was a small quite place. Ordered some pho and chicken curry noodle soup. I got some pineapple bubble drink and lychee drink. It was good. Couldn’t finish it so i took some home. If it is ur first time, the ingredients will be overwhelming so don’t go here as a first time.

Great food and people! We ordered the pho, shrimp spring roll and Hai Nan chicken rice. The taste is pretty authentic, especially for the spring roll!

They have a lot of parking, right in front of their restaurant. And free street parking on Nicollet Avenue. Newly remodeled, so a lot bigger with about 10 tables. I ordered the Vietnamese coffee for my drink. We ordered some egg rolls and spring rolls as an appetizer. I ordered the pho, perfect kind of soup on a snow day.

The vegetarian eggrolls, mockduck and shrimp spring rolls, shrimp noodle bowl, and curry chicken soup were all sensational. Vegetarian fish sauce as well as spring roll sauce were delicious. Dipping sauces always make or break a dish, so all their sauces make the whole meal sing. Generous portions, affordable pricing, and the service is always super nice. Best damn Vietnam spot left on Eat Street.

Yelp
What a fantastic find. The Pho Special was a savory delight. Complex flavors, great presentation. The service was attentive without overreach. Try it, you'll like it!

Gracie W.

Yelp
Yum yum yum. The team here was so sweet but on top of that they were constantly back and forth serving people. It makes sense a spot with such good food would have so much business. The spring rolls were delicious. The music was banger after banger. The pho was good for the soul. On such a cold day, the bowl of pho thawed me out and reminded me of the good in the world. Plus we got a lollipop with our check. All for $40. Win.

Yelp
Relaxed clean and causal restaurant with friendly hosts. Went on a Friday evening and we were seated immediately. There were a few other parties and it was not too loud. The restaurant was lit well with nice decor. The food was awesome! I ordered pho and my friend ordered the chicken curry. My Pho was so flavorful and the broth was deliciously savory. I appreciated that the broth was not too salty. They also had delicious pickled jalapeños that were the perfect addition.

Adriana G.

Yelp
Absolutely fascinating Vietnamese cuisine! This is the first time I visit to try the chicken curry soup and it was amazing. In the past, I have had their bahn mi sandwich which is delicious too but this time I chose to try something different. This place doesn't disappoint. It was a cold winter evening and I wanted something warm and filling. The broth had lots of flavor, it was steamy, noodles were cooked to perfection, veggies were fresh and the combination of everything came together very well. I would most definitely get this again. Service is great, it is family owned and you can tell they care that you enjoy your food and take your time. It was almost closing time and I asked for our bill, the lady (owner) said don't rush, take your time I'll still be here. She even helped me pack up my soup to-go when I was done eating. Ambience is laid back and casual, I love that they keep their cultural decor up which enhances the experience when dining here. Overall would recommend to give this gem a try if you're ever in the eat street neighborhood.

Yelp
The service was phenomenal. My Huong Kitchen is how to do simple, delicious Hmong food right! Located on an unassuming spot on Nicollet, my Huong Kitchen mainly serves casual southeast Asian Hmong cuisine, with a cool mixer of veggies and meats. It definitely is on the more casual and low-key side, come here for a pleasant lunch and you won't be disappointed. For the price as well in the low single digits for some items, I thought it was good. I'm not expecting absolute peak Vietnamese food here but it does well considering many other restaurants charge more for being about the same. My first time I went to get broken rice and the 2nd time (forgot to take photos) I had a pickup order for beef noodles. Both are good, solid options and can't really go wrong with either. Overall, I would recommend.

Val T.

Yelp
I hate a plate with meat cake and pork atop rice and fresh vegetables. Can't remember what it's called but all of our food was incredible. My friend ordered a bowl of broth alone and it was so delicious, and perfect for the chilly weather outside. Very casual place with good, quick service. Will be returning.

Gita B.

Yelp
Delicious noodle salad per the recommendation of the nice hostess! I came in to place a takeout order. They were speedy, but too fast that makes you question the freshness. I also had a real fruit mango smoothie bubble tea- perfectly not too sweet! Check out this long standing Vietnamese institution. Can't wait to go back to try a banh mi!

Elizabeth J.

Yelp
The pho is excellent. The broth is savory yet sweet at the same time. The restaurant is clean and calm. Staff was kind and attentive. Will definitely be coming back.

Stephanie H.

Yelp
I ate here with my sister in-law and really enjoyed it. We ordered their Eggrolls, beef stew soup and pho. I really enjoyed everything especially the egg rolls. The pho is good too, it doesn't taste as traditional as the pho we get in LA but it was still very delicious. The beef stew was their most famous dish and it definitely didn't disappoint. They were also very busy during the time we went so you know the food is good and people do love it! Will be back to try it again when I'm in Minnesota

Michael Z.

Yelp
Wonderful! Super fresh tasty food, plenty of spice (with a house made chili paste available to add!), and great friendly service!! The prices are reasonable too! Highly recommend :)

Cindy V.

Yelp
Service was great. The food was ok. I had the vegetable eggrolls and Pho. Really nothing to rave about.

Jen J.

Yelp
Went to Minneapolis for the weekend and decided to try my Huong Kitchen for a light lunch! The food was great! Traditional Vietnamese choice like pho, bowls, and bahn mi. I got pho and it was delicious. The place was relatively small but still had enough seating that we didn't have to wait. The staff was also very friendly. The owner came around to check how things were and even helped me pack up my pho! Great experience and would recommend checking out!

Yelp
I finally made it to My Huang Kitchen for lunch on one of the few weekdays they are open at that time. I ordered the Meatball Banh Mi, Curry Chicken Noodle Soup and a Vietnamese coffee. As I was the only one in the restaurant the service was great, very friendly. It's a fairly small space for dining in. Banh me had good crunchy bread but lacked the spicy, sweet, sour fusion of a great sandwich. The soup was also good but I kept noticing an overpowering flavor of black pepper. I've not experienced the use of so much black pepper to provide spice in Vietnamese cuisine. The coffee was perfect, just the right amount of sweetness for me which is usually just a hint of sugar. All in all it was good but didn't bring anything to challenge my favorites along Eat Street.

Vita B.

Yelp
We had a solid meal here . The service was really nice , it's mom and pops joint that has soul in their food. Pho broth was light and fresh, loaded with meat, noodles, and veggies. Curry chicken soup was also loaded as well, the broth had perfect amount of spice but was little bit on the little on the sweet side. My daughter loved her crepe was loaded with strawberries. The have amazing bubble tea , they use fresh fruit and it makes a huge difference . Vietnamese iced coffee was great as well.

Yelp
There is no shortage of delicious Vietnamese food in the Twin Cities - trust me, that's not a complaint, but rather a benefit to living in this area. But it's a double edged sword - sometimes you get so used to your favorites, you never want to try something else. For me, that's the case with my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. With a friend in town and suggesting this place though, why not venture outside your comfort zone? New year, new me! Well, not quite. Ordered the special pho I thought it was solid - a little on the sweet side, and the add ins didn't come separate, which I didn't love - I love the feeling of plucking my mint from the spring and dropping it into that hot broth and letting the aromatics mix with the mint, or adding more bean sprouts than probably should be allowed in my pho. The noodles were solid though, and the soup was well packed with meat, so I'm gonna count that as a W. Parking lot is always a benefit in the cities, and the service was super attentive - not that I mind either way, and I do appreciate that their menu is pared down. They know what they want to sell and they know how they want to do it, and I respect that. The rest of the menu looked delicious though, and I'd be back - maybe not for the pho since it's on the sweeter side of what I like, but they definitely have plenty to try (the broken rice? Yes please!) in terms of classic Vietnamese dishes. At the very least, it doesn't hurt to try.

Luke G.

Yelp
The prices here are very affordable. It's very rare to get this quality of food and have the prices be in the single digits. An expensive dish here is $12. For that alone, this place is a win! The chicken curry soup is worth a try; the sandwiches come out with a crusty toasted exterior! The meat and all the dishes are what's probably expected at the price point (a little tough). The crepes are also an excellent option, and again... at $7 it's a win!

Emma S.

Yelp
I ordered the pho and I felt like the soup did not have a lot of flavor and it was not authentic like Vietnamese made. it seems more like a Ramen type of soup. Not going back anytime soon.

Anjali M.

Yelp
I love my huong kitchen. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The broken rice is the best I've ever had and the desserts are a very fun treat

Yoriko N.

Yelp
Once I stepped into the restaurant, the aroma came right into my nose. Their soup is flavorful, but a little too salty for my taste. Those who like flavorful food will find this is the place to come.

Mark G.

Yelp
I was disappointed by my meal - ordered a standard noodle salad bowl, sprouts, egg roll, etc. - the egg roll was very greasy (maybe not home made?), the noodles were oddly sweet, and there was very little cilantro and very few bean sprouts. I guess their specialty is pho, should have ordered that. Service was friendly and quick. I wouldn't return to this restaurant.

Spencer B.

Yelp
Incredible local se Asian restaurant. The curry soup was incredible, lot of spice and just perfect. Friend got a braised beef soup of sorts and said it was the best he has ever had. Super nice family run atmosphere, had a women come check on us multiple times with a huge smile on her face. Be sure to buy a container of their chili oil on the way out. Perfection.

Yelp
My friend and I were looking for a place to eat before an event, and driving past My Huong Kitchen...we thought we'd give it a try. SO glad we did!! I ordered the vegetarian Noodle Salad with tofu (and vegetarian eggroll)....SOOOO delicious!! It was a large serving...but easy to eat it all, because it was so flavorful. The vegetables were SO fresh!! The tofu perfectly cooked....and just the perfect amount of noodles. This is my new favorite restaurant in the Cities. It's a small restaurant, but very clean and nice decorated. And Tracy and the rest of the staff were friendly, accommodating, and kind!! Definitely give it a try! (It's right across the street from the old Quang's location).

Yanzhu C.

Yelp
Tasty Pho and shrimp rolls at a great price. The waitress and (possibly) the owner were very nice.

Tina A.

Yelp
It was delicious - the food was super flavorful! I ordered the pho special and my partner ordered the beef noodle soup. The staff here are also so nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Shen T.

Yelp
I had high expectation with the reviews here. Coming in for a biz trip, I went to look for dinner after checking in to my hotel. The place was easy to find, there were only one other table aside from myself. Ordered the combination pho and spring rolls. Pros Wow, have to say these guys are very friendly. In the 30 or so min I was there, they came back and check on me at least 5 times. Spring rolls were good Cons Start with sticky table. Maybe it's the old varnish or whatever that's making the wooden table sticky. It's just not a good feeling of touching it. Seemed like the tables and maybe rest of the restaurant could use some refresher. Noodles were over cooked as there were no texture or chewiness to it Missing the plate of condiments like mints, peppers, bean sprout, lime, etc that you can choose to add in later....most were in the bowl already, but I don't like bean sprouts, so was surprised to see so many in the bottom side of the bowl. Lastly, the lack of meat

Bert D.

Yelp
It wasn't busy yet our food took almost 40 minutes to arrive. The food was not cold, but not hot either; and it lacked flavor. Luckily there's a bottle of Hoisin Sauce and Sriracha Sauce on every table.

Kedar D.

Yelp
My Huong is a friendly, family-run Vietnamese spot that has two types of vegan banh mi and a couple vegan noodle soups. The vegetable egg roll ($4 for two) is good. The mock duck banh mi and tofu banh mi (both $6 each) can be made vegan if you omit the mayo; both are fine, but not super flavorful. If you want better banh mi, check out Lu's Sandwiches or Jasmine Deli, both only a couple blocks away. I love the vegan curry noodle soup ($10), as it's savory, addictive and deeply satisfying. It might be the best in the Twin Cities. I think the soup base could be slightly thicker, but the flavor is great and the dish comes together well. The vegan noodle soup ($10) isn't bad, but it's not as flavorful as the curry noodle soup. My Huong Kitchen is a winner and I'm glad it's around.

Monica N.

Yelp
Decided to try a new to me Vietnamese restaurant and was disappointed. To start, we got spring rolls of course. Everyone else's photos on here has nice full spring rolls... not sure why mine were so skimpy?! We got bo kho with banh mi, egg roll beef noodle salad, and strawberry Nutella crepe. The bo kho was disappointing. Both the beef and stew were lacking flavor. My bo kho craving was not satisfied. The noodle salad was nothing special either. Both egg rolls and beef were just okay. I did enjoy my strawberry mango smoothie. The staff was nice. The restaurant could use some ambiance/interior help... hire me.

Alan F.

Yelp
The door is down along the parking lot. The Hostess is engaging and the food is good. The place has night natural light, bright interior and plants. The service is attentive as it is a small restaurant and easy to get help. Their prices are reasonable. I eat here when I am around this part of town sometimes so it is in my rotation. Not high cuisine but nice.

Cocoa W.

Yelp
Crave for beef noodle in rainy winter weather. The owner is nice and the portion is big. It's a little sweet but not too spicy. I wouldn't recommend sandwich but the noodle is worth trying.

Lee P.

Yelp
I never write reviews, but I have to in this case. I went to this restaurant for lunch today and it is by far the worse Vietnamese restaurant on the planet. I cook Vietnamese food on a daily basis and I've been to hundreds of Viet restaurants throughout the US. For starters, their hu tiêu was horrific, no vegetables (bean sprouts, lime, herbs) accompanied the dish. They sprinkled a few pieces of lettuce in the soup; yes - a few pieces of lettuce. The soup base had absolutely no flavor. I made the mistake of ordering the Hai Nam Chicken Rice. How they can call that dish "Hai Nam Chicken" is beyond me. The dish consisted of a few pieces thinly-slick, chicken breast marinated in black pepper over rice a roni - YES, the San Francisco treat. I also ordered the lemongrass chicken to go. After reviewing the dish, I had to call the waiter over and advised him that he got our "to go order" wrong. We ordered lemongrass chicken, not boiled chicken. Again, the dish consisted of thinly-sliced, boiled chicken breast over white rice with a few carrot sticks. The chicken had absolutely no caramelization. I am not sure how or why this restaurant received a rating of 4.8 on Yelp. This place is nowhere near that rating, so buyer beware. I will never be back!

Anjeline R.

Yelp
Went here for the first time last week and so glad we did! My husband and I came right when they opened at 4 pm on Thursday. We were the first ones in and sat right away. The service was lovely! I believe the owner took our order and she was absolutely lovely. We ordered the Pho Special, beef banh mi, and lemongrass chicken broken rice to share. She made sure to tell us the bean sprouts and lime and basil were already in the broth. She made sure we were doing alright and had everything we needed throughout our meal. The broth was fantastic! Honestly, the best one we've had in the TC so far. The perfect balance of sweet, sour, and savory. The banh mi was very flavorful! I wish it had more beef. The bread was also stunningly soft and fresh! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The broken rice with lemongrass chicken was a solid 4/5 for us but maybe it's because the pho and the banh mi packed a solid punch that it was left behind? It was yummy but I would definitely go back for the pho and banh mi! We are very excited to go back and try their other dishes (but also have the bowl of pho special again!)

Darla D.

Yelp
My Huong Kitchen has excellent food & service! Their Bahn Mi (meatball) & Lychee Boboa are our favorites out of any Bahn Mi & Bubble Tea we've had. They recently remodeled too. I highly recommend them!

Leigh F.

Yelp
Delcious Chicken Curry Pho, and Lemongrass chicken broken rice. The egg rolls were delicious as was the coconut mung bean tapioca. The crepes were also very good. The service is outstanding. Friendly and accomodating. The owner generously gave me some basil plant cuttings. She is very charming!

Kevin L.

Yelp
My Huong is a small family operated restaurant. They can be easy to miss when you consider they're across the street from Quang's. I think Quang's get so much traffic because they have a huge restaurant and parking lot, but don't pass up on this little gem across the street. The owner's are so nice and really try to get to know all their customers. I'll occasionally get something extra without even asking because they treat you like fam here. Disclaimer: i also come like 1-2 times every week for the beef noodle soup. Speaking of beef noodle soup, it's A1 - honestly the best i've had coming from NY, Baltimore, Ann Arbor, and Boston. I regularly visit once a week to order this. I'm sure the other items on their menu are good too, but i'm hooked. I've tried the pho here and think it's pretty good too - they crack some fresh pepper on top to give it some mmmph and the broth is not as salty as Quang's. The spring rolls are some of the best i've had as well. Please support this business! I think the food here is superb and the service is on point.

Eric M.

Yelp
One of the best places I been to in Minneapolis, MN. Very welcoming, the food was amazing and the serving size was very generous. If you wanna have a good meal and be full and even have some leftovers this is the place to come. Recommend the beef noodle and chicken curry noodle.

Ed S.

Yelp
Great food very tasty, and fantastic service very friendly staff!!I My goto for great Vietnamese food that makes you want to keep coming g back for more!!

Tristan L.

Yelp
Delicious yum yummy yum. Great curry soup and chicken stir fry. Would come back at drop of a hat

Sommer S.

Yelp
Stopped here randomly one afternoon and it was super good, great friendly service! My 5 year old said she even had a great time

Sarah A.

Yelp
Quick update! My first time here I went because Quang was closed on a Tuesday. I was sad but I gave this a second and third chance because it was honestly it's that good you guys. We had the egg rolls, spring rolls, multiple entrees, bubble tea, pho, salads and you can't really go wrong. It's still a great price point and the food is delicious. If you haven't been here I recommend giving this place a chance

Marie C.

Yelp
My FAVORITE restaurant in the Twin Cities! I happily accidentally discovered MHK via Postmates. Me and my coworkers were craving some fried rice. We both looked at each other like..."wait, this is the best fried rice ever". After that we got the rest of the office hooked! I've only been to the restaurant twice but each time has been a great experience. Service is super friendly, welcoming, and sweet. I love that it has the "food from your auntie" feel - if you're asian and know, you know. Parking is also free in the lot. Each time there's also been no wait although the restaurant is on the smaller side. My favorites are: - Eggrolls - Hai-nam Chicken Rice - Pho Special If I had to choose one item that you must try, it's the chicken rice. I'm an avid rice/fried rice lover. This is hands down the best fried rice I've ever had. They cook their rice in chicken broth and I think that's what adds a lot of unique flavor. Every ingredient in this dish really does their part though. My mouth is drooling writing this review, I probably will order some chicken rice now.

David N.

Yelp
I ordered a house special soup. The soup was edible and a generous portion, but lacked any real flavor without the application of some sort of sauce. They also did not provide any items to dress or fix up the soup with.

Arina T.

Yelp
This is amazing. My first time experienced take-out today with Huong Kitchen, the lady was so nice and helpful. Food was absolutely delish... Will go again to try more.

Yelp
"Eat Street" has a rich history of providing South Minneapolis with tasty and diverse provisions for quite some time now, and while much of it nowadays has been corrupted by 99% of the residents who live in Uptown/Whittier and fantasize a sort of faux bohemian alt lifestyle they themselves pushed out of the neighborhood years ago, there are still pockets of delicious and affordable food buried deep within. My Huong is without a doubt one of these staples. I do not know what Huong means, but I always think about how My Huong rhymes with My Mom, and how both are institutions of deep, unconditional love. Like My Mom, My Huong insists that I always take more food. I kid you not, almost every time I have ordered food here, the jovial and kind woman working throws in a few extra items free of charge. I know no other method of enticing a food vacuum like myself than to hook it up and with unique dishes and mysterious meats I don't know if I would try on my own. My Huong has a concise yet diverse menu, and I've found that when I want fast food but haven't eaten healthy in a few days, this is the proper venue for that middle ground of healthy nourishment. I won't name drop a specific dish, because I think you could throw a few darts at the menu blindfolded and be happy with whatever you get. Sometimes in the summer I'll see lines at Quang and wonder why these sheeple don't simply migrate over to one of the real gems of Eat Street. My Huong reflects what Minneapolis used to be, and what made it special for so long. I don't sleep much these days (I haven't slept in over a week), but when I do it's because the woman at My Houng has tucked me into a spring roll of comfort and safety from this city that all you monsters destroyed.

Kara D.

Yelp
My Huong Kitchen has always been a local fave of mine. Authentic and delicious Vietnamese food prepared by a dedicated fam. You can't beat that! And that's why I still needed to venture out to get them during COVID-19 for #YelpsBigNightIn. They currently offer delivery, takeout, and curbside pickup. It's all organized internally, so their delivery charges might be high but it's the best they can do as self-sufficient a small local biz. We opted for curbside pickup this time around. We ordered: Fresh shrimp spring rolls, #7 Combo Broken Rice plate, #1 Egg Roll Bun (noodle salad) and boba milk tea. We made a few specifications on our order, and they met them perfectly! Our order was ready when expected and brought to the car. Perfect, as always! My combo plate had so much variety: grilled pork, pork thread, broken rice, meat cake, crunchy pickled veggies, fresh herbs, and a sweet and savory fish sauce dressing to marry it all together. Their egg rolls are so satisfying, and the taro boba tea was made less sweet, just the way I like it! I recommend their pho and beef noodle soup too. As well as everything else on the menu. Thank you, My Huong Kitchen!

Yelp
I love banh mi sandwiches. Fresh French bread, amazing toppings such as carrots, fresh jalapenos, cilantro, etc. Of the many spots that I've tried in my two years in Minneapolis, I can undoubtedly say that My Houng is the best in the Twin Cities. A quaint, family owned spot right off of Nicolett, it is unassuming, but the food is what you go there for. I've had their traditional banh mi (excellent), but the lemongrass chicken is to die for. The chicken is seasoned just to the brim of not overtaking the flavor of the entire sandwich. I get mine extra spicy with their house made chili paste and extra jalapenos. Even for those who lack a palate for super spicy, their homemade mayo (mind you, I don't even care for mayo that much) gives a contrasting cooling effect that just sets the sammy off right. At a mere $5.50, not only is this the best banh mi in the city, but is also a straight up steal!

Steve T.

Yelp
This place is comfy like an old sweater and the food, every single time, is outstanding. Today I had pho. In the past, I've had the eggroll noodle salad, a crepe, the pork chops (wow!) and more. Tracy and family put a lot of heart into this place and every single item is made fresh. I really want another bowl of pho. Right. Now. lol. It's small, tucked in the side of the building across the street from Quang's, which always seems like a madhouse. But this place is the anti-Quang's. It's small, cozy, and just the way I like it.

Keno W.

Yelp
This is now my favorite place to get Vietnamese comfort foods like pho.I don't know what it is about Pho(fuh) but I love me some pho.I had the pho special and man was it good. The bean sprouts, cilantro, white onion, jalapeño and rice noodles were fresh. The the thinly sliced beef ,flank steak and meatball was so tasty.I could drink about a gallon of the beef broth.I could tell they take their time making the broth for their pho.I ordered some egg rolls to go along with my main course which were cooked to perfection.I also took home some of the Hai Nam chicken fried rice....awesome stuff. The nice was good and sticky and the pickled carrots, cilantro and ginger added for an explosion of flavor in my mouth. The restaurant was not packed as I went in as soon as it opened. There was ample parking and the service was very good and I felt welcomed ! I'm definitely going back to try a banh mi and some of the other delicacies they offer.A nice little gem on Nicollet.
