"Perched on the bank of Han River, the room with yellow walls and greenery feels relaxed and cheerful. The owner hails from Quảng Nam and naturally, he chose to sell mi quảng noodles, a speciality from his homeland. The intense broth is coloured yellow by turmeric and available toppings include chicken, fish and shrimp. Another must-try is thịt heo bánh tráng – thinly sliced pork belly rolled in rice paper with herbs and veggies." - Michelin Inspector

Best meal for the entire trip to Da Nang. First time having Mì Quảng and it was mind blowingly good. So good I needed multiple bowls. Very affordable too. Smooth noodles easy on the palette. Snakehead fish, boneless chicken and peanuts were excellent complements. Turmeric based soup gives it an attractive yellow/ orange hue without the fat content of curry. Squeeze some lime for an extra tang. Excellent service. Staff were attentive, soft spoken and so kind. Abundant seating space across 2 levels. The upper floor is air conditioned and has a nice river view. Top value for money. Definitely 5 stars!

This clean, comfortable restaurant sits right on the river, offering diners a scenic and relaxing atmosphere. Dishes are well presented with fresh ingredients, and the My Quảng here delivers an authentic flavor. While the prices are higher than most, the use of premium cuts of meat—such as boneless chicken—is a nice touch. For those looking for a more upscale dining experience or who prefer a larger restaurant over a street side eatery, this is a solid choice. Parking is available out front. We visited in the morning with no issues, though it may be more challenging during peak hours.

Came here because of the Michelin recommendation. A comforting bowl of noodle. We had the mixed one which came with a few pieces of fish and chicken meat, can be more generous with the meat but the taste is very nice and not salty. The pork belly with rice wrap is not bad. It came with assorted vegetables and sauce that's quite strong tasting. Nice view overlooking the busy street.

I stopped by Mỳ Quảng Cô Sáu for breakfast two days in a row. On the first day, I ordered the special mixed Quang noodles, and it tasted just okay. On the second day, the noodles were noticeably hard, which was disappointing. One thing worth mentioning: given the price point and the presence of Michelin recognition on their menu, I expected a bit more in terms of toppings. I ended up ordering extra meat just to feel satisfied. Also, they didn’t provide a credit card charge slip, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Overall, it was an okay experience—not quite what I expected from a Michelin-rated restaurant.

Michelin selected restaurant for a reason. Tasty and fresh ingredients. Nice seasoning. Would have like the soup to be a little bit more flavoured. Other than that all is good. Recommend! 🙏🙏

The food wasn’t bad overall – we had chicken and frog, and both were tasty and well-cooked. The prices were very cheap, but we don’t quite understand the Michelin recommendation. Honestly, this was the weakest meal we’ve had in Vietnam so far. Da Nang in general doesn’t seem to have as many highly rated food spots compared to Hoi An. This was one of the top-rated places in the city, but our feelings are mixed. The service was fine, but nothing special. We wouldn’t come back. The menu is very limited, but at least we got to try something different.

Tried Mi Quang Da Nang – Authentic Local Experience! Tried Mi Quang for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. I had done some research beforehand and found this place—glad I came! The noodles were flavorful, the drink was refreshing, and the overall food quality was great. The ambience was calm and pleasant, and the location is perfect, right beside the river—adds a peaceful vibe to the whole experience. The staff were polite and welcoming, which made it even better. If you're in Da Nang and want to try a local specialty, this place is definitely worth a visit.

I love how michelin restaurants in Danang is popular but at the same time, not crowded and no queue. And this one is a must try in Danang! I like how the pork tastes with basil and all other herbs. It’s a great match!
