I stopped by Mỳ Quảng Cô Sáu for breakfast two days in a row. On the first day, I ordered the special mixed Quang noodles, and it tasted just okay. On the second day, the noodles were noticeably hard, which was disappointing.
One thing worth mentioning: given the price point and the presence of Michelin recognition on their menu, I expected a bit more in terms of toppings. I ended up ordering extra meat just to feel satisfied. Also, they didn’t provide a credit card charge slip, which made me feel a bit uneasy.
Overall, it was an okay experience—not quite what I expected from a Michelin-rated restaurant.
