Mỳ Quảng Cô Sáu

I’ve tried several places in Đà Nẵng but still haven’t found one that truly satisfies me. Today, I finally found a place that suits my taste. It’s not a big WOW, but at least it matches my preferences. I rate the restaurant 4.5 stars for the food and 5 stars for the service. The restaurant is Clean and quiet even there were full that day. The dishes I ordered today were boneless chicken Mì Quảng and mixed Mì Quảng with shrimp and chicken. We also ordered an extra bowl of bone broth with chicken. Everything was delicious, and the fresh herbs were very clean. The drink was sugar-free orange juice, which was very refreshing and had a completely natural taste. And we will definitely come back. The restaurant is located right on the main street. Parking space is relatively limited as it is on the street.

Nice restaurant aesthetic, friendly staff but the Mi Quang (dac biet) was a little underwhelming. Each element was cooked well but the flavour just lacked oomph / strength compared to other Mi Quang I've had in the area. The price was very reasonable at 65k. Nothing wrong with it, perhaps not perfect to my taste.

The shrimp was tender, and the overall seasoning hit the right balance, neither too salty nor overwhelming. The accompanying vegetables were crisp and fresh, adding a refreshing touch to the hearty noodles. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, with its warm wooden decor and wicker light fixtures, giving it a homey and relaxing feel. The staff was attentive and friendly, which made the dining experience even more pleasant. For anyone looking to enjoy a traditional Vietnamese dish in a comfortable and clean setting, Mỳ Quảng Cô Sáu is definitely worth a visit. It offers a genuine taste of Da Nang’s regional flavors with excellent service.

Menu consist of only My Quang with a choice of different meats like fish, chicken, prawns or egg. My fish was too salty. Requested for no peanuts as toppings. Added lots of fresh pounded chillies and lime to make it tastier. Place is clean and tidy. Overall an alright meal. Fresh coconut same price as 1 portion of My Quang.

Loved the food here. Ordered the boneless chicken quang noodles and the mixed sea food quang noodles and both were just amazing. We ordered a coconut drink and the staff was kind enough to break it so we could have the coconut flesh as well.

Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine - A Must-Try! If you're craving genuine Vietnamese flavors, look no further! This restaurant delivers an unforgettable experience. The highlight: wrapping and rolling my own spring rolls - incredibly satisfying! The dipping sauce, made with anchovy, was a game-changer. I loved every bite! Don't miss this hidden gem :)

Another one of those small restaurants in Da Nang that made it onto the 24 Michelin guide list, and which is totally worth visiting. They specialize in a local dish that consists of rice paper, rice noodles, a nice heap of mixed greens and herbs, and a side of boiled pork belly. You roll this all up together and dip it in fish sauce and voilà, a heavenly and beautifully balanced and absolutely scrumptious explosion happens in your mouth as you chew and slowly swallow what nature has given you. They serve several other dishes and I had to try one of my favorites, a local field frog with rice noodles in a fabulous light curry broth which is found in this region, served with a plate of greens which you put in the soup and which makes the soup wonderfully fragrant and the frog meat was tender and juicy. And yes, the river view right outside is marvelous, indeed. 👏🫰👏

Really enjoyed the food here, it was one of the only restaurants open during the day after lunar year celebration so they are open probably all the time. The staff is friendly, respectful and helpful. The prices are below you would expect from a Michelin star location.
