Center City’s commercial kitchen is a clean, professional space for caterers and food makers, combining efficiency with a welcoming vibe.
"Most people come to Center City’s a.kitchen for things like the light and airy chickpea panisse, refreshing hamachi crudo, or chicken liver toast with strawberries (our favorite in town). But the fine-dining bistro cooks everything well, so it’s no surprise that they make a great burger here as well. The double patty has a nice char, and it's topped with deliciously salty cornichons to give it some texture. The bun is a toasty one from High Street On Market, and it keeps all the meat, american cheese, and tangy dijonnaise intact.
