I love this shop! The service is great and the people are always super helpful. They have a pretty big selection of seasonal flowers and bunch of little gifty things. I would say this is definitely the best flower shop in Los Feliz.

Just went yesterday got my mom easter flowers. This place is a gem. Been going there for over 20 yrs. Its Quality over Quantity my dear, not just some babys breath. U guys rock. And NO i was not paid or compensated for this review.

As a flower lover I like to give bouquets to me close people! My Secret Garden is the best place where your ideas come true! I've been looking for a shop like this for a long time! Most recently, I ordered the flowers for a special event and was pleased with the design. The quality of their flowers is always brilliant and the work they put in creating the beauty is awesome! Highly recommended this place to anyone!

I used to go to this florist 30+ years ago....could not believe it was still there (with different owners of course) as I took a nostalgic drive through the old neighborhood. The place was quaint, clean and the flowers were beautiful. My dog and I had been hiking at Griffith Park....she gave him a bowl of water and I bought a bouquet of Sun Flowers....and they have lasted for a long time. Happy to find a piece of my past! Thanks.

If I could give no stars I would. I truly wanted to love this place as it came highly recommended by a friend. However, after placing an order over the phone the cost and quality of the flowers was greatly overstated. Not only could I not get a receipt for 72 hours after purchase and after multiple phone calls. The cost of the flowers was increased over 9% of the stated cost over the phone. When brought to the attention of store manager, I was told that nothing can be done, she was inconsiderate and condescending about the whole situation. All I can say is that my company will never use this florist again and I will advise my LA clients the same. They don't care about their customers or trying to build corporate relationships.

OMG I had to pin this shop. Its 8 miles from where my father is resting in peace. I had a bad experience at the last flower shop I went to for my father's birthday. I found this shop by chance read the reviews and had to drop in today of all days. Fathers Day. A very tough day for us. My father meant a lot. The customer service was amazing and the gentleman there was kind and has a great eye for arrangements. I was so happy with both my bouquets. He made this painful trip to the cemetery seem so much more bright. I will always go here for all my floral needs from now on. I recommend this shop to everyone looking for a more personal experience and any floral or decorative needs. I hope they keep this customer service up because it makes all the difference. Staff was in the middle of wrapping my 2 flowers when she completely ignored me and walked away from me to assist another customer. While carrying my flowers, so i had to wait till she was done. Another employee noticed and went and got my flowers wrapped them but at this point i shouldnt have bought anything and walked out due to their low quality of customer service. I spent $16 and what seems to me racial discriminated against. I wouldn't ever buy flowers from here ever again. Not even for a funeral. Again i should have just walked out instead of buying your over priced flowers.

Valentine's Day flowers here were a total bust. This place is crazy expensive but my husband wanted to support a local shop and that was a mistake. Picked up the dozen roses on Saturday night and they looked like funeral flowers in a tall stone finish thing that I guess I can use to knock out burglars? The "hot pink" roses were already drooping with some petals falling off - by Tuesday they were almost dead, now they're completely dead. They also arranged this bouquet with some sort of evergreen which has disintegrated and is everywhere. These flowers didn't even make it four days. What a huge and costly disappointment.
