Mya Rooftop Restaurant, The Glenmark Hotel

We loved the staff and food was delicious! Especially loved the view and sunset. Could see 360° around and so fun to see all the places I recognize from way up high. The parking cost $15 for valet. Street parking was free but you have to walk a ways and thats IF you can find a spot. The hostesses were gorgeous and sweet. The waiters were all very kind gentlemen and brought out the food quickly. I loked my steak a lot and my mom and friend enjoyed their food as well. The prices for everything were so high that i doubt we will come here again. But if you have money to burn, its a nice place. There is a full bar downstairs top with a lot of bottles of liquor. All in all a nice experience.

We tried all of the specialty plates, each one offering something unique. My top picks were the chef’s roll, the crunchy shrimp, plus the rice cakes topped with jalapeños. I may not remember every name, though the flavors were unforgettable. Everything tasted fantastic from start to finish.

Amazing Experience at Mya Rooftop LA Mya Rooftop has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Los Angeles. The moment you step in, the vibe just hits--great music, gorgeous views, and an atmosphere that feels both modern and welcoming. It's the perfect place to unwind, celebrate, or just enjoy a night out with friends. I also want to highlight Iryna, the manager, who made the experience even better. She has an incredible presence--friendly, professional, and always on top of everything. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests and puts effort into creating a smooth, enjoyable environment. Perfect date night location. Great rooftop views, plenty of heaters and delicious food. We had wine, the ahi tostada appetizer, fish and steak dishes. We ended our meal with a decadent chocolate cake and more wine. Food and location are perfect. perfect. They have a smoking (hookah/tobacco) and non-smoking area. Both choices have excellent views with a full menu.

Beautiful rooftop and a calming atmosphere. My server was nice and the service was quick. I got sushi topped with lobster. It wasn't bad. Had a bit of an odd texture but it was a good portion and satisfied me for the night. The potstickers were not bad but they were described more as steamed rather than fried but they were more on the fried side.

I had such a wonderful experience here!! I came around sunset, so it was a vibe! The views were unmatched. The service was excellent. Everything was clean and spotless. The drinks were perfect. I had the strawberry margarita and my friend had the strawberry lychee martini. 10/10. We came here for a quick bite and got the geisha roll and grilled prawns. Both very delish, the grilled prawns had to be my favorite out of the two. It was cooked to perfection, seasoned well, and presentation was superb. It's such a vibe here!!

Great views up here 360° around and sunset was amazing. Expensive to park $15 but free in the street if you can find a spot and walk. Very nice restaurant and good food, but the prices are extremely high. The hostesses were gorgeous sweet women and the waiters were nice. We had like four different men coming to out table for different things. They have a place to take photos where you look like you have wings. I got the steak and it was delicious. Some patrons near us were obnoxious and loud so we left quickly after dinner. Huge Bar downstairs with so many bottles!!! Nice parking attendant helped us get a close handicapped spot bit still cost us $15.

Poor Management style and worst customer service I have ever experienced! My family waited 3 hours for our food to come. First we were told it will take an hour, however, it turned into a 3 hour wait. I thought I was going to an upscale restaurant but I was wrong in so many levels.. it definitely ruined our special family celebration.

Situated atop the Glenmark Hotel, Maya Rooftop is a hidden gem that offers a stunning ambiance, even on a rainy night. The rooftop is adorned with heat lamps for warmth, making it a cozy spot to enjoy the views. The decor is very comfy with options for lounge chairs/couches and table top seating. The bathrooms, conveniently located just one floor down, were impeccably clean and well-stocked. The food was visually appealing, and I tried the Seabass, which, while a bit bland on its own, was transformed by a delicious sauce underneath--it was phenomenal when paired together, especially alongside the perfectly cooked asparagus. I tried both the lobster tacos and short rib tacos, and they were very meaty and equally good in their own unique ways. I also indulged in the tiramisu, which was nice, though you definitely don't need to try it--just trust me! Side Note: although I did not try it, friends raved about the Himalayan Salt Sushi Platter. Their drinks were strong, delicious, and beautifully presented. I had the Raspberry Romance cocktail, which tasted like a decadent chocolate raspberry (very rich in flavor). Others in my party strongly recommend the Blueberry Dream and the Apricot Mountain as equally delicious and potent options. Unfortunately, I didn't get pictures of all the food. I was too busy eating. The service was impressively quick and friendly, even with our large group; all our food arrived at the perfect temperature and in a timely manner. Overall, Maya Rooftop is a must-try, and I can't wait to return--hopefully on a clear night to fully appreciate the gorgeous views!

I went to celebrate a graduation of a friend. Disclaimer: The review about the food might not be the same if you sat as a regular guest. Parking was easy on the streets and after getting to the elevator through a busy reception area with kids running around, we were greater by wonderful staff. The rooftop had beautiful views of the city of Glendale and one could guess the sea on the West. The servers were all very friendly and the bar served wonderful drinks. The appetizers were good ( brisket sliders, crispy sushi..) but as expected from a busy roof top located in a hotel, it certainly does not count as a foodie destination. The sushi spread that was offered later was average and the mains( chicken, beef slices, veggies) were nothing to write home about. A generous four stars for the atmosphere, the views and the friendliness of the staff. I would return to sit down, relax , have a drink and enjoy the views and the music.

A nice restaurant, a great view, and very good service. We looked online for a pomegranate mojito, but when we asked the waiter, he said it was on the old menu, but they could make it for us if we wanted. That was very kind of him, and the cocktails were delicious.

Came up here for a late night drink when my family was in town staying here. The vibe is pretty chill and the views are pretty good. The service was pretty friendly, especially since they were almost closing and they were so nice to serve us. Didn't order any food on this visit because we just had eaten dinner, but wanted to try one of their fun cocktails. I ended up ordering a Passion De Cana which was pretty good. It was slightly a little on the sweet side, but still very enjoyable. Definitely a solid rooftop bar attached to a luxury boutique hotel.

I absolutely loved my experience here at Mya Rooftop, the vibes are so nice the fire pit lounge is absolutely beautiful and gave me and my guest such a warm cozy feeling being here. Joel the waiter took care of us and our every needs and the manager Iryna was absolutely wonderful accommodating us and even suggesting to us what turned out to be the perfect item on the menu: The Sushi Boat. Delicious selection and the nigiri was so fresh. I really valued my experience here and will definitely come back

Easily the best rooftop views in Glendale overlooking the hills. Our marketing team had a happy hour here last week and the service, drinks and food were all amazing. Their moscow mule and mojito are amongst my favorite. You also can't go wrong with a spicy margarita. Bartenders were very friendly. Really nice spot to catch the sunset. I'd highly recommend for a date night too!

We came here friday night. We had Stephanie as i waitress, she was nice. I enjoyed the view. The food was pretty good i wish the portions were more but it was cool. California roll wasnt the bezt but i like the ambiance. We also took a few pix downstairs and Drew was super friendly and nice to take them beside that, I am unsure if i would go back but it was cool.

We celebrated engagement and birthday here for the first time. Our waiter was Garen and was very professional and excellent customer service. We are definitely coming back. The food quality was 10/10 and atmosphere was amazing.

What a great resturant and all around great atmosphere! Let's first give what the 5stars go to - service - cleanliness - the staff Hands down Peter are sever along with the others was nothing but top notch service!!! I appreciate that he was so attentive and the other members. Food - was great and fresh, little on the smaller size portions for the price that is being charge but the same time a rooftop with hookah and good food I get it. The rolls were great , the hookah was nice, they had heaters everywhere so I wasn't uncomfortable. The drinks- they were okay, some on the sweeter side but I would definitely say they need to work on whose making drinks like the old fashion and espresso martinis. Pricing- it's a bit over priced but again it's the atmosphere your paying for , and also I know in generally everything becoming expensive I definitely would be back Great for date night! We were looking for somewhere to celebrate a last minute birthday and Mya fortunately was very accommodating. We were able to get a table of 6 with some beautiful views. Isaac was our server, and made the night that much better with his suggestions and attentiveness. They dont have the best selection of higher quality spirits, which was disappointing; however, the quality of the drink with their better spirits was on point. I had the Hi5 w patron, which was definitely good! As to the food, overall I was impressed and pleasantly surprised by the tastiness and freshness. The yellowtail tostadas were very good, crispy rice tuna was meh, the sashimi pear carpaccio was phenomenal and left us wanting for more, the steak was cooked more than medium so wasn't the best, and the short rib sliders were a little dry. I do believe, it was just a little over priced for the amount and quality of food you received. Regardless, all in all it was still a great experience and when we come back it's an opportunity to just hang out and have some drinks. Overall a solid 4 Food a 3 Service 5 - Shout out to Isaac singing las mananitas!!! Well done, sir.

This place is such a vibe. The hookah is great, the food is delicious, and the view all around is just . The servers are so nice and efficient. The only thing I didn't really like is the menu, they need more options. But then again, I am a very picky eater so I might be the problem

We love coming to this place !! The food, the service, the ambiance... everything is TOP NOTCH! One of the best places in Glendale by far for everything and any event. We love the hookah and the drinks especially and the hours are great for a late night enjoyable getaway or just a nice dinner experience. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a chill stop to have a high end experience and services. Mother's Day 2025 Ruined - Discriminatory & Unacceptable Experience I came here with my family for Mother's Day expecting a beautiful brunch -- instead, we left humiliated, hurt, and disgusted by the treatment we received. We had a reservation and were seated on the rooftop in over 90-degree heat. The service was fine not top tier but fine. He mentioned it would be a while for our food- not sure why maybe because they just opened. We said ok and After this I personally never talked to the server again. He never asked me for a refill or more drinks. We were constantly moving the umbrella as the sun was moving -Then the only umbrella shading our party was taken away mid-meal by staff and handed to another table -- a table that already was under an awning. No explanation. No apology. I was like "um excuse me?" And was ignored. Just completely left us exposed in the blazing sun. My 3-year-old daughter ALREADY had a wet towel on her face just to stay cool before they took it. My 6 y/o daughter started getting sunburned. My elderly mother, who has high blood pressure, became distressed. This wasn't just uncomfortable -- it was unsafe. To make things worse, we had to ask for water, and were given only three glasses for eight people. Our server never returned to check on drinks or offer help. Meanwhile, other tables (with very different demographics) were being catered to attentively. We were the only Latino/Hispanic group dining there, and the difference in treatment was painfully obvious. It felt discriminatory -- like we didn't matter or belong. No regard for our comfort, no professionalism, and absolutely no hospitality. We ended up leaving early, not because we wanted to, but because we were left with no other choice. This place markets itself as upscale and inclusive, but our experience was anything but. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone -- especially families or people who are Latino . Do better, Glenmark.

I went today for a date and Iryna and Joe were so helpful with giving me the best service for the occasion. When you go in ask for the Server Joe, he is the kindest most enthusiastic gentleman that has ever served me.

Only rooftop in Glendale so expected it to be pricey. Food was FIRE, Snow White roll, creamy truffle salmon, I had the ribeye that tasted AMAZING seasoned perfectly. My man Mike was all over the place fast service great energy. Would be back here with the wife

We had a very frustrating experience here. We came with friends, ordered food and hookah, and things started off fine. However, once we ordered dessert, no one came to clear our dirty plates, so we ended up eating dessert on the same plates we had sushi on - not ideal, but we let it go. As it got closer to closing time, someone finally came over and asked if they could clear some plates. We thought they were cleaning up the table, but instead, they took our desserts -- without asking -- even though more than half of each one was still left! They also asked to remove cups, and even when our friend said to leave one, they took it anyway. But the worst part: one of our friends was actively smoking the hookah when a staff member walked over, grabbed the body of the hookah while it was still in her hand, and said, "Can I take this?" At that point, she had no choice but to let go. It was extremely rude and disrespectful. When we asked to speak with a manager, only our server came over. He dismissed our concerns, saying, "Nothing happened, we can bring the drink back." Really? When he asked the staff member why the hookah was taken, the answer was simply, "It's 20 minutes past closing." No one ever warned us that they will be closing soon. Despite all of this we never heard from a manager. We will absolutely not be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic courtesy or professionalism

Had an amazing time here at this rooftop bar. Was here for my cousins 40th last night. The view is sick & surprised to see a place like this here in glendale. Our waitress Stephanie, was very helpful and quick with our drinks. She did an amazing job. I can't say if the food was good cause I never tried it, but my over-all experience was awesome. Will return.

I'll start by saying their food is amazing but their service is absolutely TERRIBLE they are rude and definitely discriminate and use a "busy night" as a lame excuse for their poor service. I've been to high end restaurants where the service is amazing even if every seat is filled it's not an excuse. We had a terrible experience with their valet incredibly unprofessional and aggressive for absolutely no reason we were not rude but the guy almost got into a fight with my husband for calling him out for how rude he was being. Manager came out and apologized but it seems to be a trend that this place doesn't value you unless you are Armenian or look rich? Very odd behavior especially because this place would definitely be a spot we would have loved to frequent if they weren't so disgustingly rude.

Such a beautiful view and location! Had a large work event here and Iryna was so easy to work with and she helped make the event a success. The food was great and so were the drinks.

This was a chaotic experience. I went on a week day night. We were greeted by the host who was very rude. We told him we didn't have a reservation and just wanted to do drinks and he laughed at us (there was very few people up here). We then said we would be fine sitting at the bar and he went to go look. He then said there were bar seats open and we would find the seats around the corner and he would be over with menus. The seats were high tops and not true bar seating which made us a little confused and he never came over with menus. We waited for a while for a server who then had to bring us menus and then it took another while for us to order - with a different server. The drinks were fine, but nothing special for $17. We then had a third server come over to us to finish our order. We didn't get the food, but I can't imagine it would be worth it. Good views of Glendale, but that's about the only good thing.

This post is long overdue. I had the pleasure working with Iryna for my daughters, most special baptism. First, she was not only the best organizer, but her attention to detail and her passion to make things go smoothly and well was above and beyond her job description. It was very noticeable that Iryna wanted to make me happy to the fullest out of her true authentic nature. It was because of her that I selected my event at this venue instead of another during my search. Her smile captivated me. The event itself was beautiful and breathtaking, because she allowed me to create a space, and set my tables and decorate freely. The rooftop itself is beautiful and luxurious, and the service and staff are caring and family like. Everyone was full of smiles and professionalism serving my guests, especially the waiter that served the wines. The cocktails and drinks are really good and the food itself is superb. I can't wait to go back there on a date with my husband. Thank you for making my daughters baptism very special.

One of our favorite rooftops to go to over the weekend. It's located on top of the Glenmark hotel, and has a beautiful and breathtaking view of the city. Plenty of heaters on cold nights, so be sure to take a jacket or a coat. They have delicious cocktails and mimosa and even on the weekends they serve brunch. They have delicious food to choose from along with sushi and our favorite part would be the coffee and hookah, hookah. Pricing is reasonable considering that they are a hotel and hookah cost $50 which I am willing to pay for that wonderful view and great food. There is a smoking a non-smoking area as well which is convenient for people who don't want to be around the smoke. It's great for groups and the service is wonderful every time we've gone.

Food and service was excellent. You get a beautiful view of Glendale's downtown buildings and of the mountains. Would recommend and come again

I'm personally blessed to be a server at this location, but I'm leaving a review as a guest tonight! I brought my best friend for her birthday!!! The music is great, I came during winter and the heaters and fireplace make it warm during dinner! We were offered blankets to stay warm! The food presentation is amazing! The view is beyond breath taking! It's truly a great experience! So much, that I come on my day off!!

From the moment I called to inquire until the very end of our event, Iryna was an absolute pleasure to work with, so patient, helpful, and accommodating. We had a group of about 25 people celebrating a birthday, and everything was perfect. The rooftop is absolutely beautiful, and even with multiple events happening at the same time, everything felt smooth and well-organized. We had dedicated staff just for our group, which made it feel like a private event. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drink service was exceptional. They reserved four lounge sections for us, and it created the perfect atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!

Brought my niece here since this spot was on my list of LA rooftops to check out. We were impressed by the place's ambiance, service, and drinks, but the food could have been better. We also ran into an issue with the ChargeFuze Charging station since my niece needed a charge, and upon returning the ChargeFuze charger, it kept running the tab. Thankfully the Manager, Gio, assured me I could get it resolved via text directly with the company; if not, he would personally work with me to get the money back. That was a huge relief to me, and I got help from ChargeFuze Customer Service as expected, with a $20 charge overall, so it worked out. It was Gio's reassurance that increased the service level during my visit, and it was nice that he took the time to help out personally. I gave only four stars, as I mentioned, due to the food, which wasn't all that, and the fact that the restaurant seemed to have had a recurring issue with the exact ChargeFuze box we used, yet, they kept renting it out. I would think that at some point, they wouldn't rent something so obviously defective since even the waiter mentioned that the same box we used had given several previous customers issues. It's a reflection on ChargeFuze as a company for sure, but also on the restaurant/hotel/whoever management for continuing to rent it out. Make sure to ask the hostesses/waiters for recommendations on which to use so you don't have issues. The only way we'd come back is for the convenience of the location (centrally located off Brand in an area we already frequent as a family) and the fantastic views. Honestly, if you're getting a few rolls/apps and some drinks either on a date or as a group of friends/family, this is an excellent spot for the pretty views, both day and night.

I just want to give Steph a special shoutout! She is a rockstar who helped me make sure I was able to make my sisters birthday dinner special! I live out of state and and thanks to Steph I was able to pay over the phone to buy a bottle and slice of cake to be brought out to the table while she was having dinner. My sister was so surprised and Steph went above and beyond and even recorded it to make sure I was able to see her face when it came the the table. I am grateful to Steph for all her help in making my sisters birthday amazing.

We had a really good time at this place. Armenian/lebanese guy who was helping us provided an amazing service. I cant recall his name, but he made sure had everything we needed. 10/10
