I’m very happy I found MyEyeDr in Inwood Village. The staff was super friendly, and Dr. Chih was quick and efficient. I would recommend this location to anyone! Ynes helped me with a glasses fitting and she was super patient while I found the right style. I will be back!

Dr. Amanda Furr is the best doctor at My Eye Dr. Dallas in Inwood Village. I am thankful to be one of her patients. She takes my business seriously and has a great attitude. Every time I visit this location I feel so comfortable and every one is so friendly. Dr Furr answers any questions you may have and explains in a way that is easy to understand. I appreciate every one who works here!

Ynes is the best. Friendly nice and Dr Jerry has helped me from day one get me back on track. The minimal discomfort I was having daily is subsided when I do a check in with them.

I saw Dr. Furr last month, and she was kind, and down-to-earth. The other ladies on staff were also kind and patient as I took my time trying on several pairs of eyeglasses. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Furr if you are able to do so. Great customer service all around.

By far the best customer service I’ve ever had at an eye doctor appointment and getting glasses. The front desk was friendly and the doctor was kind and informative. Also Fernando was so kind and great helping me choose my glasses that fits my style and informing me about my insurance. This is the place to go!!! Not too impressed. I went to a MyEyeDr for decades in North Carolina, but this one was a bit of a let down to me. No one notified me that my contacts had arrived for 5 days. When I finally called to ask for the status, I was informed they had been there the whole time. Otherwise, okay appointment, felt a little rushed. Not the same quality I’d had at two other locations I used to go to prior.

Found this location through my vision insurance website and was able to make a same-day appointment through the website. Overall a very positive experience! The store is so nice and airy, and staff were friendly and efficient. As soon as I arrived, they had a clipboard ready for me with all my information (aka did not need to re-write the info I had already entered when making my appointment). The one thing I will say is that the default is to do a retinal scan so you need to let them know at the outset that you'd like to opt out if you don't want the additional service/charge.
