By far the best customer service I’ve ever had at an eye doctor appointment and getting glasses. The front desk was friendly and the doctor was kind and informative. Also Fernando was so kind and great helping me choose my glasses that fits my style and informing me about my insurance. This is the place to go!!! And Cassandra if you are reading this you have an amazing team here.

I saw Dr. Furr last month, and she was kind, and down-to-earth. The other ladies on staff were also kind and patient as I took my time trying on several pairs of eyeglasses. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Furr if you are able to do so. Great customer service all around.

Not too impressed. I went to a MyEyeDr for decades in North Carolina, but this one was a bit of a let down to me. No one notified me that my contacts had arrived for 5 days. When I finally called to ask for the status, I was informed they had been there the whole time. Otherwise, okay appointment, felt a little rushed. Not the same quality I’d had at two other locations I used to go to prior.

Loved this place! Firstly I was able to book my appointment in just 10mins to the next available time slot (4:40pm), got accepted (easy to fill out online forms), and rushed there. I got there in the next 10mins and everything was ready for me! Was received at the front desk with a beautiful smile and such warm welcome. Easy paperwork all highlighted in the places I need to fill out. The whole service was awesome, right from the front desk to the Dr, to the last gentleman who helped with picking, costing and measuring my glasses. They were all very sweet, welcoming, patient and helpful. I came in worried about the cost since I don't have insurance, but I was surprised by the promo package! I was soooo happy with the service I left the place with a bounce in my walk like a little 2yr old girl with a big lollipop! Thank you MyEyeDr!

I had a great eye appointment to update my prescription and order new contacts and glasses. The front desk was very friendly and informative. I will definitely be coming back again next year!!

Great experience at My Eye Dr in Inwood Village. The staff & drs were all great. Great selection of frames too!

Found this location through my vision insurance website and was able to make a same-day appointment through the website. Overall a very positive experience! The store is so nice and airy, and staff were friendly and efficient. As soon as I arrived, they had a clipboard ready for me with all my information (aka did not need to re-write the info I had already entered when making my appointment). The one thing I will say is that the default is to do a retinal scan so you need to let them know at the outset that you'd like to opt out if you don't want the additional service/charge.
