Mykonos Ark Villas

Six of us stayed at the villa and we had a great time. The villa was spacious l, very clean and well equipped! We had to call Kostos as soon as we arrived as the bottle opener was missing 😆 he was at our door in under 5 minutes with a replacement! He was also extremely helpful with advice on places to go, beach clubs and restaurants etc and his suggestions didn’t disappoint!! Even after we left he was amazing as I had left some clothes behind in a drawer, I contacted him and he posted them back to UK for me! The house keeper was fantastic too, coming in everyday to clean, refresh towels and make beds. It is a little way out so you do have to taxi, but under 10 minutes to the village and under 30 mins to Mykons town, when available Kostos took us when he wasn’t we had a taxi number to call. All in all was fantastic. |Thank you Kostos!

Stayed at Mykonos Ark Villas for one day / night during a visit to the island. Decent sized villa for 4 people with a good level of self catering equipment and a high level of cleanliness. Really good for a relaxing break. I would highly recommend the local beach front bar which can be reached with a 2 min drive.

Phenomenal. Cleanest accommodation we enjoyed in all of Greece. Onsite manager is fantastic and very friendly, these people know how to run accommodation and do it extremely well. The infinity pool was heaven, the views are stunning. Only comment is the roads in are slightly hair raising if you’re a nervous driver. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and it’s close to fabulous restaurants too (all driving distance away in under 10 minutes). I’d add another 5 stars if it were possible 👏 And another 5 stars to Kostas and his lovely team. Good vibes, good people. Final comment worth making: As we were making the booking, we were concerned about the 1 star comments regarding security (from some years back). The entire compound is gated, there’s a sophisticated security system in the villa, and the car entrance is a remote controlled gate. The windows are the fantastic multi-open option style that allow air to come in while staying secure (I’m sure there’s a proper name for them!). We felt safe at all times but we did use the electronic PIN safe hidden away for our passports.

The place exceptional The view is spectacular The service was impeccable The view gives you a picturesque sunset and an unobstructed view of the whole Ftelia area. The staff was very warm and our contact, Kostas, helped us with whatever we needed. The room was spacious, equipped with good quality pillows and blankets.

An amazing experience!!!! Felt safe and relax like at home. The Villa has stunning view, in a perfect location, less than 500 m from Ftelia beach - with fantastic beach bars. The villas are super modern and with any facilities you can imagine. The staff is extremely polite, and helpful. Kostas the manager is charming and helpful and goes above and beyond his duty to be of help.

Stayed here in August for 30th birthdays.||||Costas who greeted us on arrival was very lovely and was on hand for all questions||||We had an amazing time. we planned to go out most of the time but just got the best awe in the villa so stayed a few times.||||The Villa had everything needed. Great that there is a maid too, just little things like this help along the way.||||Only downfall would be that it is far from everything, every taxi ride would be 20 mins but then you do get a lovely view of the beach and 360 views.||And we were told to turn our music down at 2pm in the afternoon because the other Villa wanted some quiet time :/

I had a similar experience as the review below me. Booked a vacation for the end of May, wasn't able to fly to Greece because of travel bans. I was never contacted or responded to by the hotel. As you can see, the price is not inexpensive so that is a lot of money they are withholding without any communication. I'd advise future travelers to book somewhere that offers them any sort of customer service. This hotel is a zero for me.
