Myoa (The Luxury Premium Organic Cookie Experience)

While service is good, the cookies are not up to par and the atmosphere is OK. To start off with the good, the staff member was friendly throughout the interaction. It was a little awkward though, as no one was at this shop when I was first there, and they came walking up a few minutes later. Atmosphere is OK, however, the counter was a little too busy in terms of what was laid out. Unfortunately, the main attraction here is the cookies and those were bad. First, they only had a choice of three different types of cookies at the time. The caramel chocolate chip cookie is good, however, the red velvet cookie was really bad. It had a bitter taste and did not have any sweetness. The other main issue was that the quality and size of the cookie does not justify the $6 price tag. For that same price, you can get larger and better cookies at chains like Insomnia or Crumbl. Either this location needs to improve the quality and size of the cookies, or price them more competitively with what you are getting.

This is my second trip because my first time I was already addicted to these cookies! They come out fresh, warm, and delicious. These are my favorite cookies now! There are unique flavors and some classic. My personal favorite is the gooey marshmallow and my husband is the chai oat pecan. The service is incredible, the owner is so friendly and warm. As an added bonus the location allows for beautiful scenery to enjoy your treats in.

Had a very nice and knowledgeable experience at Myoa’s. I was greeted happily by the staff and I was happily provided with information about the company without me having to ask. It was nice to know what the company stands for and its journey, as well as information about the cookies. The cookie I purchased was the “sea salt caramel bliss”, the chocolate and caramel together was divine. I will definitely be returning for the cookies. Highly recommend 🤗

Great tasting cookies. While I was sitting and eating the first set, I had to order some more to see what I was missing with the flavors I hadn’t originally ordered. Got 8 different cookies and they were all great. Our favorites were the strawberries and dream, matcha, and the coffee one. Myoa was so nice and friendly as well. I want to come back and try the other flavors that were out of stock.

I'm absolutely obsessed. I ordered some cookies last night (we got Strawberries and Dream, Creamy Red Velvet, French Chocolate Chunk, Matcha, and Gooey Marshmallow) and they were all INCREDIBLE. They were fresh and delicious and the perfect texture all at a very reasonable price for such high quality cookies. On top of the incredible cookies Myoa was the friendliest person in the entire Market. She was so inviting and patient and you can tell she loves what she is doing and just radiates joy and good energy. I cannot wait to go back

I had a great experience at MYOA’s. I had the opportunity to try each cookie flavor and I was highly impressed not only by the flavor but the story behind them. The brand is amazingly put together and I highly encourage anyone looking for a great cookie experience to try MYOA.

Unfortunately, my experience fell short of “luxury.” I don’t believe this should be called a luxury cookie store. I attempted to call twice to place an order ahead, but no one ever answered. I drove over only to be told they had just three cookies available for purchase, and that I’d need to wait 20–25 minutes for more. While the staff was very friendly, I expected better preparation from a place that receives high traffic. I specifically came for cookies, but waiting 25 minutes would have pushed me past the free parking window, so I left empty-handed.

I was craving something sweet and Myoa had the perfect offerings! I tried the white chocolate chip macadamia and the Matcha cookie and both were absolutely delicious! 10/10 and I will certainly be back! Thank you for the delicious sweet treats and incredible customer service !
