The Atlanta Restaurants Still Planning to Open in 2020 | Eater Atlanta

"An adaptive reuse project transforming an iconic blue water tower into a two-story coffee shop and cocktail bar with a patio at the base, led by a notable bar program manager and intended to service gallery events as well as regular cafe and evening service." - Beth McKibben

This place has so much greenery and was peaceful. They use organic materials, they make their own almond milk and have so many gluten free options. They have gluten free desserts too. They served my caramel latte in glass cup rather than plastic. It’s a great place to go out with friends or ourselves.

This is my favorite study/productivity spot! I absolutely adore their seasonal menus, and I always try to order something fun and unique (which Myrtle and Cypress does excellently!). Their options are a bit pricier than some coffee shops, but not unreasonable given their natural and unique selection of ingredients and drinks. The atmosphere is beautiful, the baristas are friendly, and I have gotten SO MUCH work done here. And if you go…try a White Sage Latte! They’re incredible :)

Love this second location of M&C. So spacious, so cozy, and the same quality drinks. Got the juniper berry latte from their seasonal menu and it was divine. Appreciate all the greenery in the space, too---something I absolutely love in their first location. 🪴

The new location at the conservatory is great! Very relaxing and inviting, and the barista was great! Highly recommend this great local coffee shop.

Truly artisan coffee. Come try the locally roasted coffee, fresh pastries, oat milks and almond milks that they make themselves, and it truly feels handcrafted. The workers know their stuff, understand how coffee comes together, and I am excited to try more of what they have to offer. Omaha needs more coffee shops like this

I enjoyed my experience and the staff was so lovely. My rating is because of the price of the menu, which is overpriced sadly. Other local coffee shops that also sell Artemis teas charge half the price that Myrtle & Cypress does, for example. I understand times are hard for everyone, but as a low-income individual I cannot come here because it's unaffordable to me. In that way, the ownership has created an environment that is exclusive . That's a bummer.

Really delicious iced vanilla latte with artisan ingredients, and the barista (who happened to be the owner) was so friendly and we had great conversation. He crafted me a matcha lemonade with their homemade strawberry syrup that I have been hearing about. Really accommodating to what I was looking to try. Will be bringing my friends to check this out. Shoutout to Omaha Places coffee passport for getting me through the door to try it out!!

Very good vibes here. Love that their coffee is organic and all the ingredients organic as well. Passionate baristas who love their job.
