"If you’re in the Finsbury Park area, this weekday-only cafe is worth seeking out for a chat with the lovely staff, as well as the excellent baked goods and nourishing lunches like grilled chicken with rice and zingy chimichurri. What’s on changes daily (and sometimes hourly), but check out the handwritten menu in the window, then head inside. It’s primarily set up for takeaway but if you’ve got time to spare, pull up the small bench in the window and eavesdrop on locals.
