Having tried many other buffet places, I didn’t feel this place is worth $24 for buffet with the taste and number of items served. Taste is ok but are they worth the price ?Either taste should be absolutely phenomenal or items should be more to try with this taste instead what I got is oily samosa and oily pakoda, 2 chicken appetizers, 1 veg birynai, 1 chicken and 1 lamb entree, 2 veg entrees. Glad atleast service is pretty quick and responsive when you ask for naan or anything.

I’ve been to Naan Stop twice in the last month, and I absolutely recommend it! The food is incredible—this time, I had the butter chicken with bullet naan, and it was delicious. Last time, I tried the chicken tandoori and samosa, and they were just as amazing. The staff is great, and the owner was a true pleasure to chat with. Thanks again for the fantastic food and warm hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

Naan Stop is an absolute gem! Every visit is a flawless experience, exceptional food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The lamb tikka masala and garlic naan are simply irresistible; no matter how much I want to explore the menu, I can never pass up the chance to satisfy my craving. The flavors are bold, authentic, and consistently 10/10 every time. Beyond the incredible food, the service is just as remarkable. The staff is polite, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, making every meal even more enjoyable. The warm and inviting atmosphere completes the experience, making Naan Stop my go-to spot whenever I’m in Durham. I just can’t pass it up lol I’ve had my fair share of Indian cuisine, but nothing compares to this place. Highly recommend!

One of the best restaurants in area. Variety of options to choose from, fantastic taste, friendly staff. I love talking to staff there. This makes it a complete package. And their buffet, that’s smart. You can taste multiple dishes of your choices so that you know what you need to order when you are here for dinner or any other events. And Bonus: A total value for money. 👍

Staff was rude and defensive when questioned about bad food. Falsely labeled biryani as it wasnt like biryani at all, had raisans and whatnot. and was forced to do 20% tip because of 4+ people which i have never heard of this rule. everything costed extra money they charged us for asking for extra dahi and some onions even when we said we didnt want onions. Money hungry and rude

I had a wonderful experience at this Indian restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting perfect for a relaxed meal or a special night out. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Each dish was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, the biryani was fragrant and full of spices, and the garlic naan was fresh and soft with just the right amount of crisp. I also appreciated the variety on the menu, including vegetarian and vegan options. You can truly taste the authenticity and care in every bite. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who loves Indian cuisine or wants to try it for the first time. Can’t wait to come back again!

Was staying over in Durham for a conference. Came here because the place next door we were going to go to for coffee was closed. Man am I glad we did. The food was spectacular! We came at lunch. They have a buffet from 11-2 pm weekdays. I also ordered (fresh) the samosas and the cheese naan. Both were spectacular. Highly recommended! Notably better then the few other places we have tried in the area so far.

Great atmosphere and excellent service! I had the coconut soup and garlic Naan that was very delicious 😋. The shrimp biryani was tasty with spices, and I had a mango non-alcoholic drink that made me want another one.
