Tucked just off Spring Mountain Road in Chinatown, Nabe Hot Pot delivers a fun, flavorful AYCE experience that’s worth a trip—even if the wait occasionally lingers at around 30 minutes .
Upon entering, the staff greeted us cheerfully and guided us through the process with ease, setting a relaxed, welcome tone.
Nabe offers a solid variety of broths, fresh vegetables, and high‑grade meats (the Angus bottom round was especially tender). Plus, they include sushi rolls—which is a thoughtful touch not always found at hot pot spots. The weekend AYCE price hovers around $30 per person, offering great value considering the breadth of options .
Service was attentive and efficient—our server kept our table clean and reminded us when we were running low on staples. There’s lively background buzz, giving it an upbeat vibe. On the flip side, it can feel a bit cramped when busier, and table space tight, which is typical of AYCE joints.
Will be back 😊
