I placed my order 45 minutes ahead of my lunch break, knowing how busy they usually are. To avoid delays, I ordered through the website--even though it charged extra fees.
When I arrived at 12:45 PM to pick it up, they had no record of my order. I had to pull up proof of payment and wait another 15 minutes while they scrambled to make it.
After rushing to prepare my food, they casually mentioned that I should have called instead--and that I could have received a discount as an employee of a nearby company. Frankly, I'm not interested in a discount. I just wanted my order handled correctly the first time.
And clearly, in their rush, my burger wasn't even cooked properly. I've been sick all night.
I will never order from Nacho Tacos again. Completely unacceptable.
