This place only opened recently in February and I’m so relieved it’s local. The empanadas really amazed me because they were so soft, delicious, savory, and best of all… gluten-free! I really appreciated their creative approach to empanadas that I would have never thought to try, like the mango with pork and the guava with cheese. Despite the unexpected combination, it was the best combination of sweet with savory. They have a unique approach to their presentation with the empanadas with colors of the rainbow and even having delicious special seasonal empanadas. The staff there were great, they were always so kind every time I walked in and quick to take my order. I can’t wait to try more things on the menu as they have many more Colombian food and drink options.

Out of this world amazing empanadas, served by the sweetest people. Guava and cheese empanada is my favorite 5/5 Chorizo and cheese 5/5 Chicken empanada also outstanding with their cilantro lime crema. Can’t wait to come back.

Nadas Foods is a new restaurant in Westchester County New York. Its Gluten free. Like celiac sage. Also everything is natural. No dyes. Colorful Empenadas. Delisosourusrex. There sauces are all amazing. They sell food to go too. We had the banana coffee amazing. The Colombian coffee is locally roasted in the Bronx at Don Carvajal Café . The Lulo juice is outstanding. Get a fresh juice here. Top tier service.

Delicious!! I had the Mango/Pork empanada and it was so flavorful. Already looking forward to coming back to try the other empanadas, especially the vegan ones.

Google
SO DELICIOUS! We ate them so fast we forgot to take a photo. Definitely the best empanadas I’ve ever had. I bought a dozen, ate half in the car and then went back to get 6 more frozen for later in the week. Personal favorites are the chicken and the spinach and cheese! The cilantro lime crema sauce is a MUST!

Yelp
I am so happy this place opened up the street from me, these were the perfect Colombian empanadas. So beautifully balanced with their flavors. And I loved the yuca too. The only issue I really had was that the guacamole was overwhelmed by lime juice but I'll be back to try it again to see if that was a one time fluke. definitely want to try the guava and cheese and spinach and cheese too next time. I think my favorite was the beef one but I really liked all of them! The yucas fritas were sooooooo good.

Yelp
Taste the Rainbow! A new empanada place has opened on Halstead Ave and we had to try it for lunch. The empanadas are Colombian style with the crust made from corn meal and baked. There is a big variety of fillings to choose from ($3.75 ea) or you can mix and match them for 1/2 dozen ($22) and whole dozen ($40) boxes. We gathered orders in the office and put in an order for 3 dozen (There is a 3.5% credit card charge). Parking on Halstead was easy and so was pick up. The very nice lady proudly presented our empanadas to us, packed our boxes in bags and loaded us up with dipping sauces. Each flavor empanada is color coded, so we were able to sort them out for each person's order. The coloring is natural, so you don't have to be worried about artificial dyes. Empanadas: Beef (Carne) - Red (Rojo) Chicken (Pollo) - Yellow (Amarillia) Mango Pork (Cerdo con Mango) - Black (Negro) Guava & Cheese - Pink (Rosada) Spinach & Cheese - Green (Verde) Chorizo & Cheese - Purple (Morado) Blueberry Goat Cheese - Black / White (Negro y Blanca) Vegan Black Bean & Sweet Bell Pepper (Frijol Negro) - Orange (Naranja) Vegan Chorizo & Sweet Potato (Chorizo Vegano) - Purple / White (Morado/Negra) Vegan Beef & Plantain (Mofango Vegano) - Red / White We were given 3 dipping sauces: Signature Hot Sauce (Orange) Cilantro Lime Crema (Light Green) Grilled Tomatillo (Green) My favorite is the spicy orange sauce, but other people said it was too hot, but perfect for me. It paired very well with Beef & Chicken, but was excellent with the Chorizo & Cheese. There are other menu items like Arepas con Queso, Tostones, Maduros & Yuca Fries to try, but 3 empanadas for lunch was plenty and I'm taking 3 home for my familia to try.

Yelp
The staff is so nice, coffee is great! For me the empanadas themselves are little lacking. They taste good but texturally/visually I find the mango pork the only one that seems to have real meat in it, that you can see. The others like beef and chicken have more of a puree sort of inside- kinda reminds me and my boyfriend of a knish, like mushy, with no crunch or crisp. Again, flavors are good I just wish the inside was more texture and meat and not a puree of sorts. Def recommend trying though!

Yelp
Formerly Aquí Es Santa Fe. Best Colombian empanadas in Westchester! The Guava cheese empanadas are out of control

Yelp
This place is a Gem, the owners couldn't be nicer people! The food is excellent and the kind of business that deserves support. Empanadas to die for, hot sauce is addictive. Fried Yuca and guacamole is delicious!

Yelp
I stopped by this place after walking past it. The inside is so cute!! I love how colorful it is, it lives up to the name. took my order and was very nice and helpful. I ordered 6 cheesebreads for $10 and a beef empanada, and both were delicious. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back again, next time with friends! :-)
