ONLY ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANT GIVE LESS!! The manager with the earrings is so RUDE. The customer service is horrible they dont want to answer any questions, and when I was leaving I saw two young men in the back smoking. The food smelled like it was old and had been sitting out for a while and the portions are small. The old staff was better trained and had way better customer service. Zero out of 10 for the management going on it’s clear they don’t care. Will NOT be coming back.

Food is always decent here. Prices are expensive for what you get, but it beats the boring fast food joints. The bowl amount always varies by who fills it. I ordered chicken with extra steak and they loaded me with steak but barely any chicken. When it comes to delivery, the containers are biodegradable and break down real fast due to moisture. Better hope your driver brings it straight to you if you get a bowl. Due to this issue, I'm sure this is why they now put the sauce in cups. I've had my order fall apart in the past because it was soggy. Also, $2.99 in store, $3.79 on Uber Eats for a single baklava. It's advertised as a plate of them on Uber Eats, but you get a single tiny appetizer. Never ordering that again 😒 *See pics for size comparison

No doubt that the food is really good. Portion wise, i’m not a fan. This location is giving me worse and worse experience whenever I go due to new staffs. I was soooo happy on my first and few visits till new employees started comin in with either not knowing what they’re saying or not knowing the portion size between a bowl and plate. They can’t even do something with the mistake or misunderstanding right there and there. I think the menu list for protein isn’t clear too.

I recently ordered two takeout bowl from Naf Naf and was disappointed to find that both the rice and lettuce were missing from my order. These are essential components of the meal, and their absence significantly affected my dining experience. When I called the manager to address the issue, she hung up on me, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. This lack of customer service further compounded the disappointment. Manager let me know from which angle the rice and lettuce is added to my bowls. Your portion sizes are more horrible than Chipotle.

Tried both Crispy chicken bowl and chicken shawarma. Crispy chicken is bland and not all worth to try. Even the rice is super dry and no flavor at all. Shawarma is much better. Falafel is okay. Peta is good. Overall, one time visit.

It was an amazing experience walking into Naf Naf grill. My friend and I were very unfamiliar with what to order, the employees were more than willing to let a sample things and gave us explanations to help us make our selections. I ordered a pita with chicken and lentil soup. The pita was delicious and so flavorful. I wasn't wild about the lentil soup. The owner was working and walked around and greeted the tables, very friendly guy. This is definitely a unique experience and cuisine and I highly recommend it.

They always forget something in my order. Service is below average and the team has attitude. The portion size is small. The app experience is bad and the team has no way of helping on the app. There are better places around, so save your money. Don't go here.

1st and last time...ordered chicken pita...meat was overcooked and old. It was hard and most if it not edible. The girl at register was pleasant enough.
