I have nothing bad to say about the place. As far as quick food goes, it was pretty good. I tried this a few years ago and enjoyed it more then. They had homemade potato chips that were delicious. Unfortunately, they no longer carry them, so that was a bummer.

I’m usually a huge fan of Naf Naf Grill. The food taste great but in all honestly the portions of protein are minuscule and not worth it for the price. 51 grams of chicken is what this bowl came with. That’s less than 2oz of protein. Last time I made the mistake of getting additional protein which is an additional 3-5 dollars depending on what protein you get and the result are similar. This is the last time I’m ordering from this place. If I wanted a veggie bowl, I would have ordered one.

Accessible middle eastern flavors are here at this fast casual spot. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Try the chicken shawarma and don’t forget to get garlic sauce. Yum. Wish there were more locations of this upcoming franchise!

Google
We ordered through Grubhub .. the food was absolutely disgusting. The couscous bowl omg it was so hard. The chicken was disgusting. The fries were weird and hard. This place really isn’t good. I ordered at the end of the night so I should have known I was going to get old stuff

Went here today for the first time. We love mediterranean food so we were pretty excited totry this place out, we had a chicken bowl and a steak pita, let’s start off with the meats. The chicken was okay I didn’t love it the steak on the other hand was pretty good I must say. The pita was so so pleasing very light and fluffy just wish it was hot. The rice was good I didn’t care for the cucumber salad the tihini was good the garlic sauce was great and the green sauce idk what it was called but I couldn’t get enough of it it is very good also the red sauce is very nice too. The french fries were good too I liked them a lot. The falafel I do not usually like falafel but this falafel was something else very good I actually stopped eating just to go order more. So I would say this place is pretty good. Glad we stumbled across it

Nice and spacious place. Helpful and inviting people. The food was also good and the pita was warm and mushy. My only gripe is the chicken was really dry.

Google
I ordered online and was scheduled for a quick pick-up (within 40 minutes from the order). This time ordering, I was less than pleased. The best parts of the meal were the tahini and new lemon zesty sauce. The spicy humus was also delicious. Our meals were cold, and the chicken was overcooked. The orders were switched around, and the cabbage was less than desirable. I am hoping this was just a bad cooking night. I would consider giving them one more chance, but it will be a while until I do.

Yelp
the pita pocket is good--however there is VERY little meat or chicken in it. It consists mostly of the toppings and sauces you pick. Cava is far superior

Yelp
Stopped here for lunch. Parking: a lot Atmosphere: bright & clean Service: I was greeted, and the server and cashier were very nice. Food: chicken shawarma with rice, spicy hummus, onions, pickled cabbage, garlic & hotsauce. I was so hungry that I started eating it! I was eating so fast that I almost ate the foil!!! The pic may not be a good one. I enjoy Naf Naf, so I'll be back!!!

Yelp
Love this place and I only get it when I travel to NJ. So fresh and flavorful. I love the new plates they added to the menu when the bowl just isn't enough.

Selena H.

Yelp
I really enjoy Naf Naf for a quick office lunch! Tip: order ahead, it's ready in 5 minutes and I never have to worry about a line. The food is delicious and always fresh. I'm a big fan of the bowls and adding all the toppings!

Hollie H.

Yelp
I have not eaten at the restaurant, but I've eaten food from delivery. I must say that the food I just ate was so good. I didn't think I was going to appreciate it as much as I did. I had rice with falafel and onions with purple cabbage. I, also, had pita and a sauce. It was good! It's worth the try. I have a second meal that's a little different, but I'm going to save it for later.

Yelp
the times I been here its pretty empty not full or packed but the food is good. they have good choices steak, chicken , even falafel!! drink varieties is ok not bad. the price is fair for the food. the serving portion is decent too have been going here for 3 years now. the employees can have a little more excitement tho lol

Lena H.

Yelp
This place really lacks flavor which was such a disappointment. I ordered a bowl and is was hardly even filled half way like others have mentioned. I went for an early dinner here and there was hardly anyone here.

Anita A.

Yelp
Seems to be consistent with other reviews. Each of the bowl is barely half filled. I ordered for a pick up during a weekday at 6pm. The place was empty. Rice, chicken and falafel were all stale and hard.

Nicki P.

Yelp
I love Naf Naf, I've been to multiple locations including the original in Chicago. This location is consistent with the others. My go to is the hummus bowl. I love the hummus, it's not too lemony like other places, and is nice and thick. The pita is amazing- nice and fluffy, and tastes better when warm. The chicken is not dry, and has a bit of flavor. The veggies they throw on top is fresh. And the sauces are yum- I go for the tahini, garlic, and harrisa. You can get the sauces on the side as well. I was greeted multiple times once i entered, with a smile. It was almost like being in Chik Fil a, but better. I will be back!!

Vivian R.

Yelp
I went to Naf Naf grill for the first time today. I ordered a rice based steak bowl and added in the tomato and cucumber salad, lettuce, and garlic sauce. The steak had good flavor but the rest of the bowl was bland. It needed some spice or something added in. The restaurant was very clean and bright and only 2 people were inside at lunch time. The service was quick and seamless and I was in and out within 5 minutes.

P C.

Yelp
Love the hummus bowl with falafel and extra pickles. The service is fast and clean environment

Yelp
I told my mom I'd treat her for dinner and she picked Naf Naf...so we came back 2 weeks later. Similar to my last review, this place is not bad at all. It's just not my favorite, however, my mom really enjoys it. She ordered the hummus bowl again, but with the crispy chicken this time. They overbooked the chicken a bit too long because it was 5x darker than the picture they advertise and the picture I took previously. Still very juicy though. The hummus is where it's at though! I ordered the same bowl because I was trying to be a bit "healthier" and split my protein between chicken shawarma and falafel. I said this last time and I should've followed my advice, but the shawarma is just okay. The falafel was delicious! I highly recommend the hummus, falafel and crispy chicken. I better take my own advice and skip the shawarma next time. Neither of us could resist the urge to say no to the fluffy pita bread. That is still the best part of the meal!

Marc R.

Yelp
Service was fast and friendly And the food was great. The falafel Was perfect, crispy on the outside, sit and moist on the inside.

T W.

Yelp
Prior to Covid, I ate at this location dozens of times. Admittedly, I haven't been back to eat inside since 2020, we've only had takeout. Today, we ate at the restaurant and that was a big mistake. The food was great and between the 5 of us we had practically everything on the menu and if we had takeout it would have been a 5 star experience- the pitas were fresh and fluffy, we loved the food. I'm knocking off stars for the condition of the restaurant and the staff. Several large areas of the floor were sticky. The floors in general looked like they had not been cleaned in days or even weeks. The back door was propped open with a rodent trap and beeped every 30 seconds or so. A female employee approached us as we were eating and tried to sell us a $90 target gift card for $45, repeatedly telling us what a great deal it was. This place has gone downhill and we won't be back.

Shmulik K.

Yelp
What a disappointment!!! I wish a manager will read this and do something about it. For a place, that BAKE THEIR OWN PITA BREAD, and let you order pack of them, taking proud of them, and for a good reason, W H Y, time after time, when I come in and order a falafel/shawarma pita, it's ALWAYS dry, hard, stale and tastes like cardboard????? And when I ask to, please, get a fresh one, I get the same answer, this is what we have, sorry. Such a shame. Every time I say to myself, maybe next it will be yummy and fresh, like they used to have, and every time I get disappointed again. PLEASE, do something about it, some quality control. Please, please, please!!!

Nicole J.

Yelp
Are used to go to the location in Mount Laurel but happen to be near this location so I decided to stop in because I was hungry and it was lunchtime. It is conveniently located off of Route 73 in a new shopping area with 20 of other stores in close to Whole Foods. It wasn't very busy so I was immediately help. I got green salad with chicken on top. I also got extra pita and hummus because I love them. I will not be patronizing this location again. The hummus was watery and flavorless. The pita was just average. The quality was definitely better before. Something has changed. I'd rather go to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Costco to get hummus and pita. The salad was decent.

Krystal B.

Yelp
A vegan's paradise! This place is amazing and such a great option if you're looking to get healthy and filling food quickly! I ordered the veggie platter and substituted the babaganoush for extra hummus! This platter lasted me two days! I love the fresh pita bread that comes with your meal also! Definitely worth trying!

N W.

Yelp
I love the food at this place. The meats are flavorful and not dry. The hummus is delicious, and the fries are amazing. Service is always fast and people are friendly. I never eat there but the ambiance is ok, but has a fast food vibe.

Jeff D.

Yelp
It's quick, it's cheap, it's tasty: all things I look for when I am pressed for time yet don't want to settle for fast food. Think Chipotle and replace Southwest cuisine with Middle Eastern. The rice, hummus, chicken and lamb are all good and fresh tasting. I also like the fact that you get free pita with your meal (step up your free sides game Chipotle). The restaurant is clean, the line moves quick and it's never been too crowded during the times I've visited (peak lunch hour). Naf Naf, you've made me a happy customer. I'll be back again soon.

Abigail W.

Yelp
I've been meaning to get to this location since they opened.. as they are right around the corner from me. Flash back to end of November, my sister-in-law was throwing a party and I'm helping her the day before to get the house prepped. She's picking up lunch and told me to take a look at the menu for Naf Naf. I wasn't sure what to get, so I went with her recommendation, a hummus bowl. I like hummus, I don't love it and I was taking a slight chance, she has good taste, so I went with it. Hummus bowl with chicken shawarma, chopped salad, garlic sauce and it comes with a pita on the side. AMAZING. The flavors popped, the bowl was so so filling I was able to get lunch and part of dinner out of the portion size. The seasoning was great, the hummus was more of the outer rim of the bowl and the chopped salad was fresh. I actually felt good eating this and the warm, soft pita was a nice touch. Now just the other day I was running late from work, had to make a few stops and knew I had nothing quick to eat at home. Naf Naf popped in my head, swung on over to pick up a free pita sandwich! Since I'm in the neighborhood it was a promotional card I had in my pocket for some time now. Anyway, pita, stuffed with some hummus, chicken shawarma, chopped salad & garlic sauce (yes, same everything as before) all nicely wrapped up and weighed like 8 lbs. So filling, so delicious. I will be back.

Yelp
I am not interested to contact you for some sort of compensation for our miserable meal. After reading some other reviews I realize mine was spot on. I made one typo, Mamouns is in New Brunswick by RWJ hospital not East Brunswick. Even halal guys is better.

Richard R.

Yelp
The route 73 Naf Naf Grill recently opened right across the street from where I work and I was happy to have another option for lunch then Whole Pay Check, etc. Naf Naf is in the fast casual category and this location faces some tough local competition from the also brand new Chipotle across the street and a Andale Latino Grill opening up soon in the same shopping center as Naf Naf. I have been to this location two times but I waited for some of the newness to dissipate before my initial visit. On both visits, this Naf Naf was very clean and I did not encounter any of the long lines as some other Yelp reviewers had reported. Service was friendly and courteous. On both of my visits I ordered the Chicken Shawarma bowl with Baba Ganoush. Naf Naf serves in the style of Chipotle where one chooses the items to be in the bowl and proteins. I went with a bunch of stuff like salad and onions and vegetables and chose the garlic Tahini sauce. The second time I asked for some hot sauce on the side and this sauce was pretty darn hot and added heat. My bowl had a good array of flavors and the chicken was well seasoned and tasty. Naf Naf makes their own pita bread in house and it is soft, warm and delicious. One piece comes with a bowl order. They also do pita sandwiches and fries, which I have not tried. Naf Naf seemed to be doing very well on both of the occasions I visited. The menu is fairly limited but I will add it to my lunch rotation once or twice a month. 3.75 Yelp stars

Tricia G.

Yelp
Yummy! A work treat (so take out). Really good chicken and steak but a bit salty. Good salad and fresh pita, and I liked their diced tomato and cucumber topping too. The Tahini sauce was decent - I didn't try the others. Excellent spanakopita! Id love to eat in sometime!

Esther K.

Yelp
Delicious Mediterranean food, great prices, great deals through the app. Falafel is so good, chicken shawarma also!! Hidden gem on route 73

Priyadarshini P.

Yelp
I love this place and eat here once a week. For the first time, I have a terrible pick up experience . Pics attached , terrible experience

Kevin F.

Yelp
Can't get enough Naf Naf...I was pleasantly surprised when I first ate here. I am not an adventurous eater but recently realized I like Mediterranean food. Next stop was Naf Naf. This is 100% better then getting lunch at any fast food/pizza shop. The food was really tasty, and the restaurant is very clean. Chicken shawarma on a pita with rice was great. The fries are more like chips-not bad, but not fries either. Great lunch stop

Sam G.

Yelp
Great falafel and hummus but I ordered the platter which comes with Baba ghanouj. I told them I would pay extra for Tabouli salad and no baba ghanouj because my Daughter is allergic to eggplant. We get home to find she received no tabouli salad and you guessed it, baba ghanouj, which means basically half the meal was wasted because the eggplant was kind of runny and touching almost everything else. Scary when your child could go into anaphylactic because she didn't even know what baba ghanouj looked like she could've eaten it by mistake, if I didn't open the box for her she certainly would have. I tasted the Baba ghanouj just to be sure that's what it was and to be honest it's so smoky it's not very tasty. We would try again but definitely will have to double check our orders before leaving.

Mark C.

Yelp
My last experience here was not a good one, my stomach still hurts 2 days later. I had a chicken schwarma bowl. The bowl itself was fine but the chicken , that dry, hardstringy disgusting chicken. I've had beef jerky that's more tender. It's going to a long time if I ever eat here again...my stomach is churning as I write this

Toshia W.

Yelp
We use to love this place until we ordered food a couple of days ago and our bowls was not even half filled. We was given one tablespoon of each and when we asked the guy about it he stated he was told this is the service size now. Never again and the bag of fries were fried to burnt. Our last time there.

Ayesha G.

Yelp
Don't eat here if you have allergies. I ordered a falafel bowl because the dish had 'vegan and gluten free' listed next to it on the website. When it arrived, the sauce on top looked like it contained dairy (it did contain dairy and eggs), so we called the restaurant to double check. The manager we spoke to was just plain mean. She raised her voice and was incredibly condescending, accused us of trying to get a free meal, and even laughed at us. Allergies are classified as a disability and can be very life threatening, so I'm not sure what she found so funny, but I am appalled at her disrespectful and discriminatory behavior and will not be eating here again. I am hoping this is an isolated incident and don't wish for it to reflect on the establishment as a whole, but it is unacceptable and this individual either needs to receive better training or needs to face consequences.

Ryan T.

Yelp
Let me keep this simple; I'm busy, I work a lot and I often do not have the time to pack a lunch. I don't eat unhealthy foods and I don't want to spend a lot of money on lunch. In this area, there aren't many choices for someone like me. Like I said, I want to eat healthy. So this was a great find for me. I'm rating Naf Naf 5 stars because it's fast, healthy food and a good value. I'm not a vegetarian nor vegan, but it's important for those of you who are, to know that his place is great for you! Hummus, falafel, couscous, cucumber & tomato salad with a pita! Mediterranean-like diet. For those that are not vegetarian or vegan, they have beef an chicken options that are both evenly spiced and very tasty! The staff is friendly, and I feel like I see the same employees every time I come in. That's not a bad thing. They seem happy, and they're polite. But I'm polite to them too, I hope. I saw a review about portion sizes with a picture that looked terrible; I've been eating here for months and I have never received a bowl that was light or looked like that picture. In my opinion, that was an isolated incident and you can expect an experience closer to mine. I've included a picture of my lunch today. Based on my experience here, I'm confident that your experience will look nearly identical to this. I'm still sitting in the restaurant and customers look happy, relaxed and content. One man reads the paper alone and a table of three enjoys an afternoon conversation over lunch. The employees are all busy working in the kitchen and they're all speaking to each other with respect and professionalism. A new customer walks in and she is greeted politely by the young lady working the counter. This is a great option for fast, healthy food whether you stay in or take out. One criticism, please sell larger water bottles and please consider stocking cold-pressed fruit & vegetable juices. The juices can be a bit expensive, ranging from $5-$7, but someone like myself would really enjoy that option. Great place, a must try for you busy people who care about your health, but still want a lot of flavor without breaking the bank on a fast Monday lunch. Good job people of Naf Naf and thank you for what you're doing!

Danielle A.

Yelp
I came here the other night to get dinner for myself. There was a few people in front of me ordering their food. One of the guys handling the food started itching and scratching his nose with his gloved hand and continued to touch their food like nothing happened. Are you kidding me? It is disgusting that he didn't change his glove. And if he couldn't recognize the fact that his glove should have been changed before proceeding to touch a customer's food, then I can only imagine all of the other unsanitary things this guy does. I walked out in disgust before it was my turn to order. I tried calling the restaurant after to tell a manager but no one picked up the phone.

Lisa R.

Yelp
It's been a while Naf Naf! I was taking my vegetarian daughter (who loves falafels and hadn't tried Naf Naf yet) our for dinner, so this was a double win for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my healthy, filling and delicious dinner and I made my daughter super happy. You now have another happy and returning customer, Naf Naf Grill! Overall it was a really good experience. We walked in and were pleasantly greeted by the staff who work there. All smiling, facing us willing to help with suggestions for my daughter since this was her first time. The guy who served us explained what some of the items were and how well certain ones go together. You can tell they have a good team going on there. Nice dynamics. I ordered two falafel pitas with all the fixins, topped with garlic sauce and harissa for me and just garlic sauce for my daughter. We also ordered a side of their homemade fries and two sodas. It was still early, maybe 5:45 pm and there were few families and couples dining in for dinner. Everyone seemed happy and enjoying their meal. Next time I'll try the veggie feast bowl with a side of pita and some dessert. They looked yummy but I was so full!

Saunton T.

Yelp
It's just bland and below average. Nothing flavorful here. I get the concept but I had better like Choolah to compare. This place doesn't make the cut. Even I tried it ... just blahhhh

Mona C.

Yelp
Wow! My new favorite place for sure. If this wasn't 20 mins away I would come often. But definitely a great choice if you like fast food that is a healthier option. They have chicken shawarma which is the best sandwich ever made. Trust me. Honestly, my whole family enjoyed and they are a tough bunch to please. We came on Easter and were pleasantly surprised. It definitely cured a bit of homesickness. I cannot wait to come back! One thing to note the server was great in catering to all that my party of 5 wanted. I know it was slow but he had to ask his coworkers for help and two were casually on break in sight. That's a bit of a negative, sorry. You shouldn't have to ask for help; they should just help. Still love it. Will come back.

Nikki S.

Yelp
I stopped by Naf Naf after work one day to pick up some takeout for dinner. It's basically the chipotle version of Middle Eastern food. You pick your base (hummus, couscous, rice etc) and then your meat or falafel and toppings. I got the couscous with the chicken shawarma and my boyfriend got the hummus base with the same. All the toppings looked fresh and they had a nice variety of toppings to add onto your bowls. The pitas were pretty fluffy which was unexpected as usually pitas are more thin. But it was still really good! The inside looked clean, and the cashier was enough to tell me about their app they have. The perk for signing up was a free entree so that was nice! I work by here so I'll definitely be stopping in for lunch! I hope this place sticks around!

Stacia G.

Yelp
I would have like to have eaten here. There was only one person in front of us. Only one person helping to prepare that person's order. We waited and waited. Four other people stood there completely ignoring us. The food looked good but this was abnormally slow for fast food and the service was non existent

Al F.

Yelp
Food was extremely cold, sloppy, wet and inedible. Had to throw it out. Not ordering food from here again.

Dan K.

Yelp
Had a great experience tonight at NAF Naf with takeout. Ordered the Chicken Shawarma bowl with rice and an assortment of fresh raw veggies and well cooked rice. Everything tasted great and the staff was very friendly and well versed on the product. We will be back!!

LLT L.

Yelp
Chef whose making homemade pita is playing with her cell phone and touching the pita. So disgusting. Was my first time and last time eating there.

Lee M.

Yelp
I've eaten there twice - both times during busy lunchtime crowds. Food was pretty good but I wished they had more condiments to add a bit of zing to my falafel and pita. Prices were a bit more than your usual fast food stops. I thought the staff behind the counter seemed kinda disorganized. Some appeared to be rushing around filling orders yet had 1-2 people standing around on their phones. Also, the staff could not answer if their food was halal first time I went there with a friend who only ate halal food.

Jay W.

Yelp
I hope to see more and more Naf Naf grills around the area. I had a chicken shawarma with couscous. Add every single vegetable that they will let you, they are all great. If you like spice, put both the s'khug (a spicy green sauce), and harissa (a red chili sauce) on there, they combine really well. The meal was fantastic. The chicken was juicy, but the flavor from the sauces really put it over the top. The pita that came with the meal was light, warm, and very fluffy with a little bit of chew. A very good pita that would be worth eating all on it's own. The falafal was terrific. I can think of only one place where I have had better falafel . Sometimes falafel can be sort of bland, but there was a lot of herbs and spices in these balls. A great option for a quick lunch or dinner.

Mindy S.

Yelp
After coming here for the first time about a month ago, I've already been back twice! Always fresh ingredients with a hearty serving size. The falafel platter has been my go to with their garlic side sauce!! Definitely a tasty spot to grab a healthy meal quickly.

Gregg B.

Yelp
Terrible service today. I stopped in, I've been here a few dozen times and love the Falafel Hummus bowl. The person behind the counter was rushing through everything like there were 20 people behind me. I finally had to ask her if she was in a hurry because I felt rushed ordering the toppings on the 2 bowls I ordered. I've felt more relaxed during the lunch rush, so, why the hurry Naf? UPDATE: Came in and again the server is rushing me through the line and not listening to my order. PLEASE SLOW DOWN. On my way out I picked up a menu from the place next door. Look for my review of them next week.

Neil A.

Yelp
Just bought a vege-bowl, and Food here is great! Both tastes great & good for you! (BYOL - bring your own lettuce)

Jen K.

Yelp
I've been meaning to post this for about a month now and after reading Fatima W.'s review, it reminded me to finally take a moment to post. As a local business owner, I understand how important customer service is. I also know the importance of treating employees in a respectful manner, especially in front of customers. The last time I visited Naf Naf, the server that was helping me was apparently not moving fast enough for the manager (there were no other customers behind me) and was yelled at in front of me as well as other diners in the restaurant. This was embarrassing to both me and the server and unacceptable to speak to another person in that manner in my opinion. I will not visit this location again. The food is delicious, the treatment of staff is disgusting.

Megan K.

Yelp
Very good! Naf Naf Grill is located in a beautiful new strip mall on Route 73 south in Marlton... and I've been eyeing them up until I was able to stop in. I'm forever looking for a doner kabob place like they used to have in Germany... haven't found it, but this place definitely satisfied the need! I downloaded their app, which gives you a free side as a size up bonus! I'll take it :) Their app was organized and easy to use, and you can score points for a $10 bonus. Anywho... I ordered online for pick-up to bring back and eat for the Sunday games. I ordered the chicken schwarma w/hummus spread, chopped salad & sumac onions. I asked for the tahini, garlic and schrug sauces on the side since I live 20 minutes away and didn't want a soggy mess. You can add whichever toppings you like, all of their dishes are customized to you! Like chipotle type set-up. I enjoyed the schwarma and would definitely get on again! It was a warm pocket of goodness! I really liked the schrug and garlic sauce, but did not care much for the tahini sauce. I got J the harissa sauce, which I regretted not doing the same for myself. I tried his, very good and spicy! J ordered the rice bowl with a bunch of items in it and loved it. You must order their fries! They are delicious! They typically come with doner kabobs when ordered in Germany, and I would just smoosh them into each bite If you're in the mood for a quick kebab, schwarma, hummus fix check them out!

Gia T.

Yelp
Food is good. But the employees are rude af! Every time I visit they're actually angry to be servicing people. They're upset when you ask for sides and throw a fit if you ask them to change their gloves. Today an employee didn't change his gloves while doing my falafel, I reminded him and he slammed the new bread down. Dude.. come on. Not coming back, they're either aggressive and/or lazy texting on their phones (unsanitary). I used to come here constantly not coming again.

If I could describe this concept to you it's Chipotle for Middle Eastern Food. You pick your base, your protein (meat/beans) and then add your toppings. This is a new location in the Marlton area and I really do appreciate the concept. The food portion itself is huge. I ate my bowl for lunch and dinner. The food however was just ok. My chicken was a mix of charred, cooked well, and I had one undercooked piece (which I just pushed to the side and threw away later). Every meal gets a piece of naan/pita bread. Seating is ample here. Since I wasn't 100% excited about the chicken I'll try this place one more time to see if they can change my mind.
