Google
Let me start off by saying the food is great, always consistently tasty. The bad side is how cheap this location has gotten. I would understand the portioning if I got a bowl, but I purposely ordered a plate because I wanted more food. What I received instead was this, a bowl spread out onto a plate. I wouldn't believe that they would use a shady business practice such as this to get a few more dollars out of every customer who orders a plate. Naf Naf has been on a steady decline, but this is unacceptable. There are plenty of Mediterranean restaurants out there who serve a good product and do not resort to this, will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

The service was not great! The lady making my food take my money, the same gloves when back, and start finishing my pita ! She took my feedback and when and grabbed new gloves after I mentioned ! The food was delicious other than putting a little more attention to the small details...

I go to this location frequently. The last time I went, I tried to use the free soup coupon that was offered on the app, along with the reward points that I earned. The manager said you can't use both. After going back and forth, she gave me the free soup and free fries (my points). I just went to another location, and they told me you can use your points and the coupon. I attached the receipt. Train management appropriately or get a new manager or I won't be coming back.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service at your Schaumburg location. Every time we attempt to place a group order, we face unnecessary difficulties. Unlike most restaurants and chains that accommodate same-day group orders, your location refuses to accept them, which is highly inconvenient. During our most recent visit, we waited for over an hour just to place an order. The staff, including the manager, were extremely rude and unhelpful. When we informed the manager that the person responsible for payment was on their way, we requested that they begin preparing the order while we waited to complete the payment. However, the manager flat-out refused, showing a complete lack of flexibility and customer service. It is extremely frustrating to experience such poor treatment, especially from a business that should value its customers. The attitude displayed by the staff makes it seem as though they do not want to do business at all. This experience has left us very disappointed, and we are reconsidering ever returning to this location. I urge you to address these issues with your staff and improve customer service at this location. If this is the level of service you wish to maintain, you will continue to lose loyal customers. I look forward to your response.

Google
It was a quick stop to get lunch. I really liked my food, great flavor, and good options. Just heads up, when they tell you it's spicy, they really mean it. Will definitely buy there again.

I came back to this location after a bad experience last time. Well... things still aren t better now. They count the rice they are adding in the plate and the red cabbage strings and you only get a half bowl even if paying for full. Do not come here . You can find better food option around they pay for 150 rice pieces and few pieces of pickle with red cabbage. It s a shame for these days to count the rice in the plate... like... really?!? If you love Naf Naf go to other locations!

Google
Not a good first impression at all. Placed an online order to pick up at 1pm. App directed me to pick up from the pickup shelf in the restaurant. I arrived at 1am and the pickup shelves are empty. I assume my order is being worked on. Then about 5 minutes later I hear someone in line say they are picking up an online order and the order is behind the counter. I now get in line to pick up my order when I could have had it well before then. Already frustrating. I grab the order and get to my car and to no surprise, the food is ice cold as it’s been sitting in the air conditioned restaurant for about 20 minutes now. I am extremely unhappy and will not be going back nor recommending my coworkers visit this location either. Maybe a different location would be better. This was my first experience with Naf Naf and will most likely be my last.

Yelp
My husband and I frequent this location often, and we have always had a positive experience every time we have come here. The dining area is consistently clean, the workers are friendly, and the food is of great quality. We love this place so much because we love how it's customizable to fit what we want. Customers have a choice of creating a bowl which is $10.45 (comes with one protein choice), a plate which is $12.65 (comes with two protein choices), a stuffed pita sandwich ($8.95), or a salad bowl ($10.45). Then, you can pick a base of either rice, hummus, spicy hummus, couscous, baba ghanoush, or half of two choices. Protein choices include chicken shawarma, crispy chicken, grilled steak, or falafel. Next, toppings include chopped salad, purple cabbage, sumac onions, and pickles. Lastly, you pick sauces to add on top or on the side. They offer many different kinds, including two spicy ones, a garlic one, tahini, a lemon or pomegranate vinaigrette, or nafziki. My usual order consists of a chicken shawarma bowl with a half hummus (regular or spicy depending on my mood) and half rice base. Then, I add chopped salad, purple cabbage, and onions. Lastly, I normally add the green or red hot sauce (again, depending on how spicy I really want it). I also love ordering a pita sandwich, but the nice thing about the bowls is that you get a complimentary pita on the side, so you get the best of both worlds. The pitas here are fresh and amazing! Overall, we like this location and love the convenient location from us. Please remember that this is a chain restaurant, so it's not the "authentic" Middle Eastern cuisine you would get at a locally owned restaurant. Also, be careful with the times you come here this parking lot is connected to Woodfield Mall's parking lot; there are also a few other dining restaurants connected to Naf Naf's strip mall, so the parking lot can get extremely busy depending on the time of day and year. I'm sure the holiday season would create a mess in the parking lot. The lunch rush for sure does because I have come here during it.

Yelp
I always have a good experience at Naf Naf Grill in Schaumburg. This restaurant is located right outside of Woodfield Mall (in a little shopping plaza across the street that has the dispensary in it too). Naf Naf is Mediterranean style food like Falafel, Kebab etc.. The falafel pita Sandwhiches with spicy hummus are for sure my favorites to order from this location. This location always has friendly employees and a clean dining area. I'd recommend checking them out - also download their app so you can earn points towards free food at all Naf Naf locations!

Yelp
The food is not as crispy and not tasty at all just bland items. No taste . The staff are friendly but they trick u to tip them with their words. Well hold up it's just a fast food I went through with you too in ordering and I am not obligated to tip don't force me to tip that's not nice. I didn't like the food too was moist not dry and no taste at all. Please change your pita bread it's hard very hard. Won't be coming and will not recommend

Deb D.

Yelp
Stopped here for a quick dinner. Everything is freshly made and the line moves along reasonably. My pita was very good. The meat, hummus, and toppings were excellent. A nice selection of healthy menu options. Tables, fixtures, and interior were clean. Washrooms could use some more attention. Would also like to see more outside seating. Looking forward to another visit.

Ravi Kiran T.

Yelp
I was visiting Roti for my quick Mediterranean food but my coworker recommended me Naf Naf and I was so impressed with flavor of the food. I love their fresh warm pita. The staff at this location has been super nice and courteous. I enjoyed my food in to-go as well as dine in. I would keep coming back to this one.

Vivek B.

Yelp
I had a great experience at Naf Naf today. First of all i want to say that the staff is super welcoming and helping. We ordered (with the help of the lady helping me) a bowl of Falafel That comes with warm pita bread. There reason I mentioned warm is because they make fresh bread there. The falafels were made to perfection. Perfect crisp level and perfectly soft. I tired all their sauces and loved their red sauce. I also ordered Baklawa and fries. They fries are house made potatoes chips which were really good. In Baklawa, I ordered Sea Salt caramel which i ate right there an then and also got walnut pistachios baklawa. I have not tried it yet but m sure its gonna be good too. I wanna recognize all the staff members there again as how nice they were coz lately i have am noticing people losing the sense of welcoming and hospitality. This is definitely a place to try. They have take out options or you can there warm and fresh. Its right across Woodfield mall - JCPenney. So do try them if you crave for Mediterranean food or are in the woodfield area. There is ample comfortable seating and they also do catering

Praveen U.

Yelp
what a bad experience. we went around 2pm today and the place was not busy. the workers at the counter were local old guys. when we went to the counter, the guy said "it would take some time and started cleaning the food serving area with the cleaning cloth". we were patiently waiting and it did not even take a minute into his cleaning and the guy said "if you want leave I don't mind'. I could not believe what he said. we just had to walk out of this place. never going to this place ever

Neelam B.

Yelp
I RECOMMEND Naf Naf GRILL absolutely Very nice environment, neat and clean. Seating is good, ample seating. I Ordered Falafel bowl, with fries and Baklava. I didn't like the fries (potato Chips), it needs improvement. I think chips should be replicated into regular fries. Falafel bowl preparation was really good and yummy too. Excellent service Drinks machine was neat and clean . Everything was looking hygienic. I appreciate quick service and friendly talk from the employees. I liked the Naf Naf Symbol - it's attractive. I had good experience with Naf Naf Grill.

Yelp
I LOVE NAF NAF! This location was great and easy to find. The staff were kind, friendly and quick. The dining area is pretty spacious and there is ample parking outside. We went around 1:30PM on a Friday, wasn't busy at all. The restaurant was also clean and well maintained despite it being somewhat snowy/wet outside. The food itself is just MUAH. Got a chicken bowl filled with ALLLL the toppings. The mix of toppings and flavors just go together SO Dang well. The bowl also comes with a fresh, *warm*, pita. The chicken is tender, seasoned just right, the mix of hot sauces, tahini, garlic, veggies, pickles, rice is a party in the mouth. Love Naf Naf and glad to have found this location in Schaumburg. If you are looking for Mediterraean place in a laid back environment, definitely check this place out!

Yelp
What an absolutely delicious meal from Naf Naf! I ordered the bowl with chicken on saffron rice, chopped salad, and red cabbage. A definite highlight was the big, fluffy pita on the side. Compared to other places in the area (like Benjyahuda or Roti), this pita takes the cake! (Or rather, the bread!) I will be back for a sandwich on a pita, for sure. The beef and also the falafel balls look really good as well. The baklava was a perfectly crispy, sweet ending to the meal. Dont skip dessert! Drew, Lois, and the crew here are humble and friendly, and so helpful as I asked about the toppings and sauces. The garlic sauce complements the chicken and chopped salad well. Inside the restaurant, it is very clean and bright, with plenty of seating here and parking outside.

Rebecca H.

Yelp
NafNaf has been a fave for some time. So I knew what I expected. The staff, the falafel & the pita exceeded my expectations. The cook at this location knows what they're doing. The falafel were perfection - crunchy and pillowy soft. The pita were super fresh and soft. All of the food was very fresh and the portions were abundant but appropriate. The staff was by far some of the friendliest, fastest and most professional I've encountered at fast food in a long time. Even the young lady cleaning in the dish room was smiling and friendly. Personally I'd skip the fries which are really more chips than fries. They aren't bad, but they don't really add anything to the meal. Suggestion...order the bowl. It comes with pita. You get all the same things you can put on the pita but it's easier to eat separately.

Kristena R.

Yelp
The food from here is just okay. It was lacking some flavor, but I wouldn't say the food is bad. I ordered a bowl with the yellow rice, chicken, hummus, cucumbers and tomatoes. Topped it off with the lemon vinaigrette sauce. They have a nice selection of sauces to choose from. The women who were working were very nice and friendly, so the service was good! I ordered to-go, but noticed the inside was spacious and modern. This would be a good place to have lunch with some co workers.

Erick A.

Yelp
Out of all of the Mediterranean "fast food" places I've visited, this one is the best! I've been to multiple locations and it just never disappoints... Staff would always suggest and help out when needed, but again... you can't go wrong with anything! Their chili and garlic sauces are GOLD. Highly recommend the chicken, putting that on any bowl is a must. Great spot :)

Yelp
Today (Sunday 9/22/2024) is the second day in a row I'm dining here! Haven't dined here in 4 years and really missed this place! So great to be back! What lured me back was the addition of spiced meatballs to their bowl toppings! So I came back both days and ordered a couscous bowl of spiced meatballs with all their veggie toppings along with their awesome sauces (garlic, skhug, harissa and nafziki)! The 2nd day I actually added steak to my couscous and spiced meatball bowl! Plus, both days I had the 4-falafel side order and a bowl of lentil soup! All the food was SO FRESH, DELICIOUS AND FLAVORFUL! In addition, my orders were prepared quickly and accurately! Last, the restaurant was super-clean and refreshingly nice and cool! This Schaumburg location is my FAVORITE Naf Naf because it's only 10 minutes from home, plus the food, service and ambiance are consistently great every time I come here! They deserve a much higher rating than just 2 1/2 or 3 stars, since every time I've been here, there's a long line of customers AND they wouldn't have lasted this long -- both before AND after the pandemic-- in the cutthroat Schaumburg restaurant market if they were as bad as some of those reviews make them out be! (Emoji eye roll !!)

John M.

Yelp
So glad we decided to stop here. Never had Middle Eastern food. So many flavors! Located outside Woodfield Mall in a strip center. Plenty of parking. You can dine in or carry out. You choose from a variety of items - chicken shawarma..steak or crispy chicken. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We started with the Falafel Balls with a few dipping sauces..Garlic and Tahini which were very good. We also had the Chicken Shawarma bowl with hummus..baba ganush ..shedded red cabbage..cucumber salad and Middle Eastern pickles. Wow...what flavor! Comes with a pita that is soft as a pillow..lol. If you are looking to be adventurous..this is the place to go!

Mat P.

Yelp
So sad to see what Naf Naf has been reduced to. Ordered the Chicken wrap and the chicken was so little and the bread did not seem fresh at all. Walked away, extremely disappointed. Even the falafel did not seem all the way fully cooked. Not sure what happened to them, but now the only good thing about my meal was the tahini sauce. Please bring back the old Naf Naf!

Karen J.

Yelp
In town for the weekend and had to get my Naf Naf fix. Ordered a sandwich and it had very little chicken shawarma and one pickle. So disappointed and won't be going back.

Simon G.

Yelp
Grumpy staff. Told us they're out of chicken at 630. Weren't out. Just rude. Orders made incorrectly. Find better staff.

Mahima V.

Yelp
I went to the Naf Naf Grill location in Schaumburg at 7:49pm on 6/12 and dealt with the rudest cashier (who I suspect is also a manager) I have ever seen. When my mother and I walked into the restaurant, there was a customer in front of us with a large catering order. There were four employees: a young woman who didn't do much, a man who assisted customers with orders, a man in the back grilling chicken, and a cashier who did everything for the catering order and was telling the other two what to do. After a few minutes of standing around, the male employee started to take our order. All we ordered was two stuffed pitas, two naf naf fries, and a side pita. Everything was normal until after our food was ready. Right after the male employee made the food, he started working online orders. The young female employee was walking around and not fulfilling orders. The cashier was still talking to the catering customer who kept on adding items to her order. We waited for someone to only ring us up for at least 5 minutes. We were getting upset because the food was becoming cold. We almost left at that point, but we were bringing food for another person too who was expecting falaffal. My mom asked the cashier to ring us up while the catering order paid. The cashier was mad that we asked to be rung up and told us that the catering person was first. We told her how our food was getting cold and how we only needed a minute to pay and go. We told her how the catering order was taking a while. The cashier walked up to the cash register and almost checked out an online order after the catering person but then reluctantly rung us up. It took me only 30 seconds to pay. While I paid, the cashier kept on defending her actions as to how to the other customer was first and she had to help her. She started shouting at us Then, I started yelling at her about how all she had to let me do was pay. She kept on defending herself yet again. We then continued to have an unpleasant shouting match and then we left. The cashier handled the situation poorly as all she had to do get the employee not doing anything to help her with the catering order to reduce time. Or she could've followed what places like McDonald's do, take large orders out of the line and prepare it separately while still helping other customers with smaller orders. Or why even prepare our food in the first place if you absolutely insist the catering order should've been finished in its entirety?!?! You could've told us beforehand that it would take 10-15 minutes and we wouldn't have minded! There was so much the cashier or even the other employees could've done to mitigate the situation and they all failed. The food tasted good but it doesn't even matter at this point as the cashier had left a sour taste in my family's mouth. This experience far differed from our previous experiences at this location when employees were jovial and helpful. This location seems to be plagued by high turnover as an entirely different cast of employees where there compared to the people I saw only a few months ago. The micromanager/cashier wouldn't let anyone help her with the large order or even with other orders too as she just had to do everything. I shouldn't have to defend myself and my loved ones in order to get food. I love naf naf grill and I will just wait until the next set of employees start working there for a better experience!! No one wore name tags but the receipt said I dealt with someone named Mariami.

Cathy B.

Yelp
Good food. Sauces are delicious. I had the big plate. Had enough food for leftovers. Tasty and delicious.

Bhanu R.

Yelp
Been to many naf naf locations but this was my first visit to this naf naf location. I just want to start off by saying I'm a big fan of Mediterranean food and love naf naf food. Food quality and taste at this location was great and the place was really clean. It has ample parking and has outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating. Employees who work there are really nice, service was great and the seating area is really clean

Nyasia L.

Yelp
Love the spicy sauces, there's so much flavor! The fries with garlic sauce stand out too. Overall the shawarma bowls are good for quick takeout.

Zeid S.

Yelp
Came here on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch. Good location with ample parking. Place got busy after me with long lines. I had the falafel pita. It was the closest to the real thing I've had in the Chicago Land area this far. The pita is freshly made in house and it is delicious. Their hummus was great. The place is nice and clean with lots of seating for dine in. Overall I would come here again for the falafel for sure!

Reginald D.

Yelp
I used to like Nafnaf and go there all the time. Now the portions got smaller and the prices went up big time. Not going there anymore

Daniel S.

Yelp
Food was fantastic. Love the sauces, and the Pita is super fresh. Will come back again.

Denise K.

Yelp
Falafel, salad, pita bread, rice, hummus was all delicious, authentic! Garlic and cucumber Sauce were my favorites! Portions were generous. Ww tried the (walnut) baklava which turned out to be as fabulous as my Greek mother's! Staff/service was good. We will definitely go back soon for more

Gina W.

Yelp
Another sad case of FIRST TIME= LAST TIME!!! In the Schaumburg area and wanted to pick up middle eastern food for my son, as this is one of his favorite things to eat. Decided to try Naf Naf. Walked in at 7pm to only two customers in front of me..... and a growing line behind me. ZERO sense of urgency with all of these employees. (Place is set up like a Chipotle restaurant), so I expected much quicker service. Not the 27 minutes it took to get to the checkout..... I ordered the chicken schwarma bowl. Girl says they are out of rice... I said fine I will wait, after some time she says we are out of rice and not making any more.... Really? A Friday night at 7 pm.... She then shows me that there was a small portion of rice left in one of the bins, so I got what was left of that and the other half being a spread of hummus. Topped with chicken schwarma.... Now the next employee- even SLOWER than the first asks, "What toppings?" I tell her just a few onions and a few strands of the red cabbage on the side. Her response, " Uh... I don't think we can do that." Are you freaking kidding me right now? NEVER MIND- just give me a side of the tahini sauce. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've encountered in awhile.... I mean I've gone thru airport security and baggage claim faster than these snails were moving. Who knows how the food was and who cares..... we won't be darkening their doors any time soon!!!

Cristel M.

Yelp
Naf Naf has never let me down! On my most recent visit, I had a chicken shawarma bowl and added a couple of falafel for an additional cost. (I dug in so quickly that I failed to take a picture!) The bowl came with a large pita that I ended up bringing home because I didn't really need it in the moment, with so much rice! Everything was delicious. The only thing I'd change is the sauce -- the garlic sauce really had no flavor at all. Next time I'll kick it up a notch with a spicier sauce. Otherwise, two thumbs up!

Sarah D.

Yelp
I ordered a build your own plate for $15.70, in the picture it's a full meal. However, when I got my order the plate is half empty. I received a kids portion size which is $7.90. This place is a joke.

Lindsay J.

Yelp
Geez...My review seems to echo a lot of what people are already saying about the changes to Naf Naf... I am not a fan of the 'Chipotle' style assembly line, yet this seems to be the corporate direction of the new Naf Naf locations. Aside from the vegetarian plate, which I love, missing from the new menu approach, I also miss the Israeli salad. The new tomato/cucumber salad is not the same. I think $8+ for a falafel pita sandwich with no side is also a high price considering all of the competition in this area. As for some pluses...There is still no denying Naf Naf's pita...It is #1 in all the land. I'm glad corporate did not change that. Also, I do like the addition of the garlic sauce which I don't remember from the older locations. Bottom line, I probably would go somewhere else in Schaumburg for my falafel fix, but, I will never pass up a chance to go to the Freedom Drive or Fox Valley Mall locations...If you haven't tried those, you should. For any total nubes, as the kids are saying, give this spot a try, you cannot deny their pita power.

Dilyana K.

Yelp
Portion size is much smaller compared to other locations or the same location a year ago. Food is good.

Lori Z.

Yelp
Manager is insane. We have been coming to this specific naf and surrounding ones for 5+ years and whenever we get our kids a meal we've always gotten more rice and chicken in place of a side with no problems until today. Charged me $5 for an extra half scoop of chicken just because I told them ahead of time I wasn't getting any chopped salad. I even told her I saw the employee scoop two spoonfuls of chicken in a bowl and pita ahead of me and all she said was "alright thanks for letting me know". Absolutely insane acting like the customer is wrong when in fact she has a control issue and employees act scared around her.

Ajay S.

Yelp
Food was good. Bought an two protein meal and some chips. This cost about $17. Then when they're giving sauces for my dish they told me 3 sauces in very small cups. It did not last for half the meal. Very disappointed and won't go back for a while.

Josh W.

Yelp
The parking lot at dinner time is hectic, spots are limited due to proximity to the mall for the holiday I believe. Inside, the appearance seems nice ,well lit. The line was short but it took 10 mins to have my order taken. Seems like new people are being trained and they were short staffed, just like most other places. Options are decent but different from most middle eastern pita restaurants. So building it with the ingredients offered was different. They went easy on all the ingredients, which left an empty spot at the bottom and a slight corner wrapped over because it was empty. More pita than ingredients in it for sure. Once I was ready to be checked out they did not honor the promotion I was given and charged me full price despite me asking if they were sure. They did deduct the price of the drink but nothing else as promised in the coupon I received. Plenty of space for seating, very long and narrow. Some tables were dirty after being used and the garbage can was almost full. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, holiday craziness, new staff not fully trained so maybe I will go back after the new year. Updated- Management reached out and fixed the coupon and also promised a better experience on my next visit. Will update again soon. Give credit when it's due, they are trying! -))

Sarah S.

Yelp
Naf Naf Grill as a chain, I love. However there is quite a clear difference between this location and their other locations. Most of that comes down to service. It's still a fairly new location so here's hoping it's just a matter of the training wheels still being on. I've been a couple of times since they opened and experienced the same bare bones, not friendly, not even offering a receipt service. Maybe they have a policy of not giving a receipt unless a customer asks? Not sure. Anyways, the food is A-OK here! Assembly line style fast casual food at decent prices and a healthy option in the area. Both times I've gone food hasn't been as amazing as I've had in the past from Naf Naf - just A-OK but I'm going to give them another try before completely discounting this location. Fingers crossed all the opening kinks have now been worked out!

Joee L.

Yelp
If you want to be in and out you should probably not come here at lunch time on a weekday. I was in the area for an appointment so I stopped in for lunch. The line was really long...but I thought oh this should go by quick. It didn't. I waited for about thirty minutes. I also paid $15 for my meal and barely any tables were clean. I had to wipe down my own table, the women next to me had to wipe off her own table and sit among crumbs, and the garbage cans were overflowing. The food was decent. However, for $15 I probably could have sat at a restaurant and had my meal in 30 minutes during lunch. I ordered the limited time chicken kabob with a soft drink. Like I said decent. If the place was clean and I waited five minutes this probably would have been a five star review. But...I waited a half hour at a fast casual restaurant and felt like every table needed to be wiped down. Pictures don't lie. They need to hire more people during the lunch rush or switch something up as I would never go back here on a lunch break.

Matthew D.

Yelp
So when writing this , I need to remind myself this is fast food..... for what it is , it is good. There are very limited options but they same pretty reasonable. Choice of a Bowl, a Pita. Then a base, hummus, babaganoush, lettuce, coups cous, or rice. Next the protein.... Chicken shawarma , grilled steak, falafel. I was hoping for lamb at the least, but I opted for the chicken, In a hummus bowl. The toppers come next- Pickles, red cabbage, chop cucumber salad. Sauces: Garlic Harissa Tahini Some others........ Came with a pita, so order the bowl lol!! Overall good, just wish had more selection for meats

Natasha P.

Yelp
Absolutely disappointed in the service at this location. Me and my party of 6 walked in at 7:20pm, we were by the bathrooms waiting for the only large table to clear out. The manager came out and asked us what we wanted and why we were standing there in a rude tone- we explained we were about to order and he rudely told us they close at 8pm. We ordered 4 veggie platters and we wanted extra sauce and he said we can only get 3 sauces per plate and he said he would charge for extra sauces, we just had naf naf recently and it was unlimited sauces. The prices were of a "take sauces home" menu, it seemed like he was just charging us out of spite. Over all it was just extremely rude and terrible service. Won't be going back to this location any time soon!

Yelp
Tiny portions, over priced, poor value, bad service. I really regretted giving this place a try, the bad flavor from sauce ensured the meal it ruined

Yelp
Came in to get the rice bowl, it tasted ok until I found a maggot in my food. It came from the rice not the salad. I did get a refunded, however, it doesn't excuse them serving old rice.

Yelp
The food is good. The service was a little bit better than Naperville location than it was in Aurora and the corporate office is very receptive. Also the Naperville location was not freezing cold like Aurora on a cold day.

Yelp
Holy crap man this location is awful. Bunch of space cadets work here I ordered a salad with chicken and got home. There was literally 4 pieces of chicken and tiny scrapes . I have never ever had an issue at any other location. I never call to complain but I had to. They put no chicken in !! When I called he hung up on me then I tried to call back and they sent me to auto message. So rude and quality is terrible. I hope other locations haven't gone down hill :(

Yelp
Naf Naf Schaumburg seems to have fixed their previous problems. I gave them another try. Twice in two weeks; and the food was fresh and delicious. Service was also good! Way to turn things around Naf Naf!

Yelp
Super fresh and good I love trying no places and I judge hard they don't have yogurt sauce tzatziki sauce but the meat has great flavor, hummus super good. It's a good price too.

Yelp
I'd heard about Naf Naf from my friend, so we decided to try it. We both had the steak bowl with rice, romaine, purple cabbage, chopped salad and garlic sauce. It was absolutely delicious! Our kitchen is being remodeled and we've been eating out of a cooler in our bathtub, so this was a real treat. We've eaten here every day since, which is about a week. The staff here is wonderful, especially Drew and Tasha. That, and the great food have us coming back.

Yelp
I haven't experienced any of the service issues others have written about here. This is a good, reliable fast food choice that you don't feel too guilty about eating. My only issue is the closing time of 8:00 pm! Sometimes by the time we decide what to pick up on those busy days it's too late to come in. Or even take it out. I respect workers' time and definitely won't show up less than 30 minutes before closing. But please make your official hours until 9:00, at least on the weekend! You've probably missed out on a lot of business because this.

Yelp
Overall good food. Fast line. Falafel and shawarma was good. Music needs to be turned down though

Yelp
If you follow my reviews, you'll know I wasn't too happy with my last Naf Naf experience (granted, it was a different location). That being said, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience and food here at the Schaumburg location. One of my biggest complaints was that I thought the price was a bit much. This time I decided to get a hummus bowl, with couscous, chicken, cucumber salad, onions, pickles and tahini sauce. Not going to lie, everything was delicious! The chicken was fresh and tender. All the toppings were crisp and well seasoned. I ended up paying about 13, but that was with a drink. Not a bad price honestly. There are a lot of Mediterranean places in the Schaumburg area, but I will definitely be returning to this Naf Naf, and I would suggest it, especially if you're looking for a nice meal after shopping at Woodfield.

Yelp
My wife and I enjoy Naf Naf when we're looking for something different from the usual Panera or Chipotle options.
