The best chashu I've ever tried! Their karaage is amazing too, really crispy and juicy without being oily. We tried the regular tonkotsu ramen and the spicy one and both are solid options, but you might want to request less chili oil if you can't handle very spicy food. Their fried soft shell crab and matcha cheesecake were also really good. Super impressed with this new restaurant, we needed a great ramen place in Flushing and this is it!

Little shop tucked away from the hustle of flushing core. My daugther says their tonkotsuramen is a 5 star, although I find my miso ramen to be a bit too salty. The tempura shrimp is not bad, could be saltier. The soft shell crabs order comes with 2 baby crabs, fresh and tasty, truly baby sized lol. The shrimp tempura somewhat lacks the salt to bring out the flavors, but we asked for some salt and it helped a lot.

Pros: Portion is big Price is affordable Takoyaki and katsu fried perfectly. Not oily at all Server very friendly and nice Lovely decor Cons: Booths a bit small and tight Difficult to find Notes: Did not see sushi on the menu at all despite the name of the restaurant

We were disappointed about their foods. Some ingredients were supposed to be warm, but they came directly from refrigerator and were sliced into pieces in cold temperature. The indoor setting was below average. The staff were nice, but they were eating their lunch and chatting in Chinese right next to your table. Here is not a place where you look for authentic Japanese foods.

Average. Relatively quiet location but it requires a bit more walking from downtown Flushing. We ordered unagi don and Tonkotsu Ramen. The rice is hard and cold. Ramen is okay. The biggest complaint I have is the long service time. It took 40 mins to get our food and there were only 2 other tables.

Everytime I’ve gone here, I’m not sure if the guy working there is the owner or not, but he always remembers me and my boyfriend. We have become somewhat regulars because the food, decor, customer service, food presentation, and overall ambiance is great. It is situated in a cool, lowkey spot which was interesting to experience. The last time we went there, the worker even gave us free dessert! I wish I was joking, but this is one of the very few places where I actually like almost everything i’ve eaten here so far. Me and my bf have been here maybe 5-6 times now and each time we try to get something different. It is such a nice and quaint restaurant and I hope the best for it’s growth!

One of the best ramen spots in Flushing!! The shop is newly opened so I was hesitant but I'm so glad I made the trip. Shop was a bit hard to find but truly a hidden gem. Server was so kind and the food was delicious. The spicy miso ramen was the perfect amount of spice (definitely spicy but I could still enjoy the flavor of the soup). The chasu was the best I've had in NY, depending on your preference. It was thin-cut, charred, and seasoned well. The tonkotsu ramen was good, not too salty like some places. The karaage was also good. They don't have sushi yet but it's coming soon. Excited to visit again.

A good amount of ramen bowl for the price you pay. Taste wise its good at best, comes with a wide variety of sauces and oil to add on to. Shrimp tempuras and soft shell carb were amazing both in terms of size and the crispy textures. Their curry chicken katsu bowl is a must have if you stop by.
