I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Nagomi.
I had the pleasure of dining at this Japanese restaurant located near the train station in Geneva, and it was an exceptional experience. The menu is impressively extensive, offering a wide variety of fish and seafood for sashimi and sushi. Every selection I made was of outstanding quality, with prime freshness that truly stood out.
The miso soup and green tea were perfect companions to the meal, offering a comforting warmth on a cold day. The interior is simple and unpretentious, as one might expect from an authentic Japanese establishment, but I particularly appreciated the counter seating. It was a delight to watch the sushi chef at work, adding an extra layer of authenticity to the experience.
Finally, the price-to-value ratio was very good, making it a highly satisfying meal overall. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking quality Japanese cuisine in Geneva.
