Nahita Cappadocia

This restaurant, was the highlight of our trip to Cappadocia along with the balloon ride. Best restaurant of the region if you are looking for a romantic dinner with your spouse or significant other. My wife and I love to go out and enjoy a good meal back in the US or when we travel. We enjoy most places but there is always one or two dishes that we don’t like too much. Well, in this case, we LOVED every single dish we had for dinner. I honestly think you will have an extremely difficult time finding something you dont like at this restaurant. We had 4 appetizers and two full main courses, and when I say we LOVED every single one of them, its an understatement. The sizes are very generous and we were able to somehow eat it all because it was so good (yes we can eat a lot). No room for dessert unfortunately. The Pumkin soup suprised me, because I’m not a soup person. But Yalçin, our server, who is the best server we had in our trip, recommended it. It gets a 10/10. Amazing!! Then he also recommended the Muhammara starter, saying that it was his personal favorite from the whole menu. OMG it did not disappoint!!! WOW.. I can rate it as the BEST rare starter we had in Turkey. We don’t eat this kind of food back home in Miami, so we had no clue what to expect, but it blew our minds away. We also had a free appetizer they brought us which was some kind of local tortilla with local cheese and local butter. LOVED it!! And we also got the Hummus, Spectacular!! For the main courses we ordered a chicken with potatoes and vegetables. A+++ and for me I don’t know what I got since I just asked our server to bring me what he recommended (will leave a picture here) but I think it was some kind of Short Rib or Lamb with a special rice, almost like a rissotto but very unique. Again, a Home Run. It is a little pricier than your average restaurant in Cappadocia, but please believe me, its worth Every bit of your money!!! And also something I appreciated, Most places we went and tours that we did in this trip, at the end they ask you if you liked it. Then, if you say yes, then they tell you to please leave a review to keep the star rating high. Well, not here. Nobody asked us to leave a review but it was so good and we felt so great that I decided to take my time to do it because they deserve it.

One of the best experiences we had in Turkey: amazing views, local Anatolian food like no other place in Cappadocia. Abdullah and Asli gave us the best service ever/ absolute unique. Fine dining at its best! The mouth-watering foods reciprocate the elegance of the staff. Their attention to detail and courtesy is commendable. A special shoutout to Mr. Yusuf Elkatmiş who took great care and provided valuable recommendations. My only quibble, having no bearing on the food or the staff, is that the restaurant looks out to the fringes of the vicinity but is still very pretty. P.S. My apologies to all the staff who had to deal with a snooty, bitter Russian woman crying over delayed scrambled eggs, LOL.

A very elegant restaurant atop Uchisar. The food is Anatonian, delicious, and beautifully presented. Our charming waiter, Embe was fluent in English and spoke eloquently. A great evening indeed spent in a magical location.

Excellent selection and variety of food. Service was also amazing, recommending of hot food and promptness in serving/clearing. Service staff were all very attentive and took care of Al the small details. Even knowing which room we were in the moment we stepped into the restaurant. Have breakfast here. You will love it.

This is truly a unique restaurant and the cuisine was refined and whatever we had was delicious. We tried some things for the first time and were amazed by the freshness and flavorful meals. Especially our waiter Abdullah was fantastic and all the things he suggested were either excellent or almost perfect. This place is not cheap but still highly recommended.

We had a wonderful dinner here tonight. The food was excellent, particularly the clay pot main that came with a show! The wine was also delicious. Our waiter, Abdullah, was lovely and so helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere and view are unbeatable. Thanks for a fabulous night!

Absolutely stunning new restaurant which was a short and worthy walk from our room at the Museum Hotel. Very fresh farm to fork establishment with a stunning atmosphere and amazing fresh food. Service was excellent. We had the hummus with what we would call pepperoni and lamb chops/beef rib with mashed potatoes. All fabulous along with the free bread which was unbelievably fresh.
