Nails Pizazz

This was my third time here first two times was exceptional.. third time Rosie did my pedicure and nails it started with her hurting big toe she made my toe bleed and put my foot in the water as if I didn't feel the pain or see the blood.. I was rushing to go on a trip so I never looked at my nails closely a few hours I realized the polished had small dots and the polish was complete on the sides of my nails and my feet had a clump and polish missing look like it had been two weeks already… I went back into the shop Rosie showed up and began to make all of the excuses as to why my nails had small dots she said it was dirt.,. How when your nails are dried with the uv light and coated with clear… she hurt my toe again aiming for the same area as she began to fix the polish… she started talking her language to her co workers about me as she fixed my nails… than began to say it wasn’t her fault which is was but I was urging with her she was able to pursue her people that I was tripping.. I will never go to her again!! I hope my toe is not infected its swollen and pus if it is Rosie will be getting sued!!!

I am super impressed by my lashes. There is a different vibe in here compared to 10 years ago. Everybody in here currently , is enjoying their spa experience with a mimosa in hand 👌 i have loved this place for a long time. We need more places where you feel welcome, you can relax of course . Also where the prices match the quality of the work. I really appreciate this place!

A few days ago, I went to this nail salon for a pedicure, which was my second visit. The male technician, whose name I don’t know, seemed nice at first, but when he was removing the old polish from my toes, he missed some spots. I pointed it out, and he reassured me it would be taken care of. However, he continued with the wash and massage, ignoring the leftover polish. He then tried scraping it off with a cuticle clipper, but it still didn’t come off. When I brought it up again, he got upset and raised his voice, telling me they charge $5 per foot to remove old polish and asked if I’d pay. I wasn’t aware of this charge but told him I’d pay if it was required. What bothered me most was that no one, including the manager, stepped in to address the situation. If I’m paying for a service, I expect full value. I had planned to get my brows waxed but decided against it after this experience. Overall, this interaction soured my visit, and I won’t be returning. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the nail tech’s attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary. I paid for a service I requested and expected better.

With no appointment, I was in and out in an hour! Very pleased with my gel pedicure! Offered a beverage as well! Very friendly service.

My first visit to the spa was quite memorable from the point of entry! Julie aka 5-0-8 was friendly gentle and thorough in her work! I was quite pleased with her services rendered! I have passed that salon forever and decided to go in for the first time on 3-22 oh let me say the patrons were friendly as well! I plan to go back. Great establishment!💯

They did a very good job on my nails

The have okay service as far as doing nails! But they are VERY rude and VERY impatient and just VERY disrespectful at times! And it’s not all of them Specifically Julia! She’s not very nice ‘ she does rush jobs trying to get more people than she can handle and rush through your nails or eyebrows with not a care about if your happy with it or not! It’s disheartening because she’s nice at what she does but the rude energy she gives off makes me never want to come there again!

Don’t know the tech name that did my nails today, but she was nice and very fast. Had me in and out.

Anne is my baby! My nails always look good, everyone is always asking me where I get them done. Anne knows what she's doing, and she'll make sure your shape is on point. That's important to me. I usually don't get other services because last time I attempted to get a pedicure I found dead skin floating in my water (BEFORE) I put my feet in - I refrain from pedicures now. But Anne is the star of this show, she's the best. P.S. She doesn't do pedis

I am a regular customer at this nail shop. I have been coming there for years and after today, I would never recommend anyone to spend their money in that place. I came in today (3/4/25) because I got a text for a 20% off coupon, that doesn't expire until 3/6/25. I show the coupon to the staff who is checking me out, all for her to say ITS EXPIRED. After trying to understand HOW is it expired when today is the 4th , she calls the owner. The owner who is very RUDE , FUNNY LOOKING & UNPROFESSIONAL, Says that it is "the system fault". He said "the system sends out automated reminders about coupons, but the one I have is actually already expired." I AM STILL CONFUSED!!! So I Say to him " that's false advertising because the coupon says 3/6/25." ( Keep in mind this happened to 2 other customers while I was there, and the staff also told them it's expired.) So basically he scamming ppl to come there, but not honoring the discount coupon. As we're going back and forth, he keeps blaming the system Instead of coming up with a solution, and then he hung on the phone. (Mind you we were talking through FaceTime)... I wanted to go off, but I didn't. I remained calm because I knew that would be my last time spending any of my money there. I have class, and I did get the service done, so I paid for it. On the other hand I don't appreciate how he handled the situation, and because I'm sure he will see this review I would like to remind him... It is because of US, that you are still in business. The only ppl in that shop getting serviced, are BLACK women. Not white, not Hispanic, NOT ASIAN. You cannot treat ppl that way and think good will come to you, because it won't. Be humble and remember who your actual supporters are.

This is one of the worst nail salons I've ever been to. Their work is mediocre at best and the customer service is awful. Rose did my nails and they began lifting two days after getting them done. When I came back to get them fixed she refused to fix them unless I waited, despite her not having a customer. I should have stopped coming here long ago, but it was convenient so I came back against my better judgement. Avoid this place at all cost the staff are rude and unprofessional, find a nail salon that values their customers. I waited over an hour and thirty minutes to get my nails fixed while Rose continued to ignore me. Eventually the manager who refused to tell me his name came to fix my nails and proceeded to yell and curse at me while he "fixed" it. I wish I could post a video of the this deplorable experience. This place is a joke.

- very much overpriced for no reason if I'm paying $105 for my nails it has to be truly worth it not some art project that was thrown together just because you want my money , gel pedicure i will say it's not worth $50 they need to do much better with pricing

0 stars! I promise I will never spend another dollar here. They don't know how to talk to people. I left in the middle of me pedi. They yelled across the shop to a woman and then the owner got frustrated with a customer and told her to shut up. They made this lady pay and tip before doing her nails. I'm good on being disrespected then having to pay you for the experience.

I saw Rose and I will definitely be coming back! She was amazing I got a full set with two different colored hands with white lines and they are just as I imagined! I am in love!!

Rose is absolutely the best! She was very gentle and took her time to make sure I loved my pedicure and full set. She's done my nails twice so far and I will continue going back.

This shop is very unprofessional..David the owner had me waiting for 2 hrs and still was unavailable to get my nails done.He kept moving me from seat to seat and still didn't get my nails done. I will never come there again.I will go back to my old nail shop.And then they charger different prices

The owner seems cognizant of customers wait time when it gets busy. They require masks and hand washing but that's about where the safety measures end. I didn't experience any bad customer service but up charging definitely happens here. Charging an extra $15 for tips (which cost about $3-4 for a box of 100) and giving an almond shape is a bit steep. Additionally, I don't think the lady who did the nails understood the concept of a French manicure, so that was disappointing.

I love this nail salon! My technician is Tiffany and she does an amazing job. I have tried several shops and never leave satisfied, but after visiting Tiffany I'm now a regular customer. My friends are now seeing her. She takes her time and make sure you leave happy.

Never again. I came in here to get a gel pedicure and SNS french tip set. The woman that did my nails unnecessarily used the electric file to file down my natural nails (they had NO polish or anything on them). She repeatedly cut me with it and kept going instead of hand-filing. This has severely weakened and damaged my natural nails. It wasn't even worth it end the end because my nails ended up very lumpy and ugly. The white from the french tip bleeds into the pink. I didn't see anything get disinfected before they used it between clients. The people in here truly do not care about customer satisfaction or safety. Please do not go here.

Tiffani always gets my nails and toes together. The salon is always clean and they offer water or wine while you wait.

I had a 5pm appointment today and I left. The salon was filled with so many women waiting . I was scheduled to get my nails removed and then a Gel Mani/Pedi with Cindy. The make nail tech told me to sit and Cindy would be with me. I purposely got there at 4:50 to be early in hopes they would be on time. Nope... they weren't lol. So at about 5:15, I asked if I could soak so we can have my nail ready for removal. The male nail tech waved me off and basically was like oh there are other people and I'm like okay? I still have a 5pm appointment. He walked away. I waited 15 more minutes sitting in Cindys chair. Cindy walks over to where I am and simply says, can you move from my chair . She was still working on someone else. She didn't say hello. Anything... her manners were rude. I stood up and said to the male nail tech, I'm out... he said talk to her she is there. I go for what? She has to finish this lady and I had an appointment and it's clear y'all are not ready so I'm out. And I left ... I will not be returning.. I thought I finally found my nail spot ... I guess I was wrong ....The service was terrible and terrible customer service. Several other women left before I did but I was trying to give them a chance. I left and went to best nails around the corner in the other shopping center. Judy took care of me. Come on over to Best Nails .

I got my nails done here for the first time and honestly I think the First Lady that did my nail was a little unexperience the nail broke the next day I came back and the lady in the front that usually always greets the customers redid my nails with no charge which I appreciate so much and made them look so much better she was very nice and took her time. My acrylic set cost 40

F for failure! I gave this a 1 star cuz of my nail color. Nasty service. There pedicure station didnt have any HOT WATER! Not to mention they had me waiting ungreated in the reception area for a good hour. Thennn homegirl puts a nail on wrong for my full set. I kept mentioning my nail is not crocked and she kept saying everyones nail is crocked. Never again.

Sometimes when i get my nails done here they look fabulous but this time was totally different. I got a pedi and my first set of acrylics for graduation. The eyebrows lady( red hair) did my toes and they look phenomenal. Then i went to get my nails done by a man with a lot of tattoos on his arm. When he put the acrylic on my nails and started buffing my nails, he cut my skin and it started to bleed. After this he went outside to smoke and came back in with yellow eyes. He kept shoving my fingers around and kept scolding me because i didn't really know Where my hands were supposed to go. He never asked what shape i wanted and some of my nails feel bulky

Whatever you do, do not let Kevin do your nails. I should've gotten up from his chair when he began by telling me my nails are small. He doesn't know how to shape nor polish with gel. He put way too much polish on my nails to where it looked really thick and felt gummy. Then when i explained this too him, he of course got upset and did and even worse job repainting, leaving polish all over my hands and on the rim of my nail. Tom ended up fixing my nails, if you do decide to visit this place Tom would definitely be a better option. Stay away from Kevin he took forever for just a fill and does not know what he is doing.

Poor customer services. They use their language culture as an barrier to not understand your request and concerns. But is able to communicate to influence you to get their services that are very expensive. I had to give them 1 star to write this review. Technically they have no stars for the services they provided to me.

The heavy set guy was great and funny with my pedicure. But my nail tech was rusty and angry on top of that I had to come back the next day for repair. Your paying extra because they serve wine so you Jack the price. Let me tell you something y'all not gonna last toooo long cause cLearly yOu didn't do your research first. And I'm gonna leave it there like all the women here was angry just the worst experience ever. On top of that they over charged me.

Courteous staff, do pretty decent nails and they have good prices. Definitely worth checking out for that quick mani and pedi. They offer waxing and eyelash services too but I haven't checked that out.

The staff is very nice and they do average work. My biggest complaint is that they will leave you with your feet soaking for over an hour without an apology. I only go here because it's convenient to my house.

I've gotten mani and pedis here before and they are okay. The reason for the 2 star rating is the eyebrow/ eyelash service! I got my eyebrows done, and even though I said not too thin, it looked like I had pencil-drawn crazy clown arched brows when she was done. However, that was not the worst part, I was in a hurry and needed to go out of town for a special event so I got my lashes done - something simple, just strip lashes. The woman who did my lashes wiped my eyes with alcohol! My eyes were burning and she was annoyed that I was blinking! The area around your eyes is the most sensitive skin you have on your body not to mention your eyes! Alcohol! I could not believe it.. She was using it to clean off the glue not because of sanitation measures! The tweezers that she used to attach the eyelashes with are just laid down randomly on the table AND she stuck the glue applicator she used on me back in the glue tube she would use on everyone, and then she just put everything back in the drawer. ( I saw this after my eyes were done!) Not enough sanitation measures for my taste. I will never, ever go back there again for lash service, but if you just need your nails done they're OK. I would not recommend them for any other services, especially lashes!
