Google
f you haven't tried their bestselling egg tarts, they're easily some of the best you can find in NYC. The egg tarts lean more toward the Portuguese style, with a laminated crust and a rich, jiggly egg custard filling. The crust was incredibly buttery and flaky. $3.9 each is honestly such a steal for the quality! I really wanted to try their matcha tiramisu tart, but it was sadly sold out by the time I got there around 3... *Velvet Matcha Layered Latte $5.9 *Matcha Latte Boba $6.9 I went with minimal sugar for the velvet matcha and no sugar for the matcha boba since the brown sugar boba already added sweetness. The matcha cream foam on the velvet matcha was decadent. The matcha itself was smooth and rich without being too bitter. Between the two, I definitely preferred the velvet matcha.

Passing by Naisnow, I spotted freshly baked egg tarts and popped in for afternoon tea—a White Snow and an egg tart. The warm treats were perfect for New York's chilling weather. Since Naisnow grand opening, the place was always packed, so I never had time to visit until today! Finally got to try it! The staff were super friendly and served me quickly—had my order in about five minutes. Next time, I'm trying the Super Avocado!

Google
We lined up for 7mins to order and 8mins when they called our number. What we ordered: Egg Tart [4/5] - creamy, doesn't taste eggy, the pastry is still cripsy and flaky Coffee Tiramisu Tart [4/5] - same with egg tart just added coffee flavor Bacon Potato Salad Tart [5/5] - the best for me, I can taste the egg, bacon, potato and mayo. Pistachio Horn [3/5] - outside is crispy and flaky but I can't taste the pistachio. Lemon Cream Horn [4/5] - it's lemony but nothing extra ordinary. Mango Sago [4/5] - it's good, I can taste bits of mango and maybe pomelo? Super Grape [4/5] - refreshing, doesn't taste like artificial Super Avocado [4/5]- fresh, weird texture for the oat and chia but still good Everything is not too sweat which is really good.

I visited the opening of Naisnow in Long Island City. They had Nancy promotions going on so you can imagine that the lines were long and everyone wanted to see what the hype was about. I returned two days later and tried a lavender milk tea and ordered two egg pastries. The milk tea was good. It wasn't as sweet as I would have liked it but the flavor profile of lavender was strong. I also enjoyed the egg pastries that reminded me of the Portuguese pastry. Would I return? Yes. It was so cutely packaged and very thoughtful to include gloves- in case your hands are dirty! Please look at my pictures to see the gloves and crowd. Again, it was a grand opening so I imagine that the lines will be a lot shorter within the upcoming month.

Google
I have tried a few items since NaiSnow opened: Daily Green Bottle, Mango Sago, White Snow, Coffee Tiramisu Tart, and the Seaweed Meat Floss Mini Cake. My top recommendations are definitely the White Snow cold version only and the Coffee Tiramisu Tart. The cold White Snow is delicious, but I personally did not like the hot version because it tasted a bit funky to me. The other drinks and baked goods were decent, just not something I would come back for regularly. I will definitely be returning to try more of their drinks and desserts in the future.

Google
I’m not sure what the hype about this bakery is but it’s not really worth the wait. The egg tarts that they sell are very very mediocre, me personally I do prefer the Chinese bakery egg tarts more than these ones here. The drinks were alright, I think it’s good that you try this place only when it’s not busy. But when it is busy and packed forget about it

Google
NaiSnow has been my fo to spot for many years since it started in Shenzhen. I came with much expectation to the new store in Flushing with my friends. The taste was amazing and all desserts were amazing. We had such a fun afternoon here. Hope the standard and quality stay the same!

Stephan H.

Google
The egg tart was good and white snow drink was amazing. The opening weekend was way too crazy. Having the ability to preorder before opening caused them to sell out of items just as soon as they opened. All the matcha tiramisu tarts were sitting there but not available for purchase due to them being “reserved” online already. Will give them another shot later when it dies down

Yelp
I finally stopped by Naisnow, and honestly, I'm already planning my next visit. At first, ordering is a bit weird. You walk in seeing a showcase of the desserts thinking you can order from the person behind the counter but shes just responsible for packing. You actually have to keep walking to the back to the register. Their caramel egg tarts were the first thing I tried, and they were delicious. The crust was delicate and flaky--light enough to crumble perfectly but sturdy enough to hold that silky custard. It wasn't overly sugary either. These do sell out fast. I also ordered the Super Avocado drink, and it lived up to its name. It was incredibly creamy, almost like a dessert in a cup, but still refreshing and can be a bit heavy. It had this unique popping oatmeal boba which i never heard of or even tried before. You can really taste the fresh avocado. I wished that they had asked me how sweet i wanted the drink because it could've been sweeter. On a negative note: There shouldn't be a long wait for desserts to be packaged. Hopefully, they speed it up and not doing this to hype it up.

Yelp
- AUTOMATIC TIP APPLIED?!? - no sense of order or prioritization of the customer It wasn't busy so I walked in and was able to order immediately. I purchased and was prompted to sign the touchscreen and did so without double checking. Perhaps that's my mistake but they had AUTOMATICALLY selected 15% to add as a tip. I only noticed later when looking at my receipt. The total the cashier told me, the total I signed for and the end receipt total are different amounts. I'm not mad about the tip so much as that THIS IS SNEAKY BUSINESS PRACTICE. The selection for any tip amount should NEVER be AUTOMATICALLY SET. The customer is now paying more for mediocre service that does not leave any great impression whatsoever. I paid and I wait around for 5-10 minutes? There is no number called or any indication that the 2 egg tarts were ready. 5 workers, 3 waiting customers, couple minutes later, I decide to come back and get the package. I come back after half an hour and walk up to the empty counter. It took 3 workers a few minutes to figure out what happened and to pack my order of 2 egg tarts. I won't be returning any time soon.

Yelp
I came here in opening weekend where the line was really long. The staff was nice enough to provide umbrellas though. I ordered two drinks (bogo) and a crispy egg tart. The egg was great but the drinks were okay. The store itself is pretty small but flows nicely. After being back after opening weekend, the lines were considerably shorter so it might be a good time to drop by if you're in for a healthy drink.

Yelp
Treats first, thoughts after... I specifically came for the egg tarts. Best I have ever had. Croissant crust with excellent interior custard. It leaves a nice clear feeling in the mouth afterwards. Upstairs sitting area. The queue can get long and there can be a lot of congested traffic but what good bakery doesn't have this. No bathroom.

Yelp
Love this dessert place, but their tarts are always sold out!! Service is great and the ambiance is great, they have an upstairs seating.

Yelp
Refreshing and creative drinks with a healthy twist. Ambience (4/5): Clean, bright, and modern setup--great for a casual stop. Food (5/5): The Super Avocado was excellent and fresh; oatmeal boba added a fun, chewy texture. Value (4/5): Fairly priced for the quality and freshness. Service (4/5): Friendly and efficient, drinks came out quickly.

Yelp
Fresh fruity drinks. I think it really is like a smoothie, just with freshly peeled fruits (thank goodness, I like my grapes peeled) and some cheese foam! It does taste refreshing and nice, so I will definetly be back for some friit teas! Inside is crowded. They have some seating upstairs. They sell out of tarts very early. The staff was staff was kind and patient with us while we ordered

Yelp
When I first saw Naisnow's Matcha and Coffee Tiramisu topped egg tarts I was like what kind of gimmickery is this!? But as I thought about I started imagining the different textures of the whipped creamy tiramisu, cake, egg tart filling and flaky shell and considering could they work well together? Well I am happy to report that they do. In fact, very well! I tried the coffee flavored one (no Matcha available this day) It all comes together for a very satisfying desserty treat. The soft spongy cake layer adds a bit of contrast between the creamy topping and custardy egg tart. I thought the shell of the tart was a bit overdone, but I wonder if it was more flaky and tender would it just get lost in the mix. I tried a couple of sips of the Super Avocado which is billed as a meal replacement. I took my first sip and said oooh I don't like that. Something about the liquidy avocado flavor, chia seeds and popping balls and whatever other stuff they are putting in here gives it a slimy texture and insipid flavor that my second sip confirmed is not for me. On a Tuesday afternoon the wait time from ordering (10 min wait to order) to getting my goods in hand was about 30 minutes. My suggestion is plan other errands or get other treats nearby. Don't be like most of the other folks crowding the small space waiting the whole time for your pickup. Your number gives you a good estimate of how long you will wait when you see the ready board. Welcome to the neighborhood Naisnow!

Yelp
They were outta the matcha drink for 2 days apparently 4/5 white snow $7- "NaiSnow's Gold Award tea topped with thick, creamy cheese foam balancing savory and sweet flavors. A touch of matcha powder adds refreshing bitterness for a harmonious, lingering finish." The cheese foam got mixed in cuz I walked around with it, so I didn't taste the salt as much, but I wuda requested w/o the cheese foam had I realized it contained it. Amazing otherwise, anything Jasmine scented/ flavored is amazing when the jasmine scent & flavor is strong enough.

Yelp
They took over Iris Bakery, so they have a prime corner location! We went mid afternoon on a weekday and it was still a long wait! (Maybe 30 mins) It's tightly setup inside, but you can see the order status screen from the outside, so we waited outside (and went to grab other food real quick). They were out of the Matcha Tiramisu Egg Tart, but they still had the regular Coffee Tiramisu Egg Tart. It had a good crisp shell, and custardy texture. It's surprisingly not too sweet. I enjoyed the hint of coffee flavor. Besides the egg tarts, I was intrigued by the Super Avocado (which they market as a meal replacement). I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the oat popping bubbles. It is a better texture than just plain oats in the drink (plus easier to sip up the straw!). It had very good avocado flavor, while the other ingredients aren't too noticable (kale, jasmine tea, yogurt, coconut milk). Texture wise, it was creamy and for the most part, the chia seeds went unnoticed, which I liked. I didn't think to take a picture as it was in a regular boba cup instead of the aesthetic boxy cups I've seen pictures of. I'll be back to try their other pastries and for the Super Avocado. I'm just going to wait for the lines to die down.
google avatar

Yelp
Each time I came the line to order is short, but the line to pickup is very long. It took around 20 minutes for them to just pack some pastries. Sometimes it even takes 30 mins. I hope they fix this because it really makes the experience very uncomfortable and bad. The store is nice, clean and bright green. Theres a seats and tables upstairs. The staff seems uninterested and bored. The eggtarts were not bad. I like the crust, but the filling is a bit too soft for my liking. My kids love it though. The pistachio horn pastry was okay. I wanted the special matcha and coffee eggtarts, but they are sold out each time. I also tried mango sago drink was okay. I originally wanted to try the matcha coconut, but it was also sold out.
google avatar

Holly C.

Yelp
I honestly don't see what the hype is all about. I was waiting for the hype to die down and it quickly did. There was absolutely no line outside the store. Went fairly early in the morning and they ran out of the matcha drink!! How is that even possible? There are way too many staff just lounging around than actually doing the work - they were busy chit chatting instead of calling the number for ppl's drinks. The egg tart - sweet but not overly sweet, it was more on a watery side than firm. the crust is very buttery and flaky. mango sago - typical sweet mango pomelo drink, full of ice but plenty of real mango pieces. did not taste the jasmine tea at all white snow - light jasmine flavor and more milk than needed

Yelp
I visited on their opening day before noon and they had a separate line for delivery app pick up and for walk in ordering. It took about an hour before I was able to get inside. While waiting, the Chinese food delivery apps gave out little fans and playing cards to us waiting in line which was nice of them. Inside they only have the drink menu on the TV, not the food items. Food items were in the display cases. Since it was their opening day, the signs for the food items were a bit all over the place but I'm sure they'll eventually smooth out those operational bumps. Obviously the the egg tarts are one of their best sellers so I got the matcha tiramisu and normal egg tarts. Redeemed my free drink coupon (from their pre-opening promotions) for the white snow which was a matcha jasmine milk tea. Also ordered the avocado smoothie and matcha coconut drink as part of the BOGO deal. I went back for my order in about 20 minutes and the items were read y for pick up. They display the order numbers on the TV screen high up so you can see it from the entrance. Be careful though that if you order food and drink items, they don't package them together so make sure you get both bags before leaving. The drinks seem to travel well in their insulated bags but they aren't sealed so there's a chance for spillage. White snow- I think they might've given me the wrong drink. All I tasted was coconut water and matcha instead of jasmine milk tea. That's too bad, I was looking forward to trying this drink. Matcha coconut- tasted like matcha and coconut water. Not really my type of drink but nice to try it at least once. Avocado smoothie- surprisingly not too heavy on the avocado flavor. It's marketed as a meal replacement item on the menu and with the amount of toppings added (popping barley boba, chia seeds) it sure seems that way. A very healthy drink amongst the sea of milk tea shops around it. The egg tarts are where I think they really shine. The matcha tiramisu tart was basically the normal tart plus a small piece of matcha tiramisu cake on top. Who knew this pairing would work so well together? The egg tart custard was so creamy and reminded me of crème brûlée while the pastry shell was super flakey almost like a croissant. I think once the crowds die down, I might go back to try their other tarts and savory options. For their grand opening, they were also giving away gifts like jasmine scented stone ornament and a tote bag.

Yelp
A new bakery that opened in the heart of Flushing at the corner of Prince St and Roosevelt Ave. I came by on a weekday afternoon and the line was shorter than the last few days during their grand opening promotions. Even though I started waiting from inside the building, the wait was still about 15-20 minutes before I reached the cashier. Surprisingly, there was no limit to how many things I can order so I got 4 of their caramel Egg tarts, the Daily Green Drink and a Matcha Coconut Drink. I did not get to try their Super Avocado Drink since they ran out. As for all the other flavored tarts and pastries, they were all sold out as well. The caramel Egg tarts are decent size and quality for $4. The outside layers are so crispy and the inside is not too sweet. The green juice reminds me of the island green smoothie from tropical smoothie cafe but with a jasmine tea kick to it which is good if you want a healthier alternative. The matcha Coconut juice is simply coconut juice with matcha. It's the first of its kind here in Queens or Flushing area, but it's been popular in the city where coconut juice is used as the base for other stronger flavors. Would love to come back to try the Super Avocado Drink and the Tiramisu Tarts! The prices are pretty average compared to the other places in Flushing. I'm so happy they opened up the seating area upstairs too! For the longest time, it's been closed when it was Iris Bakery previously. And it's not hot at all upstairs even though you're right above a kitchen. Love the vibes!

Yelp
I had been seeing Naisnow on TikTok for a few weeks before my trip to NY so when I saw it while walking around Flushing I knew I was stopping. I ordered the White Snow (Jasmine Tea + Organic Matcha topped with creamy cheese foam and matcha powder) and a caramel egg tart. Great midday snack! They were both excellent! I'll absolutely be back! Nice little seating area upstairs.
google avatar

Yelp
Got their egg tarts, absolutely delicious. The flavors were on point. The pastry was flaky and thin. The egg custard was creamy and silky. I would go back just for their tarts. Was going to get the matcha coconut, but they were out of coconut. So got their mango pomelo, which was very good. You could taste the freshness of the mango. My husband got the very orange and it was good as well. It was like orange juice with fresh citrus in it. My only complaint was that the instructions on how to know your order was ready was not really clear. After ordering all I knew was that there was a line on the side to wait for your order. If it wasn't for my husband I probably wouldn't have known that there was actually a screen that displays the order numbers when it is ready. The screen was located where the cashier was, but in between two other screens that displayed the menus. There were also other customers that did not really know if their order was ready or not. I think the cashiers should mention this when giving us the receipts. But other then that, everything here was very good.

Yelp
Cute new bakery in Flushing. I was hoping for a stronger matcha flavor in the matcha coconut drink, but it was still good. The matcha tiramisu tart was so pretty, I loved the crispy tart, but I didn't think it tasted much like a tiramisu. They are pretty crowded inside, and as of right now they haven't opened any seating area.
google avatar

Evelyn N.

Yelp
3.5/5 stars A little pricey, even for this economy. Didn't get any of the drinks this time since the wait was LOOOOONG. I saw people waiting 30+ minutes after their order to pick up their drinks. I ordered two of the caramel tarts, one matcha and one tiramisu. Taste is okay but very aesthetically pleasing to look at. The upstairs seating wasn't available but I hope to return when it does, and hopefully when the hype dies down I can try some of their matcha drinks.
google avatar

Emily G.

Yelp
Super avocado - more icy with a subtle avocado flavor Matcha coconut - yummy and sweet enough from the coconut water and cream, matcha isn't super strong tho Tarts - delicious, but not very consistent. the regular (caramel) texture is more similar to xin fa's where it's a bit more custardy. The tiramisu was similar, but the matcha one was more like a cream cheese texture which was confusing. The tart shell is super flaky tho, and the cake on the tiramisu + matcha is like a chiffon cake. Service is quick, I went opening day and waited for 1.5 hours to finally get my drinks + tarts but I think it'll get better. I've had naisnow drinks in China and didn't think it was all that great, feel like I had a similar experience here. I'd go back only for the tarts if there's no line. They had a promotion for a free tote bag if you gave 5 starts on google so I wouldn't trust that rating.

Yelp
I can't even begin to describe my disappointment in this place. This store had been promoting their opening in flushing for quite a while now so maybe the hype that was built was why the disappointing felt even greater. I got the Super Avocado drink to try because they were out of the Mango Pomelo which is completely fine. The Super Avocado was a huge let down but it was palatable and it tasted like avocado so I was okay with it. Was it anything special though? Not really. I also got the Bacon Potato Salad Croissant Tart which was nicely warm but it was just so overpowering with mayo but still had no flavor to it. I was extremely disappointed about this. Moving on, I also tried the Coffee Tiramisu Croissant Tart which started off a lot better than any of the other two items. But that was only the beginning! The flavor died right away after so I decided to just try the croissant part with the custard part and there was literally no flavor. Overall, I do not think that this place was worth the wait and I cannot stress the disappointment I felt.

Yelp
Waited in line for their grand opening and it was faster than expected. Super nice and even gave us umbrellas for shade. They had a few drinks that were BOGO. We got the recommended green one and it wasn't bad. Pretty good but nothing too amazing imo. Other drinks might be better. We bought few of their sweets and they were really good! The tiramisu egg tart was my fav! Recommend others to check it out once the hype dies down a bit but overall pretty good selection.
google avatar

Yelp
So excited to try this after it finally opened in Flushing! The line was super long (we waited about 50 minutes ), but the ordering process was surprisingly smooth. I probably wouldn't wait that long again, but it'll definitely be worth it once the hype settles down a bit! We got the Daily Green Bottle, a smoothie with kale, green apple, lemon, and jasmine tea. It was super refreshing and light. A lot of pastries were sold out, but we managed to grab the egg tart, and it was delicious! Flaky crust with creamy custard inside, so good. Can't wait to come back and try more drinks and pastries next time!

Yelp
I went to NaiSnow Tea and Bakery their opening weekend. The line was long because they had grand opening specials. The day I went with my sister they had buy one get one free on certain drinks. Their concept is that they offer healthier bubble tea drinks and some pastries for a sweet note. This location was the company's first location in the US. They have recently also opened another location in LIC that I still need to check out. The main floor is where you order. You can see in the display the pastries available for purchase. Definitely do not skip on the food. They have big egg tarts. Their basic is the caramel egg tart. They also offer matcha and tiramisu versions as well where they have a mini cake on top with some piped creme and dusted with matcha or cocoa powder depending on which one. The egg tarts have the nice crisp shell with the light and creamy filling. I would get the egg tarts again. However my favorite was the seaweed and meat floss mini cakes. They come in a set of three. The cakes are light and airy. Has a thin layer of creme and the outside covered in the seaweed and meat floss topping. A nice mix of sweet and savory. For drinks I got the matcha coconut which was creamy and full of matcha flavor. They also have an interesting super avocado drink which has a lot of different mix ins which I will need to come back to try in the future. They have seating upstairs but I didn't get a chance to go up and check it out. Definitely will be back again.

Yelp
I love the tiramisu egg tart! I liked it better than the one at lelecha in midtown manhattan!

Yelp
Came here to try the avocado smoothie. The place is crowded and the lines are confusing. The screen didn't show my number so I have to wait for them to call. The smoothie has kale, avocado, chai seeds, yogurt, and coconut milk. Taste healthy. It has an upstairs where many people are sitting. There are pastries on the counter to buy. However, there is no menu displaying what pasties they have and what is the name. I have to show the cashiers the food from their Insta account. The staffs are okay.

Yelp
The line is very long to this place and I cannot believe I tried one of their signature drinks, Super Avocado. The wait time was around 10 minutes because of the many customers inside. The place is so packed that there's no space to walk. Everyone is just either waiting in line to order or standing by the wall waiting for their drink. After around 10 minutes, I got my super avocado drink and the lady in the counter gave me a flimsy bag instead of the green thermo naisnow bags. I guess I needed to order 2 drinks to get it. Anyways, the drink was amazing. It had oat popping boba at the bottom that was very cool to chew and pop! I love the boba a lot! It was not even sweet too. I thought it looked like passion fruit seeds but they are not crunchy and easily melt in your mouth once popped! This drink also includes avocado, kale, chia seeds, yogurt, coconut milk, and jasmine tea. Very creamy and smooth consistency. It was somewhat thick but easy to drink it. Going to get it again. It's just that it is around $9 after tax. It's also a meal replacement so it gets you full.
google avatar

Ruby L.

Yelp
I came around 6ish, a couple of weeks after the grand opening. There was still a long line! I got the Daily Green Bottle and the Super Avocado. They did not come in the bottle that they were advertised in. I think they ran out of the bottles? I felt that the Daily Green Bottle was what you expect from a kale drink. But I wasn't really a fan of the Super Avocado. I felt like a lot was going on, and it was very bland. BUT i guess if you want to replace a meal with it, then it's good. I didn't get the try the pastries and the other drinks, so I will definitely go back for them!
google avatar

Allyson B.

Yelp
We went there twice and always a line. Quality is good but i feel like the service should be better and how they are administering the orders because it's a tight space. I would get the coconut drink, avocado meal drink.
google avatar

Theresa L.

Yelp
Only tried the avocado smoothie, mango pomelo, and egg tart so far but I've enjoyed them all! They have seating upstairs but it's sometimes closed. I wouldn't say this place stands out compared to all the shops around, but it's worth trying if it's not busy.

Yelp
BLUF: Great pastries, interesting drinks. NaiSnow Tea & Bakery (奈雪) is a chain originating in Shenzhen, China, with over 1,900 locations, mostly in China. This location, which takes over the former spot of Iris Tea & Bakery, is NaiSnow's first location in the United States. NaiSnow's differentiation compared to the other shops on "Diabetes Alley" seems to be healthy green smoothie drinks, and premium egg tarts. We've had: - Mango Sago smoothie: $6.90 for a Medium (500 ml; 16.9 fl oz); $7.51 with tax. OK, but we prefer Hey Tea's Mango Grapefruit Boom drink. That said, we did accept the staff recommendation for 30% less sugar -- keep NaiSnow's theme of healthy drinks in mind when making comparisons. - Super Avocado 超能牛油果: $8.90 for a Medium (500ml; 16.9 fl oz); $9.69 with tax. A very good introduction to green smoothies. The main flavor is creamy avocado, aided by a hint of tartness and additional sweetness from the yogurt. The chia seeds and kale are healthy ingredients hidden in the flavor profile by the avocado and yogurt; additional depth is provided by jasmine tea and coconut milk. The "oat popping boba" are like little flavor bombs that soak up the avocado / yogurt flavors. I would consider the Super Avocado less of a "meal replacement" and more of a "meal complement." Mix well before drinking. - Caramel Egg Tart 焦糖可頌蛋塔: $3.90; $4.25 with tax. Very Good. Large, sweet but not overly sweet, with a thin, crisp shell. Pasteis de Nata from Lisbon, Portugal, are more buttery, but we really liked NaiSnow's egg tart. - Matcha Tiramisu Egg Tart 抹茶提拉米蘇蛋塔 and Coffee Tiramisu Egg Tart 咖啡提拉米蘇蛋塔: $4.50 each; $4.90 with tax. These are a thin layer of matcha and coffee tiramisu, respectively, on top of an egg tart. The matcha tiramisu was pretty strongly flavored; the coffee tiramisu was medium-light in flavor. - Pistachio Cream Horn 開心果號角 and Lemon Cream Horn 檸檬號角: $5.90 each; $6.42 with tax. The horns are crispy, flaky; a high-quality find surprising to see outside of a Western bakery. The Pistachio Cream is better balanced than the Lemon Cream, which is rather tart, but both are good in their own way. Notes: - Although NaiSnow is open until 10 PM, they seem to make a limited amount of baked goods per day, and may run out of inventory for late afternoon and evening visitors -- perhaps even for early afternoon customers during weekends. - There is an order status board above and to the right of the order stations, which we initially didn't notice due to crowding. There are no audio cues to notify customers when their orders are ready. - Discounts might be available via the FanTuan app.

Yelp
Not impressed with the White Snow drink - extremely heavy imo, not as good as molly tea but better than tea scholar, if that helps. not sure why the matcha powder and foam was needed because you really couldn't taste it. Had the caramel tart because there was NO MATCHA AVAILABLE .. seems like they don't even serve that anymore? because the recent reviews they ran out and the staff had no clue when they'd be making it again. The tart though was actually good. Super flakey exterior that was sturdy enough to keep the moist interior intact and not soggy. Not too sweet and a perfect snack.

Yelp
Tried their matcha egg tart. It was not that sweet, I can taste the egg in the custard filling.

Yelp
Rating: 3.5/5 I was excited to stop by to try a new milk tea franchise from China. They opened earlier this month and we went on a Saturday afternoon so it was pretty busy but not insane (I think we waited 10-15 minutes for our drinks). Their fruit-based drinks remind me of a lot of the Heytea ones, and they don't have a wide range of milk tea options. The most intriguing drink is their avocado meal replacement, but I didn't get a chance to try it. I got the jasmine milk tea, which came with cheese foam and a dash of matcha powder on top - I thought this was just ok. The tea flavor was muted so it just tasted more like milk. Their egg tarts looked good but it seemed like they were out of the matcha and tiramisu ones (they only had the regular ones). They're on the larger side but they're definitely pretty pricey ($4+ for one regular tart). My friend said they were above average but nothing too special. I also noticed that Lelecha in Manhattan also had a version of the tiramisu egg tart, so you could also try one from there as well. Overall glad I tried it but I wasn't super impressed.

Yelp
Naisnow is Prince street's newest addition to their boba collection. My friends and i visited during their soft opening where we tried 3 of their drinks! Overall, I feel like their drinks are very legit! Not too sweet and everything is solid! The drinks taste like they're high quality and their packaging is pretty cool. I think they have a cool concept! Service was a bit on the slower side, but since it's their soft opening, that's understandable. The staff seemed friendly and were clearly still finding their pace. While I didn't get a chance to try the pastries, they looked promising. Will definitely be back to try their other menu items. TLDR; solid drinks, slow service, looks promising!

Yelp
Their egg tart is probably one of the BEST tasting egg tarts in nyc. The flaky shell compliments well with the sweet egg pudding. Their daily green bottle is healthy and tasted the best too. Great combo to get. Service was ok but I think it's because they are busy. Inside is beautiful but limited seating.

Yelp
I'm honestly surprised by the low ratings because the egg tarts are so good! Plus they have upstairs seating. I only wish they didn't use those fancy bags. It seems very wasteful and bad for the environment.

Yelp
Another bubble tea place landed in flushing (let alone on prince street) so I had to try. I got the Super Avocado which is a blend of avocado, kale, jasmine tea, yogurt, chia seeds, and oat popping boba. I wasn't expecting to like it as I never tried a sweet drink made of avocado but I quite enjoyed it. It has a strong taste of avocado and jasmine tea, but not much kale flavor. The best part of the drink was the popping oat boba which has a satisfying pop. The drink was smooth and I would give it a solid 3.8/5. The mango sago however was disappointing. Although I liked the small chunks of mango in the drink, I didn't like how little sago there was and the drink tasted a little watered down. There's way better mango sago on the same block so I'm giving it a 2/5. The caramel egg tart was delicious and I would get that again. I waited about 15-20 minutes for my order and there is currently no online ordering options. They have an upstairs seating area but it was closed when I went.

Yelp
A truly disappointing addition to the neighborhood. Let me explain. Opening weekend - great. Ordered half dozen egg tarts and meat floss (comes in 3). Egg tart was (and remains) very good in taste and appearance. Came in a box and was presentable. Next two times, we went and ordered the same exact order. Except they no longer pack the egg tarts in boxes, they rather pack them in paper envelopes - as a result, egg tarts smushed against each other. Take a look at the photos! Why sell egg tarts when you can't spare a goddam box to prevent this kinda sh*tshow? Next, let's get into the workers here. No fuqs given by management. Customers cut line, workers look like they're done even before starting their shift, a literal sh*tshow. It's a mess all around. For the price and various availability of similar products in this neighborhood, there is lots to be fixed.

Yelp
The green juice and coconut matcha drinks are both very good and not too sweet. I think it's healthier than drinking bubble tea. Their caramel egg tart is worth a try. The golden flaky buttery crust has so many layers and the egg custard is super creamy and melts in your mouth. Not too sweet but very satisfying. I like the sweet and savory contrast of their mini pork floss cake. It also goes well with the green juice. I have gone back.

Yelp
The Bakery stuff is very good. I like tiramisu egg tart and matcha egg tart. And I drink a little green bottle. It taste very fresh. I like the fresh taste. If we can improve their customer services, it would be even better.

Yelp
Thinking of giving up on even trying to get their egg tarts. I came in early in the morning and the egg tarts were sold out, fine that's okay. But then I asked the worker how long it would take for the next batch to come out and she says an hour, so I decided that I'd come back in an hour exactly as the worker said. I come back to find out that they were sold out already again... 30 min ago. So the worker lied which is just horrible for their business. If they have a hot item, they should prep ahead of time with a large batch. Management really needs to take a look at their staff because lying to customers like that is not a good look on their part. Also, I tried to order ahead as well on their " scan to order " QR code and it doesn't even allow you to order anything, it just says details and there is no button to add any items to your cart. It's ridiculous, the service they provide for both online and in person. Extremely unsatisfied with the service.

Yelp
Launch was frustrating. Pre-orders were told that they have to order again in the front anyways. Multiple people waited in line just to be lied to and screwed over and have one of the most mid-tier drinks, especially in Flushing, which given the area, the drinks are trash. Why are you telling them that their orders were already ready when they clearly weren't and they had to still re-order them at the front and wait an additional 1-2 hours? That's some shady stuff, and you should be ashamed for lying and wasting people's time like that. Drinks are absolutely terrible. Do not get the milk teas no matter what, spend your money somewhere else in flushing for drinks. Some of the other drinks that involve fruits are better tasting. The store claims that it's healthier, but until there is a nutrition label fact with ingredients listed, I'm skeptical that it's actually healthy and probably just packed with sugar to make it taste better than it actually is. The egg tart though? Fantastic. Not overly sweet, and it doesn't feel like you're getting Diabetes from eating it. It has a really nice cronchy, flaky crust and it leaves you satisfied but wanting more. If there is anything that you should treat this store as, it's a great egg tart place.

Yelp
Bummer that they ran out of their coconut matcha, so we got the jasmine matcha instead. We definitely tasted the jasmine but not the matcha so we were a bit disappointed. However, their egg tarts are amazing and crispy. They were super flaky and buttery and would come back again for it.

Yelp
Waited over 20 minutes while people who ordered behind me got their drinks. When I went to ask they said because they didnt have the cheese foam they just had my drink on the side waiting. Instead of telling me they had me stand there waiting for over 20 minutes. The pork floss cake was good but the egg tart had no taste. The service is trash and the super avocados drink was honestly nasty. Not worth waiting in line for. Super overhyped. It was also hot in there no ac or air.

Yelp
Service was horrible, it looked like the workers did not know what they were doing. I wanted to order 3 egg tarts and the girl just said I can only order 2 ? No idea why? They also do not speak any English. Egg tarts were good but you need to improve in your service.

Yelp
This place sucks we waited in line since early in the morning and then they would not serve us! My tita says do not spend your money here!!! Terrible treatment to my immigrant family from the service workers! My tita was almost in tears by the time we left. Don't come here.

Yelp
Service was horrible. food and drinks were nothing special for the long wait. h mart and 99 ranch have better options for your buck. SAVE YOUR MONEY
