Google
In A Nutshell: -Naked Fish is a locals hot spot for Japanese food. -It is a very good idea to call ahead & make a reservation. -The small space makes the environment cozy & intimate. -The food is always fresh & delicious, I especially enjoy the Deep Fried Mackeral, Screaming Orgasm Salad & the garlicky edamame. -The beer here is very cold which pairs well w/ their cold house sake. Overall, I've eaten here many times & it never disappoints!

Google
The best sashimi/omakase I have ever had in the US. I live in Indianapolis, but would fly out to vegas just to eat here again. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was laid back, and the food was top quality. Forget Nobu, this is the place to be

Pamela Griffis

Google
We absolutely love this place. Their sushi is fresh and delicious. we have been coming for over 15 years now, and the quality has never been disappointed. It's totally worth the drive as we live on the Centennial area.

Google
My new favorite sushi place in Vegas when though it's been there 17 years. The food was so good I forgot to take photos. Excellent experience. It's intimate and just like what we experience in Japan. It's small and you feel like family while you are there. 10/10 recommend.

Google
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a pick up over the phone, they said it’ll take an hour to be ready. I showed up on time, but the food wasn’t ready. They said it’ll take 20 min more. After 25 min, I asked them to check on my order. The sushi chef/owner said it’ll take an hour more! Unfortunately, I had to leave without my order. No one even apologized. Also, every time I went there (even when I booked a table in advance), I waited 20 min minimum to be sited, and 45-60 min more for my food. This place needs a new management.

Google
Naked Fish's Sushi & Grill great service, awesome food. We ordered Omakase sashimi, BF Otoro, ama Ebi, uni japan, A5 Wagyu Nigiri, Hamachi Kama, Maccha Green Tea, Dragon Fly rolls, and for dessert Konejo Ice Cream, Green Tea Brulee. Everything tasted fresh and did not disappoint after trying it 14 years ago. I'm glad it is still a good place for sushi. I highly recommend this place.

If anyone were to ask me where to experience the greatest Sushi in Las Vegas (and or the Country!) it would be Naked Fish’s Sushi & Grill <3 I’ve spent nearly 5 years coming here and it always makes me feel so special! The Chefs here are amaze zen! True OG’s of sushi! Anything you try here will not ever disappoint! They’ve always remained consistent with Top Quality service and the freshest ingredients! Always look forward to spending time here and enjoying True Sushi. Thank you to the Chefs and staff for always always making our experiences memorable and comfortable.

Google
Delicious food all around! We tried the deep fried sushi and they were next level! The service is great! If you really want to treat yourself, try the tempura ice cream. It is top when it comes to my favorite desserts!

Yelp
I would've never thought of coming here because from the outside, it didn't look that appealing; however, so many people I know have said many good things about this place. I just let my boyfriend take control, so I'm not sure what we ordered-- I think we got the Omakase set? Haha All I know is that it was presented beautifully by our server (Wanda), and it all tasted amazing. I always underestimate things like this. I always think "I'm not gonna get full off of this," but I'm always wrong haha I was stuffed to my gills by the end of it. We finished off with the Konejo ice cream dessert by Chef Jhovani. Crispy & creamy-- the way to end our meal. I'm excited to try more things like the NY Strip and much more next time :)

Yelp
We were excited to try this place but were very disappointed. The food was OK. I'd say above average for Vegas, but not worth all the hype. Had to wait 10 minutes to get seated and the waitresses just ignored us while we stood at the entrance. Waited another 40 minutes for the first roll to come out and then the food slooowly came out over the course of what seemed like forever. We enjoyed the atmosphere - cute little place. The fish to rice ratio was high (but not always a good thing). Probably won't come back again since there are other sushi places in Vegas with better service and better food.

Yelp
Great spot for sushi at a good price. All of the seafood was really fresh and of the best quality. I came during a rush hour and the staff was patient, attentive, and well prepared as well as the sushi chefs. I highly recommend getting stuff from theirs daily special because it is super fresh and delicious!

Yelp
I'm a sushi snob and I just visited Naked Fish's for the first time. OMG. It was the BEST sushi I've ever had! Nobu quality, family pricing! satisfied. I recommend getting a reservation. Small inside
google avatar

Randy D.

Yelp
Food is really good here. Quickly becoming my go to sushi spot. Not much to look at inside, like a familiar spot, dark and plain. Keeps the tourists away lol. Service is always good, friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. Always good specials, this visit has uni from Japan! Prices can be steep but you pay for good quality. Have a good happy hour too! Love it here and can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Yelp
One of the only restaurants that deserve a five star review. Have been coming here for almost 2 years. Best miso sea bass in the world, also get the Japanese lasagna, dark circle roppongi rolls
google avatar

Adam A.

Yelp
I took the family here including our 4 year old for a party of 7 last night and they were very accommodating and friendly. The food was mostly exceptional and I devoured my omakase nigiri and hand roll. Our server was very nice and attentive. We will definitely become regulars here!
google avatar

Erik L.

Yelp
The service is fantastic and I'll let the pictures speak for the quality of the food. The only problem was I should've taken more pictures
google avatar

Anissa L.

Yelp
If you're looking for high quality fish with great service, this is your spot. Conveniently located off the strip, yet still has a view of the strip which is a nice touch to the location. We've been coming here for years, it's easily one of our favorite sushi restaurants in Las Vegas. You can't go wrong with anything you order here! Shoutout to the amazing chefs.
google avatar

Yelp
I've been coming here for years when I was a toddler. Coming back as an adult after 300 visits, not on Yelp. Still a 5 star venue. Great music Staff Food quality Pricing Ambiance is still relaxing and quaint. Please come visit https://open.spotify.com/playlist/20AtLc5xngb4mgFVNZ8DAd?si=uO059gpNQ-uU4mLsR3MVcg&pi=u-6RBILEz5R6ij I would come back anytime any day with any hour with any group. Please let them all know.

Yelp
Fresh, delicious, careful. My best LV foodie friend and I tried this place on the emphatic recommendation of a great waiter who has lived in Vegas all his life. To be honest, I was a little surprised by the size of the space and its well-loved interior -- I guess I expected one more of these sparkly new greige cement and stainless places. But this place exudes comfort and experience. The chef is quiet and efficient. We were greeted with warmth and sat by the big window. The menu is great - not huge, but filled with delicious options. There is no AYCE, and prices are moderate. The fish was extra fresh, delicately sauced, and gloriously toothsome. While we were there, a wine salesperson came by with two very tasty and high quality white wines I would totally order and pay for. He spent a few minutes suggesting the food we could pair with it. We will be back!

Yelp
Best customer service, Wanda was so sweet and the yellowtail was delicious and miso soup

Yelp
Where do I start? I have been coming to Naked Fish's sushi for over 10 years! Whether it was meeting friends for lunch (miss the lunch special hours), or enjoying happy hour with the wife. Naked Fish's has always been solid and consistently the freshest sushi in Vegas. Take a look at the daily specials in case something catches your eye. Over the years, we have tried many items on their menu and am happy they still serve our favorites. Some of the best items are the Lisa Lisa shrimp tempura crunch roll 5/5 (sweeter roll with the sauce), hamachi carpaccio 5/5, salmon carpaccio 5/5, fried calamari 5/5, Cream Croquette 4/5, HH Yuzu seared salmon 5/5, the Omakase nigiri has a nice assortment and presentation, Agedashi tofu 5/5, Seaweed salad 5/5, HH gyoza 4/5, HH deep fried oysters 4/5, salmon, tuna, otoro and yellowtail nigiri 5/5, 14 piece sashimi B 5/5, if you like it HOTTT try the jalapeno yellowtail 5/5 or the hottest roll they serve, the OMG roll which includes a piece of Thai chili in each bite 5/5 good to the last tear! Way more but these are off the top of my head. Sake: If you enjoy peach, the Hana Peach Sake is BOMB 5/5. The Yuzu sour is also delicious. For dessert, the green tea ice cream is always good, or try the green tea crème brulee with strawberry sorbet! Note: They have a $25 corkage fee if you want to bring your favorite bottle to enjoy with your meal. Tip: Come to Naked Fish's for New Years! No cover and amazing views! Make a reservation in advance. Arrive around 9-10 and enjoy your favorite sushi and sake and just before midnight you get party favors, good luck soba noodles and a glass of champagne to ring in the New Year with while you step outside and watch the strip fireworks with a great view! Yelp Check in offer, FREE edamame.

Yelp
This spot was fantastic. It's small so make sure to make a reservation on the weekend because it gets pretty busy. Parking lot is big so parking is super easy. I recommend the baked salmon roll, garlic edamame, and miso. The service is great here as well. Side note: the bathroom has a heated toilet seat which is amazing lol
google avatar

Harley S.

Yelp
It's not amazing sushi, but it's definitely better than an AYCE place. I've come here maybe about 5 times now and always satisfied but never like blown away hence the 3 star. I'm not super sure why I'm never blown away but maybe the sushi rice is lackluster? Service is always good but never amazing as well. I'll probably updated my review if I do get blown away on my next visit.
google avatar

Kenneth E.

Yelp
Naked fish never disappoints. Fish is great quality and service is always excellent. I've tried multiple items from their menu, all great with the 3 fish sashimi and hamachi kama being my favorite. My wife loves the shrimp tempura negi toro and spicy salmon cut roll. We come couple times a month for a date night treat.
google avatar

Robbin B.

Yelp
Back to the only Sushi spot I frequent. After all these years, I still love how I can customize my roll just the way I like it! Always fresh snow crab (many places only have crab mix) which I can't eat. Tonight my hubby tried the "Gossy Roll". This roll is epic and super delish- per my sushi snob. Not sure when this beauty was added to the menu but what a great addition it is.
google avatar

Jessy W.

Yelp
I've been obsessed with their 911 rolls since 2010 and their service/food has always been great. During pandemic they started charging an automatic 15% gratuity for take out, which I understood.. Difficult time, maybe treated it as a service fee, idk. However, they've since bumped it up to an automatic 18% gratuity for take out and I'm just wondering if this is legal or if the owners are even aware... Or are the servers just making up auto grat amounts?? She said it's a gratuity fee like a service fee... So is it just a service fee now and the servers don't get it so we need to tip on top of the service fee?? Makes us not want to go there but the 911 rolls
google avatar

Yelp
I wanted to take myself out on a date, and did a restaurant roulette and ended up at Naked Fish. Whew. And what a night. Worth it. I enjoyed a platter for 3 kinds of fish sashimi (yellowtail, tuna, and salmon), a roll, edamame, and cookies and cream tempura ice cream. Everything was delicious. I tried to finish everything, but I think I was just feeling stuffed. I also just felt really seen and cared for by the wait staff. I was feeling really down, and it was comforting to be surrounded by them, and with good food.

Yelp
After my last review, we thought we'd give this place another try; since this place has been so hit or miss, we thought tonight might be a hit. We walk in, and the place is empty. The waiter looks over and just stares. I ask if they're open, and he gets two menus and walks over and doesn't say anything. I ask again if they're open, and he looks over at the sushi chef. The waiter looks back at me and asks if I left a Yelp review. I told him I've written multiple, and he asks if I wrote a bad one. I told him the last one I wrote for them was bad. The sushi chef says he was really angry about the bad review and that he doesn't want me to eat at the restaurant. I tell him the last review was bad because they made a bad situation worse by ignoring me and not attempting to ameliorate the situation. He says he didn't ignore me, that he was just listening. I pointed out that after he "listened", he didn't say anything and just looked away, to which he nodded. I explained that doing something like that is ignoring someone. I also pointed out that he didn't bother trying to make anything better the last time by talking to me or apologizing, and he said he didn't need to. I said if he was actually angry about the review, the least he could've done is try to fix the situation. He just shrugged. I know the restaurant wasn't empty because of my previous review, and I'm sure they'll be just fine going forward, but in that moment, it felt pretty karmic that this guy is saying he's angry about my previous bad review, that he doesn't need my business, that they did nothing wrong previously, and that they didn't need to try to resolve anything, while talking across an absolutely empty restaurant. Clearly, the fact that we went there tonight is a testament to how good their food can be, but it's not like there's a shortage of good sushi restaurants in Las Vegas.
google avatar

Jody M.

Yelp
I have been here several times. They have been very helpful in explaining and making sure my items are vegan. It is a small place and we always had to make a reservation yet so worth it. They only have two vegan sushi rolls but for me with edamame and shishito peppers, I am satisfied. I have been there 3 times now and every time it has been consistent, refreshing and inviting. Cannot wait to go back!

Maggie B.

Yelp
Read this before you make the order! They're charging 18% tips for takeout order! Unbelievable! I understand that tipping is a significant part of the restaurant industry, especially for dine-in services where waitstaff provide direct service to patrons. However, applying the same percentage to takeout orders, where minimal service is involved, seems unreasonable. Typically, I am more than willing to leave a tip for takeout, but I believe it should be at the customer's discretion and based on the level of service received.

Samantha C.

Yelp
We ordered chirashi bowl. Sashimi is tiny not thick cut nor chunky kind. It's very fresh and the presentation is very nice. The ambiance and service are okay. For the food, I may come back.
google avatar

Marc V.

Yelp
Food 1/10 Service 2/10 I don't know if these other reviews are just clueless about what good sushi and Japanese food are supposed to be like but man this place is just not it. They're selling basic ass nigiris and sashimis for $5+ each for quality that's not even qualified to be in an AYCE menu You are better off going to any other AYCE sushi place for way better quality, service and for a quarter of the total money you would spend here. Food takes forever to come out and they're not even AYCE It wasn't even busy.... Which brings me to the service, the Japanese servers were fine but everyone else just wandering around barely checking tables. 4 servers on a small restaurant that's not even full house, I've worked at an ayce sushi restaurant 4x the size by myself on a holiday and still manage to check on every table every 5 minutes..... I'm sorry but y'all gotta hire less servers and maybe more chefs so y'all can afford to lower ur prices if rent is too high?

Logan D.

Yelp
Amazing service. Love the small intimate dining area. Good prices for quality product. Las Vegas hidden gem.

A H.

Yelp
If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars, I would!! Everything about this restaurant is amazing from the employees to the food/drinks to the atmosphere - it is my favorite sushi restaurant in Vegas and I would highly recommend this place to everyone! They always provide the best customer service - I have been going here for almost 20 years and I have never had a bad experience. The employees are so nice and go above and beyond and are really on top of things, great job!!

Yelp
Always great! Fresh fish awesome service. A fun and traditional environment where anyone feels like as if in a place in Tokyo.
google avatar

Merily B.

Yelp
Great service, the sushi is great, fresh and delicious. Especially the crispy rice roll with spicy tuna. Absolutely perfect

Virginia L.

Yelp
We'll be making this place one of our repeat, go-to sushi spots! NY Steak was juicy and had great flavor. Salmon nigiri was FIRE. Tasted super fresh. Inari nigiri also tasted fresh, with a surprising sprinkle of mushroom in the rice. Vegetable Roll for the Vegan at the table was packed with multiple thinly cut veggies to bring out a lot of great flavors. Service was attentive and friendly. The dining room is small, so would recommend making reservations!
google avatar

Rick K.

Yelp
Naked Fish was recommended to me by a friend & it did not disappoint. There is no all you can eat menu (to me thats a sign of a quality Sushi restaurant, if your going to an all you can eat joint usually low quality. I ordered the Rock n Roll Sushi Roll (no rice) cucumber wrap with Tuna, Salmon & Yellow Tail , with Karb- (Krab is imitation crab). I like that on the menu at Naked Fish they word it correctly (Karb) for imitation Crab vs. Crab for Real Crab - so you know what your getting. The roll was amazing you could taste the freshness/quality of the fish - the presentation/plating was very well done. I also ordered a soy paper hand roll of Spicy Tuna, oh man was this heaven - I ordered one and then had to order a second I couldn't hold back, the freshness made it so delightful. Love this place, will be back for sure. Note: make reservation, its a small place but worth making it a regular stop on your Sushi Trial.
google avatar

Kris L.

Yelp
This place is absolutely amazing for some mouthwatering sushi! It's actually a hidden gem tucked away from the busy strip. The rolls here are always bursting with incredible flavors. When you step inside, the decor may not be extravagant, but it gives off a charming vibe, like you've entered a cozy little sushi house in Tokyo. They have a few booths, some tables, and seating at the bar, so you have plenty of options. The service is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Whenever we're in Vegas, this is our go-to spot, and it has never failed to impress us.
google avatar

Savannah M.

Yelp
My favorite go to sushi place! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I crave a Lisa Lisa roll at least once a week.
google avatar

Camille S.

Yelp
Love this local sushi spot! I've been coming for years and the sushi is always fresh and their service is friendly, quick and very attentive. It's a cute little place, great for date night or with family and friends. I came during happy hour and ordered the jalapeño yellowtail, gyoza, fried oysters, Japanese lasagna, OMG roll, yuzu salmon and house sake. Portions were perfect for 1-2 people.
google avatar

Sheryl D.

Yelp
The food was amazing and the chefs were nice to create any carpaccio I wanted, depending on the type of fish you chose. Service was good, the food felt fresh and was served right out of the chefs hands. The restaurant isn't big, I considered to be a hole on the wall therefore it was a quite environment. Overall the experience was amazing.
google avatar

Wei Chieh C.

Yelp
We came in here late at night around 9pm on a Sunday night, they were somewhat busy but the service was still good. The quality of their fish is on point, I really liked their uni (sea urchin) and otoro (fatty tuna) sashimi, their uni tasted really fresh you can actually taste the sweetness of the it. Otoro was also great that you won't really need ginger to go with it. We also got the calamari as an appetizer and ended up getting another one later. It's perfectly cooked and comes with good portion for the price. I think our overall dining experience with them was excellent. Will definitely come back.
google avatar

John C.

Yelp
Still great after all these years. My wife and I have been going to Naked Fish for over ten years and I can't believe I have never written a review until now. We had the chu-toro, toro, uni, salmon, hamachi belly and unagi nigiri -- all excellent. They also had soft shell crab tempura-- light and crispy. It was our first dinner out since covid, and it was sure nice to return to "normal." They were busy, and the service was excellent as we remembered. Highly recommended!
google avatar

Art G.

Yelp
Been coming here for 10+ years! You won't find any rolls like this on the strip! Quality is good and service is amazing!

Bret O.

Yelp
How this place is this place isn't 5 stars across the board boggles my mind. It was without a doubt the best sushi I've ever had. The fatty tuna special and the waygu special were amazing. Even the simple salmon sashimi was amazing. We asked brian for suggestions and after a few back and forth questions, it was hit after hit. Next time I'm in Vegas I'll be going back.
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
So I'm bummed to lower my previous 5 stars because the food is delicious and the staff is friendly, but tonight was just rough. We were so looking forward to coming back, but tonight was fairly disappointing. We got there around 5:30, and there were a few open tables. First off, it was only 30 minutes after they opened and there weren't too many people there. But they were out of multiple items (beer and appetizers). It felt like a little bit of a joke at first each time we asked for something and were met with, "Sorry, we're out of that." I get that restaurants run out of items, and that's not normally a big deal, but it is strange to me that they had just opened and it's a Saturday night, which I would imagine they would be well-stocked for a potentially busy weekend night, but it is what it is. Service was SO slow. To get our first rolls, we waited 40 minutes. Again, there were people, but the number of people didn't justify the wait time for me. In all honesty, if we hadn't already gotten our drinks, and if my best friend hadn't been so excited to go back to Naked Fish after our last awesome trip, I would have just walked out. The food itself was delicious. And the waitresses were nice, but they definitely seemed frazzled running around, and my friend kept having to flag them down for every little thing because they weren't super attentive at all. I just didn't understand why the staff seemed so stressed and frazzled when there really just weren't that many people in the restaurant. The food quality is excellent, and if I were in a large group of friends just socializing and picking at food, I probably wouldn't have been as annoyed as I was tonight, but when you don't eat all day in anticipation for going out, not getting multiple things you request and waiting for over 40 minutes is just not what I want to do. I'll definitely be back, but hopefully we have an experience like the last time instead.

Mista N.

Yelp
Solid sushi spot off strip...fresh fish at a lower price point then the ones on the strip! A lot exotic options to try when they are available. Pretty straight forward 15 min drive down flamingo Rd.

Kianna P.

Yelp
I would highly recommend Naked Fish! The service was 5 stars, I ordered my food and it was already at my table by the time I got back from the restroom. I never had to ask to refill my drink and the server was very inviting and made very good recommendations. If you are a sushi lover, they have the best rolls. My favorite roll was the angry wives! The atmosphere was just what I needed it to be for my birthday. I will be going back!
google avatar

Judy B.

Yelp
Good sushi and good service.... What more can you ask for? Each dish has a separate flavor instead of them all tasting the same!
google avatar

Kelly N.

Yelp
Naked Fish's greatly exceeded my expectations! I found this place completely by random and only because my friend was craving sushi. The restaurant is located in the most low-key plaza, but as soon as you step into the restaurant you immediately feel this intimate connection to the staff. Making a reservation helps, the restaurant is really not that big. Everyone working there from the hostess to the chefs to the waiting staff, you guys are awesome! Exceptional service from beginning to end. The food...where do I start? Everything I ate fresh was butter (in a good non-guilty way). We got items ranging from sashimi (combo A with salmon, tuna, yellowtail) to octopus to uni and fatty tuna (TO DIE FOR!). I can attest without a doubt that anything off the sashimi/nigiri and monthly specials menu will not disappoint. We also checked in and got the free edamame, score! Of course sushi is not complete without sake, so we ordered the big bottle of Trapeza Junmai Ginjo. Unfortunately, it only comes in that size, so we had a grand time sharing our drinks with the chefs. Wonderful dinner, 10/10 would come again!

Yelp
Lured by the enticing yelp review...I made my way here hoping that I would find my go to sushi joint. This place was above average but I am not sure if I loved everything. We came in early for happy hour. We ordered both the jalapeno yellowtail and yuzu seared salmon. Both $7 for 4 pieces. They were fresh and tasty but value-wise , I got exactly what I paid for. We also ordered the fried oyster $5 for 3 pieces and spicy garlic edamame $5. The best value on the HH menu was the sake! $5 for a huge bottle that comes either cold or warm. Overall, the HH menu was solid but I would only return for the sake. We also ordered the nigiri omakase ($50 for 10 pieces + negitoro roll). While it was overall above average, the chef included a lot of fresh catch of the day that I didn't necessarily wanted or would've appreciated. One was porgy I believe. I can't remember the other ones. The tuna, otoro, and sb uni were good but mid-tier quality. The only one that was phenomenal that day was the hamachi belly. We ended up ordering 2 more pieces. I was actually a little disappointed by the negitoro roll as the nori was soggy, construction of the roll was sloppy, and the flavor was quite bland. Lastly, we ordered the ribeye steak. It was quite tasty and good value for a $21 8 oz ribeye. It came with an assortment of salts: matcha, himalayan pink, and your normal salt. We ordered rare + but, it came out more on the medium rare to medium side. Not a big deal, it was still delicious. We had a good experience. The waitresses were very attentive and very quick. I'll be back but I think i'll stick to the normal dinner menu next time.

Yelp
To go order review. Please review your receipt when getting a togo order. they charged 18% automatic tip on a togo order. I was about to leave additional tip but the person who took my receipt didnt even mention about the automatic 18% tip on the togo order. I caught it so i did not leave additional tip. Food is good quality but i wouldnt order togo again. Charging 18% auto tip on togo order is outrageous.

Yelp
We always come here for their Hamachi and Grilled Tuna collar. If you like the tuna collar you need to order this days in advanced. Chef and staff are so friendly, nice, accommodating & attentive.

Yelp
This evening i ordered a pickup order From this place. The order total was $85 I asked the receptionist Why there is no sauce in there She was telling me that I need to pay 50 cents Fro each sauce... I payed for the 5 sauces When I came home opened the bags To pull the food out I saw the little sauce Cup 1/2 empty all of them was 1/2 empty It's is ridiculously pay extra and they are still Giving you 1/2 a cup . I'm very disappointed!!! The food was ok but the service is bad.
