Had a truly terrible experience ordering a gift from the online store and recommend you avoid these guys.
TLDR: Items are marked in stock when they are not (maybe this a drop ship business?), communication from the team was TERRIBLE & unapologetic, service was shockingly slow. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
DETAILED RECAP:
Purchased two items as a birthday gift which I noted in the included birthday message during time of order. Even though the items I purchased were marked "in stock", the items were actually out of stock. I only found this out 4 days later when the staff got around to sending me a note (just a couple of days before the item should have arrived and too late to find and arrange another gift). They said that the items would be back in stock in two weeks.
About a month after my purchase, I emailed them requesting a change in the shipping address as the recipient was no longer going to be at the original address.
Two days later, after no reply, I got a shipping notification indicating delivery to the original address. I wrote a few emails and forwarded the request I had sent to change the shipping address. Finally I got my first communication from them since their note telling me the item was out of stock weeks earlier.
Two more days after generating the shipping label, the item has still not been delivered to the shipper.
